Big Brother 28 Spoilers week 6 in review

Yash won his first competition of the season, told the house he wanted to protect his friends and cause chaos, and then spent the rest of the week watching other people do both for him. He nominated three of the four people everybody asked him to nominate. He won the veto himself and left his own board alone. And on Monday, Devens stood up at the veto ceremony, pulled out a power he had been sitting on since Week 3, took Dee off the block and put Kamu up in her place — and the Head of Household had nothing to do with any of it. By Tuesday night the seven-person alliance that ordered the hit had already been taken apart by two of its own members, in two different rooms, inside an hour.

Week 6 at a glance

HOH: Yash — his first competition win of the season.

Veto: Yash, on OTEV. Not used.

Diamond Power of Veto: Devens. Used on Dee. Kamu named as the replacement.

Final nominees: Angela, Haley and Kamu.

Have-nots: None. Big Brother announced it at 1am and the house did not believe it.

Evicted last Thursday: Chuk, 8–1.

Lady of the Latrine Big Brother 28 Melody

BB28 Time Capsule tally

Week 6 is the week the Time Capsule stopped being a rumour and became the whole story. Two of the six rounds have produced real powers, and this week one of them went off in the middle of a veto ceremony.

Week 2 — Angela: Lost. Hard-Boiled Detective costume.

Week 3 — Devens: Won the Diamond Power of Veto. Held it for three weeks. Spent it Monday. Gone.

Week 4 — Dee: Won the BB Bribe, $5,000. Offered it to Yash twice before nominations to keep herself and Angela safe. Refused twice. Still unspent.

Week 5 — Mallory: Lost. Adam and Eve, and she picked Melody to serve it with her.

Week 6 — Melody: Lost. Lady of the Latrine.

Week 7: Still to come. The five above are out of the pool. How the Time Capsule works.

How the week broke

The shape of Week 6 is simple and slightly humiliating for the man who won it. Yash took the Head of Household, took the veto, and finished the week with a board he did not build and a target he did not choose. Everything that actually mattered happened around him: Dee knew Kamu was going up on Saturday, two days before the ceremony; a seven-person alliance formed on Sunday specifically to take Kamu out; Devens executed it on Monday with a power nobody could stop; and on Tuesday two members of that same seven sat in a gym and a storage room and explained, at length, that they had never intended to honour it.

The reason this is worth watching tonight: the alliance that ordered the hit and the four people who will actually decide the vote are not the same group, and they have not noticed yet.

Thursday, August 13 – Chuk goes 8–1 and Yash finally wins something

Haley won the Week 5 BB Blockbuster — Newton’s Apples — and took herself off the block, which left Chuk and Barrett. Chuk was evicted 8–1.

Then Yash won the Head of Household competition. Five weeks, no wins, and he was audibly thrilled about it.

Yash: “It feels cool bro! We come into this game wanting to win at least one.”
Yash: “I can’t wait to get the room and listen to music.”

“I really want to protect my friends and cause chaos in this house.”

Yash

He had the three names before he had the room. He told Kamu it would be Haley, Angela and Dee, that Dee was going up as a pawn, that there would be no backdoor fourth name, and that only Taylor and Devens were getting the full version.

Yash: “I already told Mallory she is safe.”

At 1am Big Brother announced there would be no have-nots this week. Nobody had to wear anything, eat anything or sleep anywhere cold, which turned out to be the least eventful thing that happened all week.

Friday, August 14 – Five meetings, three names, and Lala at the bathroom mirror

Yash ran five back-to-back meetings before the ceremony and told every nominee to their face, which is more than most HOHs manage. What he could not do was find a fourth option, because the house had already picked for him.

Yash: “I’m considering Haley, Dee and Angela. The logic there is everyone wants Haley gone.”
Taylor: “But you don’t think she can beat Dee and Angela in a Blockbuster? Dee is a little slow.”
Yash: “But it’s time for two of them to sniff the block. And the other one, if she goes, good. If she stays, maybe I’ll stay on her good side.”

The pitch he made to Haley was the most honest thing he said all week.

“I’m in like the hardest f—ing predicament, because all ten of these f—ers are calling for your head.”

Yash to Haley

Haley took it better than anyone expected, and reminded him why.

Haley: “I’m cool with it, because I was willing to not use the veto on myself to make sure you didn’t get backdoored.”

Dee got the worst of it, and the case against her was a bookkeeping error she made in a hot tub.

Yash to Barrett: “Dee just sat there and told me she wants Haley out. But she sat there in the hot tub and said she wants to vote to keep Haley. How the f— does that make any sense?”
Barrett: “39 days in the house, and the two of them had never once talked noms until today.”
Dee to Yash: “If you’re going to put me up, I would prefer not to get blindsided.”

Angela’s version of a safety pitch was to point out that she was the only person offering one without conditions.

Angela: “How many people are going to literally look you in the face and say, I’m never going to consider to put you up? I’m giving that to you.”

Underneath all of it, Yash was quietly telling Devens and Kamu that they were the two people he actually wanted at the end — a three-way he has been treating as the strongest thing he has in the game.

Yash to Devens: “If I could have two people at the end, I would want you two there.”

The other story of Friday had nothing to do with nominations. Lala spent the morning alone at the bathroom mirror after Haley refused her apology, working through the accusation that she had spent Week 5 being a bully.

Lala: “I don’t know if I’m built to play this freaking game.”
Lala: “Everybody in the house has come to me and said that you are such a big bully.”
Lala to Taylor: “I’m ready to call a house meeting. So I want y’all to know, I didn’t say that.”
Lala: “I can’t stand phony, fake people. I really cannot.”

Mallory got to her first and was kinder about it than the situation required.

Mallory: “You don’t owe me any apology. I get really upset for people I care about too.”
Kamu: “In time, you guys will be doing all right.”

Melody’s read on the whole episode was less generous, and shorter.

Melody: “Literally, the HOH got to her head. HOH-itis is real as f—.”

Nominations went up as advertised: Angela, Haley and Dee. Reviews were mixed.

Lala: “I feel amazing. I think this week is going to be really good. Next week is going to be even better.”
Dee: “My head hurts and I am on the block. Wait till I get my hands on this next HOH!”
Dee to Angela: “I am not going to tell you everything because I love you.”

Saturday, August 15 – Yash wins OTEV, and Dee already knows who is going up

OTEV came back in its classic form. Six players: Haley, Mallory, Barrett, Yash, Angela and Dee. Yash won it, which meant the Head of Household now held both pieces of power and had absolutely nothing he wanted to do with either.

Kamu: “Shoutout to YP man!”
Devens: “We didn’t even have to do anything.”
Yash: “Realistically I am going to keep them the same but it’s good to think about it out loud.”
Yash: “Dee is probably the target now.”
Yash: “If Haley wins that f—ing blockbuster, then let’s rock ‘n roll!”

Devens’s line is the one to hold onto. He did not have to do anything, because he had already decided what he was going to do — and so had Dee. In the bathroom that afternoon, two days before a ceremony that had not happened yet, she told Angela exactly how the board was going to look.

“Kamu. And you have guaranteed votes because everyone wants him out. He’s a sweep! A SWEEP! Just stop thinking about it.”

Dee to Angela, whispering, two days early

Then she moved on to preparation, which in Dee’s hands means building a case.

Dee: “Start thinking of like s— that we can say about Kamu. So I can BLOW THE F— UP!”
Dee: “I don’t think we need to even lie cause people have probably heard of their stuff.”

Elsewhere, entirely unaware, Yash was promising Haley a soft landing and Taylor was quietly rooting for the woman Dee had just written off.

Yash to Haley: “I think we’re all going to try to make sure you’re in a position where even if you lose, we can keep you.”
Taylor: “This is our game, this is our season and I just don’t, I really don’t want Angela to leave.”

Sunday, August 16 – Seven people give themselves a name

Sunday afternoon in the storage room, the plan stopped being Dee’s and became everybody’s. Devens, Dee and Drew put a label on Kamu that stuck for the rest of the week.

Devens: “Kamu is public enemy, problem number one!”
Dee: “I want to get that out of here so bad.”
Devens: “Kamu is like not the biggest threat to me personally at the moment but like definitely the biggest threat in the game.”
Drew: “As soon as he’s gone, I feel like it’s open season!”

By 11pm in the bathroom, Devens had the mechanics worked out and Dee had the reaction shot pre-written.

Devens: “I think I have to bring you off first.”
Dee: “Everyone’s heart is going to drop to their ass.”

And then, after midnight, the part that will look ridiculous on the Sunday episode and matters enormously to the rest of the season: the seven of them named themselves. Drew, Barrett, Dee, Angela, Devens, Melody and Mallory — a group that has been quietly operating since roughly Day 2 — finally picked a name, and it took Barrett about four seconds to ruin it.

Drew: “B-O-M. BOM. Band of Misfits. We are the BOM.”
Barrett: “Band of Misfits. Motley Crue.”
Barrett: “Can we say it in like a French accent?”
Drew: “We are da BOM. Band of Misfits, we are da BOM.”

Same seven that spends the rest of the week being called the Mosh Pit, depending on who is in the room and how loyal they are feeling. Drew was already looking past it.

Drew: “I see a world where it’s us five. I would f—ing love that. I’m not even bulls—ting you.”
Barrett: “It is crazy. I don’t think anybody knows about the crossover.”
Dee: “Never. They’re going to find out in October.”

Two days later, four of those seven would be sitting on the floor chanting over a pile of rocks about destroying the other three. October may be optimistic.

Monday, August 17 – “Not so fast, my friend”

Yash did not use the veto. He did not have to say much at all, because the ceremony was no longer his.

Devens produced the Diamond Power of Veto, removed Dee from the block, and named Kamu as the replacement himself. The Head of Household does not get a say in a Diamond replacement. That is the entire point of it, and it is why the power has only surfaced a handful of times in the show’s history.

“Not so fast, my friend. And then I pull down anyone I want, including myself or you.”

Devens

He was clear-eyed about the bill coming due.

Devens: “I know full well that blowing up this game today, I could be gone next week.”
Devens: “You can’t play these games scared.”
Devens: “I’m going to take care of Dee. I’m going to trust that that’s going to come back and pay dividends for me going forward.”
Devens: “We’re about to turn this game on its head all over again.”

The house spent the afternoon and evening recalculating. Taylor’s read was the fastest.

Taylor to Mallory, 5pm Storage Room: “Now if anything he just put a target on his back.”

Kamu, who had gone from HOH’s right hand to nominee in one sentence, started counting.

Kamu to Haley, 5:30pm Backyard: “All we need are five votes and if one of us takes ourselves off the block, that’s another vote.”
Yash to Kamu, 11pm Backyard: “WIN THAT S— THOUGH.”
Kamu to Drew, 12:40am: “He wants Haley or Angela to win the blockbuster.”
Dee to Angela, 7:45pm Bathroom: “I’ll f—ing go against everybody in this damn house.”

And in the gym, entirely off-topic, Drew said the nicest thing anybody said about anybody all week — roughly thirty hours before helping to plan the destruction of her alliance.

Drew, 4:30pm Gym: “Mallory is becoming one of my favourite people in here… she is just unapologetically herself.”

Tuesday, August 18 – The alliance dies in two rooms and a pile of rocks

The longest day of the week, and the one worth watching back. Mallory took the seven-person alliance apart in two separate conversations inside an hour, and by midnight the four people she actually plays with had held a ceremony about it.

In the gym at 3:50pm, she and Barrett mapped a Final 9 that ends with Devens sent home by the group he sits in. Barrett told the story of standing in the HOH room joking with Devens about the Diamond Power of Veto that Devens already had.

“And he was like, you think PQ has it? And I f—ing remember that moment. That motherf—er had it in his back pocket.”

Barrett

At 4:44pm in the storage room, Mallory said the quiet part to Melody, and Melody said a louder version back.

Mallory: “I was never planning on being loyal to Mosh Pit. Like, I’m going to be honest. Okay, period.”
Melody: “But yeah, if I was HOH, f— Mosh Pit.”

At 8:22pm Lala cried in the bathroom over a rumour that started upstairs, and got the week’s best accidental nickname off her chest on the way out the door: “Hey, Drewski.”

At 10:49pm Yash and Kamu spent twenty-four minutes in the HOH room reaffirming a bond they have agreed to hide from everyone. They said “bro” sixty-four times — thirty-two each, a dead heat, one every twenty-two seconds. Underneath the bro-ing, Kamu admitted the houseguest who warned him Mallory was coming for him was Drew, not Lyric, and that he had let Mallory keep believing the Lyric version.

Kamu: “Drew’s a fraud, man.”
Yash: “And they will never know the extent of our relationship. I’m always going to frame it as, don’t worry, he’s on the outskirts.”
Yash: “I’ve kicked it into overdrive now to keep your ass.”

And then at 12:09am, Drew, Melody, Barrett and Mallory sat down together and decided the opposite. They also held a ceremony over a pile of rocks, a cough drop and a Jordan Almond, in which Mallory asked the Big Brother house for “smooth sailing for the members of the FAP,” Drew announced that “the apocalypse and FAP is upon them,” and the four of them chanted “scorched earth” back and forth forty-one times in twenty-five seconds.

Drew: “If Kamu is up there we snipe him out.”
Drew: “Do we want to blindside Yash, or do I want to let him in? I’d rather ask for forgiveness than permission.”

They are also workshopping a rename. FAP to FORD — four letters, four of them. It is the third name this group has had in nine days.

Wednesday, August 19 – Pandora’s Box, opened and apologised to

The quietest day of the week, and the most gracious. Devens sat down with the man he put on the block and explained himself, and Kamu let him.

Devens: “There’s not a point where I was like, I don’t trust Kamu. I did trust you, like I do believe all the things.”
Devens: “There’s really like no one in the house I think is scary except you. And like you were scary and you were with me.”
Devens: “The guy’s more likable than me. The guy’s more connected than me. The social game is such a mosh pit.”

“And I opened you, and like anything that happens from here on out gameplay wise, I’m never gonna take it personally. I understand what I unleash.”

Devens to Kamu

Kamu left the door open, which is either genuine or the single most useful thing he could have said.

Kamu: “Maybe there is a world if I do end up staying, if I win the blockbuster tomorrow, maybe there is a world where you and I work.”

Where it stands going into tonight

On the block: Angela, Haley and Kamu. The BB Blockbuster runs tonight; the winner comes off and the house votes out one of the other two.

The house wants Kamu gone. Devens named him public enemy number one on Sunday and the seven agreed. Mallory has been the loudest about it — her framing is that the Blockbuster is the only chance to take the shot without blood on anyone’s hands.

Yash does not. He calls Kamu a sword and a shield, and he has spent the week working the vote to keep him. If Kamu survives tonight, the HOH has quietly won the thing he actually wanted.

The four have decided: Angela stays regardless. If Kamu is still sitting there after the Blockbuster, he goes. They are still arguing about whether to tell Yash first.

Haley is the wildcard. She won last week’s Blockbuster off the block and she has told Kamu and Taylor she does not want a week alone in the jury house. Yash, in his own HOH room, put it less delicately: “Haley, throw the comp, Haley. Let my boy f—ing eat.”

Dee still has the Bribe. Five thousand dollars, offered to Yash twice, refused twice, unspent. She is off the block and furious, and she has already said she will go against everybody in the house if it comes to it.

Where the split is: it is no longer Mallory against Yash. It is four people against him, and both sides now believe the vote comes down to Drew — who has spent the week telling Kamu he is rocking with him and telling the other three to snipe him out.

What the episodes haven’t shown you

Dee knew on Saturday. Two days before the veto ceremony, in the bathroom, she told Angela that Kamu was the replacement and that the votes were already there. The Monday episode will play the Diamond as a bombshell. On the feeds it was a scheduled event with a two-day heads-up.

The seven is really two alliances stapled together. The Band of Misfits is FAP — Drew, Barrett, Melody and Mallory — joined to the Crossovers — Drew, Barrett, Dee, Devens and Angela. Drew and Barrett are the overlap, which is exactly why information keeps crossing the house. The seven holds because neither half wants the other half taking the first shot yet.

The alliance was dead before the episode airs it. The Band of Misfits picked its name after midnight on Sunday. By Tuesday afternoon two of its seven members had independently confirmed to each other that they were never in it. The Sunday show will introduce a seven-person alliance that had a functional lifespan of roughly forty hours.

Yash and Kamu are much closer than either lets on. They have explicitly agreed to hide it — Yash’s line is that he frames Kamu to everyone else as being “on the outskirts.” Twenty-four minutes and sixty-four bros later, that is not a man on the outskirts.

It was Drew, not Lyric. Kamu admits the houseguest who told him Mallory was coming after him was Drew, and that he covered by blaming Lyric, who had already been evicted. Mallory still believes the Lyric version. Neither of them intends to correct her.

There is an open leak nobody has closed. Somebody told Dee the details of the anti-Icons conversation held in the HOH room — who was in it, not just that it happened. Yash has cleared Taylor, Mallory and Melody. He is left looking at Drew or Barrett, and he has not said so out loud to either of them.

Nobody outside the four has heard the phrase “scorched earth.” Yet.

How Week 6 moved the OBB Wall

Every night readers rate the house out of ten on the Wall. Here is what our audience did with Week 6 — 1,661 ballots, Thursday through Wednesday, and a week where the two biggest risers were both sitting on the block.

The OBB Wall READER RATINGS · OUT OF TEN · EVERY NIGHT

Week 6 standing · score out of 10 · change vs Week 5

1. Devens 7.13 ↑+0.24

2. Mallory 6.44 ↓-0.13

3. Dee 6.24 ↓-0.10

4. Barrett 5.35 ↑+0.27

5. Melody 5.29 ↑+0.27

6. Drew 4.81 ↓-0.08

7. Taylor 4.51 ↓-0.36

8. Yash 4.42 ↑+0.24

9. Kamu 4.38 ↑+0.37

10. Angela 3.58 ↓-0.13

11. Lala 3.50 ↓-0.84

12. Haley 2.75 ↑+0.46

The top seven did not move at all. Devens, Mallory, Dee, Barrett, Melody, Drew and Taylor finished in the identical order they held in Week 5. Every bit of movement on the board happened underneath them — Yash and Kamu each climbed a place, and Lala fell three.

Devens blew up the game and the audience paid him for it

He finished at 7.13, up 0.24 — the only houseguest above 7, and his first week back over that line since July. He had been sliding three weeks straight on a quiet, careful game: 7.38, 7.07, 6.89. Then he spent the Diamond.

42.0% of every Week 6 ballot scored Devens a 10, up from 33.6% in Week 5 — the highest 10-rate in the house. His 1-rate went up too, 13.2% to 15.2%. That is what a big public move looks like on the Wall: more love, and a little more hate.

Devens, day by day:
Thu 7.31 ? Fri 7.12 ? Sat 6.96 ? Sun 7.19 ? Mon 7.01 ? Tue 7.02 ? Wed 7.28

Look at Monday. The ceremony happened and his number went down 0.18, then flatlined Tuesday, then jumped +0.26 on Wednesday — his biggest single-day gain of the week, two full days after the move. The audience needed a beat to decide it liked it.

The two biggest risers are both sitting on the block

Haley is up 0.46 and Kamu is up 0.37 — the two largest gains on the board, and the two people who could be gone tonight.

Haley’s best day was Saturday and her second best was Wednesday. Kamu’s gain is stranger, and it deserves its own heading.

Kamu rose on the week while falling through it

4.38, up 0.37, up a place to ninth — and almost every point of it was banked before the week turned on him.

Kamu, day by day:
Thu 4.83 ? Fri 4.99 ? Sat 4.34 ? Sun 4.43 ? Mon 4.32 ? Tue 3.88 ? Wed 3.88

From Friday’s high to Wednesday he lost 1.11 points. The weekly average says he gained ground; the last three days say the opposite. He was the HOH’s right hand on Friday and under four by Tuesday.

Haley is still last, and the 1-rate is why

2.75 is her best number since the end of July and she is still twelfth of twelve. The figure underneath it has barely moved:

52.7% of every Week 6 ballot scored Haley a 1 — down from 60.7% in Week 5. Her 10-rate nearly doubled, 3.2% to 6.1%.

So it is moving — and more than half the audience is still bottoming her out every single night. She never cracked 3.04 on any day of the week, but she never went back to the 2.00 she posted in Week 5 either.

Lala gave back every point the Wall bought her

Last week we noted that winning the Wall bought Lala a full point. This week she returned it: down 0.84, from 4.34 to 3.50, and down three places to eleventh. Biggest fall on the board by a distance.

Lala, day by day:
Thu 3.95 ? Fri 3.72 ? Sat 3.27 ? Sun 4.07 ? Mon 3.27 ? Tue 3.21 ? Wed 3.03

Sunday is a +0.81 jump, the largest single-day gain by anyone all week. Monday is a ?0.80 fall, the largest single-day drop by anyone all week. She got the whole thing back and lost it again in 48 hours, and closed at her season low. Her Week 4 average was 3.44 — the HOH bought her exactly one week of goodwill.

Taylor is still the quiet faller

Flagged here last week, and it got worse. Down 0.36 to 4.51, her lowest week of the season, with 27.5% of ballots scoring her a 1.

Taylor, day by day:
Thu 4.74 ? Fri 5.05 ? Sat 4.54 ? Sun 5.07 ? Mon 4.42 ? Tue 4.02 ? Wed 3.75

Her last three days are the three worst of her season, in order. She has not done anything to draw fire — and that is precisely what the number is describing.

Mallory had the sharpest slide of anyone, and it lands on Wednesday

Her weekly average barely moved — 6.44, down 0.13, still second overall — but the shape inside the week is the story.

Mallory, day by day:
Thu 6.90 ? Fri 6.48 ? Sat 6.61 ? Sun 6.68 ? Mon 6.50 ? Tue 6.31 ? Wed 5.60

Wednesday alone is ?0.71, the single biggest one-day fall by any houseguest this week. It is the day after Tuesday night. Draw your own conclusions about which part of Tuesday night did it.

The Icons are no longer drifting together

Last week all three were sliding in formation. Not any more.

Dee is down for the fourth straight week — 7.02, 6.57, 6.34, 6.24. Angela is at 3.58, her worst of the season, with 40.9% of ballots scoring her a 1. And Devens went the other way entirely.

The shared trajectory broke on Monday, at the exact moment one of them played a power the other two were counting on.

Melody has now risen four weeks in a row

4.42, 4.51, 5.02, 5.29 — the longest unbroken climb of anyone in the house, and she has done it without a competition win, a power, or a single houseguest saying her name as a target.

She is fifth on the board and rising while the three people above her all fell. Nobody in the game has noticed. The audience has.

Team Taylor

If Melody and Pipe Queen keep both Temu AND Thog tonight, it’ll be the stupidest move of the season!

Yash is the first HG to win HOH, Veto, and Blockbuster this season. Temu has won HOH and Veto so far. Thog has won HOH and Blockbuster. Taylor has won a Veto. And LaLa won “The Wall” HOH comp.

Yet Melody and PQ want to evict Angela and team up with Yash and Temu? All that’s doing is forming another Mosh Pit Alliance with the other side of the house.

They will literally hand Yash and Temu the game. Melody and PQ deserve to lose if they go through with this!

whoknows

At this point, no matter what Melody and Malory decide to do, both sides will still be angry with them. If they vote to evict Kamu, Devens isn’t going to forget they waffled. If they vote to keep Kamu, Kamu isn’t going to forget how hard they were to convince.

double deuce

Middle ground players…weak. Melody and by way of association, Mallory would’ve been great at this game if not for Drew. To think what could’ve been.

un autre nom

The Block Buster is the air tunnel booth with the flying balls.
Drew and Barrett told everyone in the house how to beat that comp.
Angela learned how to beat that comp from Tucker in 26 when he talked about it.

Haley seems to have given up but she was in dead fish mode before that last one too.
Kamu thinks he has the votes… will he try to throw to Haley because Hubris… dunno. but kind of doubt it.
Angela does not do well with wind but knows the cheat codes.
We sorta know where this is heading but oddity has occurred before.

Reminder where we sit in the edit:
Dee got credit for the flip that worked.
Devens got credit for the flip that was not needed that the whole house knows about.
Devens got the dpov credit of course to save Dee… but are they playing him mastermind that succeeds or chaos demon in the edit saving the season mastermind. we shall see.

un autre nom

From MY perspective and MINE alone.
Drew and Angela discussing how Taylor and LaLa would get in the faces of Mallory and Melody if they evict Kamu.
Baaad look. Does it have basis? It has microaggressive tones of reality tv angry black woman syndorme to it for sure. but does it have house basis? Not physically. Verbally going at somoene?
Yes and no.
What we heard about re: LaLa? The argument where she yelled at people in the HOH for the proposed vote flip to save her target Haley. It had the house using the overused big brother bully but we did not see it. We don’t know what exactly was said and whether or not the label is justified.
Taylor? Taylor has not blown up at anyone. yes, she speaks in an unorthodox and confrontational interview style when she is one on oneing. It is, to me, off putting, but not to the level of get in face because she is aware of angry black woman syndrome and how as a black person she cannot be real when she is mad because she will be labelled and targeted. The ONLY thing that hurts her is her retells of how she speaks to LaTrice that many of the houseguests have heard. Her retells are more flamboyant than the actual conversations and miiiight lead one to think hothead. But it is not something they’ve seen.
So it is very questionable as a statement.
Does it have tactical purpose? Again i don’t know. IF Drew is playing off of Angela’s KNOWN cultural bias, is he trying to play on her to sympathize with the girls? Or is he back to his early game statements that were more agist than racially motivated.
I don’t know.

Re: Devens.
The more things change the more they stay the same? In his words a few weeks ago he told people he was a childhood bully that had to make amends to a lot of people. Is that what we are seeing from Devens? DO WHAT I WANT OR ELSE? I’m questioning because tactically… he’s really sucking ass since the dpov didn’t get the house glory and chaos he was hoping it would get. The more i see of his natural personality… the more i think the Survivor character is just that. A character.

While we don’t KNOW. It almost seemed like something off transpired during tech rehearsal. The energy when the cameras returned was sketchy. Did anyone else get the feeling the energy was no bueno?

double deuce

Mallory to Kamu last night after telling him he had her vote to stay.- “I know that you’re a really big fan of the show. I really hate for you to go home that way.“

This was before Drew slithered his way into M&M’s heads. Also before Drew and/or Barrett relayed Devens blunt threat to target the girls. It doesn’t matter. This is what everyone assumed was going to happen anyway. So much for them finally playing the game. As of now with the game they’re playing neither has a chance of winning over a jury unless it’s out of pure spite.

double deuce

Also from last night, Yash apparently has been referring to Deven’s DPOV production gift as “The Whatchamacallit, Thing-a-ma jig, 9000 “

Hilarious.

double deuce

I forgot to mention that Drew and Barrett are straight up bitc*es for not having their girls backs against the threats of D&D. M&M are supposed to be the other half of their SOLID four. Bitc*es.

Jen

The football game is on the same channel as Big brother. So how do we watch it?

double deuce

Don’t waste your time. The game is rigged.
