Storage room – Lala and Lyric
Lala congratulates Lyric on winning. Lyric – thank you. thank you. I love you. You know that I’ll do this game to protect, you know that I appreciate you, baby. Lyric – I do. I love you. It’s gonna be OK. I promise. I promise. Lala – I believe. Lyric leaves the room. Lala to herself – OK I gotta pull myself out of this, ’cause now I wanna go home why am I here? I just wanna go home and just be done.
I know there’s still the blockbuster. I know there’s all that.
11am – Backyard – Kamu, Melody and Drew
Melody – Alright back to how we’re going to backdoor Drew. Kamu – yeah so basically Drew, I need you to win the veto so that we can backdoor Drew. Drew – ok, yeah so that works for me. Kamu – one thing that we haven’t talked about is that I think there is a good chance that Jason might have the power. And maybe he told Lala that he has the power which is why Lala was like because Lala knew what the plan was. I told her what the plan was and she ended up picking him anyways and maybe its because she is confident on what his power is. I could be wrong. Melody – no that makes sense. Kamu – but why would she go again like why would you be like Jason, right? When literally last night she was like yo somebody told Jason that we’re trying to backdoor him. It didn’t come from me. Drew – Lala thinks that if she picks Jason, he wins it and he like legally has to take her off.
Veto day, played off-site with the backyard wide open — and the house is wrong about the power: they’ve spent two days pinning the Time Capsule on Jason, and it’s Devens holding it after telling Kamu he doesn’t have it. Drew opened the morning reporting Jason’s whole flip pitch upstairs, admitted inventing reads to feed the other side, and got told “that’s perfect” — then spent 10 am in the backyard with Devens and Yash, the self-styled Dapper Dans, praying Jason wins the veto so a middle player goes home and their lines stay hidden. Jason’s in the field and knows the job: safety first, everything else after. If he wins, the backdoor dies and the renom comes out of Kamu’s own side. If he loses and lands on the block, the intel says there’s a blow-up waiting. Either way, somebody’s week detonates this afternoon.

8:30pm Storage room – Devens and Dee
Devens – if we need to use it on Angela, we’ll do it and she’ll be surprised and we’ll do that. We’ll figure it out. Dee – yeah ok, so what is it? So 6 weeks? Tell me again. Devens – Its the diamond power of veto. Dee – what? Devens – Not golden power of veto but DIAMOND power of veto. Literally the whole veto ceremony goes.. like say they backdoor me in the veto ceremony and they they go this veto ceremony is adjourned.. and I say not so fast my friend! And then I pull down anyone I want, including myself or you. Dee – but wait, one person only? Devens – pull down one person and then replace them with anyone that is not safe. Like if you won the veto or you were pulled down by the veto, I can’t put you up.. and the HOH but literally anyone else besides those three. And its for 6 weeks! So its yours, its mine.. if either of us needs it.. BOOM! Dee – and if Angela goes up. Devens – we will decide strategically if we want to use it. Dee – 100%!
5:48pm Gym – Lala and Kamu
Kamu – are you alright? Lala – I am kind of alright. Kamu – are you? Lala – I’m good. Kamu – OK you promise. Lala – I’m kind of good. Kamu – Ok, be honest with me ..be honest with me. I saw you outside and I wanted to just give you some space and I wanted to come up here and just get a workout in. It’s hard Lala. It’s a hard position to be in. I try to handle it in the best way I possibly could but I know it’s impossible to not hurt feelings, you know? Lala – let me just ask you a question please. Lala asks Kamu if he was trying to hit on Lyric. Kamu – No, no, Lala, never once. Lala – it’s just weird how he played it cool. Kamu – if I lay in the hammock with you and Rome was on the balcony and she goes, can I lay in the hammock with you? I said, yeah, you know, she’s like, can I hang out with you and lay here? And yeah, you know, that’s fine. I thought that was a little bit odd because Rome was right there. And I know he came down the steps and he saw us laying together. We were all in the hot tub. I was actually there with Rome first. Lala – I’m just wondering how all of this, like, because it it opens my eyes to think what was going on..
Kamu spent nomination morning delivering heads-ups one at a time, and the one that mattered went sideways. He’d promised the Tool Shed overnight that Lyric would be told she’s a pawn and nothing else — she’s too close to Mallory to trust with the target. Fifteen minutes in, she guessed Jason and he confirmed it, then laid out the entire backdoor. She argued against her own nomination for half an hour, naming Barrett, Drew, Taylor and Melody as alternatives, and never once conceded he was right. Along the way he handed her Taylor’s name as a vote-worker for Jason, admitted his own name has been coming up for the block, and hinted that someone close to her has been lying — then wouldn’t say who. Plus Haley maps the other side for him in the storage room, and the Have-Not list grows.
Kamu spent his first night as HOH running the house through his room one at a time — and walked out of it with a different plan than he walked in with. Drew’s idea: don’t nominate Jason at all. Give him the Rome treatment.
Havenot room – Drew and Kamu
Kamu – I think I am putting up Lala. Drew – and then if anyone comes off, Taylor. Kamu – Taylor is the only person in the house I have not talked game with once. She has also been in multiple alliances without me. Drew – Very true. Best case scenario we load up the veto, we win it and leave everything the same. I don’t want you to put Taylor up. I think you have a good thing with Taylor. Kamu – I don’t want the noms to change. I am not going to backdoor anybody. Drew – exactly. Kamu – I need to win the veto. Drew – pick me if you have to because I will play and try and win that sh*t! Kamu – I don’t know if I want to pick you bro because I don’t want people to think that we’re super tight. And people I think already know that we’re close.. But if I pick you… Drew – its way too obvious. Kamu – its way too obvious. Drew – you have to pick random. That makes sense. Kamu – but dude, we’re safe for another week. We’re one week closer. Drew – I can’t wait to go up there .. just you and me. Kamu – I’ve got a lot of conversations tonight. Drew – I don’t. Do you want me to just, I’ll go last.
8:10pm Outside the HOH room – Devens and Lyric
Lyric – did Rome tell you that he was going to do that? Walking out? Devens – No, with you? Lyric – yeah. Devens – No, I had no idea. Lyric – crazy! Did he tell you anything about that? Devens – No, nothing. No, I was in the dark. I was glad he was talking to me at all. He wasn’t confiding all that in me. He didn’t tell you? Lyric – No. Devens – just shocker! Lyric – yeah. Devens – oh wow! That’s a lot. Your mind is probably still spinning from everything Huh? Lyric – well, I blacked out! I was like so in shock that he was actually.. Devens – yeah. Lyric I mentally prepared myself for it happening but when it happened I was like oh crap! He’s leaving, you know? Devens – yeah. Do you like him too? Lyric – I really like him, yes, but for me its important my family likes the person. Devens – right. Lyric – I told him, its really nice getting to know you but I really would love for my family to meet you. Devens – right, well they’ll love him. He’s so nice.
The last day of week 2 feeds before the live show: Drew quietly coaching Melody through the Blockbuster comp, the trio locking its vote priorities through Kamu, and the Tool Shed working out exactly when to tell Taylor that Jason doesn’t have the votes. Plus the Blockbuster and eviction results.
8:30pm – 9:15pm Gym – Kamu, Chuk and Yash
Kamu – Rome has stronger feelings for her than she has for him. You know? Yash – she’d be ripping that bro. Kamu – She told me she’s like when I first came to the house. She’s like my mom, she’s like, before coming to the house, my mom told me whatever you do, do not end up in a showmance. And she goes. And when I met Rome, you know, she’s like, Rome told me that he wanted to protect me. And so for me, having a like a big, strong physical threat or like, you know, physical competitor, protect me. She’s like, yeah, it sounded really nice, but she’s like I wasn’t looking for a showmance. So I feel for Rome because I think that he’s way more into her than she is to him. and she was just looking for somebody to protect her. Yash – he got got. Kamu – and yeah bro. Yash – and he got got. But that’s crazy she said all that, bro. Kamu – Even then, dude, even in the veto speech, she’s like, yeah, I’m only up here because of Rome. And although I do, I was like.. Chuk – I’d be hurt if like Ouch, I was like, damn girl, f**k you. You’re up there ’cause of your a$$, your own a$$ motherf**ker.
