Jason “You just threw me the f**k under the bus.” Kamu “No, but here’s why, Jason.” Jason “Tell me, why Bapa?”

Deven won a Diamond Power of Veto

5:50pm Living Room – All dressed up waiting for the Tea Party.

Backyard Hamock – Angela and Kamu
Kamu – the whole plan has been to save Lyric and then put him up. Angela – right. Kamu – so Lyric winning was best case scenario. I wanted Lyric to win over me. Angela – wow. Kamu – because if I won, its like oh Kamu just won another comp. Angela – yeah you don’t want to look like that. Kamu – I don’t want to look like a comp beast. And I think people already look at me as a physical threat so it just confirms their perceptions.
Kamu – I’m not going to not put him up because he may have the power. Angela – Yeah, you can’t play scared of that. Kamu – The possibility of him having the power is not going to keep us hostage. It’s not like we’re not going to be held hostage by the thought that he may have a power. If he has the power, we’re going to force him to play. And if he doesn’t have a power, then hopefully we send him home. And hopefully, and hopefully Mallory wins. Like, this is a big brother, let’s get it out in the open and see what happens. Angela – Yeah, I love it. Kamu – You know, he’s gonna have nowhere to run. Nowhere to run. Angela – I’m wondering if he’s even gonna stay. Kamu – I could see him walking off. I’m also curious to see anybody else, you know, jumps in. Angela – No, I don’t believe that she would. Kamu – Yeah. Well, I’m going to say my piece. If he leaves, then I will just continue to finish my thoughts with the house and just say, guys Jason been saying this. I want him to have nobody next week. And it’s not malicious, but it’s like he keeps trying to take advantage of people’s trust. I’m not cool with that, you know. So it’s like, it’s just too much.

6:20pm The Tea Party begins. They blew up condoms for balloons.

6:30pm Angela – we should go around and give a highlight of our week. Jason – OR its a Tea Party so we go around and spill the tea! Angela – or say a confession or something embarrassing. Chuk talks about how on day 3, Jason walked in on him mid swipe after going to the bathroom. Haley forgot to refill the toilet paper in the bathroom. Lala is still pissed about the towel behind the toilet. After everyone is done, Barrett and Drew do runway walks in their dresses across the yard.

During the Tea Party Kamu calls out Jason for how he’s been playing the game and telling lies to different people.
Kamu – First of all I just wanted to say like you know if I may that honestly like this has been one of the coolest experiences of my life and there’s nobody else that I would want to experience season 28 with and play the game within you guys. So like cheers to that. You guys are yeah, you guys are amazing, cheers cheers cheers in time also I want to just publicly congratulate Lyric on winning the power of veto. yeah, no Lyric. You powerhouse absolutely killed it!
Runner up. Mallory. Mallory, you killed it. You killed it too. With that said though, since we’re all here as a house, I do obviously want to address kind of the elephant in the room. And that is the fact that I’m going to have to put up a fourth person, have to name a fourth nominee. And I figured since we’re all here, we kind of talk about that a little bit. Like one of the things that I really wanted to do when I came to the house was play an open and honest game to the best of my ability. A game that when it’s all said and done that I will be proud of. But like honestly, like probably even more important to me than a game that I’d be proud of would be a game that my family and my friends, outside they’re they’re proud to know me. They’re not embarrassed to know me by how I’m acting in the house. and I’ve tried to do that so far and and when I won HOH, I quickly realized like oh this, it’s, it’s a gift and a curse, obviously in a gift in the sense where like I have safety. So that’s great. but it’s a curse because I have to nominate three or four people that I like you know, and put them up on the block for eviction. So that was very difficult and it was something that I took very seriously, something I’m taking very seriously now I want to say like to the to the three nominees I think you guys have. I’m beyond impressed by how well you guys have handled this whole thing. I just appreciate how understanding you guys have been. Like I said. I’ve been trying to be as open and honest as possible. I had conversations with, each of the nominees privately, I told him ahead of time that I was considering nominating them. I gave them the reasons for doing so. So none of the nominees were surprised when they saw their faces on on the memory wall, you know and so one thing though that a lot of people don’t know about that I want to, I want to mention is that shortly before the nomination ceremony, I had a conversation with Jason and I want to give you props because I know that Jason was freaked out about being put up on the block. And while I was thinking about what I wanted to do, I thought it was important for us to have a conversation and I offered him a deal.

I said hey Jason, if I don’t put you up on the block and you happen to win, will you allow me to decide what to do with that veto? And he goes, dude, absolutely. And I said, all right man, well, let’s make a deal. We shook hands. He said thank you so much
Jason – I was a 1000 percent sure I was going up on the block. I felt sick all day about this. Kamu – You have my word. We shake hands and it made me feel good because obviously as everybody knows, last week like the house kind of blew up, the nomination ceremony was intense. You know everyone kind of going at each others necks, Devens and Rome are going back and forth. Jason, you Mama and you guys start going back and forth. It was into Haley entered the chat at one point it was intense and then at one point in time my name got thrown out right in front of the house and obviously that didn’t feel good. But you handled it like a man he came up face to face, he apologized to me. You made amends with Angela, you’ve made amends with Haley and so honestly do like I respect that and then when you came up and we made that deal up in the HOH room, l respect that. So, you know, thank you, like, thank you Jason for turning the game around and thank you and your gameplay thank you.

Kamu – But there is something that I do want to address with everybody here, after you and I made that agreement, right. And we had a conversation outside and you said, hey if you won the veto, you would use it. However I saw fit after the veto competition, several people started to come up to me saying that you had made a deal with all three of the nominees that if they picked you to play in the competition you would use the veto on them to take them down right, that was kind of the first thing that I had heard. Then I started to hear that you’re going to different people in the house, different groups of people in the house and people talking to Big Brother house.

Kamu – So of course, you know, the word gets back to me. You’re telling one group of people, keep me here, and if you do, I’m going to go after Kamu, Chuk and Haley and I’ll take that shot that nobody else may be willing to take. You go to another group of people and you’re saying, hey, if you keep me here, I’ll be your shield and I’ll take the shot at the icons. I’ll take out Deven ‘s, I’ll take out Dee. I’ll take out Mama, Angela, right.

Kamu -Then I hear from a different group of people that you’re telling Drew and you’re telling Barrett, you guys are at the bottom of the house you expendable to them. The house is going to look to target you next. All these things are coming back to me when I thought that we were cool. And then I hear that you’re throwing out my name, especially when I don’t think that’s the smartest thing. If I have the ability to put you up as a replacement nom but my question to you is, if you were to win the power of veto yesterday, would you have held your end of our deal? Or would you have used it on Lala like you told her she would? Or that you told her you would.

Jason – I just thought there was a kind of a given, but I didn’t know whether he was going to do. Yeah, I never promised her because he never made a promise to me. So I don’t know who he made a promise to. But you know, listen, I’ll tell you straight up the box, but it would be my hope that he would be able to win the veto. But he never made a promise to me to use the veto on me. so that was not a promise that he made to me, and I talked to Haley and I talked to Angela. And I said if I did win the veto, I would do whatever we wanted because that’s what I told you I would do. That’s what I told you over here. I told you that in HOH room. I told you that before the comp, even playing the game when, you know, I went up against you, I thought that was like very great of you to like step up to the plate too. So I didn’t go against the girls and like, we can handle it together. That was why I did it. So, like also this is Big Brother, right?

Jason – So like for my game I have to look at what’s best for me are the biggest threats of the house, not the biggest threats. I never said the biggest threats. I said when I had a conversation with everybody in the house, our names were chosen. The names that came up the most that seemed to be ruffling feathers. That seemed to be kind of I was ruffling feathers. Well, I think that is pretty fair after the nomination ceremony. But after the nomination ceremony five seconds later, me and Angela and Haley hugged it out. Apologize. I came to Chuk. I came to Haley, came to you. I apologize. But I just want to say all I’m saying is Y’all had a conversation with Kamu and said that I’m the biggest, I’m the one who should go on the block. Y’all according to Kamu, we said that she should go up on the block so this is a whole group thing that you’re saying. They said that we are the targets. So there of course I’m going to feel like, sh*t, I’m going to get renom’d. That’s a very natural feeling for me to have, is it not when everyone apparently is saying I’m the big threat because I won one Blockbuster. I’ve never won Power twice. I’ve never won HOH, like, ever want anything? I couldn’t even hit a ball. How am I the biggest threat? Because we were friends with Rome, and we had connected. That’s what Angela said. You said that it was very obvious because we’d work out together that it looked like we were an item. So y’all got Rome out. Congratulations. Now my game’s open, ’cause I don’t have Rome anymore. Yes, I was talking to Angela yesterday. I was like, how do I play this game without looking like i’m strategizing.

How do I do this game without, looking like, I have friends here, dude. Like, I love Lala as a person, you know, without Rome, that was the glue to our alliance. Very
open. And that about this to everybody, dude. And she was telling me yesterday, you get to be friends with people. You get to have connections and relationships. So yeah, I have a relationship with Lala, but does that mean I’m still working with her in this game, game and relationship? Those are two separate things in this game, right? I think we all understand that. We all been relationship being with each other and y’all be gaming with each other too. You can’t lie about that. That’s what this game is. So you can’t sit here and make me a giant target in front of everyone and try to calm out my game. I’m not done yet. And you know, I get to, yes, play my game, and my game maybe was to lie.

Jason – Haley, i’ve trusted you in this game. I’ve trusted you. I’ve given you everything, all the information. Whenever you ask me anything about Lala, whenever you say, why does she hate me? telling i’m working. I’ll make it her like you. I’m doing my best. Why does this girl act weird with me? I’m working on her. I’m letting you know that what he’s saying right now to the whole group is stuff that I’ve said to you. So it’s very clear. Come on, let’s not be stupid. You guys boom boom boom y’all are total cool. Item y’all are strong as hell. Sickening. I wish I could be a part of it so I could stay in this game longer. Which is why I would lie to them playing big brother. Hello. I would do whatever the hell you wanted, dude. You have the power!

Jason – You just threw me the fuck under the bus. Kamu – No, but here’s why, Jason. Jason – Tell me, why Bapa? Kamu – Because last week, dude, you can’t sit here and play and act like you’ve been playing an honest game. You turn. Now hold up, hold up. You try to turn the women against the man. You try to turn the men against the women. You were trying to. No, you were trying to play directly in the middle. You and I have had conversations and you’ve had conversations with multiple people about that. That’s why your game blew up the way that it did last week, I’ll let you talk,

At the end Jason – Work, the tea has been spilt. Do the middlemen want to speak at all? So ladies, we thought perhaps there was hope with those middlemen. And If I go home this week fabulous I’m so excited to watch how they pick you guys off. Jason looks at Devens – do you have the power? Devens – I thought you had the power. Jason – why would I have the power, America hates me. If anyone wants to work together, because I’ve been trying to work with people, but obviously there’s one up in my face. So maybe I won’t try to work with nobody so that anyone wants to work with me. Kamu – I don’t think you’re a bad guy either. I want you to know that it’s not personal, but it is difficult to hear that you want to work with me. And then it comes back to me that you’re throwing my name out, saying, telling people that you want to put me up in the black. So like, for me, dude, that’s when I have a hard time trusting you. I was never going to put you on the block though. And if that only conversation had said that to Angela last night that came from, because you have not been a consideration for me personally.

Taylor – This tea party is adjourned
Jason – So is it safe to say I’m probably going to be the remon. And if I win the blockbuster, I’m still in the house. But if I don’t win, i’ll get voted out. Fantastic. Good job. But if I’m here, is it like open that I should, should I like, should it just be this constant thing where I just keep going on the block and hoping I can save myself? And I’ll say this openly as well. The way that I see it is, I heard my name come back around consideration. I’m going to make it. Now I’m not in front of the house. It’s not a bridge. For me. And I don’t know how you feel about me after this, but I’m saying that openly. And like I said, dude, for me, it was important that I did play

Kamu – I’m saying is, dude, I could, I could win a month from now. The game is going to look if I’m still here. The game is gonna look incredible I can’t help it. But I’m saying in a month from now, I have no idea. Where are the relationships of relationships? What are you doing? I
don’t know. In front of the house. I wouldn’t do that in a month. And maybe, maybe I wouldn’t, but I also don’t want to lie in front of everybody in case things change. Yeah, I think that’s a fair
answer, in my opinion. Sure, because a month from now to you in HOH, and if you made an agreement with me right now, I’m like, yeah, I would never put you up. The game could look totally different. You may want to put me up in a month

Kamu – I said before man, if you end up staying and I said I’m going to put you up as the renom. If you end up staying for me we’re even dude it’s water under the bridge if you win HOH next week and you put me up so be it. I’ll get it. I understand it. If you don’t then I will know that OK you are somebody it’s like I said water under the bridge, bygones are bygones. We can move forward.
Lala – can I ask you a question, please? Because, and I’m just being at this point, I’m just really trying to get this whole thing together in my brain. Because you said you’re airing it out because it became to you privately and said it. It might be different because you heard it from so many different people. So you’re airing it out here to air it out. But if you were truly airing it out, then why aren’t you saying who came to you with the stuff? Because that’s a true air out. A untrue air out is a halfway a true air out is this person came to me and said this, that’s a true air out. Because when you call it, when you call a meeting for everybody, then everybody sh*t gets thrown on the table.

7:18 PM — the entire house, backyard

Jason: “Y’all did that and y’all got Rome out. Like, congratulations.”
Angela: “We didn’t do that. We were a group of people that were like, holy s***, look what’s happening. I told you that last night.”
Angela: “Well, then that’s — that was the end of that.”

Lala: “Because everything that y’all are talking about, if you’re talking about it from this side or you’re talking about it from this side, it’s the same exact thing.”
Jason: “Yes, ma’am.”
Lala: “Everybody’s doing the same exact thing, because we’re playing Big Brother. It’s a game.”
Lala: “So when we’re airing it out and you’re saying this person said this and this person said that — you don’t know who’s lying to your face. You don’t know who’s telling you the truth.”
Lala: “And it’s very confusing at this point, because I’m still very confused about this whole thing and how I became the biggest threat.”
Lala: “And I’m like, how am I the biggest threat in this house? I haven’t shown that I can win anything. I haven’t done anything to be a threat.”
Lala: “All I’ve been trying to do is be a good person, bring happiness to people, make a meal — and I become a target. And I don’t understand how that is.”
Lala: “So if we’re having this forum, can you please explain that to me? Because obviously I’m not playing the game that everybody else is playing.”
Kamu: “Yeah, I mean, if you’re asking me what I had said — and again, I never said that the house said you guys are the biggest threats. I didn’t. I didn’t use the words.”
Jason: “Our names came up.”
Kamu: “Yes, that is true, and I’ll explain why. People had a hard time trusting you. The women had a hard time trusting you, because they thought they were getting played along with the dudes, right? We all know that’s why your game blew up last week. That’s not a secret.”
Kamu: “With you, the conversation that I had with you is I said, hey, you’ve got to relax a little bit, because you’re rubbing a lot of people the wrong way when you get upset when people stay awake after you. If people don’t go to sleep at the same time as you, you get upset. You get irritated.”
Lala: “That was one time when I came out of the room and everybody was loud and I just said, yo, y’all are rude. And then I came back and I apologized to each person who was in that room.”
Lala: “And as far as the cleaning up thing was concerned that you told me about in the HOH room, when I said about the towels — I thought I was giving a good idea of something to do.”
Lala: “As far as the kitchen was concerned, I thought I was just trying to keep the ants out of the kitchen. So I keep the kitchen clean so everybody can — and it wasn’t me trying to be a mama to anybody, because I’m not nobody’s mama in here.”
Kamu: “But Lala, you can’t shoot the messenger. All I was doing was telling you what I was hearing, in order to help you out.”
Lala: “Kamu, I’m not.”
Lala: “So if people had a problem because you said they came to you and gave you this — I’m telling the people here that if y’all had a problem, I apologize. Because I was only trying to do the best for the house.”
Lala: “I wasn’t trying to boss y’all around. I’m not trying to be your mama. I’ve got my own kids at home.”
Lala: “Be the best person in the house that I can be, and help in the house any way that I can help. And that’s what I was doing.”
Lala: “So if I rubbed anyone the wrong way that way, I apologize, because that’s not what my idea of doing that was. It’s just caring about where we live. We’re roommates. And I thought I was helping my roommates.”
Lala: “So I apologize if anybody took that as me trying to be their mama, because I don’t want to be anybody else’s mama. I have four babies and that’s all I need.”

Jason: “Work.”
Jason: “The tea has been spilt.”

Jason: “Do the middlemen want to speak? At all?”
Jason: “So ladies, we thought perhaps there was hope with those middlemen. I’d consider what that looks like.”
Jason: “And if I go home this week, fabulous. I’m so excited to watch how they pick you guys off.”

Crows fly over the backyard:
Melody: “Our group of crows is called a murder.”
Jason: “Have we ever had a murder fly over here before?”
Jason: “Release the crows.”
Chuk: “Do they got bird trainers on this lot? That’s crazy.”
Jason: “Send some doves. Come on.”

Jason: “Do you have the power? Can we talk about who has the power?”
Kamu: “I assumed you had the power.”
Jason: “Why would I have the power? America hates me. Especially now.”
Kamu: “I don’t know, man.”
Jason: “America hates the f*** out of me.”
Devens: “I don’t think so. I think we all care about you, and I think you’re a super entertaining guy. I can see being a fan of you.”
Jason: “Does it threaten you in the house that I’m entertaining?”
Devens: “What’s that?”
Jason: “Does it threaten you in the house that I’m entertaining?”
Devens: “Only in a gameplay sense. I really like you and care about you.”
Jason: “So it does. So I am a game threat to you.”
Devens: “Oh, yeah. And I mean that respectfully. I do think you’re a gameplay threat.”
Jason: “Appreciate it.”
Devens: “But no, personally, I really like you a lot. I really have appreciated the conversation. And it’s really hard to separate those two.”

Jason: “I’m allowed to make relationships. As soon as I had that conversation with Angela, I’ve been trying to make deeper relationships, and I feel like we’ve even gotten closer, right? I had some good conversations.”
Jason: “And that’s authentic, because it’s allowed to be authentic, and then also we get to play our game as well.”
Jason: “So, yes, my game’s been aired out, and that’s fantastic. But I’m not a bad person for trying to play Big Brother.”
Kamu: “I don’t think you are.”
Jason: “And we’ve already established I’m a messy bitch. My game could be messy.”
Jason: “So I guess I just get to reevaluate, if I continue to stay here, what those relationships are.”
Jason: “And I open the table to whoever wants to work together. I’ve been trying to work with people, but obviously it’s blown up in my face. So maybe I shouldn’t try to work with nobody. So if anyone wants to work with me, it’s on the table.”
Kamu: “And to kind of piggyback you, I don’t think you’re a bad guy either. I want you to know that it’s not personal.”
Kamu: “But it is difficult to hear that you want to work with me, and then it comes back to me that you’re throwing my name out, telling people that you want to put me up on the block. So for me, dude, that’s when I have a hard time trusting you.”
Jason: “I was never going to put you on the block, though. And that conversation about ever coming for you three was only if past jury, if I made it. And I only had said that to Angela last night.”
Jason: “So I don’t know where else that came from, because you have not been a consideration for me personally to put on if I won HOH. That has never been my idea. So I was never going to target you.”
Kamu: “From my perspective, obviously my name getting thrown out during the blow up last week, and then hearing it come back around to me, made me think, okay, dude, I don’t know where Jason’s head is at, because I thought we were cool, but maybe not. And now I’m hearing my name being thrown out.”
Kamu: “So I’m like, let’s just clear the air and get everything out in the open. People can say whatever they want to say.”
Kamu: “But dude, on a personal level, bro, I like it.”
Jason: “No, same, same, same.”

Kamu: “This tea party is adjourned.”

Jason: “So is it safe to say I’m probably going to be the renom, and if I win the Blockbuster, I’m still in the house. But if I don’t win, I’ll get voted out. Fantastic. Good job.”
Jason: “But if I’m here, should it just be this constant thing where I just keep going on the block and hoping I can save myself?”
Kamu: “I’ll say this, dude, and I’ll say this openly as well. The way that I see it is, I heard my name come back around, right? I’d be foolish to not at least take that into consideration. I heard you say it last week, and then I heard it from somebody else that my name came back around.”
Kamu: “I’m gonna put you up.”
Kamu: “If you make it back, for me, it’s water under the bridge. And I’ll say that in front of the house. If you come back, it’s water under the bridge.”
Kamu: “For me — and I don’t know how you feel about me after this — but I’m saying that openly.”
Kamu: “And like I said, dude, for me it was important that I did play an open and honest game. And again, despite how you feel about me right now, I have been straight up with everybody that I’ve had conversations with.”
Jason: “So if I survive this week, you wouldn’t put me up again your next HOH. You’re saying this in front of everyone.”
Kamu: “In front of everyone, the game changes fast. I don’t know.”
Jason: “Honestly, no, but hey, you too. Like, 1,000%.”
Jason: “But I’m asking open and honest. You want to be open and honest right now? We can make a deal right now in front of everyone and make that deal.”
Kamu: “I’m being open and honest. Dude, who knows when I win HOH and how many weeks away that’ll be? I don’t know where the game’s going to be at that point.”
Kamu: “But I will say this right now in front of everybody. If you make it through this week, I would be willing to — let bygones be bygones.”
Jason: “Okay, cool.”
Kamu: “I don’t think that’s a cop-out.”
Jason: “I mean, I think bygones are bygones now. What the heck? It’s all out there and done.”
Jason: “I’m talking game-wise. I mean, even game-wise, game’s blown up. It’s obvious what’s going on here. I think everyone knows.”
Jason: “So bygones is done. To prove being honest and true about your game would be making a deal and sticking to it.”
Jason: “Bygones are bygones already. So next week, if I survive, of course it’s going to be bygones, because I’m still here. Duh.”
Kamu: “No, no, for sure. But what I’m saying is, dude, I could win HOH a month from now. The game is going to look, if I’m still here, the game is going to look incredibly different.”
Kamu: “So I can’t in good conscience — I could lie to you and be like, oh dude, yeah, no, I’ll never put you up on the block again.”
Jason: “Oh, my God. I see that. You talk to me like that all the time, though.”
Kamu: “But right now I’m saying, dude, a month from now, I have no idea where the game is gonna be, what relationships are developed, what alliances are gonna — I don’t know.”
Kamu: “So I can’t in good conscience say, oh dude, in front of the house, I wouldn’t do that in a month. And maybe I wouldn’t, but I also don’t want to lie in front of everybody in case things change.”
Kamu: “I think that’s a fair answer, in my opinion.”
Kamu: “Because a month from now too, you win HOH — and if you made an agreement with me right now and you’re like, dude, I would never put you up, the game could look totally different. You may want to put me up in a month.”
Jason: “Not till jury. That’s what I said.”

Angela: “I honestly don’t remember that you said that.”
Angela: “And I don’t remember you telling me also that you were putting me, Dee and Devens up to people.”
Jason: “I never said that.”
Angela: “No, you just said that a minute ago.”
Jason: “I literally came —”
Angela: “You said, I told you that last night.”
Angela: “No, not that.”
Jason: “I never said that.”

7:30 PM — the entire house, backyard*

Jason: “I was trying to work with you, Devens and Dee, because looking at how the house looks, wouldn’t that be smart for me to work with you guys?”
Angela: “No, a minute ago — forgive me if I’m wrong, but I thought he said that you were going to put the icons up.”
Jason: “I never said that. No, no, no. I never said that. That’s not what I said.”
Angela: “Because I never heard it until now, and I’m just wondering, when did you say it? That’s all I wanted to know, Jason.”
Jason: “I haven’t said that.”
Angela: “You’ve never said that to anybody?”
Jason: “No.”
Angela: “You never said it to anybody at all.”
Jason: “I’ve been trying to work with the icons.”
Angela: “On my end, that’s what I saw. However, that’s what you told me. However, it came out.”
Angela: “Obviously, someone has told somebody that you were going to take us out.”
Jason: “I never said that. It would be weird for me to try to take out you three and you three. That’s dumb. That’s not possible for me.”
Jason: “So if someone wants to say who told Kamu who said I said that, that would be nice. Because I’ve told you only what I told you, and I’ve been trying to work with the three icons.”
Jason: “I came to Devens back here. I came to Dee a long, long time ago. We’ve been meeting up. I came to you. We’ve been trying to meet up, and we finally got to talk last night. I’ve been trying to work with the icons.”

Angela: “No, and I’m totally fine with you telling everybody what I said to you. And that is, you should be able to have your friends here. And I told you to make other relationships too.”
Jason: “Yes.”
Angela: “And play your game however you see to play it.”
Jason: “Thank you.”
Angela: “And don’t isolate yourself, and don’t feel like you can’t talk to your connections. Because it’s Big Brother, and you’re here a long time, and you need to have your friends.”
Jason: “Anyone else want to give me some Big Brother lesson so I can do better?”
Angela: “It’s not even f***ing a lesson.”
Jason: “No, but actually, that was useful.”
Angela: “I feel like it’s just genuine.”
Jason: “No, that was — and I felt that it was genuine. That’s why I feel weird about what I came to you with.”
Angela: “I’ve only ever been genuine with you with anything I’ve ever said to you.”
Jason: “And I felt that from you. It doesn’t mean you haven’t told people.”
Angela: “I didn’t understand why you just flipped me off, because I didn’t tell you anything.”
Jason: “Okay, well, I take that back. I apologize.”
Jason: “But again, we already have this weird shaky relationship.”
Angela: “I don’t feel that. I didn’t feel that way.”
Jason: “And I didn’t feel that either until right now. And it felt like maybe you went to Kamu with what I told you last night.”
Angela: “No.”
Jason: “Because why else would he think that?”
Angela: “I’m going to be very honest with you. I do not remember you telling me that you were going to — you told me they were threats, but I didn’t remember you ever telling me that you want to take them out.”
Jason: “And I said, when we get to jury, that would probably be ideal for your game and I could help. That’s what I said. Which just makes sense.”
Jason: “But I would not bother touching you guys up until jury.”
Angela: “I guess it was in the way that you presented it. It didn’t sound malicious, like you were going to take them out.”
Angela: “And of course, I didn’t share that with anybody, because I didn’t look at it like nasty or anything or malicious.”
Jason: “I don’t know where else that would have came from, then.”
Angela: “I didn’t tell any of our conversation to anybody. Maybe a couple — maybe I said I had a good conversation with Jason, maybe to Dee.”
Jason: “I’m sorry I flicked you off. That was immature of me.”
Angela: “No, I mean, it’s Big Brother.”
Jason: “It is.”
Angela: “It’s Big Brother, but I’m just letting you know that I — and it hurts my feelings to hear that that was said about the icons. I hate that word, icons, but the three of us.”
Jason: “I’ve been trying to work with icons, which is what sucks.”
Jason: “I really did come to each one of you.”
Angela: “No, I know you did, and you were apologetic for everything that had happened or whatever, and I told you that we can try to move on and move past it. But then I hear this and that. I was just wanting to know when that took place — but now you’re saying you didn’t say that.”
Jason: “I didn’t, and no one’s saying anything. I didn’t say it. I don’t know where that came from.”

Jason: “I have nothing to lose at this point, you guys. I have nothing to lie about.”
Jason: “I’ve been honest since everything’s been out in the open, but there’s not a lot of honesty about where this information’s coming from. So I just want to say, consider that.”
Jason: “I got nothing to hide anymore since Rome left. I’ve been saying that to you. I said that to Devens. Rome’s not here anymore. I got a clean slate.”
Jason: “Now the slate’s even cleaner. After my slate was dirty — I guess trying to be good with y’all was dirty for me. So now I got nothing. So I got nothing to lie about.”
Jason: “So either Kamu’s lying, or he’s lying about y’all saying stuff. Which is like — that’s who you’re working with, boots.”
Kamu: “I’m not lying.”
Jason: “Okay, me neither.”
Kamu: “But I’m not going to out the people who gave me the information.”
Jason: “You were clear to out me, which is totally fine. I love it.”
Kamu: “Well, no, only because I heard you were gunning after me. And you mentioned my name last week, so I have a reason to. But there are people that I trust who have not given me a reason to out them. So I won’t do that.”
Lala: “But they’re lying to you.”
Kamu: “Yeah, but they haven’t given me a reason to believe that they are. If anything, they’ve given me several reasons to believe that they’re trustworthy.”
Kamu: “So in this game, I have to do the best that I can do with the information that I have. And if somebody’s proven to be trustworthy so far and they haven’t given me a reason to doubt them, then I have to believe that what they’re saying is true. Especially when it’s coming from multiple sources.”
Lala: “I just — people just been lying in here left and right, so I don’t know.”
Kamu: “And it’s Big Brother. This is kind of what makes everything fun.”

Lala: “I got a question to ask. Sorry.”
Lala: “You know when you said that you gave people a choice as to whatever names, that they didn’t have a problem with me being put up on the block — because you said that was the majority of the house, that they didn’t have a problem with me being put up on the block. Am I correct?”
Kamu: “Yeah, I asked people if they were — people who maybe they didn’t click with, or people that they haven’t really talked much game with, or people that they didn’t trust. These are the basic conversations that I had.”
Kamu: “And that’s why Jason came up. It wasn’t a personal thing. It was a trustworthy thing. People didn’t know if they could trust Jason. They didn’t know where he stood in the house.”
Kamu: “With you, a lot of it was they hadn’t talked game. And they kind of felt like you mommed them a little bit — with the towel stuff, the kitchen stuff, the sleep stuff. That was it.”
Kamu: “That’s why I never said that they mentioned you guys as being the biggest threats in the house. Your names were just the ones that came up as far as, they didn’t know exactly where you stood game-wise, and little roommate stuff.”
Lala: “You definitely said that Jason — you heard that Jason and I were the biggest threats.”
Lala: “You definitely said it. I don’t know if you just don’t remember, but you definitely said that. And that’s what bothered me, because I was like, how can I be a threat?”
Lala: “But even in reference to the majority of the house coming to you saying that I mom them, and that they don’t need a mom, they got their own mom — I totally get that.”
Lala: “I guess that’s where my angst comes from. Because it’s only trying to do what’s good for roommates, for us to be good roommates.”
Kamu: “Oh, Lala, I know you have a good heart. It’s never been about that. I know that.”
Kamu: “All I was trying to do — and honestly, it was coming from a good place — I was trying to give you a heads up about sometimes your delivery and how you’re perceived in the house. But I know it’s coming from a good place. I know that.”
Lala: “But that’s why I’m bringing this up right now, so that everybody else knows. Because if that’s the perception, it’s not right.”
Kamu: “I also made sure I told you that, Lala. Everybody loves you. I made sure I was very clear about that in our conversation as well, myself included. Everybody in the house loves you, Lala.”
Lala: “No, I get that.”
Kamu: “All I was doing was saying, hey, just relax a little bit. Everybody already loves you. Just be careful, because this is what I’m hearing. And I only said that to look out for you, to try to help you in the game. It was coming from a good place. But everybody — we all love you, Lala.”
Lala: “No, I just don’t want anybody to think that I’m trying to be a bully mom, because that’s not who I am. So that’s all.”
Lala: “So that just kind of hurt my feelings, because I didn’t want to be perceived that way.”
Lala: “Thank you, though, for telling me.”
Kamu: “I was not trying to hurt you.”
Lala: “No, I know. Thank you for telling me, though.”
Lala: “And I hope that you all have seen change, because I haven’t said anything to anybody about anything. So I hope that whoever had a problem with that, that you guys have seen change. Because I haven’t said anything.”

Lala: “Mallory, thank you for a beautiful tea party.”

7:45 pm – 7:55 pm  Backyard

Jason: “Because the truth is, it could have been solid. And I think for me, it was, right?”
Jason: “But also, I have to say — I have not had an opportunity to prove my trust in no one, because I haven’t had any power.”
Lala: “There’s no redemption, then, at that point.”
Lala: “Well, sometimes in Big Brother, though, it’s like the whole fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Is it not?”
Lala: “So somebody — I’m asking.”
Kamu: “Yeah, no, I’m just saying. So sometimes in this game, especially if somebody throws your name out in front of everybody, then maybe you go, okay, that was a mistake. They owned it and we can move on.”
Kamu: “But then when it comes back around, it’s like, yo, he’s talking about throwing you up. Then for me, I’m like, okay, now this is the second time.”
Jason: “Yeah, but I couldn’t be lying to those people.”
Kamu: “Of course. But if it’s not true, then we can talk about it and people can have whatever opinions they want.”
Kamu: “But if I have a private conversation with you, what are you going to tell me? Of course it’s not true.”
Kamu: “So if we air things out in the open, people can jump in and jump out.”
Jason: “I have no opportunity to prove that trust. That’s the only thing. So until I gain some power, I can’t prove it. So if I stay, I’ll prove that trust.”
Kamu: “And dude, that’s fair. And like I said before, man, if you end up staying — and I said I’m going to put you up as the renom — if you end up staying, for me, we’re even. It’s water under the bridge.”
Kamu: “If you win HOH next week and you put me up, so be it. I get it. I understand it.”
Kamu: “It’s, like I said, water under the bridge. Bygones are bygones. We can move forward.”

Lala: “But Kamu, can I ask you a question?”
Kamu: “Please.”
Lala: “Because at this point, I’m just really trying to get this whole thing together in my brain. Because you said you’re airing it out — because if he came to you privately and said it, it might be different, because you heard it from so many different people. So you’re airing it out here to air it out.”
Lala: “But if you are truly airing it out, then why aren’t you saying who came to you with the stuff? Because that’s a true air out.”
Lala: “An untrue air out is a halfway.”
Lala: “A true air out is, this person came to me and said this.”
Lala: “That’s a true air out. Because when you call a meeting for everybody, then everybody’s s*** gets thrown on the table.”
Kamu: “Yeah, but if there’s one person who’s telling people different things, and everybody can hear right now what he’s saying and what he stands for, then the people who are here who are sitting quietly will know — hey, what he’s saying to everybody is not lining up with what he said to me privately.”
Kamu: “I don’t have to bring other people in.”
Lala: “I was just curious as to how the air out. Because to me, that’s the real air out. I don’t know.”

Jason: “I mean — it’s very strategic and it’s very targeted. And it’s very purposeful that it’s made to make me look like a target, untrustworthy. Don’t vote for me. Evict me. I’m dangerous. Blah, blah, blah.”
Jason: “That’s what happened. That’s what’s done here. Congratulations. Good job.”
Jason: “Like, that was the goal. And I think that was what you wanted. And I think that’s what happened.”
Jason: “So everyone will leave here with their own thoughts and get to play how they want to.”
Kamu: “But Jason, you have to understand that I could have just put you up.”
Jason: “I knew you were gonna put me up.”
Kamu: “So then what was the point of this?”
Jason: “You started it.”
Kamu: “No, no — but what you just said right now is, oh, they’re trying to pin a target on my back so that they can put me up and get me out of the house.”
Jason: “Isn’t that what this is?”
Kamu: “I didn’t have to do this to do that. I did this to hopefully clear the air, so that if people are on the fence about things, they can hear straight from the horse’s mouth what is what.”
Jason: “No, and that’s intentional.”
Kamu: “I didn’t have to do this to put you up on the block to possibly send you home.”
Jason: “No, but you did do it. Because you were always going to do that. So you made this intentional so that it can air me out. So it would make me look even worse to people.”
Kamu: “I just want to know the truth.”
Jason: “No, you don’t. Come on.”
Kamu: “Well, of course I do.”
Jason: “Because if you wanted to know the truth, let me win some power and prove it to you. Isn’t that the game of Big Brother?”
Kamu: “But then what happens if you win power? Then you put me up on the block, like you’ve been telling people you’re going to.”
Jason: “I wasn’t going to do that in my heart.”
Kamu: “How do I know that?”
Jason: “You don’t know that. Because that’s the game of Big Brother.”
Kamu: “So why would I risk letting you win power and then prove your trust in me? It doesn’t make sense.”
Jason: “That’s the game of Big Brother, though.”
Kamu: “This is the game of Big Brother, and I’m playing it, dude.”
Jason: “And see — this is his gameplay, to air me out this way.”
Kamu: “I’m not.”
Jason: “You just said that right now. You just said that this is Big Brother, and this is my game.”
Kamu: “That’s how I’m playing.”
Jason: “And that’s how Kamu plays. So that’s how you’re playing, if you move forward with Kamu.”
Jason: “And if you’re not with him right now, I can best believe this will be your seat later.”
Jason: “Because this is the same seat Rome was in when Devens was in power. It was the same kind of twisting of words and pointing fingers and making a target of. Same thing.”

Jason: “Now it’s me. Fantastic.”

Jason: “I would love to go home, actually. Send me home.”
Jason: “I cannot wait to go home.”
Jason: “I’m very excited.”
Jason: “Should I pack now? Should I pack my suitcase right now? Anyone wanna help me? Wanna help me pack?”
Jason: “It’s funny, because a couple hours ago it felt like people would have helped me pack or something. You were my friends then.”
Jason: “What’s up, Tay-Tay?”
Jason: “Anyone want to talk about what they want to do after this? Like your dreams? I would love to know.”
Jason: “I can help.”
Jason: “Big dreams? Anyone?”
Jason: “I know some people.”
Jason: “Let me know.”

Taylor: “I guess the tea party is adjourned.”

*Where it stands*

Lala asked the question that took the whole meeting apart. If this is an air-out, name who came to you. She defined it twice — a true air out is this person came to me and said this, anything less is a halfway — and Kamu said he doesn’t have to bring other people in. That’s the second time inside ten minutes someone asked him for a source and he refused.

Jason made the only argument of the night aimed past Kamu at the room. This is the same seat Rome sat in during Devens’s HOH, same twisting of words, same pointing of fingers, and if you’re not with Kamu right now it’s your seat next. He got Kamu to say out loud that this is Big Brother and he’s playing it, and used the line the second it landed.

Then it stopped being strategy. Jason spent the last four minutes asking whether anyone wanted to help him pack, telling the yard they were his friends a couple of hours ago, and offering to help people with their dreams. The transcript runs three minutes with nobody saying anything.

Taylor closed it.

Does LaLa really not understand how to play Big brother or is she playing dumb?

Robert

This proved that there was no real point to doing this before the veto ceremony. No one came out better from this. There was a core truth to what LaLa said..Too bad that it fell on deaf ears with Kamu and crew

bb4eva

Amen.

Team Taylor

This was an unnecessary move by Kamu. Claiming to play an “honorable” game but not name the people talking about Jason lowers his stock at winning the game.

Kamu will be an easy HG target no matter what happens this week.

Jason did a great job managing this “tea party ploy” and might end up with other HGs in anting to keep him.

Robert

Also for Kamu to say “It’s water under the bridge” if Jason wins Blockbuster is so damn passive aggressive. I do hope Jason wins Blockbusterand then HoH so then we can see Kamu’s reaction when he ends up on the block

Nicole

Kamu is a smile in your face type of guy knowing he doesn’t care for you. It’s obvious he doesn’t care for Jason and wants him out of the house for personal reasons. He keeps saying things he’s heard and in the next breath saying he wants to play an honest game. Like, how do you believe what others are telling you and not Jason? The people giving him info he knows has issues with Jason and he’s hiding behind that because he has a personal issue with him and trying to hide it.

bb4eva

You hit the nail on the head.

bb4eva

That would be sweet.

Gan ainm

What did we learn today other than Kamu is incapable of having an original thought?

Nicole

We learned that he really doesn’t care for Jason and this move he’s about to make is more personal than strategic or gameplay

bb4eva

Exactly. He’s trying to pretend he has no personal bias against Jason, but, it’s obvious that he’s biased as heck against him. LaTrice was right. He claimed he was “honestly airing everything out”, but, what he really did was damn Jason with anonymous smears. No sources, no honesty.

Carlito's Way

The “cool kids” trio are just like the popular, mean kids in high School. I saw the feeds yesterday and Kamu was so excited about doing this to Jason and kept practicing his “speech” to some of the others. Sadly, Dee was also gleeful about it. Not a good look. This has been nothing more than bullying and ostracizing one person. Jason is a messy player but really, he is not doing anything that others aren’t doing. Lying. It’s called Big Brother. Now it’s just Big A-Holes. I don’t know if there is a way for Jason to come back and make connections, but I hope he wins blockbuster, then HOH and has his wrath on the so-called “cool kids,” then Dee and Angela can also hit the road. I’m a sucker for Devans, so he can stay. The “cool kids” are anything but cool. Their true colors have been exposed and they are are just plain ugly.

Nicole

Agree! It’s coming across as everyone kissing Kamu’s behind because he’s HOH and they know he doesn’t care for Jason, but if i have to bully and mistreat someone just to gain favor with a person then leave me out. I love how Taylor knows this and sees it, I only wish she’d call it out because what they’re doing to Jason is not right.

bb4eva

Amen.

bb4eva

What you said.
Absolutely!

Another Dixie

This whole tea party made me so angry. Civil people don’t pile on a person. Reading what was said shortly before the meeting was sickening “ Angela – I’m wondering if he’s even gonna stay. Kamu – I could see him walking off. I’m also curious to see anybody else, you know, jumps in.” They want him to just quit. That would thrill them. So, apparently Jason handled it pretty well. Is the next step just ostracize him with no one speaking to him and just give him the cold shoulder?
I’m not a Jason fan but I hope this encounter (ambush) backfires on the cool guys and Jason does win the blockbuster & HOH. It’s time for that side of the house to see what it’s like. Although I really like the icons, I almost wish he’d put all 3 up. We’ll see just how loyal Dee is to Devens is when she tells that he has the power.

bb4eva

I hope that your “hope…Jason does win the blockbuster & HOH.” comes true.
It’s past time for something to happen that Grod didn’t script in advance. She obviously gave Kamu his tea party/house meeting speech (the one he was so gleefully practicing over & over) in the DR. I’m so over Grod’s manipulation & machinations.
I just want BB to be a fair competition among people with an equal shot at the $ from the jump. If somebody makes a boneheaded move, they no longer have an equal shot. But, that’s a performance based result. The newbies have been given no advantages. The icons have been given all the advantages. Only the icons were allowed to compete for the 1st HOH. Only icons have received America’s vote. And the capper is that, even though Dee is a havenot, she’s allowed to eat whatever she wants.
UNFAIR!
I say fire Grod and replace her with a showrunner who believes in honest competition among equals. No more thumb on the scale!
