Today Big Brother Canada released the all new cast of house guests. No all-stars season this year for Brother Canada, which I am happy to see after just coming off the Big Brother US all-stars season. So far there are going to be 14 new house guests entering the BBCAN house, unless there are any other newbies or alumni thrown in the mix after the fact. I’m pretty sure Simon said Emmett was going to be on this season so we’ll have to wait to see if the pantry is fully stocked with protein to see if that rumor is true or not!

Find a ride or die on day one! I’ll probably lay more low at the beginning, but then pull a Tyler (from Big Brother U.S.) and have secret alliances around the house. And like Paras or Mitch, make other people do my dirty work.

Because I’m real! I’m always Beth and I think being genuine often takes me places. I also think I’m a funny, smart gal who’s got a social justice side to me that’s great for Canadians fighting to be heard.

As a woman who was 100% herself who made Canadians smile during this difficult time in history. Oh, and as BBCAN9’s winner, of course!

Going undercover. The houseguests will not know I’m a police officer and that I have a degree in criminology. I will be a fashionista/fashion designer. I plan on forming more than one alliance and hopefully gaining the trust of most of the house.

Because I’m multifaceted and wear many hats. There are so many different sides to me, which most people wouldn’t suspect. I’m also outgoing, ambitious, likeable, and competitive!

Being disconnected from family, friends, and the outside world. Also being deceitful – I want to represent well but I also want to play the game hard and win! I want to do whatever it takes to win while still maintaining my integrity.

Missing my kids and slop! It looks terrible and I turn into an absolute monster when I’m hangry.

The hardest part will be the disconnect from the world. I am constantly on my phone! I will miss my dog, boyfriend, family, and friends so much. I am very social and love to party so it will be hard to be in one place for so long!

As another name said looks like they went to the GTA (greater Toronto area) file and pulled 1/2 the cast. Then realized they didn’t have enough geo-diversity and pulled everyone from Alberta.
I’m going to try to do a kraken hour tonight with my first impressions of the cast.

I’m just thinking, during bbcan8 there was that ‘behavior we deem inappropriate will not be tolerated’ soundbite as statement of action in regard to the double toss.
Production has set that bar. If they fail in living up to their own mission statement, that’s on them.
Also, I still think there’s going to be a week 2 addition of two more houseguests to the cast to bring the total to 16. My personal thought is pick 2 of the 4 to go into the house. It’s a precedent that has been set in the past going as far back as season 2.

Kinda like good ol’ CBS with Love Island and having 3 out of the 5 couples being “African American”. Suffice it to say, the series was just a Gong Show. This woke stuff is really going full monty. BBCAN has so much potential but the powers that be keep getting in the way.

Crap just flipped through the bios…..I met Julie Vu a few years ago in my group auditioning. She was like a wet blanket, kept carrying on about her sexual orientation instead of what she would bring to the show. I expect a boring jury/pre jury for them.
