Seven houseguests started the week and four are left. The double eviction took Barrett and Yash, Devens broke a 1–1 tie to send Melody to the jury on Monday, and Taylor won the final four Head of Household. Drew won the last veto, so tonight he casts the only vote, and his options are Dee and Devens. Plus the Wall: Devens had his best week since July, and Drew passed Dee for the first time since early September.

“He loves you” .. “Not Enough To Use That Damn Veto On Me”
Drew left Melody crying in the pod room and spent the next fourteen minutes in the bathroom with Dee, agreeing she should be the one evicted. Two doors away, Melody was telling Taylor he didn’t love her enough to use the veto on her — and she still has no idea the vote is already settled.
“It has to be you or me” – Dee to Devens
Dee and Devens spent Saturday morning in the backyard working out how two Survivor players ended up at top five in a game neither of them expected to be good at. Dee wants today’s veto more than Devens does, because Taylor winning it is the one result that ends her week. And nobody has been told anything about what the Pharaoh is going to do.
“I didn’t even realize I had to nominate people” – Devens
Devens said good morning at half past one, found out he was nominating people today, and admitted he had been hoping he was off the hook. Production has told the house only two people are safe this week — the HOH and the veto holder — and nothing else. He asked the night before and was told he would get more clarity in the morning.

Dee – why did he do that? Why, drew? Why did you do that? Oh my. God. And also I love Melody. She’s f**king amazing. Oh, God, I’m shaking. I freaking love her. I’m so proud of her. And I get that she’s. I guess she was trying to make a big move. I get that she was trying to make a big move, but also the two people you put up are still in this game. Make it make sense, guys. How are both of us still in this game? I just know Angela’s gonna have a party tonight. She’s gonna see Bear, and then she’s gonna see Yash, and then she’s gonna find out we were both on the block. Wow. Shout out to Devens. That’s my ride or die right there. That guy. I’m going to the end with him, but the only time that I will cut him, if I win that Final 3, that’s when I will cut Devens but for right now I am Devens number one fan.

Big Brother 28 Week 10 in Review: The Week the Newbies Ate Themselves
Tonight is a double eviction — seven houseguests become five. Yash won his first Head of Household and used it to nominate three of his own side. Drew answered by standing in the Pressure Cooker for fourteen hours and nineteen minutes, cutting a deal at two in the morning to win it, and leaving Taylor in the seat he vacated. By midweek Barrett was asking the two Icons he nominated last Friday to keep him, and being told the doors weren’t closed — which is not the same as being told yes. Plus the Wall’s cleanest result of the season: every Icon up, every newbie down, seven for seven.
Yash to Barrett “I was like if Taylor won [blockbuster], what would you do? He was like I would probably vote Barrett out.”
8:30pm HOH room – Dee, Taylor, Devens and Yash
Dee asks Taylor if Barrett compaigned to her at all. Taylor says no. Dee – yeah me neither. Yash – I talked to him in the storage room was after you got called in and he was like, ’cause I was just giving him a pep talk. I was like, well you still have a chance. Don’t count yourself out. Go in there and win it. Devens – Yeah. Yash – But then he was like, I feel like I should campaign to you a little bit in case it’s a tie. And he was just saying he was like the same reasons you kept Dee. Because she’s a shield. He’s like, you know who I’m going after. So,
I was like, yeah, I was like, I hear you about it. I hear you, but because I hear you crazy. I dapped him up in his ear, bro. Devens – I hear you. Yash – haven’t spoken to Melody about it but I feel like even tomorrow, we shouldn’t really have anything to worry about, right? Because there’s always one of us waiting.
“Barrett Is F—ed If He’s Up There” – Drew
Nothing moved on Wednesday, but the vote stopped being a question. Taylor laid the numbers out for Melody in the bathroom, Drew said the same thing out loud in the afternoon, and Devens mapped the whole of Thursday night to an empty room at ten past four. Barrett spent the day planning two different versions of it — the one where he survives, and the one where he sprints out of the door.
“Drew would still be mad at us and all we have is Barrett. If we saved Barrett, so he’s unsavable unless he wins.”
10:15pm HOH room – Yash and Taylor
Taylor – You might have …probably just honed in on the idea that it does make sense for me to stay because if you don’t keep me it’ll be 3 v 2 because Yash would be by himself and he would vote you out. That would be the only reason. Yash – yeah but don’t say I’m by myself. Saying I am by myself might give them more reason to vote you out. Taylor – I know that’s why I am saying should I do something more like it’ll be them three versus you and Dee? Yash – just say that you know all three of them would put you up. You know both of them would put you up. Taylor – they’re not worried about OD (Melody). OD is not a threat. OD is a threat to nobody. It would be more of a convo like amongst us four. Yash – Yeah I would also be down to have the convo that way.. and be like.. but its a quick a$$ convo .. its literally like.. Taylor – I know but that’s what I’m only going to make it look like its a strategizing type..
“I know it sounds crazy as somebody who put you on the block last week” – Barrett to Devens
Barrett spent Tuesday afternoon in the gym asking Devens for a vote, eight days after putting him on the block. Devens told him he loved him, promised nothing, and said he expects Barrett to win the Blockbuster anyway — which may mean he never has to decide.
