Drew – I feel like I am the target. Melody – What makes you think that? Drew – Just a vibe I get. Melody – he was just like you know what I have to do. And I obviously know he can’t put up Devens. I am just still very worried. I’m extremely worried. It just sucks. Like week 4 it generally felt like the end of the world but like Wednesday night or Thursday morning I was like ok, its fine. Like, I made peace with it, especially because it was like so early. I was like, whatever. Like, it really f**king sucks. But like, it’s fine, I don’t even remember like what I even said to myself to like, make me feel better. But like now it’s like not fine, like
I did not just like go through all of his bullsh*t and I’m so close just to like not have it I mean, I know everyone feels the same way. Drew – Top settings dope. Melody – No, it’s not good enough. Drew – I agree. I don’t plan on leaving this week. Melody – I’m so pissed. I wish it was two noms. It would just make everything easier. Drew – if its you and Barrett, you’d be good. If its me and Barrett, I would be good. Melody – I don’t want to give another god damn eviction speech. I want to like have some wine. Drew – If I won the veto you would already have a vote locked in. I’m assuming Taylor wouldn’t vote you out. Melody – Yeah that’s where I’m worried though. I don’t know if they would keep me over Barrett. Especially if you’re still here. God I’m so irritated. Hey everybody lets do 3 nominees again even though there are 7 people in the house. 5:35pm Backyard – Drew and Dee playing pool. Barrett and Devens are walking laps back and forth across the yard.
6pm Backyard Hammock – Melody and Taylor are hanging out. The house is pretty quiet at the moment..
7:10pm Backyard Upper Level – Drew and Melody
Melody – I am just worried. Drew – I think we all should be. Maybe you’ve been saving this one for your luck jar. You coming off would be like me earning a vote so I would be happy.
Melody – this is starting just like piss me the fuck off. Like, they’re just like throw everything at the wall and everything stuck. Like let’s just keep doing fucking blockbuster. Let’s just keep doing f**king have nots. Let’s do that f**king twist with the medieval shit.

Drew – No man. I mean it is what it is. Like as bad as it is for us, its bad for everybody.

Drew – everyone had to deal with the medieval thing. Everyone has to deal with the have not thing. Everyone has to deal with the blockbuster thing. We were one of the six lucky people that could have had an extra power so we actually benefited from it, if you went our way think about it in that way, for one of the annoying people.
Melody – not me. I didn’t get a power.
Drew – You kind of did get a power. Kinda did in a way.. and you’re only lasted 24 hours and guess what you got two punishments. Three if you count me being your friend. … You’re supposed to say no that doesn’t count. I think its good we have the blockbuster. I was hoping for it. It gives you another chance. Yash doesn’t play in the next HOH. If I can win the veto you got a vote to stay. If I win the blockbuster, you’ve got a vote to stay. I think Thursday is going to be a Double Eviction .. and I think I’m a frontrunner to win that one. Would be good. Would be happily ever after. I think it of more chances. That’s all you can ask for in this game is chances. Two pretty big chances sitting right next to you on the block. So I don’t think there is a better seat in the house right now besides the HOH. If you sit next to either of us, you’re good.
Melody – I don’t know. I don’t want to be too sure. Drew – if either of us sit next to Barrett, we’ll be fine.

Geez Melody has a filthy mouth. Can’t listen to her on the feeds complaining about how her whole summer is ruined and how this season sucks so badly
Then why did she apply for the show? I guess she must be missing all the ” corporate game shows” she not hosting. Is that a real thing?
She wasn’t expecting two Survivor icons, one who is a millionaire, and a former BB player with borderline tendencies, all extremely entitled and hypocritical and playing like Al Capone gangsters, being given huge production advantage from day 1 while Melody’s friends and allies get picked off.
That is kinda a bummer, ya know. Feeling like the backdrop for a major media corp that set you up with high hopes of a reasonably typical BB game while they exploit you and waste your summer for their own maximized profits.

You can circle back to that logic, yet it boils down to the same thing.
The unexpected on game would be relatively level playing field twists and challenges. NOT, production preordaining a Survivor player end up in F2 in order to transition those fans into regular BB viewers.
If you keep skirting around that, then you’re in denial. Yet, so are a lot of exploited sheep who lick the boots of the oligarchs. Have fun with that in life, CBS loves ya for it!
How are they entitled? just like Angela said they’re just like everyone else. They are playing the game. Melody is just mad because she can’t win anything and has been riding Drew and Barrett cocktails all season. Now that they are in trouble she is bitching and complaining. and exactly what huge production advantages are they getting?

Maybe it wouldn’t suck if she actually played the game. It would suck if you only complained and spoke to dead people on the non-working phone.
It sucked for her cause she can’t win anything nor read a room or read liars because she’s too angry to process anything and when she does or gets close, it’s too late or she justifies it and carries on being a foul mouthed victim..loser.
I checked out what happens if for example Taylor wins veto and decides to take someone off. Then the bribe is done and Dee or Deven go up and Yash doesn’t get $5,000.

I actually agree with Yash when he was telling Taylor it made more sense for her to be sitting next to Melody and Drew. Because if Barrett was not on the block, he would more likely win the veto before Taylor. Yash said something to that effect; but she wasn’t having it. Drew’s silly but would win and stay on the block. And put the veto around Devin’s neck.
How does Yash not keep the $5k? Still held up his end of the bribe. Dee clearly said you keep us safe “if at all mathematically possible”. If he has to put one up cause no one else is left and available, he still did what he said.
Why wouldn’t he get the $5,000? He kept his part of the deal… “until mathematically impossible”.
Though, Taylor winning veto is very unlikely.

Dee has really been upping the top game. Super tight workout clothes, coupled with those Double Dee’s, she’s working her ass off to look top tier before she wins this game. I can’t see anyone who handle what she’s brining. Too big, too full, too supple to stop. Good luck Barret, Drew and Devens, Dee is poking through the mix, looking to be the first Survivor and BB champ in history. Good things come in pairs.

You know it’s completely controlled via prod right, and the HGs are fed info from the Grods minions when they’re in there? We’re not watching a sporting event regulated by commissions and federal agencies. Hahaha it’s semi scripted, outcomes are partially determined and the production makes adjustments on the fly. They even carefully select what goodbye messages are played, or whether they even watch them.
CBS isn’t stupid, sex sells. We’re talking a game show, all the while they’re selling ads.
The literal slogan is expect the unexpected…which is code for there are no rules (because there are no hard and fast rules the fans are made aware of), the production can control, shape and shift all outcomes to suit the TV show. The TV show is given priority. Not the competition.

Can Yash put up Dee or Devens and just forfeit the 5k? It’s not worth his game. Once Drew or Barrett goes, they will be targeting him.

Grodner is not allowing that to happen – not after he accepted the fake gold coin.
He can only put them up (in this HOH) if Taylor is picked to play, wins the Veto, and uses it on one of the 3 current noms. That’s the ONLY way he can put one of them up during this HOH.
If that happens, he doesn’t lose the $5k either. He did what he was supposed to do to the best of his ability.
Seems like Yash made a mistake winning HOH. Devins and Dee weren’t going to put him up or vote him out this week. Only one that maybe would have would be Drew but he’d have the votes to stay. Preserving the deal worked in his favor too.
Great Play Barret last week, big move taking out an the big threat Angela and practically guaranteeing you three are going to be up this week. worst move of the season.

They had the Blockbuster this time last year so it tracks and yes the observation that BBBB stops with DE is correct. Drew is on track to win the Pressure Cooker and should be no surprise he will win since he is in keeping with the show’s script ( faithful to Devens to a fault, hates Yash, and will help Deven and Dee take down Yash)
Dee and Deven had a talk in the SR and planned their strategy to take Yash out. Which they will do with Drew’s help during the DE. Yash does not have “Jag” vibes in the show or with the viewing audiences. I said it, others too, look for Dee to win or be in the top two, Deven to win AF edging out Mallory. Gan is correct they all will go it is just a matter of which order. Remember: Dee gets what Dee wants, she isn’t likable, doesn’t pretend to be, but she’s good TV and as Dan G posted her ability to convince the others to vote to keep her last week was masterful manipulation. Dee101and Drew fits her and Deven ‘s plans perfectly. Melody and Taylor are easy dispensable side pieces to keep: why because one will keep Drew happy and keep the stardust in his eyes that the icons” really, really like me” the other can’t win anything either. Like it or not Dee and Devens are set to be final 2 for the season.Game. Set.Match. Don’t believe it? Just watch the rest of us have turned our attention to football.
