I’m actually disappointed in Chuk. He didn’t need to do anything when his allies were in power, but he was quickly exposed as weak once he was OTB. He immediately got defensive, took it personal, and had the nerve to insult LaLa’s game in her face in her HOH room. And he did this day before the Veto comp.
He took it personal when Kamu didn’t use the Veto to save him or Thog. And he mentioned he doesn’t watch “Big Brother” past the third week, so he clearly doesn’t know how this game operates.
This Nigerian cowboy can go back home crying to his Mommy and sisters about how the HGs were all unfair to him. And then he can find out whether or not his PTO got approved before being sequestered for BB28. Not like he’ll have a job to go back to right away.

SO…. Devens gets the Dee edit this week for the flip. My read is the flip won’t even happen hence Devens getting the juice. okay. Does it make a difference? Not really. But it is a shift in edit from what we saw on feeds. A big shift. Dee couldn’t be responsible for a flip that isn’t even going to happen.

Skipped: The reveal to Angela that Kamu set her up for the fight for shits and giggles. Angela was offended Barrett called himself Bare Rat. i was kidding.
SO the reason for the flip has become targeting La Trice. It was actually just boredom and ease of control when it comes to Haley playing emotionally but being easily manipulated and chuk being a brick in a cowboy hat.
We’re watching Barrett throw a blockbuster but not throwing it “intentionally” he’s throwing it the same way they were thrown last season. no. really. i can spot a throw a mile away in a block buster. Oh yeah. big throw energy. Prodo wants to drag Haley some more. The longer she is villainized MORE, the less anyone else will look bad. Production Opportunism at work.

Poor Chuk. He had no idea what was going on in the house and he had no idea how to play the game. Watching Taylor try and give him pointers on how to play and be totally clueless as to what she was saying was hilarious. Her goodbye message to him was pretty good, too. Another week of Lala and Haley coexisting could be interesting. Other than that, it’s just another week of Angela and and her fake histrionics.

For now, I’m just happy that the former Co-HoH’s didn’t get what they wanted! Now, what does this result mean for M&M, esp. given the premature betrayal by Drew of Mallory? I don’t know. Haley just finished talking right now to Angela and I don’t know how much of what Haley is saying is about planting seeds of doubt w/ Angela of Dee, the former Co-HoHs and Kamu, how much is about prodding for info out of Angela and how much is about actually “making up” w/ Angela and maybe Haley doesn’t even know… (Trying to figure out what Haley is doing w/ Angela is a little bit harder w/ the “cut feed” button being used WHEN it is being used.)

Is anyone else exhausted watching Dee and Deven completely steamroll this season? That Big Brother Blockbuster power was made for Haley! I’m praying she actually follows through and puts Dee on the block, but of course, Deven is sitting there holding a secret Diamond Veto to ruin all the fun.I’ve said from the start that Dee is winning this whole game or top 3 at the most. It’s wild how the entire house just blindly listens to the vets. Lala and Taylor are clearly next in line, especially after that vote flip Dee pulled earlier today. Taylor is completely on to Dee’s cunning gameplay, which is exactly why Dee wants her gone. Even Deven knows Dee will turn on him eventually! I’m not even a Haley fan, but she’s a fantastic villain. I just need someone to make a move so Dee and Deven stop playing this game on easy mode. Sigh. ?

Everything else is hyped up drama spin by the Stuntcasts. The narrative. It’s exaggerated moral outrage because La Trice tried to gather forces against the stuntcasts.
Note. MOST of the worst of the worst Haley said in regard to LaTrice was with Kamu and Chuk. Nobody else knows it. The house has been giving La Trice maid treatment most of the season and balks when she complains or says people should clean up after themselves. cough cough Devens. But. For SOME reason there is a cultural acceptance in the house that looking down on La Trice is acceptable. Meanwhile, La Trice speaking up for herself is egregious. We have seen that all season.
Did La Trice have HOHITIS? yes. Was her HOHITIS on par with Haley’s? no. Kamu’s? no. somewhere between Devens’ HOHITIS and Kamu’s. The robe and key thing was her biggest outward sign.
LaTrice has been getting “maid treatment” from the rest of the house for the entire season.
They all treat her as if she is beneath them all.

I’m not sure if it is agist or if there is something else at play. That is why i didn’t specify. While i can see microaggressions… they didn’t definitively say anything they spoke in code words that we all know. The number of age related comments at the beginning from Chuk’s mouth in particular was something. Haley’s comments originated due to taking offense when La Trice made a constructive criticism to Haley. It was game play related I believe. At the time Haley was digging for info from La Trice and Taylor who knew she was digging for infor from them. Kamu, Haley and Chuks digs in the first two weeks when they were together had so many tones. None a good look.
Does anything surprise me anymore? no.
I end up having to depend on definitive statements because there is always going to be an argument and i’m not arsed enough to give a damn about it when a spade is a spade if the statement is declarative or definitive. Even if I know the code… i just put them in yellow card time out until they declare their flavor of bigotry.

Is it just me or does anyone else think that Julie didn’t like Chuck in his interview. She seemed pretty serious and stoned-faced while asking him questions and didn’t really joke with him like she does with other house guests.
Yep. For me, it is one thing to bash the person that put you OTB but to repeatedly go down the agism route (and that was JUST the ones of his they actually showed, I’m pretty sure he did it a lot more that what was even shown) was BAD!
