A man in a green shirt talking in the Big Brother house bedroom, captured from the live feeds

9:51 am Drew and Deven
Devens told Drew, over pool the night before, that he wants a final four of himself, Lyric, Drew, and Melody.
Drew’s: “I don’t think anything’s real. Everyone’s just saying stuff.”
Devens agrees — and trashes “red corner” alliance

  • Calls the final four pitch “just a ploy.”
  • “I don’t believe the red corner even a little bit. If Dee wasn’t in power… there’s no way.”
  • Strategy stated outright: “I want them to think they have us. So that if they get [power], they don’t want us [gone].”
  • On the group’s origin: “It was just like, oh, D’s there, let’s go in there and make the lines.” Drew: “Right, exactly.”

They maintain that they trust each other.
Devens: “The only thing I believe is what we have. I might be a huge sucker, but I totally believe it.”
Drew: “That’s where I’m at too. If I lose this game playing with you — at least I got to play with them.”

Devens and Drew have their own two-man trust pact and are both using “red corner” and the final-four pitch as cover, not commitment.

Two Big Brother houseguests talking in the bedroom at 10:04 AM, with blue and gold bedding visible throughout the room

10:04 am Barrett and Yash working the block math and courting every side.

Barrett’s read on the numbers: – “As long as you and Taylor win the Blockbuster, it’s easy. It should be easy with the little talks I’ve had with people.”
He checks if Yash still feels good about the group even with Taylor lumped in
Yash: “1,000%.”

Yash counts votes if it’s Taylor vs. him.
Figures Taylor pulls LaTrice and Jason.
Figures he’d have Rome, Lyric, and Barrett.
States the actual numbers needed: “You need eight to be safe, seven to tie.”
Yash is worried someone told him “I’m scared you’re going to put me on the block next week.” (Didn’t catch who)
Yash – “I’m not going to put you on the block next week.”
Barrett: “She should be scared that all of y’all… that’s how this shit is f*ng played.”
Yash’s backup plan if he needs a renom later: “Dee’s a completely logical person to put up — because she put me up.”
Yash relays Drew’s pitch: “I don’t want to lose a guy this early… then it’s nine girls, seven guys.”
Drew, per Yash: “I feel like right now the guys are ready to ride together.” Followed by: “I’m going to vote for you.”
Yash’s worry: “As the only guy up, [it] could set a bad precedent — using this as an opportunity to just vote the competitive guy out.” Repeats twice he doesn’t want people to “smell blood in the water.”
Barrett – “Selfishly I want another guy in here that can be seen as another competitor… let’s just keep chipping away.”

Yash’s vote count, Yash vs. Ashley scenario: Counts: himself, Barrett, Rome, Lyric, LaTrice, Jason, Taylor, Angela.
Flags Mallory and Melody as the ones he still needs to work: “I really got to put the legwork in there.”
Yash Hasn’t asked Chuk directly yet, but: “Chuk said yeah.”

Yash is clearly working every angle at once here — leaning on Barrett for reassurance, using Drew’s gender-numbers logic to argue against being cut, and already lining up Dee as his own fallback renom pick if he ever needs one.

Devens and Angela talking strategy on the outdoor patio at 12:44 PM

12:43 pm Angela and Deven

Shoring up their own bond:

  • Devens plans to tell someone he’d never touch them on the block; Angela suggests he frame it as mutual.
  • Devens: “I hope he wouldn’t [either].”
  • On being noticed: Devens asks if people are catching onto them. Angela: “No, we don’t talk enough.”
  • Angela: “I’m going to keep hanging around with Haley a lot.”
  • Devens: “Good. That way people won’t want her gone.”

“Red corner,” in their own words:

  • Devens: “I’m trying with that red corner alliance. I know that it’s total BS and they think they have us… but that’s fine. If they think they have me, they’re not going to put me out.”
  • Angela asks if he can infiltrate “the other half” — Rome’s side.
  • Devens: “Not in the short term… but if we just look after each other, we can build that trust.” Adds he trusts Dee, despite having “spent less time with [Dee] than anybody, intentionally.”

Faking closeness with Jason:

  • Angela: “It’s so hard for me to be nice to Jason.”
  • Devens: “It’s not hard for me. I actually enjoy it even more now — you’re actually the one getting played, sucker.”
  • Angela: “I’m trying even harder, but not make it look obvious.”

On Melody:

  • Angela: “Right now, I literally do not like listening, talking, or being around Melody.” Calls something from that morning “ridiculous,” says it’s “driving me,” her “ears are bleeding.”
  • Devens: “She doesn’t bother me as much.”

The LaTrice/Taylor play:

  • Devens: “No doubt in my mind I’m going on the block with the other side of the house.”
  • His plan: bond with LaTrice through their shared love of Taylor — “You and I have one thing in common, and that’s Taylor.”

Working Yash:

  • Devens told Yash no one’s talking strategy with him because he’s “the Survivor guy,” and gave him a pitch: “Whichever of you brings me into something is the one I’m going to vote to keep.”
  • His goal: “If they think I’m some slob that they’re in control of, they’ll keep me around.” Angela: “You’re a soldier… bigger fish to fry.”

Angela’s own Yash story:

  • Told him she believes in him going into the veto, and is “manifesting” him into HOH.
  • Says Yash told her: “When we’re in my HOH room, we’re going to laugh and giggle in front of the cameras — because they underestimated me.”
  • Wants that bond kept to just her, Yash, and Dee.

A crack of doubt on Drew:

  • Angela: testing whether Drew’s been “pitting” her or giving real info about a Jason situation. “The way he went about it was so yucky.”
  • Devens backs Drew’s info as likely real — cites Drew privately telling him he’s framing Angela as “America’s Dad” for future advantages, and coaching her to stop a physical activity so she reads as more of an athletic threat.

Mallory and Melody talking strategy in the Big Brother kitchen at 2:41 PM

2:32 pm Mallory and Melody

Mallory – if AShley doesn’t win the blockbuster she’s going home
Melody – which sucks because I kinda like AShley
Mallory – I know… I’m thinking if I am HOH who am I putting up.. like I don’t know

Melody: “I think Taylor was lying about him throwing her name out there.”
Mallory: “That crossed my mind too. That wouldn’t make any sense.”
Melody – “Me and Yash have clicked since day one. Yash was like, I’m scared he might put up Lyric or Melody because we were in her HOH group.”
Melody – “I think Taylor and her group — like Jason — are trying to convince us that’s how it is, for their own game. Because they’re together.”
Melody: “It really comes down to who wins the Blockbuster — it could be anyone.” Adds Kamu’s read: “If the house wins, Yash will stay.”
Mallory “If Ashley doesn’t win the Blockbuster, it looks like she’s going home. Which sucks, because I actually really like Ashley.”
Mallory “I’m not afraid to put her up on the block if I’m HOH.”
Melody: “Kamu’s playing one of the best games right now — he’s good with everybody, everybody likes him.”
Mallory: “I think Drew’s playing a really good game too… he didn’t go up on the block, he was in Dee’s room a lot.” Notes she’s older than Drew and a girl, “should have more in common with Dee” — yet Drew’s the one who bonded with her.
Mallory, on trusting Drew: “I don’t know if I believe him… right after we had that one-on-one, he went into T’s room.” Still calls him “a good asset” if he’s being honest, because “he knows the game” and “kept himself off the block.”
Mallory: rumor that Taylor and LaTrice pressured her about a possible showmance with Barrett — “I don’t like that at all… I got hos at home.”
Melody, bluntly: “I feel like it might be best for our game if [Taylor] goes… because Ashley’s a floater — keeping her around gets people off us, and Yash can be on our team.”
Mallory: “I feel like I trust Taylor, but now I’m feeling like I don’t.”
Melody: “I think she lied. Or maybe she heard misinformation — I never heard a damn thing about Yash saying shit about me and Lyric until noms happened, veto happened, all of a sudden Yash is talking shit.”

Melody talking with Mallory in the Big Brother house at 2:33 PM, holding a piece of fruit during their strategy conversation

Melody says Yash’s actual advice to her was protective, not malicious: “You need to go talk to Dee — it would be bad for your game to put up your Lyric, because we were part of that group… that looks bad, you put up two people who helped you in HOH.”

Mallory: “That’s so unlike y’all — should be talking game like that. Everyone’s just saying he hasn’t been talking game.”
Mallory: “I feel like everything that’s started, any idea in her head, has stemmed from Jason.”
Melody: “His core group is Paula [sic] and Taylor… I don’t know if I’m going to be in with that, which is scary.” Describes Jason feeding her “gamey” info that later got repeated back to her from someone else, reworded.
Both agree: “Jason really is trying to get Devins” on his side, chasing an “America’s favorite houseguest” edit. Mallory: “Which is fine by me — I’m not here for America’s favorite.”
Melody: pushing to keep Yash, calls a first-week split vote unlikely — “That’s not going to fucking happen on the first week.”
The pair discuss going along with the house rather than isolating themselves with a rogue vote.

Later in the conversation, Mallory relays intel from someone (name unclear) that between Ashley and Taylor, Ashley is expected to go home if she doesn’t win the Blockbuster. They debate keeping Ashley specifically as an easy, low-conflict target for future weeks — “she can be a place-filler for noms… especially in the first few weeks before the game gets more cutthroat.”
Melody, torn: “I think it’s best for our game if Taylor leaves, which sucks because I really like Taylor… but somebody has to go, and I want to win Big Brother. I have to think about me.”
They close on Mallory saying flatly: “I trust Ashley — with us,” while noting she wouldn’t want Ashley to survive if Ashley ever won HOH herself.
Melody and Mallory spend most of this working through who’s telling them the truth — landing on real suspicion of Taylor and Jason’s crew, cautious trust in Drew and Yash, and a shared, slightly guilty plan to use Ashley as low-risk block filler while they sort the rest of the house out.

Dee and Angela pointing at the HOH room TV monitor showing a live feed of the Big Brother house

2:50 pm Dee and Angela

Angela – LALA hates Haley
Angela “I can’t even tell you how many little girls are coming up to me wanting me to be like that with them, and I can’t. I won’t. My heart won’t go there. It’s you and you alone.”
Angela: “I don’t think I’m paranoid. I really do know who’s with who… Rome was summoning people up into this place. They have the perfect cover because they all work out together.” Puts the group’s size at roughly eight.

Angela On Rome specifically: “He thinks his little ass is just beautiful, perfect. He’s never once talked about this game with me — not even once. Almost everybody else has but him.” Adds: “He has his little clones all over the place. He has the numbers for sure.”
Angela names who she clocked heading up to a meeting: LaTrice, Rome, Lyric, Mallory. Notes the group is specifically talking up how strong a competitor Mallory is: “They just brought her in because they see how strong she is… they need her on their side.”
Angela on Melody, by contrast: “I don’t really think Melody is really in anything — at least I don’t see it. But she’s still a number, and she’s with Lyric and Mallory, and she knows it.”

The LaTrice/Haley tension:

  • Dee: “The thing between LaTrice and Haley is a real deal — I really think there’s tension.” Cites a specific flashpoint over medication advice, where Haley pushed back: “I hear you, but you’re wrong.”
  • Dee, approvingly: “She’s not afraid to stick up to her.”
  • Dee relays that Devens told her he knows LaTrice hates Haley outright: “If they can’t [manage] each other, that’s it.”

Angela working her own recruits:

  • On a nominee who hasn’t approached her since noms: “That makes me nervous… I already knew it was fake, but you should at least still be trying to solidify something.”
  • Her planned move: play hurt to Kamu specifically to draw him in — “I felt hurt, you haven’t talked to me — so he can come in and tell me. Make him feel like he’s a little bit of a leader.” Dee: “That’s what the other side’s doing too.”
  • Describes catching an approach from Haley fishing for a target suggestion and shutting it down: “You think I’m dumb? They want me to do the dirty work, obviously.”

Working Barrett and Kamu:

  • Dee: “I really feel good with Barrett.” Notes she’s watching people leave a gathering “one at a time” and believes Barrett was part of it.
  • Says Kamu told her the night before, on the hammock, that he’d come find her to “get you solidified in on this,” and that they’re set to talk again today.
  • Dee, on reading the house through urgency: “This is amazing, because urgency matters, right? We’re watching who is being urgent.”
  • Recounts pressing Haley directly for her numbers on the hammock: Haley named Kamu and Jug (transcript unclear — likely a mangled name), then stalled on naming anyone further: “I’ll tell you more.” Dee’s read: Haley, Kamu, and that third person are “not being straight” with her.
Dee and Angela hugging in the HOH room at 2:51 PM

Lyric and Jason relaxing outside around 3:42 PM before their strategy conversation

3:50pm Lyric and Jason

Jason and Lyric: showmance talk turns into real strategy

The Ashley rumor. Jason: “That’s what I’ve been hearing from like at least four people.” Lyric: “I believe it too. That crossed my mind too.”

The top three pact. Jason: “You know what I’d love to… bringing that to the end. Top three.” Lyric: “Let’s do it, though.” On letting comps decide it: Jason: “We’ll have to see how it goes in the comps. It’s not about giving up, I want you to fight.” Lyric: “No, 100%. But I’m going to fight for my people.”

Reading the house. Jason: “Anyone who’s reading it, that’s the reason we saw it. Everyone’s safe at this point, so why are you stressing? You can’t start acting suspicious until HOH happens.” Lyric: “I know.”

Jason working Angela. Jason: “I told Haley, Angela’s my mama before Lala, before anyone… I know she’s working with Angela.” “Ever since I said that, they’re like, Jason’s smarter than he looks.” “I’m letting her think that she’s playing my game for me.” On brushing off Angela trying to muscle into party planning: “I was like, Angela, I’m done doing stuff for her birthday. I did the most, just to feed her ego.”

On Haley. Lyric relays Haley telling her she’s scared and doesn’t know her place as the house splits. Jason: “She’s with Bailey, and she’s an idiot. She’s such a bad actor. A low-budget actor.”

On Angela. Jason: “There’s this weird jealous little girl inside of her… when it comes to hot guys she feels like she’s not hot enough, even though she’s married and older.” “Rome’s the hot guy in high school that she’s never gonna get.” “Angela’s a hothead, and she doesn’t care to cause a scene. She knows how to make good TV.”

Trust in each other. Lyric: “You and Rome are the only two people I can trust in this game.” Jason, describing a moment with Rome during a workout: “He was just like, you know, I got you too. I’m your ride-or-die.” Lyric: “Maybe I love him.” And later, on each other: Jason: “I rely on you with everything I got.” Lyric: “Same, baby. My safe space.”

Bottom line: under the couple stuff, Jason’s running a real perception campaign on Angela and reading Haley as an easy mark, while both he and Lyric treat each other and Rome as the only trust in the house that’s real.

Dee talking with Barrett in the backyard at 4:04 PM

4:00 pm Dee and barrett

Barrett and Dee: sorting the vote into three options

The core problem. Dee asks which way Barrett would lean. Barrett: “It also includes Taylor, so it’s like… that doesn’t really help.”

Option one: let it ride, target Ashley later. Barrett: “Ashley doesn’t seem like as big of a threat at all anyway. She’s not a threat at all.” Dee: “She’s really in with the pod girls.”

Option two: cut Yash. Dee: “If there’s a split, I vote to take Yash out.” Barrett agrees it’s the move that exposes the least.

Option three: the safe vote. Barrett: “The third option is just everybody coming together and saying nobody’s really working with Ashley — let’s just have the safe vote, and then nobody gets exposed. But I don’t even know if that’s the worthwhile option.”

Jason’s game. Barrett says Jason is trying to form a rift between Dee and LaTrice, and staged closeness with Lyric specifically to needle Angela. Barrett: “I feel gross cuddling with him while also being like, you’re doing personal shit. But I’ll make him think we’re good.” He adds it doubles as cover: “It also gives me a good reason to also cuddle with you.”

Reading the house’s groups. Barrett saw Drew, Kamu, Chuk, and Ashley grouped upstairs. Dee: “Has Drew told you anything?” Barrett: “We reaffirmed that Yash would be” the first target after working out together. Both agree on staying unattached: Barrett: “That’s the benefit of us not looking like we are too attached to any one group.” Dee: “Or Chuk and Kamu being overconfident that they’re attached to the best group.”

On Yash, Taylor, and Mallory. Barrett: “I feel like each of them, when they’re talking to me about their plans, I feel like Mallory especially has been like — obviously I was mad at you, we had a good talk, but—”

Bottom line: Barrett and Dee are weighing three real paths — sacrifice Ashley later, cut Yash now, or take the no-blood unanimous vote — while quietly managing Jason’s manipulation and tracking whether the Drew/Kamu/Chuk/Ashley group is actually solid.

Rome talking with Devens in the Big Brother house at 4:33 pm

4:33 pm Devens and Rome

Devens and Rome: building trust while dodging a dangerous rumor

Killing the “mega alliance” rumor. Rome: “The inklings I keep getting is that now it’s a mega alliance of Haley, Chuk, Kamu, you, and Angela.” Devens: “And I didn’t think you were that dumb… it’d be the dumbest thing in the world, because they’d cut me loose as soon as they felt that they could.” Devens: “I would love for you to discourage that.” Rome: “Yeah, I’m trying to. It’s insane.” Rome adds people may be lumping them together because “we kind of play bags all the time too.”

Where the block leans. Rome: “If it’s Ashley and Yash, Ashley’s leaving. If it’s Ashley and Taylor, Ashley’s leaving. And if it’s Taylor and Yash, Yash is leaving.” He adds Chuk, Haley, and others are “trying to push to keep you.”

The real alliance under the cover. Devens: “Yash really trusts me, and it’s a good cover for me. But Lala is one of my closest people, and Lala is really close with Taylor.” On Taylor: “I really like Taylor — honestly that’s the person I bonded with most, because of one conversation when she was really breaking down. If she lies to you, it’d be all over her face.” Rome, on Yash: “The word is he’s starting to get a little snakey — his stories keep changing, and people are starting to key in that maybe he’s not always telling the truth.”

The Jason opening. Rome: “Jason wants to trust you, and he wants to talk to you, but he doesn’t know how to go about it… he suspects that you might be working with that other side.” Devens: “I love Jason a lot. He’s awesome. I really trust Jason with a lot of stuff.”

Managing optics. Rome: “If I were you, never get caught with the three of them at once. If you’re caught with Kamu or Chuk or Haley, fine. But all three at once — not a good look.” Devens: “Walk yourself out of that situation. Super appreciate that.”

The guarantee. Devens: “You guaranteed, promise — not on the block as a nom, not on the block as a replacement, will not even sniff the block. You can feel 100% comfortable.” Rome: “I’ve been preaching about you to everyone… I really trust him. Everyone’s like, really, you trust him? I keep telling people, I never even watched Survivor — none of that shit correlates to this at all.” Devens: “I think you have a lot of power in the house. And I think that’s great for me.”

Building Rome’s next move. Devens: “If I were you, I would get really close with Drew. He’s keeping really, really good tabs on that side of things… he’s a Survivor fan, you guys as an alliance would make sense. He feels like you’re the dad, he’s the youngest in the house.”

Bottom line: Devens is actively killing a rumor that could get him cut, running Yash as deliberate cover while his real security sits with LaTrice, Taylor, and Rome — and he’s now steering Rome toward Drew to extend that same protection further into the house.

Ashley talking with Dee in the backyard during their 5:10 pm conversation

5:10 pm Ashley and Dee

Ashley and Dee: the loneliness of being the target

Nobody’s playing it straight. Ashley: “Whatever I say to them, like, it doesn’t matter how vulnerable I’m being… they do not care.” Dee: “They’re trying to save face.”

Clinging to a group she doesn’t even want. Ashley: “The only reason I’m trying to even clench onto them is because they’re the only ones I know for sure are together, because it’s so obvious. Which is also dumb. So I don’t even want to be with them.”

Nobody in that trio is playing real game. Dee asks who has the most influence between Melody, Mallory, and Taylor. Ashley: “Can I be honest? None of them. They’re all just waiting to see what other people do.” On Mallory specifically: “If I win it, I probably won’t use it.” Ashley: “And I’m like, dang, whatever.”

The isolation of the block. Ashley: “It feels like the only people that are being forced to even play the game are the people that are on the block. Everybody else just wants to fly by, so they genuinely don’t care to socialize with us, because you might be gone. I’m still a number at the end of the day.”

A moment of respect for Rome. Dee and Ashley discuss Rome telling Ashley directly he’d vote her out against Yash. Dee: “I respect Rome for telling you that. That honestly is respectable.” Ashley: “Finally, somebody’s at least saying something.” Dee: “Yes, being straight up.” Ashley, on the alternative: “I feel like nobody talks to you — you have the scarlet letter. Everybody just, they don’t want to make it seem like they’re in with you.”

Counting her numbers. Ashley: “I thought I might have Chuk, Haley… I feel like Haley’s being really fake with me or whatever.” Dee: “I feel like they are with me, too. And I’m keeping my distance.”

Considering Devens. Ashley: “Devins intimidates me. He’s just so professional, and I feel like he knows what he’s doing.” Dee: “You should really go talk to him — you’d be surprised. We had a good chat yesterday.” Ashley reasons it might work in her favor: “He might not think he needs a shield. There’s enough shields. He might just be like, no, let’s get him out.”

Bottom line: Ashley is isolated and clear-eyed about it, correctly reading that the block forces her to be the only one actually playing, while Dee quietly nudges her toward Devens as real outreach instead of the safer, obvious trio she’s stuck defaulting to.

Drew talking with houseguests in the Big Brother living area

7:05 pm Angela, Barrett, Drew and Dee

Drew, Angela, Dee, and Barrett: sorting Ashley vs. Taylor, and Devens dodges a rumor

Dee makes the case that Yash needs to stay because the house needs more guys, and that if it comes down to Taylor versus Ashley, he’d vote Taylor out. She adds that Ashley’s been trying to get in with Melody, Mallory, and Lyric but isn’t getting anywhere: “They’re not giving her anything, because they’re following everything Rome says. It sucks — she’s actually trying to play the game, but maybe she didn’t solidify soon enough.”

Barrett agrees people are starting to view Ashley as a non-threat, and says he and Ashley bonded early after both losing the same competition: “I feel like she’s comfortable talking to me, and she said she wanted to talk to me today.”

Drew says if Yash ends up on the block, it’s an easy vote — he’s going to win something eventually anyway.

Angela mentions Haley wants to loop Ashley into a group with all of them, but frames it as manufactured: “She’ll have some, but it’s a fake thing. Our fake thing, their real thing. Probably their fake thing too.” Dee’s trio with Chuk, Haley, and Devens comes up in the same breath — Dee confirms she and Devens were both pulled in separately, putting the count at five, though she says it “hasn’t met” as a real alliance yet: “It’s fine letting them tell me what to do, so I can get info on their side.”

Drew joins and reports that people are saying Devens is part of the Kamu/Haley/Chuk group, and that Devens is trying to distance himself from it. Per Drew, Devens doesn’t know who started the rumor, but responded by cornering Lyric to feel her out — and got nothing. Drew: “He’s like, do you know your own name? She just didn’t give us anything, and Devens walked away.” Drew adds that Devens said he might put Ashley on the block himself if he won HOH, “because that’s reason enough.”

Drew lays out his read on the two likely targets. On Yash: “He’s probably going to win the Blockbuster thing. Which sucks, but if he’s on the block, it’s easy to vote him out because he’s going to win something eventually — he’s super athletic.” On Ashley: “She doesn’t talk to anybody, doesn’t know how to play the game, not great socially so far — but she can get better.” His conclusion is a numbers argument: cutting Ashley now trims the house from 17 to 16, but keeping her while she stays disengaged effectively removes her as a threat anyway, closer to a 17-to-15 dynamic in his framing.

Drew and Angela talk strategy with Barrett and Dee during the 7:05 pm house meeting about Ashley vs. Taylor

Barrett lays out why targeting Taylor over Ashley is a hard sell: “It’s not looking great if it’s Taylor and Ashley, even if we wanted to get rid of Taylor. You’d have to get Chuk, Kamu, and Haley on board — but we can’t tell them to do that, they’d have to come up with it themselves.” Drew notes Kamu is firmly against losing Taylor: “Kamu was like, I love Taylor, I think she’d keep me safe — and he was saying Ashley is just a nothing player.” Dee’s takeaway: “They need to take Taylor out if they want more numbers on their side. That’s the way to go about it.”

Barrett raises one more wrinkle — an alliance rumor between Taylor and “the cool kids” — before the group catches themselves talking strategy too openly: Angela: “Man, this is crazy, you guys — we probably shouldn’t be up here doing this.”

Dee asks who they’d rather see go, Taylor or Ashley — says Taylor going is the smarter move. Angela agrees, names Taylor.

8:00 pm Chilling around

Two houseguests relaxing on the backyard hammock during the 8:00 pm downtime segment

8:03 pm Lyric and Kemu

Kamu: They think too, once you start getting those tribes going… but things get — I don’t know, I don’t know, if Ashley wins the Blockbuster, then who goes? Do you have a preference?
Lyric: I don’t know.
Kamu: Yeah.
Lyric: I haven’t talked to Yash about game today.
Kamu: You haven’t?
Lyric: Not yet.
Kamu: Do you know — because I haven’t talked to Rome. I want to talk to Rome.
Lyric: Yeah. I haven’t talked to him about what he would do.
Kamu: Yeah, because I know he’s tight with Yash, but I think he’s cool with Taylor as well.
Lyric: Yeah. What do you think?
Kamu: I don’t know. I feel like there are pros and cons with both. And I — on a human level, I really like it. I don’t want to vote either. You know, of course.

Kamu: Yeah, I need to have more game. I have to have a conversation with Taylor, I think, and have more game talk with Yash as well. It’s a little bit tricky with Yash because, you know, I know a lot of people say he doesn’t talk game with them. And he doesn’t always talk game with me either — he’s super cool, we talk a lot, but 99% is just about regular life, not game related. But I think the easy vote is — it sounds like from what people are saying — if Ashley doesn’t win, it’s probably going to be her. I don’t know. It’s tricky. It’s so hard week one, because there are really no lines drawn in the sand or anything, you know?
Lyric: Yep.
Kamu: You don’t care one way, do you have a preference, or are you cool either way? Yeah, you’re kind of cool either way.
Lyric: Yeah, it sucks. I just — it sucks. I don’t want to see either one of them go, if any of them go, you know. The thing with Yash is like—

Kamu: He’s a physical threat, so he’s going to be more difficult to beat in competitions. But because he’s a physical threat, he’s going to be more of a shield, you know what I’m saying? So he’s kind of good to have around, because other people may look to him.
Lyric: Yeah.
Kamu: I don’t know, I don’t know. It’s tricky. I was expecting there to be more game talk today — I kind of expected more people to be pulled to the side and talking. But I think maybe because it’s Lala’s birthday, everyone was just hanging out and having a good time, which is cool. But I’m curious if tomorrow everyone’s going to start to scramble a bit.

Lyric: Me too. Yeah.

(conversation shifts to personal topics — mic packs, Kamu’s family history in Hawaii and Arizona, cost of living/homelessness comparisons between Hawaii and Phoenix, UFC fighters BJ Penn/Max Holloway/Conor McGregor, Kamu’s father’s role at a Hawaii high school, sleep schedules and DR call habits — no additional game content through the remainder of the clip)y

BB28 Alliance Breakdown Week 1

The house has split into two rough sides, with a lot of double-dipping and a few people playing every angle. Here’s where everything stands.

The two sides, big picture

Side A — the vets’ power bloc: Dee, Devens, Angela, Barrett, Drew. Anchored by the three returning players plus two newbies they trust. This is the group with the most control right now.

Side B — the pod/gym/showmance side: Rome, Lyric, LaTrice, Jason, plus the Mallory/Melody/Lyric trio and Yash orbiting. Looser, more social, built around the showmance and the workout crew.

The catch: several players (Drew, LaTrice, Kamu, Chuk) are floating between the two, and almost everyone is telling both sides what they want to hear.

The Crossovers
Members: Dee, Devens, Angela, Barrett, Drew.
The main power alliance — the vets plus Barrett and Drew. This is the most-sourced, most legit group in the house right now. Their whole strategy is staying un-attached-looking in public while recruiting non-vets as shields. Solid, confirmed across multiple sources.
Wrinkle: Drew is only half-in (see below), and Dee ranks him lowest of the five because he keeps sticking his neck out.

Mama’s Angels
Members: Jason, LaTrice, Rome.
Rome has confirmed this is his inner circle. Their current project is blindsiding Haley — Jason’s been coaching people to tell Dee that Haley’s acting suspicious so the target lands on her “from the whole house.” Active and plotting. Confirmed on your feeds and by other sources.

The hot tub alliance
Members: Mallory, Drew, Barrett, Ashley, Lyric, Melody.
A newer, looser group pitched by Mallory and Drew. Note that Drew and Barrett are in this AND the Crossovers — more hedging. Still early and unproven; may not hold.

Court Jesters
Members: Drew (others unclear).
Drew’s other alliance, the one he’s quietly betraying by feeding the Crossovers intel. This is the reason Dee and Devens keep questioning whether Drew is telling them the truth. Named by other sources; membership beyond Drew is fuzzy.

The trio (“cool kids” / “littles”)
Members: Mallory, Melody, Lyric.
Not a formal alliance — they’ve said so themselves — but the entire house reads them as one, and that perception is the biggest target-magnet in the game. Melody is the least committed of the three and is seen as gettable. Mallory (veto winner, viewed as a comp beast) has the biggest target.

Sub-alliances and secret pacts
Dee / Barrett / Drew — floating a real “Final 3” inside the Crossovers. Tight.
Devens / Drew — a private two-man trust pact underneath everything. Both openly treat the bigger alliances as cover. Real and secret (straight off your Devens/Drew clip).
Devens’ soft ties — beyond the Crossovers, Devens is quietly banking LaTrice, Taylor, and Rome as personal safety nets, using Yash as disposable “cover.”
The “final four” pitch (Devens / Lyric / Drew / Melody) — Devens floated this but calls it “just a ploy” himself. Not real.
“Red corner” and “Icons ‘n Rome” — the fuzzy names kinda slang terms for groupings
“Red corner” Devens and Drew both call BS and use purely as cover — worth using the term since the house uses it, but its exact membership isn’t nailed down, and it may just be how they refer to the opposing side.
“Icons ‘n Rome” (Angela, Devens, Dee, Rome) was floated early and looks like it either evolved into the Crossovers or got dropped. Treat it as an early name, likely outdated.

The showmance
Rome & Lyric — the season’s only showmance, escalating fast and already fan-mocked. LaTrice is often counted as their guaranteed third vote. Lyric knows the spotlight is a liability and keeps saying she’ll cool it, but doesn’t.

Swing players and double agents
Drew — the ultimate double agent: Crossovers, Court Jesters, and hot tub all at once. Trusted by Devens, suspected by Dee.
LaTrice (“LaLa”) — in Mama’s Angels, tight with Taylor, and the swing vote everyone thinks they’ve locked. Also feuding with Haley.
Kamu — floating middle, working with Dee, but notably dislikes Rome (ego clash) — a real crack in the pod side.
Chuk — floating middle, close with Haley, orbiting the Rome/Kamu group.
Haley — Dee-adjacent but Dee finds her annoying and doesn’t trust her; actively being targeted by Mama’s Angels; feuding with LaTrice.
Yash — nominee, distrusted as “snakey” (stories keep changing), leaning on a gender-numbers pitch to survive; used by Devens as cover.
Taylor — nominee, quietly Dee-aligned (won’t target Dee), close to LaTrice.
Ashley — renom, a floater with no real alliance, isolated and clear-eyed about it.

Key feuds and tensions
LaTrice vs. Haley — real, reportedly sparked over a medication-advice disagreement.
Kamu vs. Rome — ego friction; Kamu doesn’t like him.
Jason vs. the vets — Jason’s running an anti-vet campaign and specifically trying to drive a wedge between Devens and the others
The trio’s visibility — Mallory/Melody/Lyric being too obvious is the thing the whole house keeps circling.
