Mallory was able to overcome Week 1 with a critical Veto win and a Week 3 Blockbuster win, and then form the F.A.P. alliance (F**k Ass People). But throwing the last HOH because she was scared to draw a line in the game sealed her eviction.
She was already scheming to save Queen Temu last week, so it was better to just win power and make a damn move. Now she has to learn a very hard life lesson all future HGs should take heed: Don’t. Throw. Comps.
My Top 3 targets going into Week 7 are Yash, Dee, and Thog.
I have not watched BB from the beginning, I started in season 9, so this could be inaccurate, but I believe comp throwing as a strategy started with Dan in BB10. There are pros and cons to it. The main one I always hear is wanting to not be perceived as a threat. Whatever to that and their reasons for doing it. However, I do agree that if you even suspect that you are being targeted for eviction, win the comp and stay in the house. Despite assurances that may be given, either way you theoretically have one more week in the house. At least if you’re HOH that is guaranteed safety. You may well be targeted the next week, but at least you took someone else out first.
Gen Z Paradox = Will always be a circular result unless you put your neck on the line and play Big Brother.

Mel Bar are thinking target will shift. Mel would save Mal because Drew makes bad game decisions. Barr says Tay is target but they flip historically and he isn’t flipping. Mallory is sad sacking: she never trusted the alliance and threw the HOH. Buyers remorse on throwing. Barrett is annoyed and losing trust in the crossovers. The Survivors push the Mallory target. Drew knew this was coming. Devens and Dee are pushing it. Barrett is pissed. This is screw Barrett time and he’s over it. now we know why they were studying past seasons in house yester. They were Mallory was in the group and Taylor was there too.
Drew ran back and answered c after question 2. Mallory goes to answer c it is gone pushes a. taylor tries to push c then pushes b and tries to push c 2 more times.
Drew wins. so section 2 and a night of feeds was… useless in this Survivor season.

SO THE TWIST IS SCREW THE FEED VIEWERS. NO REALLY. 90 MINUTES AFTER THANKING THE FANS FOR HELPING THEM REACH 1000 EPISODES THEY JUST TOLD THE FEED WATCHERS TO GO FUQ THEMSELVES.
THE TWIST IS PRETTY MUCH HOW DO WE MANIPULATE THE GAME WITHOUT FEED VIEWERS SEEING US MANIPULATE THE GAME.
Melody is telling Drew to screw off. Barrett is washing his hands as episode ends.
Maybe there will be a jousting competition as part of this twist since they showed a castle setting and Julie said No HoH, vet o& Blockbuster before someone is eliminated. Maybe like a double elimination during the week without calling it that

Any time feeds are scheduled to disappear it means tinfoil me will always see Grod twisting the knife into the storyline in order to help her ‘stars.’
So the twist is F#ck the feedsters, that’s not really a new twist.
can’t believe Mallory is gone! ? I loudly predicted her to win the Block Buster, but clearly, the nerves or the pressure got to her. It is so frustrating because she is incredibly smart and fast. But the real heartbreak tonight is Drew completely betraying Barrett. Barrett has every right to be upset, and so am I. Drew playing both sides is getting exhausting to watch.
Barrett is such a snivelling man-child. Grow a pair, buddy. Do you actually want to win Big Brother, or are you just hoping to make it far enough to get a date with one of the girls? Pathetic. Drew is playing 1000 times better. Barrett is a log buried in a mile of booms.
This twist is giving me “White Locust” vibes again and I don’t like it. The BB fundamentals are for HGs to evict other players, NOT eliminate them in a competition!!
For personal reasons, I’d like Yash out so I don’t have to stare at his chopped up hairdo anymore.
For strategic reasons, Dee or Devens need to be cut before Jury. I have a feeling Angela will be more likely to succumb to this twist and be out next, but I would like to avoid that scenario.
Fingers crossed my two remaining pre-season picks Barrett and LaLa come out the other side to make it into Jury.

So Mallory, the rocket scientist, threw the HOH comp because she apparently thought it would be harder than rocket science to nominate three people for eviction. She’s dumb. Barrett stuck to his word and voted to keep Mallory-good for him. Yash talked tough about blowing up Dee’s HOH but then caved and helped get her exactly what she and Devens wanted-he’s weak. The “biggest twist in BB history” wasn’t fully revealed-typical. And three days without feeds, well that’s just lame! In the end, Mallory deserved her eviction for her dumb game play.

Mallory’s pitfall:
Gamewise: when she found herself in the middle she approached with fear. If she won HOH she would have to target Stuntcasts (meaning make enemies) or target friends (meaning make enemies). She did not play big brother from a strategic sense. She played big brother from a state of fear or a state of laziness when not in fear. You can’t do that unless you are a stuntcast.
Production wise: I went through that a few days ago when i said Mallory was 65% leaving. It is summed up thusly: DOES ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SEASON MAKE YOU THINK THEY WANT THE STUNTCASTS, ESPECIALLY THE SURVIVORS, TO FACE REAL ADVERSITY? We have our answer.
Tinfoil wise: Mallory was making waves as an AFP contender. Who covets that? Devens. Mallory was keeping Barrett from being the sole possession of the narcissist Dee. GOTTA KEEP THE STUNTCASTS HAPPY.
Melody is the angriest person in the house by far. Constant swearing, lashing out, screaming in rooms and uncontrollable crying. She’s not even on the block so what happens when she is? How much more does production need to see before they stop pretending this is just normal Big Brother behavior.
Mallory is gone for so many reasons, but this is one of the biggest traits I’m seeing in this cast. In the old days, if you were on the block, you’d actually PLAY: “I don’t want to be here, so what do you want? I’ll keep you safe for two weeks if I win HOH.” Mallory’s strategy? “Wahhh, I don’t want to be on the block.” That’s it? No deals, no bartering, no offer. Just crying about the situation instead of trying to change it.
Her teenage-level approach to the game was on full display. Just the predictable expectation of priviliage that somehow she deserves to be there – well ummm, just because! Being on the block is a problem you have to solve. She didn’t. She played a terrible game, people. Don’t get confused. My only hope is she fades rather quickly from my mind. Next up basket-case Melody please.
