“SUPERSIZED” Big Brother 27 – Premieres July 10th with an All New Cast!

Get ready Big Brother fans! Our summer guilty pleasure reality tv show is just around the corner. The Big Brother 27 premiere date has officially been released and is set for Thursday, July 10th, 2025 on CBS! This is a full week earlier than BB26 and 3 weeks earlier than BB25 which was pushed later into the summer due to the writers strike at the time. Julie Chen once again will return as the host of the 27th season.

CBS announced that the upcoming season 27 will feature an all new cast of house guests. The official cast of house guests will likely be released a week or two before the July 10th premiere date, so look for it around the first week of July. Sorry, no all stars cast this season, although they’ve stated that some Big Brother alumni will be involved in the season in another capacity. We will have to wait and see how they’re involved and how much influence they’ll have on the season. How do you think they’ll be involved? Coaches? Hopefully there will be no Big Brother AI this season!

Weekly Episode Scheduling Changes:
– 90 Minute Premiere Episode on Thursday July 10th from 8:00-9:30 p.m. ET.
– Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (Live Eviction) 8:00 p.m. ET / PT
– NEW This Season: Wednesday episodes will be supersized – 90 minutes all season long
– Starting July 25, there will be Friday episodes every other week called “Big Brother Unlocked”

It’s not yet official when the BB27 finale will be and so its unknown how long the season will be, however, one clue is that the final episode of “Big Brother: Unlocked” concludes on Friday, Sept. 26th. The finale could be the Thursday before which would make the season 77 days long or more likely it would be the following week which would put the season between 85-90 days long.
