1:35pm – 1:55pm HOH room – Vanessa joins the twins. Vanessa tells them that nothing would break my heart more than if you twins didn’t trust me. I’ve trusted no one in the game more than you two. Vanessa says Meg is good! She is tricky! It was so important for Meg and James to paint to you that you could not trust me. Brass Tacks was never good for them because it was 4 of us and 2 of them. That’s why it was better for them to keep Becky. Even if you didn’t trust me, you know I would not be with them. What am I going to play the game alone. And you guys know I jedi mind drill with you guys. I looked out for you like I would look out for my little sisters. Julia says it was mainly Becky. Vanessa says never would I ever want you two to go home. You were never a target. My word is good. Vanessa says they didn’t have all the information but we do. I could tell you had a reservation about me. I was a part of targeting Austin and I wish I wasn’t but I always had the option of breaking the tie. And I told him before hand. They talk about ways to prank / scare James when he naps today. Liz talks about how her and Julia got boob jobs and how they got $500 off each for both getting it done. Steve joins them.

2pm – 2:15pm Steve and Vanessa play a game of chess.
2:20pm – 2:30pm Vanessa tells JuJu that they will finish their convo later. We will figure out which is the best option for us this week. I am getting to the bottom of some sh*t and will fill you in later. Vanessa goes to talk to Steve in the comic room. Steve tells Vanessa when Austin won HOH he had a lot of anger about what went on with the backdoor of him. He was frustrated with the 8 person alliance. Vanessa says it wasn’t an alliance. What was he frustrated with that? Steve says I don’t know that you asked for everyones word. You also pushed for an alliance between you, him, james, meg and the twins. He was pissed about that. I did lie to you last night. I didn’t know what to do I gave my word and didn’t know what to do. Vanessa says but I had the pov at the moment and you gave me your word that I wasn’t the target. Why would you lie about it if you knew I had the power to use the veto? Steve says I had given my word and didn’t want to break it. Vanessa says I am not upset but I would love to know that there is one person in the house that would tell me everything. I broke my word a number of time to tell you things I shouldn’t. It would have been nice to have that in reciprocal. I don’t understand why you didn’t feel safe to go up. Like why didn’t you trust that I would vote for you? Steve says I was more worried about the twins. Vanessa says okay but they never would have gone back on it. Why did you say to Austin that you were willing to go up with anyone except for Johnny. In other words why were you okay to go up against me. Steve says because then the veto would get used. Steve then says he’s confused and asks for the question again. Steve asks I didn’t say next to you. (Yes he did) Steve says I said not next to Johnny. Vanessa says just say the truth that you trusted Johnny way more than you and I. Steve says that is the truth. Vanessa says I never would have voted you out.
2:35pm – 2:45pm Steve says I’ve been in a battle with myself. There is a lot of information going around. There is a lot more sh*t talking about you and John and its gotten to me. People don’t give a sh!t about you and John. Vanessa ask who is talking sh!t? Steve says Austin… the twins. Vanessa says I think I just cleared that up with Austin and the twins. Vanessa explains why she kept it a secret about James trying to throw the BOB. I gave my word I wouldn’t say anything. Later they used it to go behind my back and tell them. You see how manipulative they (James & Meg) are. They were trying to drive a wedge between us. Steve says I know its not true .. she said it was you that put it all together. Vanessa says I swear to you its not true. I swear on the bible (Vanessa grabs the bible) that it was Jackie was the one that stood up and said it needed to be Johnny Mac up next to Shelli. It wasn’t me. Steve asks did you go around and ask everyone to give their word? Vanessa says yes, that we wouldn’t target each other. I don’t think there is anything wrong with that. Steve says you have rubbed people that wrong way the way you make deals and the way you do it. It rubbed Meg the wrong way that you came to her during the double eviction if you voted for her she could not come after you or backdoor you the following week. Vanessa says what is wrong with that. If there is something wrong with that she can go f**k herself and she can go home next week. Steve says we’re in a house full of recruits! You know how much Johnny has seen.. he didn’t know about the show until 3 months before. (Not true Johnny is a superfan / that’s told everyone he’s never heard of the show) Vanessa asks has Meg and James .. said anything bad about me? Steve says that they asked me if Vanessa had anything to do with me putting up Jackie. Johnny Mac joins them. Vanessa tells Johnny that Austin needs to hear if Shelli comes back you would put her up. I think he trusts you. Vanessa says that Meg has made a lot of comments. He has a lot of things he is putting together. Why would he throw one of you guys away as a posed to one of them (James or Meg).

I mean she won the veto otherwise this would be a different conversation or a nonexistent one that she’s having with JohnnyMac who isn’t a good shrewd player in the first place other than screaming the DR and throwing comps.
She has some good skills like winning mental comps. And I appreciate that she has hustled the whole game even though I don’t like her as a player. But she overruns her mouth and and there is still some game left. The people helping to protect her haven’t seen clearly where it’s in their complete interest to personally take her out. It really doesn’t matter what she does with the veto. She can work with James or Steve as easily as Johnny.
There are two sides of the house right now: the Austwins, and everyone else. All the game talk for the last two weeks has been complete nonsense because the Austwins have been in power, and nobody can talk about what’s really going on.
All the other alliances right now are meaningless, and all the non-Austwin players are interchangeable, as long as that alliance is in the HoH room.

FINALLY. Vanessa and JMac have a conversation about really working together. It needs to be done. Both need to realize they are on the bottom of any alliance totem pole and they need each other to advance because the Aus-twins along with James/Meg/whoever comes back needs to be broken up for them to go to the end.
Unless she can get the twins or Austin to suggest taking JMac down, she needs to use the veto on Steve as to not arouse suspicion of her and Johnny working together. For their games, James needs to be sent out the door this week. That guarantees the goblins will only have 2 no matter who comes back, and essentially Austin and the twins take a lot of the blame for the eviction. Next week, if Vanessa, Johnny, Meg, Steve, James/whoever comes back wins the HOH, they need to nominate Austin and Julia. That will not only lay the groundwork to break up that alliance but it could fracture it because one of them will find out where Liz’ loyalty lies. We can only hope Liz wins the veto in that case.
Now is the time. Vanessa has played a smart game, but it’s been all over the place. Johnny has done a ton of actual gameplay. They need to join up and start playing ruthless. It’s wide open for them to make a run to the end together.

JMac needs to prove himself now. Nessa is the best social player in this game. Time to see if JMac can match up to her. I love the guy, but its time to put up or shut up. I actually would not mind seeing Shelli come back if JMac stays: I think that would make for an interesting end-game.

WOW…I really don’t like Vanessa but I have to admit she’s been 3 steps ahead of anyone else this season.
She looks at her situation & plans. She knows that if she goes to Meg or James this week…they’ll go straight to Austin..no benefit. She knows that with someone coming back in they are likely to go with Meg & James…so…If she keeps JMac & Steve & gets rid of James, then the returning player has to choose between her & the Austwins. Simple argument there…do you want to be #4 on their team or with me? That gives her 4 against 3.
She’s already putting a plan in place for the demise of the Austwins.

It’s a cliche in movies; with the evil genius giving away his master plan. But it’s also not unrealistic. That’s how megalomaniacs really are. Even when it’s a detriment to their own game, they have to tell everyone how ingenious and special they are.
It does work to toot your own horn. Look at how many of them believe, after being told over and over, she’s such a smart, strategic player.

Vanessa working overtime this afternoon on the feeds spreading doubt and uncertainty. Playing just about everybody in the house. The manipulation is back in full force. We got some serious arm waving, eyes are rolling, frowns and stares are on full display. She got some power and the store has opened back up for business.
Vanessa has no relationship with James/meg so I’m pretty sure she will use the veto. All she has to do is talk to austwins for two minutes & she will have them convinced she’s right. Lol.
