10pm HOH room – Rick and Taylor
Rick – I like Rome. If Rome wasn’t likeable, he wouldn’t be the threat that he is right?! I don’t even know half of the stuff that Jason and Angela said to each other.. I think I blacked out. Obviously at that point he was just putting on a show. Taylor – if you ask me, that’s all it was. Rick – I knew people were going to be upset today.. but nothing like that. I kept trying to adjourn it and they were like no.. Big Brother switches the feeds to different cams.
10:20pm HOH room – Rome and Rick
Rome – I just cried for like 30 minutes with LaTrice. Rick – she came up here and I made it very clear that you never said anything personal about her and that I think you care about her a lot. Big Brother blocks the feeds. When they return, Rome is heading out of the HOH room. Rick – I’m not their peer. I’m their dad. I’m America’s dad, it’s actually really rewarding. These are sweet kids, man, I’m their dad, that’s a lot of responsibility. I need some sleep. I just came to play. What the heck, man.
10:25pm Rome heads down to the lounge and continues to cry. Rome – I’m sorry. I juat just trying to look out for us. Lala comes in and tells him that everything is okay and to lock it in. We’re good. Re Saving Jason by booting Lyric instead…UGH! There always seems to be that someone that wants to muck things up! Could it possibly be DR interference b/c production wants additional drama? Nah, THAT HAS NEVER HAPPNED BEFORE (end sarcasm…for now). Out of that whole side, Lyric is the least problematic for the other side.
Jason, Melody or Rome have got to go next eviction. Those 3, esp. Jason and Rome, are way more of a problem with their abilities to manipulate others than Lyric.
BTW, will someone remind me exactly who was kvetching about Mallory crying some when she was put on the FIRST block when she had done nothing wrong. YET, when LaLa, Jason AND Rome are all way more blubbery PUBICLY than Mallory was, it is treated differently. Now, LaLa really hasn’t done anything wrong but the OTHER TWO, PAAALEASE!
BTW, I did like LaLa but I am having such a hard time with her over-devotion to Rome.
I think Kamu nailed it. It’s better to keep Jason because his messy social game makes him easy to evict down the line. Devon needs to wake up and realize Lyric is a threat—she already won safety week one.

She won something when she guessed the number 28 by looking at Enzo‘s coat with the number 28 on it.
I apologize you’re correct, what I meant was she solved the puzzle to become one of the 12 players eligible to compete for safety.
She was 1 of the people when it came to the time tubes but that wasn’t really 12 people winning including her, it was more like 2 didn’t make the cut. But even if you count that as an out-right win the thing is Jason and Rome were also in that group of 12 to make the cut so that would be a wash since all 3 “won” that part.
?Jason and Rome won week 1 safety and JASON only lost today’s POV by mere seconds. Reportedly Jason stopped/paused to double check his work instead of finishing then immediately going to the finish button hitting it and letting it tell him if he was correct BUT Devens DID hit the button ASAP to check his work. And Rome didn’t get to be in that comp. So, SO FAR, Jason and Rome are more of a risk in comps than Lyric. Although, nobody knows what the future holds in comps going forward.
These people act like somebody died and some of it seems fake. It’s really quite embarrassing.
