Have-nots
Mallory, Yash, Dee

Lyric used the Power of Veto on herself and Kamu named Jason as the replacement, and the house spends Monday evening sorting through the wreckage of the tea party. Jason is leaning into it, joking about hanging tea bags. Angela measures the whole thing against her own record and finds it worse than anything she did in BB26. Taylor turns the M&Ms alliance she built into a three with Kamu and Devens, then maps every group in the house for the HOH and decides she doesn’t want to win anything for a while. Kamu tells her he’s at the bottom of his own trio, below Chuk and Haley. He also spends the evening building a case that he said target and never said threat, with Taylor as his witness — while Lala climbs the stairs on the spy screen to ask if he wants a plate of food. Mallory counts votes with Melody, Drew and Barrett and comes up short of certainty. Melody makes a fake phone call. And Angela and Haley sit in the bathroom under cucumber slices, pitching game night as a way to lower the temperature.

Lyric used the veto on herself Kamu nominated Jason. Most of the Drama happened yesterday during the tea party massacre. Jason seems to really be leaning into this Tea party thing talking about hanging tea bags.

4:47 pm Haley and Angela

Angela: “You got a good workout in. I’m proud of you. You did good.”

Haley: “I think he really, truly loves Dee and I. I think he’s cool with everybody else, but I think he knows where his alliance is.”
Angela: “I do too.”
Haley: “He’s an agree-er. I don’t think he would do it, though.”
Angela: “No. I know that for a fact.”
Haley: “I know Yash won’t jump ship right now, or even in the next couple weeks, because he’s using them as a shield.”
Angela: “Yeah.”
Haley: “So that’s why I’m like, I’m not worried about it.”
Angela: “I’m not concerned with it.”
Angela: “It’s just that people are going to start really talking after this week.”
Haley: “But that would be crazy, because there’s no way there would ever be five. It’s always going to be six, because of the six.”
Angela: “Well, they’re already — Jason even said there’s eight of us. He pointed that out during his rant.”
Haley: “Don’t say that. But then those are the two eight. Seven? Whatever.”
Haley: “With the Crossovers.”

Haley: “Oh, I’m so sweaty.”
Angela: “Well, it feels good out here. I don’t know how freezing it is in the house.”
Haley: “I’m, like, not hungry, which is good.”
Angela: “Are you usually pretty hungry, though, after your workout? Like, you want your yogurt and stuff. Yogurt, peanut butter, banana and apple.”
Haley: “It’s because I drank a lot of that fiber stuff, too. So by Thursday, I’m going to feel really good.”

5:50 pm Melody on the phone

Melody, on a fake phone call:
Melody: “Mallory threw a tea party and it was really fun, even though I couldn’t eat anything and everything was really good.”
Melody: “But yeah, I wore that cute pink dress that I have. And drank some tea, though.”
Melody: “And then things got rowdy and it was so funny.”
Melody: “And it was one of those moments that me and you watch on Big Brother and we’d be like, how is no one laughing?”
Melody: “And I was trying really hard not to laugh, and no one was laughing, but it was so funny.”
Melody: “And then today was also pretty funny, but not as funny as it could have been. But you would have thought it was so funny if you were here. We would have laughed so hard.”
Melody: “And I miss you. And I still feel like I’m dreaming, and it’s really weird.”

Melody: “But I’m surviving another week in the house, so that’s exciting. And also, there’s people here that I don’t like and they’re pissing me the f*** off.”
Melody: “But I have to act like everything’s fine, and you know that’s, like, impossible.”
Melody: “So I’m really excited to hopefully win something soon, so I can back up me not liking people. With minimal consequences.”

Melody: “And actually, I low-key really f* with Angela.” Melody: “So that’s going to be an interesting conversation with you later. I can’t wait to talk about it. Actually, I can wait, and I will wait. But I’m excited to talk about it with you.” Melody: “And I wonder what you did today, because it was your day off. I hope it was fun. I bet it’s super hot outside. I wonder if you guys are still using the pool.” Melody: “I know I am. Do I look tan? Pretty tan.” Melody: “And I’m f*ing starving, and I started my period. And I can’t sleep on this damn bed one more night, but I have to.”
Melody: “But it’s all fun, and I’m having so much fun.”

Melody: “I know. I feel like I’ve not been talking enough game with people. I feel like that is what you’re telling me right now.”
Melody: “So I need to kick that back in a year.”
Melody: “Talk more game.”
Melody: “Stop being kind of bitchy.”
Melody: “I know, is what you’re telling me.”
Melody: “So I will try to do those things.”

Barrett walks past.
Melody: “Barrett’s coming around the corner. Barrett says hi.”
Melody: “She says hi back.”
Melody: “Classic her.”

Melody: “It’s so really hard, but it’s like literally the most fun I’ve ever had. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed this much in this short of a time period, like, ever.”
Melody: “I think I’m getting abs from it, which is cool, because I’m not working out.”
Melody: “And I really just wanna, like, scream. I really wanna just, like, scream. And, like, punch the s*** out of something sometimes.”
Melody: “But I don’t. And I’m still fine. So self-control is really cool. And I like that about myself.”
Melody: “But I’m so excited to hear your opinions on everybody. And I wonder if we don’t like the same people. Because, you know, we have different opinions.”
Melody: “But this has been, like, life-changing already.”
Melody: “And I miss you so much.”
Melody: “Well, I’m probably burning the food I’m making, so I’m going to let you go.”
Melody: “But I love you so much, and I hope you have a good rest of your day, and I’ll talk to you tomorrow.”

6:00 pm Angela reminds me of the Baron Harkonnen. The David Lynch one.

Angela: “This is so refreshing, thank you.”
Angela: “But I’m with you. Rome’s people have never completely split up.”
Angela: “I think he wants to go.”

Melody: “I’m tired, too. I put coffee in my protein shake.”
Angela: “What’d you do?”
Melody: “I put coffee in my protein shake.”
Angela: “I’m making green tea.”

Angela: “Now, if it’s 12 weeks, then there’s only — what is that? Nine left? Nine weeks left.”
Angela: “Oh, we can do it.”
Angela: “That’s really hard.”
Angela: “Yeah, it was very hard for me to recover from calling somebody crazy eyes and twit.”

Angela: “This is a lot worse.”

Angela: “And they are considering that we’re eight, not six. And that’s fine by me for now.”

Angela: “There are cucumbers in the kitchen. Cut up, if you want to do one.”
Angela: “Welcome. Join our Zen.”
Angela: “Let’s do Haley. Peace, light and love, and let it go. Give it peace, light and love, and let it go.”

Angela: “You know what’d be a fun game — and maybe I’m just talking out my ass — but we blindfold one of the boys, and each person says one word, and they have to guess who that person is.”
Haley: “That sounds like fun.”
Angela: “Like, in a line, and see how close they can get and get it right. And then we each take a turn doing it.”
Angela: “We should literally do a game like tonight. Why are we not doing games?”
Angela: “Because the tension’s been so f***ing high.”
Angela: “We just had a peaceful night last night.”
Angela: “I don’t know, we tried to have a tea party and look how that went.”
Angela: “Game night, that’s murder.”
Angela: “Yeah, we just can’t be civil here.”
Angela: “Duck, duck, goose could be adorably fun and silly and great.”
Angela: “And then we could build from there. We could do the mafia thing like we want to do.”
Haley: “Yes, I want to do the freaking mafia game.”
Angela: “Honestly, I think that would lighten tension.”
Angela: “We’ve got a couple more days to go about whatever happens.”

Angela: “Hi, Lyric.”
Lyric: “You guys look amazing.”
Angela: “Go get your cucumbers.”
Lyric: “Let me make sure there’s some room. I’m going to scoot you over.”
Angela: “You can get as close as you like.”
Angela: “She’s a cuddle bug.”

Angela: “I think I found another hack. Outside shower. I’m two for two.”
Angela: “Well, I guess it’s just our thing, Haley. That’s okay. I tried.”

6:30 pm Mallory, Melody, Berrett, Drew

Barrett: “Jason actually made rice. So I stole some. He said, what is Lala making?”
Barrett: “Garlic bread and Caesar salad. So yeah, I’ll f*** with that too.”
Drew: “Are you gonna eat that too?”
Melody: “I would, too. This s*** looks fing good.”
Barrett: “I bet it’ll be bad.”
Melody: “Yeah, it’ll probably taste like s
, like it always does.”

Melody: “Earlier, there was a cloud that looked like — it’s not here anymore. This is when you were playing bags, but it looked like a dental x-ray of, like, your back molars.”
Drew: “You didn’t tell me?”
Melody: “I didn’t want to, like, shout it out in front of everyone.”
Drew: “You should have told me. I would have stopped everything. It looked so cool. I would have stopped everything.”

Mallory joins.
Melody: “Hey girl, I’m still cooking up that rice.”
Drew: “Is this low-key the squad right here? Low-key the squad.”

Melody: “Have you been talking to people at all today, or no?”
Mallory: “A little bit. I talked to Yash, and he said he thinks if it’s me versus Lala, Lala stays.”
Melody: “Really?”
Mallory: “He said he wants me here, but he’s gonna vote with the house. But he says he hasn’t talked to a ton of people.”
Melody: “Bro, I will literally need a fing psych, like, a doctor if you leave.”
Mallory: “This is just so ass. Like, ugh.”
Melody: “Nah, dude, you gotta win that f
ing Blockbuster. It’s, like, not even funny.”
Drew: “I think you can.”
Barrett: “You can easily do it.”
Melody: “Like, and we’re not just, like, fing saying that.”
Drew: “You can slam him out.”
Melody: “Like, you can totally win, especially with him doing all this bulls
this week, and he’s probably getting in his own head.”
Drew: “Bro, no one’s gonna talk to him for, like, the next two or three days. Like, he kind of isolated himself.”
Melody: “Yeah, take full advantage of that. Like, lock in.”
Melody: “I know you’re a f***ing have-not. I know it sucks, but you can eat. Remember, you can eat.”
Drew: “And leave no crumbs.”
Drew: “Me and Barrett will wear dresses if you want.”
Melody: “Yeah, that would help.”

Melody: “Fing Yash, bro.”
Drew: “Yashy boy?”
Melody: “So you have us three.”
Mallory: “Lyric.”
Mallory: “I have Yash if we can get the majority.”
Melody: “Okay, but let’s not count him right now.”
Mallory: “Who the f else? I don’t know.”
Barrett: “I think Angela and Dee are down.”
Mallory: “Angela and Dee.”
Drew: “Possibly, yeah.”
Melody: “I think you have the majority already. Did you tell him that?”
Mallory: “I said I think so, but he was like, I mean, you never know.”
Mallory: “But I was like, Angela and Dee. I said, I think I have Angela. And I’d be like, Haley, it’s Lala.”
Mallory: “And he was like, I mean, you just never know with that.”
Mallory: “I, like, see his point.”

Mallory: “Tomorrow, I’m going to talk, like, a bunch of game with everybody. I’m just going to say, like, I’m going to gun for Jason.”
Mallory: “Obviously, Lala won’t, because she picked him for the veto. Like, I wanted him backdoored this week. That’s why I picked Lala first and Jason second.”
Melody: “And then if you need to, talk about how you can win HOH and Lala can’t win s***.”
Melody: “Not to, you know, certain people.”
Mallory: “Well, then, if Lala wins, she’s not going to put up Jason. Like, she picked him for the veto.”
Mallory: “And I picked Lala to go first and Jason to go second in that competition. Like, that showed that I’m gonna go after that.”
Drew: “You’re gonna go after what?”
Melody: “Jason.”
Mallory: “I don’t even know if I actually will. If I can say that.”
Melody: “I would say literally any of them.”
Melody: “That’s okay, because you’re going to win the Blockbuster.”

Melody: “Have you talked to Kamu?”
Mallory: “No, but he can’t vote.”
Melody: “He can break a tie.”
Mallory: “Yeah. I would still see what he’s thinking, because the people he’s working with are gonna vote how he wants them to vote.”
Mallory: “Okay, yeah, I will. Is he over there right now?”
Barrett: “Yeah, you can go talk to Haley and him at the same time.”
Mallory: “Well, Taylor’s there too.”
Barrett: “Have you talked to her yet?”
Mallory: “I’m not gonna. She told me, like, I think first week — she was like, if Lala was ever on the block, like, even if it’s just a sympathy vote, I would vote to keep her, no matter what she’s up against.”
Barrett: “Slow roll. Taylor.”

6:30 pm Angela and CHUK

Angela: “Five is how many? Yeah, that’s what’s left.”
Angela: “So she’s basically saying she was pointing out to him the house numbers and where the line divides.”
Chuk: “I don’t see Yash ever flipping.”
Angela: “Oh, no, I don’t. I don’t see Yash. I don’t see him doing that. Yeah, I don’t see that.”
Angela: “I think she’s just moving forward what that’s going to look like.”
Angela: “So he’s not gonna be thinking about doing anything else. But I also think that he probably does have something.”

Chuk: “Yash told me, to our faces, him and Rome had nothing. Today he told us they had nothing.”
Chuk: “And Rome would always tell me they have nothing, and Yash would always tell me they had nothing. So I would cross-reference, and it would line up.”
Chuk: “Apparently they didn’t talk game. But you can’t believe anything in here.”
Chuk: “We’ve had countless conversations with Taylor. And Taylor’s just as lost as it gets, but it seems like she’s gaining her legs.”
Angela: “Oh, I see.”
Chuk: “She has to. It seems like she’s starting to gain her legs, because she’s seeing that, oh, people are willing to take out — oh, Jason.”
Chuk: “So it’s good that we make sure she doesn’t get her legs.”
Chuk: “Oh, my God. I’m sorry, Mom. That sounded so rude.”
Chuk: “I said, we need to make sure she doesn’t get her legs.”
Chuk: “So Haley came and told me, because I’ve been kind of down for the count today in sleep, so I haven’t been able to go to work. But I’m awake. I must go and investigate.”

Chuk: “Y’all just giving me a run for my money.”
Angela: “Everyone loves his cologne. I said, what is that cologne that he’s got?”
Chuk: “But this cologne — I barely buy my own colognes.”

Angela: “No, I was actually asking you not about the Four Seasons. I already know about that.”
Angela: “I want to know about the big collection of people. The eight, or whatever it was, that he had. Did we ever figure out what that name was? That Rome was in?”
Chuk: “Yeah, like the big group. I can name them just based off what I walked into one night.”
Angela: “No, I know who was in it, but what was the name of their alliance?”
Angela: “That’s what I would be so curious. It’s so silly, but I want to know what it was.”
Chuk: “You don’t know if they named it.”
Chuk: “Me, Kamu and Yash — we’re starting to realize that maybe Rome did not have, maybe he was able to be an influence, but not strategize as quickly as we thought.”
Chuk: “And so we were talking today in Kamu’s room, and we were like, maybe he was able to influence them to potentially vote wherever he wanted to, but never had something set in stone.”
Chuk: “Like that Four Seasons. Drew was saying how that was just early on, and they didn’t talk about it.”
Chuk: “And so I was still on the hunt for what was the name, who was all in it.”
Chuk: “This game is so interesting.”
Angela: “It’s so fun. People are always so sad and emotional. A lot of human emotion.”
Angela: “That’s where it kind of, for me — but I always have my eye on who I’m with and how to predict.”

Angela: “And there’s a very good chance Jason could win and still be here.”
Angela: “So that’s why it’s important that Haley tries the best. He doesn’t feel, you know, isolated and ostracized, too.”
Angela: “Plus, there’s human emotion there. He’s not a bad person. He just made some bad choices in Big Brother.”
Chuk: “I did that exact same thing with Rome, was make sure we had a one-on-one and got intimate. Because you’re like, what if he comes back?”
Angela: “And who hasn’t made mistakes in Big Brother?”
Chuk: “Everyone has.”
Angela: “We all will. And we all have. We’ll continue to do that. It’s just how we progress together and stay strong, that we’ll be fine.”
Chuk: “And I think we have good people that do stay strong. I think we’re a nice, we’re a great, mature group, which is so helpful.”

Angela: “You and Haley getting HOHs next week would be beautiful.”
Chuk: “I need it, and I’m coming for it, because there’s no way.”
Angela: “I need to see your family.”
Chuk: “I know. I can’t wait to see my family, too, and have a little time in the room.”
Angela: “Really, like, really believe in yourself when you’re going to do it, okay? Like, really see it. See yourself winning.”
Angela: “See it with all your heart and think about those pictures and all that. I really believe you can do it.”
Chuk: “I think so, too.”
Angela: “You’re the best, okay?”

6:55 pm Taylor and Kamu HOH

Kamu: “We just do like a three-person alliance with the three of us. I was like, dude, perfect. I would totally be down to run it.”
Kamu: “And so he was like, all right, cool. So I said, hey, well, if you see Taylor, if you have the opportunity, talk to Taylor. I said, and if I have the opportunity, I’ll talk to Taylor, too.”
Kamu: “So it was perfect. We were outside throwing bags, and I was like, hey, let’s go talk.”
Taylor: “Yeah, that works for me. That works fine, just fine for me. Same ideas, like I said.”
Taylor: “The whole idea of the tether and the team thing was just to recognize that each one of us are identified.”
Taylor: “The colors was just to show, like, look, we’re here. You know what I’m saying?”
Kamu: “The way that you broke it down, too, with the M&Ms — and you showed every color represented a different group of people, and you broke them down into groups of three — was genius. I thought that was so smart.”
Kamu: “So yeah, it would literally be the same exact strategy.”
Taylor: “Just smaller.”
Kamu: “But it’s just tighter. Smaller.”
Kamu: “And then what we do is we just work with people on the outside, but we know that we’re locked.”
Kamu: “Like, if I see you with people, I’m not going to think anything of it.”
Taylor: “That’s what I said. All of those people that I suggested, or we was talking about — you never worry about. If they’re talking to other people outside of their colors, nobody ever questions them.”
Taylor: “Because that’s just them.”
Taylor: “People who just still consider everybody still friends with everybody, likable amongst everybody. But not in, like, a weird way. In, like, an authentic way.”

Taylor: “Like even today, with Jason — I’m still gonna talk to Jason. I’m still gonna rock with Jason, even though he’s in this weird place where I feel like everybody kinda don’t wanna talk to him or whatever.”
Taylor: “He’s human first. I said, well, I’m not gonna stop talking to him.”
Kamu: “I’d be cool with Jason. I don’t think he’s cool with me, which is okay.”
Kamu: “But if he came over like, hey man, and wanted to dap, dude, I would dap him up and be like, bro, we’re good.”
Kamu: “I’m giving him space right now. You know what I mean? I’m giving him space.”
Kamu: “The last time, when he threw my name out last week, I asked him if he wanted to talk, and he was like, no, I don’t know, apparently I’m too messy. And I asked him, are we good? And he was like, I don’t know, and whatever.”
Kamu: “And I gave him a little bit of space, and then I saw him sitting by himself on the couch, and I went over to him. I was like, hey man, this is just a game, bro. I like you, this is just a game, we’re okay.”
Kamu: “And he said thank you, and then the next day he apologized to me.”
Kamu: “This time, though.”

7:05 PM — Kamu and Taylor, HOH

Taylor: “You two are more closer to the side of the house that everybody is.”
Taylor: “I would say you’re closer to you, Chuk, Haley.”
Taylor: “I would associate you if you try to bring that five teams down to three. So you would be you, Chuk, Haley.”
Kamu: “I feel like I’m at the bottom of that, though. Between Chuk and Haley, I think Chuk and Haley are the best.”
Taylor: “Oh, Chuk and Haley are definitely.”
Kamu: “I’m aware. I can see that I’m at the bottom of that trio.”
Kamu: “Dee. I’ll put Dee with y’all.”
Taylor: “Maybe. I don’t know.”
Kamu: “I get along well with Dee. Are you close with Dee?”
Taylor: “Do you talk game with Dee?”
Kamu: “Yeah, I do. Like, we’ll be on the same page as far as, like, votes. Like, hey, how are we voting? What are you thinking?”
Taylor: “For Devens, I see Drew, Barrett, maybe Angela. But it seems like Angela and Dee are closer.”
Kamu: “Angela seems to be close to some of the girls.”
Taylor: “Yeah, Angela, she’s playing that role right now.”
Taylor: “And then me, Lala, Jason, I would say Lyric, Mallory. Because I would be considered — you remember that whole she’s with Lala, and Lala’s with Rome.”
Taylor: “So I guess I would say me, Lala, Jason, Lyric, Mallory.”
Taylor: “Melody is — well, me and Melody are really cool, but Melody is with Drew.”
Taylor: “And me and Yash are cool too.”
Kamu: “I love Yash. I don’t talk a ton of game with Yash, but as a human, I love hanging out with Yash.”
Taylor: “I told Yash today, I said, you got to fix your game, because people don’t know where you at.”
Kamu: “What did he say?”
Taylor: “He was like, good looks, good looking out.”
Taylor: “And I heard somebody say that he’s messy. So I told him, I said, you need to do something about that.”
Taylor: “I think he talks to too many people. I don’t know what he does exactly, but I think to try to stay in the middle, he feels the need to have to talk to everybody. But I think he probably tries to talk game with everybody, and that’s what makes it messy.”

Kamu: “You’re in a tough place as far as your alliance goes with Jason and Lala.”
Taylor: “Not in an alliance with them.”
Kamu: “No, I mean just your friendship, you know what I’m saying? Because obviously, nobody trusts Jason.”
Kamu: “There’s a chance he goes, of course, if he doesn’t win the Blockbuster. There’s also a good chance he wins the Blockbuster.”
Kamu: “But then Lala — she might be next.”
Kamu: “I don’t even think that Lala’s a threat. And, okay, I know that she said that I used the word threat.”
Taylor: “I think you used target. I used to always say target to me.”
Kamu: “Yes. I remember you saying she’s a target.”
Kamu: “Because nobody said that she was a threat. She’s not a threat. And no one said that she was a threat. Nobody looks at Lala as a threat.”
Kamu: “The two names that were brought up to me the most were people saying, yo, I don’t really click with this person, or I don’t trust this person. And this is what I tried to explain last night.”
Kamu: “But you told me target. I’m telling you, like, we have everything recorded. If I watch the show back, I’m almost certain —”
Taylor: “I feel like you told me target.”
Kamu: “I’m almost certain I did not say the word threat.”
Taylor: “I know you didn’t say threat to me.”
Kamu: “Yeah, and I don’t think I said threat to her either.”
Taylor: “Yeah, I think maybe I heard target.”
Kamu: “Maybe if I watch it back.”

Kamu: “Why is the screen so dark?”
Taylor: “Because they don’t know if you’re watching or not, so they just close it.”
Kamu: “Let me see if I can brighten it up.”
Taylor: “So that’s the thing I have to worry about now, because Jason might be —”
Taylor: “And I don’t know, you think, is it going to make me a target now that I’m — because I’m just naturally cool with him? I think I’m naturally cool with everybody.”
Taylor: “I think it would be more out of my element to not talk to them, too, because I’m so used to them.”
Taylor: “Oh, somebody coming up. Who’s coming up?”
Kamu: “Is that Lyric?”
Kamu: “Oh, Lala.”
Taylor: “She about to come get you.”
Kamu: “I’m gonna let her in.”
Lala: “I just wanted to make sure — if you want me to make you a plate, I’m gonna make you a plate.”
Kamu: “Yeah, I’ll come down to you.”

Taylor: “Because even yesterday when he said that, he threw that whole, aren’t you a man of faith?”
Taylor: “I don’t like that.”
Kamu: “Yeah, well, I told him, I said, man, let’s leave faith out of this.”
Taylor: “But I think I did the mama stare. He’s like, okay, I’m sorry.”
Kamu: “He said that to you?”
Taylor: “Yeah, well, he said, aren’t you a man of faith? And I just — I literally jumped up and I stared at him. And I did not break my look. And then he was talking, he was like, I’m sorry, I know. And he stopped.”
Kamu: “Oh, I didn’t even realize that that was directed to you.”
Taylor: “I think it’s just me to tell somebody when they’re right and tell somebody when they’re wrong. So that’s just me.”
Taylor: “At the end of the day, I’m going to always be myself. I’m going to always do what’s right.”
Kamu: “The good thing is, I don’t hear anybody talking about you, which is where you want to be. You’re not on anybody’s bad side. You don’t have any blood on your hands.”
Taylor: “That’s why I don’t know if it’s even a good idea for me to go for HOH for a while.”
Kamu: “I don’t think you really have to. I don’t think that you’re on anybody’s radar as far as being put up.”
Kamu: “Being HOH is tough. I don’t know if I want to do it anytime soon.”
Kamu: “It’s tough, especially when there aren’t hard lines drawn in the sand. It’s one thing if you have easy targets.”
Kamu: “But when you’re cool with everybody and you have to make decisions as to who to put up, it is hard. That’s why I had all those conversations first. I wasn’t trying to blindside anybody. I felt like I needed to explain myself as to why I was putting them up.”
Taylor: “But luckily you were already kind of seen as being on that side of the house. So picking people from the other side of the house wasn’t a surprise. So it was okay for you to be HOH.”
Taylor: “All right, well, me and you and Devens will talk.”
Kamu: “Yeah, we’ll talk. And get this show on the road. Think of a name.”
Taylor: “A name? I let the boys do that stuff.”
Kamu: “No, but hey, you came up with the strat. You put this in motion.”
Taylor: “You’re right.”

7:04 PM — Melody and Mallory, backyard

Mallory: “That also kind of makes me think she will vote out Lala.”
Melody: “I definitely think she’s going to vote out Lala if it comes down. I think she is just really annoyed with Lala to the point where she doesn’t give a f*** about anything else besides how annoying she is.”
Mallory: “I mean, Lala does hate Haley.”
Melody: “Yeah, they literally have open beef.”
Mallory: “I’ll just say the thing too, like, I’m willing to target Jason. Lala’s not. She showed that at the veto.”
Mallory: “I’m glad that I picked Lala first and I picked Jason second.”
Mallory: “It low-key sucked that I had to pick anybody. Of course my name was picked first.”
Mallory: “But at least it demonstrated that I wanted Jason gone, you know?”
Mallory: “It’s just so scary, because I just don’t know who’s going to just lie. Because I was lying to Ashley.”
Melody: “It’s totally normal at this point to just be like, hey, can I talk to you? You’re on the fing block. No one’s going to be like, what the f?”
Mallory: “I feel really bad for Jason.”
Melody: “I feel bad for him too, I do. I feel bad for Lala too.”
Mallory: “I think Jason is such a sweet person outside of this house. But I have no idea who he’s siding with.”
Melody: “He could have had, like, a redemption arc, whether it was with us or with them. But he chose, like, neither, really.”
Mallory: “If he got put up again after the veto, and it was between him and Lala, I think we would have voted to keep him if that whole vote didn’t happen.”

Melody: “Let’s say you do win the Blockbuster. Are we voting out Jason? I think so.”
Melody: “Because me and Drew were talking, and it seems like that’s the obvious choice — but low-key, I kind of want to keep him.”
Mallory: “I’m down with that, but the only thing that scares me about that is if we vote to keep him and the other side targets him. Like, are we just going to vote to keep him every time?”
Melody: “But it would be nice to have someone for at least one more week. But also, he is such a wild card.”
Melody: “But nobody’s going to trust him. Including us.”
Mallory: “I just don’t know who he would put up if he was HOH, you know?”
Melody: “I really think he still would, and especially if we kept him, and we were like, we fing kept you.” Melody: “You know he would probably swing for the fences. If the numbers were there, I would be down.” Melody: “Just getting those numbers, I think, is going to be fing almost impossible.”
Mallory: “Well, okay, let’s see. You, me.”
Melody: “Drew.”
Mallory: “Maybe Barrett. We could get Lyric. We can get Yash and maybe Taylor.”
Mallory: “I mean, we could do it.”
Melody: “It would take a lot of convincing. I’m going to talk to Drew about it more later, too. And then also bring it up to Barrett tonight.”
Melody: “I’m going to be asking about Jason to our side specifically. I’m just trying to see — being like, don’t you think if we kept him? I know he’s kind of crazy, but crazy is not necessarily bad right now.”
Melody: “But I also don’t want that to be a mistake, you know? Because, like, what if he does have the power?”

Feeds cut to Kamu and Lala, then return.
Mallory: “If we can get Taylor to keep Jason, we can get Taylor to keep me.”

7:12 PM — Barrett joins

Melody: “So let’s say Mallory wins the Blockbuster and it’s Jason and Lala. What do you think?”
Barrett: “I mean, I was just thinking about it now. Jason. Do you have other ideas?”
Melody: “We were thinking maybe keeping Jason.”
Mallory: “If we can get enough people.”
Melody: “I know it sounds insane.”
Barrett: “What’s the benefit?”
Melody: “I truly — I don’t trust him, first of all. I don’t, and I never will. But I truly think if he did get HOH —”
Mallory: “And we all had just voted to keep him.”
Melody: “— and we had just kept him, like we all worked to keep him, that he truly would swing for the fences and start taking those shots at other people.”
Barrett: “Are y’all worried he has the power at all?”
Melody: “Yes, that’s what I also brought up.”
Mallory: “Wouldn’t he have used it, though?”
Melody: “But I don’t know, because sometimes the rules and conditions, it might be like you can only use it on eviction night.”
Barrett: “Angela made a good point that it could be an HOH takeover power that he got.”
Mallory: “But why wouldn’t he have used it this week?”
Barrett: “It was after nominations already.”
Melody: “But even if he does get the HOH takeover, I don’t think he would put us up. But also, I understand if that’s not a risk we’re willing to take. I am just spitballing ideas before we make a decision.”
Melody: “If Jason can win HOH and he doesn’t put us up, that’s a huge benefit for us, because he’s already taking all the heat.”
Melody: “I’m just thinking with the Blockbuster and the three nominees — having almost, like, a placeholder nominee, so that it’s one less opportunity for us to go up. If that makes sense.”

7:14 PM — Yash joins

Melody: “But, like, what if we keep him, though?”
Yash: “Do we have the numbers for it?”
Melody: “I think we could.”
Yash: “Because if we have the numbers, I’m open to it. Because he’s the bigger threat who could fight for our side.”
Yash: “But the question then also does become — do we think he would actually stay true to us?”
Melody: “Because my thing is, he is a wild card. So we really don’t know. It would be a risk to do it. But if it paid off, it would be so nice.”
Melody: “Because I truly do think that if he stays and he does win HOH, he is going to swing for the fences at that point. Especially if we all vote to keep him.”
Melody: “Like, we all put this s* together to keep you here for this purpose, to keep you in another week.” Melody: “And, like, he knows that if he fs that up — and of course, that would be a risk, and someone from our side would go home if he did put all three of us up. And that would fing suck.”
Melody: “And, again, I don’t trust him. I don’t believe what he says.”
Yash: “That’s the hard part.”
Barrett: “With me, he just said, you talking game? And I was like, no. And he was like, that’s what I thought. Yeah, he did seem, like, good.”
Yash: “Even though everything that was said there is basically lies, that’s the one part that I’m a little nervous about. Because he did exhibit qualities where he wants to work with all of them.”
Barrett: “He’s not going after them until jury. Like, if he got power, he wouldn’t immediately go after them anyway.”
Mallory: “One thing is, if we prove that we vote to keep him, he would be silly to take one of us out, because then we don’t have the majority anymore. So from his perspective, the other side gets power. If we vote to keep him every time, he can’t go home.”
Yash: “How many people do we need? You said seven?”
Melody: “Seven.”
Yash: “My plan as of a few hours ago was just vote with the house, because I haven’t had a lot of conversations about it. But after doing this, I’m like, low-key, that’s a good strategic move for us to make.”
Barrett: “Because what does Lala do for us?”
Yash: “Nothing. Game-wise, it’s sad. Nothing. She’s amazing.”
Barrett: “It would be kind of OP to have, like, a reverse eviction power. That’s the only thing I could think of — like Jag had, you know, in 25, where he got evicted and it was like, no, actually you don’t.”
Melody: “If we do keep Jason, we have to be prepared, too, that if one of them does win HOH — not Jason, but Dee, Haley, Devens, any of them — they might be super fing pissed. Like, that is officially what the house is.” Yash: “But I feel like that’s a good thing.” Melody: “I’m sick of playing this, like — because low-key, I’m like, I don’t f with you.”
Melody: “Low-key, Jason is funny as f*. He’s entertaining me.”
Yash: “And it is good having him around as well.”

Melody, on Lala:
Melody: “She fing comes over to me and Mallory, we’re sitting over there, and Dee, Devens and Angela are sitting at the patio thing, not that far away. And she’s screaming. She’s like, I’m gonna hold a house meeting, I fing hate Haley, all this s***. And me and Mal are like, bruh.”
Melody: “I literally had to get up and leave.”

7:21 PM — Lyric joins

Melody: “You look so mischievous coming over here.”
Melody: “Have you talked to Jason since he said he didn’t know if he could trust you or whatever?”
Melody: “So we were thinking maybe we keep Jason, if it’s Jason and Lala. What do you think?”
Lyric: “Okay.”
Barrett: “I wonder if even Devens would keep Jason.”
Melody: “I want to make sure that everyone would be okay and know for sure that if we do that, it’s going to divide the house completely. Like, officially, actually, this time.”
Melody: “I don’t trust him, I’m not going to lie. But I do feel like if we banded together to keep him and we told him beforehand — hey, we’re going to do this and we’re going to keep you, but if you have the power, if you have HOH, then you need to swing for the fences and do what you said you were going to do.”
Melody: “With the numbers, we’re the majority. So we get to decide who goes home.”
Mallory: “We have to talk to Taylor, too.”
Melody: “So it’s us three, them two, Drew, and then Taylor. That’s the seven that we need.”
Melody: “I like Jason. I don’t trust him. I don’t necessarily want to work with him. But if he can be that shield, and someone to swing for the fences first so that makes it easier for us to do it later, I would not mind that at all.”
Melody: “And also, he is funny as hell. Yes, he’s lying to you guys. He lied to me, too. He’s still lying to me. But I need some damn entertainment.”
Melody: “It’s a 50-50 between Mallory and Jason with the Blockbuster. It truly is.”
Melody: “So I think it would be smart to let Jason know that we’d be down to keep him before the Blockbuster, so that if he does win the Blockbuster, he’s more inclined to actually stick with us and put up whoever the f. That’s not us.” Mallory: “I would rather have him here.” Barrett: “I have no qualms with him. Personally, it’s just game-wise, he’s such a wild card.” Barrett: “And also, like you said — all that s he was doing today, he wasn’t doing it to us. It was clearly not at us.”
Barrett: “It’s just gonna piss some people off when we do this. But that’s the game. What are we here for?”
Barrett: “We would’ve had our last family dinner if we do this. F*** it. We still have eight.”
Yash: “That’s a family. A big family.”
Melody: “Because then it only leaves, what, six of them?”

On the block:
Melody: “And none of them have been on the fing block.” Mallory: “It’s crossed my mind too, granted that us two have been on it twice. Block whore over here with a bunch of block virgins. I’m sick of this.” Melody: “Not a single one of them have ever been put up.” Mallory: “And they don’t have to worry about — if it hasn’t been us on the block, it’s been our friends on the block. They haven’t had to worry about that. Any of them. For three weeks.” Mallory: “Three weeks they’ve been in Disneyland. I’m so fing mad right now. You don’t even get it.”
Melody: “And Lala ain’t even been a have-not.”
Mallory: “But neither have Drew or Barrett. You guys haven’t been on the block either.”
Barrett: “Well, you guys also, you have to deal with your friends being on the block. No, I’m just joking.”
Mallory: “Last week we had to choose between two people on our side who to vote home.”
Mallory: “What was the one vote? Do you guys know? I swear on my life.”
Melody: “I low-key think it was Haley.”
Barrett: “I like to think there’s America’s player at play, and America just voted for that one vote. They were like, low-key, we don’t f*** with Melody. Get Melody out of there.”
Melody: “Okay, do you want a cookie? Like, I’m still here.”

On the power:
Melody: “You don’t have the power, right, Lyric?”
Lyric: “No, I swear, I promise. Why does everyone think I have the power?”
Mallory: “Guys, I honestly really think Devens has the power.”
Mallory: “Just based off of Angela winning the first one — they brought Devens here not because he won Survivor, because he’s an icon. He’s known for the false idol s.” Mallory: “He has a lot of fans, and they bring someone like that on to get Survivor fans to watch the show. I bet a lot of people are watching the show just for Devens.” Mallory: “And even when Jason called him out at the tea party, he was like, do you have the power? Everyone’s like, I assumed you have the power. But he wasn’t like, what? No.” Mallory: “I feel like if I didn’t have the power and he was like, don’t you have the power — I’d be like, I fing wish.”
Barrett: “Even Devens having the power makes me feel better than other people.”

On Kamu:
Melody: “Kamu is a very, very smart guy. I also have been kind of just playing dumb, like, because duh. But he genuinely thinks that he convinced me how to play my own game, and I was sitting there like, this is fing hilarious. I’m not doing what you’re telling me to do.” Melody: “And I like Kamu. I do. And I do talk game with Kamu.” Melody: “He is making good-ass game moves. And I’m recognizing that, and that’s exactly why we need more numbers and we need Jason to stay.” Melody: “He drew a lot of his inspiration from Dan. He loves Dan, and that’s such a Dan thing to do. I think the people that he really looks up to in Big Brother do s like that, so he wants to do s*** like that.”
Melody: “At first, I did not know where he was going with that, and I was like, this corny-ass motherfer, bro, shut the hell up.” Melody: “But it was pretty sick. He has the ammo to back it up. It was pretty valid. I can’t even be mad at it, because it was pretty valid. Jason has just been lying the whole time to every single person.” Barrett: “It made me question if Kamu actually does have a flair for TV.” Barrett: “I think he did try to socially bomb Jason’s game. He had mentioned earlier in the day that he had been monologuing about the same thing he ended up bringing up, and that he might have a house meeting. So when he started talking, I was like, f, he’s doing that, isn’t he?”
Mallory: “I thought that was kind of a little unnecessarily messy.”
Melody: “And of course no one is gonna defend him up there, because I’m not blowing up my game for you. I’m on the block, so I’m just gonna be quiet.”
Mallory: “Haley just has an influence over people. I think she’s the reason Kamu put Lala on the block.”
Mallory: “And I think if Chuk was in that situation, I think Haley would run Chuk’s situation.”
Melody: “And also, I like Kamu. By the way, I like Kamu. But at the end of the day, we’re still about to lose a number of ours.”

On Chuk:
Yash: “Chuk just be saying s. He’s Hall of Fame, tell you what you want to hear. Hall of Fame sentence filler.” Yash: “If we’re talking about the sky, he’ll just say, yeah, I f with clouds and s.” Yash: “Say one real thing, dog. Come on, man.” Yash: “It was me and Drew talking about Hinge, and Kamu and Melody at the other side of the table. And he walks by and he says, Hinge is the GOAT.” Yash: “And then he turns back around to enter the conversation and he’s like, I don’t really be doing those dating apps. So how the f is the app the greatest of all time?”
Yash: “And then I was like, it’s better than Tinder. He’s like, yeah, I download Tinder when I’m on college campuses. Me and Drew were like, what the f*** does that mean?”
Yash: “He walks away, and he comes back after. Now Angela and Devens are here, and Kamu and Melody are still there, and now it’s a six-person conversation. And Devens and Angela were talking about how they would hate to be dating on today’s dating scene. And Chuk comes in and he’s like, man, I love the dating apps, though. They’re the best.”
Mallory: “You hate the dating apps.”
Yash: “But I think everyone knows he’s a serial capper.”
Barrett: “There was one time, before the Ashley vote. I was like, I don’t think I’ve ever really talked any game with Chuk yet. So I was walking in the backyard with him, just making sure Ashley was the move for everybody.”
Barrett: “And I swear to God, he was like — yeah, bro, I just try to think about the options, and some people have really good things about them, and then you start thinking about the other people, and they have other things that maybe go against them, bro. And I just, I don’t know, man.”
Barrett: “And he does that squint. The sky’s blue, bro. And the perplexed-ass face.”
Barrett: “And then I swear to God he was like, bro, you talk to some people and you’re just like, I don’t know where their head’s at, and they just start talking just to talk. And I’m just like — you’re doing that right now. You’re doing the thing you’re talking about.”
Barrett: “I don’t like being called a middleman.”
Yash: “And I heard Haley said I was messy or whatever. I’m like, bro, keep my name out your mouth.”
Melody: “And then Chuk was trying to go up to Drew and was like, you need to be more transparent, bro.”
Barrett: “Drew was pissed about that.”
Mallory: “What does that even mean? Why would I be transparent? That’s his Big Brother.”

Barrett: “This is what I genuinely think, bro. Like, putting up Chuk —”
Yash: “— or Haley would create zero new enemies, because everyone already sees the way they’re moving.”
Yash: “Because if we’re seeing it, they’re seeing it. I even think a little bit Kamu sees it.”
Yash: “Because one time I was up there, and Chuk was up there, and we were talking, and Chuk said something, and I just looked at Kamu, and Kamu was looking at me. It’s different if I’m looking at you, bro, but you shouldn’t be looking at me.”
Yash: “But it’s so obvious, bro. I think putting them two up is like a layup. Nobody would bat an eye at that.”

Yash: “Mallory, how was your conversation with Chuk, either today or yesterday?”
Mallory: “I had one yesterday. It was pretty good. He was asking me how I feel about the whole tea party, and I was like, oh, that was kind of crazy, whatever.”
Mallory: “And I was like, voting-wise, how are you feeling? He was like, if it’s you and Jason, I think you’re definitely good to stay. If it’s you and Lala, that’s more tricky. But I haven’t talked any game with Lala at all.”
Mallory: “And he’s at least saying he’s down to talk more game with me and work with me. And he’s like, I think if it’s you and Lala, you will be good. But he didn’t give me anything definite.”
Yash: “Okay. Because he told me he’d vote you out.”
Mallory: “What?”
Melody: “I wasn’t going to tell you this, but since you just said that — I wasn’t going to tell you this because I didn’t want you to worry about anything. But, yeah.”
Yash: “But we have the numbers now.”
Melody: “That’s why I didn’t mention anything. But we have to get Taylor then.”
Melody: “So if that can light more of a fire under your ass for Blockbuster 2 — but we have the numbers.”
Mallory: “Like, don’t trip.”
Melody: “I’m sorry, but I’m voting to keep Mallory, guys. I’m just gonna say that right now.”

Mallory: “Part of Kamu’s reasoning for putting me up was that he heard I would go after Barrett.”
Melody: “He told me that, too.”
Melody: “Clearly someone’s just spreading misinformation. Some of these lies just don’t even make sense. Come up with something believable.”
Mallory: “He was like, yeah, I was surprised when I heard that too.”

Where it stands

There is now a plan to keep Jason, and it has seven names. Melody, Mallory, Barrett, Yash, Lyric, Drew and Taylor. Six of them talked it through in the backyard tonight. Drew has heard the pitch and answered okay. Taylor is the only one nobody has asked.

Yash came into the conversation planning to vote with the house and left it saying keeping Jason is the better strategic move. Barrett came in asking what the benefit was and left it saying it would cost them their last family dinner and that’s the game. Melody’s argument is the same one every time: he takes the heat, he fills a nomination slot, and if he wins anything he swings at the six because they’re the ones who kept him.

Mallory has worked out who has the power, from a non-answer. Jason asked at the tea party whether Devens had it and Devens didn’t deny it — he changed the subject to how entertaining Jason is. She noticed. Her read is that Devens is on this show as an icon, he’s known for the fake idol, and if he didn’t have it he’d have said so.

She also learned that Chuk told Yash he’d vote her out, one minute after telling the table Chuk had told her she’d be fine.

And the reason Kamu gave for nominating her was that he’d heard she was coming for Barrett. Melody heard the same thing. Barrett was sitting there when they said it. Nobody in the yard could work out where it came from.

Hopefully Jason will stay so that he’ll win a punishment & have to be tethered together with either Kamu or Angela wearing fig leaves.

Barrett should be the next HOH so that he can have the tub to himself for a week and can get cleaned up. He looks mildewy.

Somebody here last week said “Barrett looks like he smells like cat piss”.

I can’t not recall that now. No hate Barrett.

Melody bores me.

To quote someone else “For the love of everything holy do not vote for Dee to receive the next power”. You don’t have to vote for Jason if you don’t want to , just vote for a houseguest that will give a chance to shift the power

GeeGee

Haley is telling people Taylor is gathering votes to keep Jason. First problem it’s Melody’s plan and Taylor knows nothing about it. Second problem is Barrett has already to Dee about the plan and whose behind it. Clueless Melody thinks she can get Devens vote.
