Dee slept on the blindside and did not like it. By lunchtime she and Devens had a compromise — put it to Drew and Barrett first, Dee slept on the blindside and did not like it, so she and Devens built a softer version — put it to Drew and Barrett first, and blindside them anyway if they refuse. They held the meeting, and by mid-afternoon Barrett had told her to her face that he was angry, which he had never done before. By evening he had done something much bigger: told Melody and Mallory that he and Drew have been working with the Icons since the start of the game, then sat down with Yash and counted a five to blindside them right back — with an eye on a next Head of Household the two of them have already talked about as a possible double eviction.
Where the week stands: Dee is Head of Household for the second time. Drew, Taylor and Mallory are on the block after Lala won the veto and used it on herself, eleven houseguests are left, and the Blockbuster is tomorrow. Dee is telling the house Taylor is the target. The plan in the HOH room is Mallory.
Dee wobbled overnight, and what they landed on is worse: she had run it from Drew and Barrett’s side and did not like the answer — “strategically, I get it, because Mallory could win. The feeling in me doesn’t feel like it’s the right thing to do.” Devens’ fix was a staged version: put it to Barrett, and “if he’s not, then we blindside him.” Dee: “that is f—ing harsh.” Devens: “it’s harsh either way. But at least this way we can say, dude, we tried.”
The meeting happened, and Dee is carrying it alone: by 3:47 PM she was in the have-not room with Angela, recapping it. Barrett told her he was mad in front of everyone, which he had never done. “I took all the heat. I took all the heat for the Red Corner.” Then Taylor asked her if there was anything she needed to know, and Dee sent her away: “I’m done, all you f—ers figure it out, and when I have to break a tie I don’t give a f—.”
Mallory spent the afternoon crying in the pod room: she is on slop, on the block, and convinced Drew beats her — “I feel like I’m gonna throw up,” and then “I’m going to be okay if I go home this week. I don’t think I can watch this season.” Barrett talked her down on the grounds that the Icons would have to tell him first: “this late in the game, I don’t think that s— flies anymore. They can’t just burn us like that.” She left saying “I, like, can’t see. Like, I feel like a psychopath.”
Then Devens said the wrong thing to the wrong person: pushing Yash on the vote, he explained that Barrett being close to Mallory was a reason to cut her — “because he’s so close with Mallory, that’s more reason for me to get rid of her. Because he might get closer to us. Not us — he said me.” Yash carried it straight to Barrett, prefaced with Devens’ own words: “and obviously, I know you’re not going to repeat it.” Barrett, afterwards: “Devens was right about them making me mad.”
At 6:20 PM Barrett confessed: in the bathroom with Melody and Mallory, he said the thing he and Drew agreed last week they could never say out loud — “me and Drew have been working with the Icons since pretty much the beginning of this game. And y’all can put that together.” Mallory: “I figured you guys were.” Melody’s anger went somewhere else entirely: “the audacity to f—ing lie to my face… and then you’re going to sit here and act like we’re friends. Literally, f— you.”
There is now a counter-blindside, and it has five names: Barrett told Yash that Drew intends to vote Mallory out if he wins the Blockbuster, to stay in with the Icons. Yash counted the answer on the spot — “it would be me, you, Mallory, Melody, Lala. We keep Taylor and we blindside the Icons” — and Barrett did the following week’s arithmetic: “we go into next week with the Icons and Haley versus the six of us. And Dee can’t play.” Barrett: “we’ve basically formed a side.”
Where the split is: Dee has spent two days deciding how to blindside two men who had already stopped trusting her, and the delay has cost her both. It all still turns on the Blockbuster. If Mallory wins it, the Icons have burned their allies for nothing. If Drew wins it, Mallory almost certainly goes and the new five never gets to fire. And if Taylor wins it, the vote lands on Drew — the one person in the house who does not know that the two men either side of him have started counting without him.

12:36 PM — Dee and Devens (HOH)
They start on music.
Dee: “Was it good? What was the second to last song?”
Devens: “The title song, The Way I Am.”
Dee: “Anything to catch up on?”
Devens: “Nothing to catch up on, but I wanted to run some things by.”
Dee: “Okay, tell me.”
His first point is one nobody has made yet: the votes Drew and Barrett would cast in a blindside are votes against Taylor.
Devens: “First of all, I had another thought that supports the blindside, which is if we blindside them, they vote out Taylor. That makes it even harder for them to go to that other side. Taylor will be happier with us than them.”
Dee: “100%, yes.”
Devens: “So that’s great. But here’s the other thing. I was like, I think it’s just too easy right now. It’s too smooth. I feel like if I was them, I’d be like, why isn’t there any sort of scramble? It never happens like this.”
“It’s too smooth. I feel like if I was them, I’d be like, why isn’t there any sort of scramble? It never happens like this.”
— Devens
Devens: “So I wanted to run by you before I did it, but I’d kind of like to have a conversation with Drew and Barrett today. Where it’s like, guys, just so you know, I’m thinking about it. And to me, it makes the most sense for the Crossovers, and for me personally, to vote out Mallory.”
Dee: “So that’s not blindsiding, though.”
Devens: “No, but I’m not saying I’m going to do it. But is that totally off limits? Just so that they know that the wheels are turning, because I feel like to not even talk about it is suspect.”
Dee: “That’s what we were talking about yesterday, where that’s part of the blindside — is not giving them the heads up, or even that the wheels are turning.”
Devens: “We don’t give it to them at all, because then they take that back to Mallory.”
Dee’s understanding of the blindside was that it denies them the time to work on Haley, and Haley is the piece she does not trust.
Dee: “And Haley yesterday came up here and — you know, Haley and Taylor have been fighting. And Haley, obviously we don’t trust her 100%. She can do whatever. But she wouldn’t put any of the three of us up. And probably Drew and Barrett. So we definitely need her on our side, but she absolutely can go around even right now saying, like, oh yeah, we’re gonna take out — you know what I mean. If we do have that convo it has to be, like, late at night, because Haley goes to bed early. And tomorrow we all have to babysit one person so that Haley doesn’t speak to them.”

Devens: “It would be just like running by you. Like, you’re totally against the idea, right? And if they say, yeah, we’re totally against the idea, it’s like, okay, that’s fine. Like, I’ll do this for you.”
Dee: “But then if they’re against the idea and we still vote her out, what’s the problem?”
Devens: “Well, they’re going to be pissed either way.”
Dee: “They’re going to be pissed either way. So I’m trying to think of what’s a way.”
Devens: “Would the best case scenario be if they were like, we do get it, you can do it? Or would the best case scenario be a blindside?”
Dee: “Who do you feel closer to, Drew or Barrett? Like, that they wouldn’t come back and get mad at you.”
Devens: “Drew is the one who I think would be less mad about this.”
Dee: “100%. Drew would think of it in more strategic terms. Barrett will take it more emotionally.”
Then she does the thing she has been doing all week, which is run it from the other side.
Dee: “But here’s what I was thinking last night. I’m putting myself in their shoes. And if I’m with Drew and Barrett and two other people, I’m in that alliance, and they want to get you out, and they blindside me, that’s going to piss me the f— off.”
Dee: “It will piss me off, because if this is supposed to be Crossovers, it’s supposed to be — you’re not in it, you’re Mallory, right? I’m Barrett, you’re Mallory. If you are Mallory, and they’re trying to get Devens out, and they blindside me, that would piss me off. It depends on the person, right? Either I have no option but to still ride with them and understand where they’re coming from, or I can say, f— you, you’re playing me, go with the other side. And they can go either way.”
Dee: “So that was where I’m like, the blindside just does not feel — strategically, it’s a different story. The feeling in me doesn’t feel like it’s the right thing to do. Strategically, I get it, because Mallory could win.”
“Strategically, I get it, because Mallory could win. The feeling in me doesn’t feel like it’s the right thing to do.”
— Dee
Her alternative is to sit down with them late at night and hand the decision to the rest of the house.
Dee: “At night, like late at night, we can have the convo with them and pin it on everybody else. Everybody wants Mallory out. Lala, Taylor. Obviously Taylor’s on the block and they want to keep Taylor, I get it.”
Dee: “Haley sat me down and said, my target’s Mallory. Lala at the gym was like, hey, you gotta be careful with those four. Mallory is not who you think she is. Everybody has already said it to me. So we can use that info as, like, everybody’s on the same page about Mallory. Like, they cannot be mad at us.”
Dee: “But what if we just get them together? And not necessarily say do it, but talk about it’s a possibility. Everybody has been talking about it. And it’s not that we don’t trust you with us, but Mallory will absolutely come for one of us.”
Devens: “No, that’s the exact conversation I was talking about. But not saying we’re going to vote her out — just seeing if they would come over.”
Dee wants a condition attached to it.
Dee: “And we make sure we tell them — if this gets back to Mallory, and let’s say she wins the Blockbuster, comes back and targets us, we are going to assume that the both of you told her. Because Mallory told me here that she would not put me up. She told me that yesterday. I told her, I believe you. This is when you were in the bathroom. We kind of, like, pin them a little bit — Drew and Barrett — and we’re like, if Mallory does come for me, then I am thinking that you or you told her that this was a topic of conversation.”
Devens: “Don’t like that.”
Dee: “You don’t like that?”
Devens: “Don’t like the threat. Because the only way Mallory comes for us, that means she’s in power with those four. And they go — they just threatened us. They tried to go against us. That’s all the reason we need to bail on the Icons.”
Dee: “But then if we blindside them, they’re still pissed and go to the other side. You know what I’m saying?”
Devens: “But if we blindside them, at least there’s not four of them anymore. There’s three of them. Drew and Barrett — we don’t care about Melody, we care about Drew and Barrett and Crossovers strong. Your whole thing is only if Mallory comes back.”
Dee: “Correct.”
Devens: “And then it’s like, if Mallory comes back, there’s still four of them and we just threatened them. Whereas our blindside only upsets them if Mallory doesn’t come back — and then at least there’s only three of them, and they burnt Taylor. So they have less options to come at us.”

Dee: “So then why don’t we go about it in a way — because right now we’re having this conversation assuming we want to keep Drew. Remember, Drew’s still on the line.”
Devens: “I do want to keep Drew.”
Dee: “I want to keep Drew too, 100%. But we open the conversation of like, dude, we are putting our asses out because everybody thinks that you’re the target. We take it maybe a different route, because I obviously want to keep Drew. But if Drew’s on the block, he still needs our vote. You’re still on the block and we’re going to keep you. We’re showing you we want to work with you. So he has to be okay with us going another direction.”
Devens: “I think Drew is. I don’t think Drew’s a problem.”
Dee: “I don’t think Barrett is a problem either, though. It’s just — what do you mean? Him getting mad?”
Devens: “I think Drew would be okay with Mallory going.”
Dee: “Barrett would be sad?”
Devens: “Barrett would not be okay.”
Dee: “No, of course not.”
Yash puts his head in.
Devens: “What up, YP?”
Yash: “Is anybody in the bathroom, D? Slash, can I use the bathroom?”
Dee: “Yeah, yeah, go. I don’t think anybody’s in there.”
Devens: “Only number ones, though.”
Yash: “It might be number two.”
Dee: “No, I don’t care. Just let me know so I know. Okay, cool. You’re good. You’re so good.”
Devens picks his idea back up, and this time it comes out as a sequence rather than a choice.
Devens: “What I was broaching was — not that we tell them what we’re doing, but I think it’s more sketch, my red flags would be going up, if we never have this conversation.”
Dee: “Yeah, I agree.”
Devens: “So why not me just have this conversation, or both of us, or all of us have the conversation — see if there is any leeway. Like, if Barrett’s like, listen, I get it, we can get rid of Mal. Okay, let’s do it. And if he’s not, then we blindside him.”
Devens: “And then afterwards, we’re like, dude, we tried to get you on board. We saw you didn’t want to do it. I’m sorry. But also, you just burnt Taylor. You have one less person. But also, as far as you know, we were with you. We were not going to vote out Mallory. So if she comes back, we supported you. Help us out.”

Dee: “I like that idea better than completely blindsiding. I do think that’s better. I think it’s better if we have a group convo so they feel more supported. You know what I’m saying? A Crossovers.”
Devens: “Like, is there any leeway there? And if he says no, we say, okay, we won’t.”
Dee: “We’ll keep her.”
Devens: “And then we blindside him.”
Dee: “That is f—ing harsh.”
Devens: “I know, I know. It’s harsh if we blindside him without him. I want her to go, don’t worry. It’s harsh either way. But at least this way we can say, dude, we tried.”
“It’s harsh either way. But at least this way we can say, dude, we tried.”
— Devens
Devens: “That way, if we piss him off, at least he’s already lost Mallory and burnt Taylor.”
Dee: “I don’t think he’ll go to the other side. Either way. I don’t worry. It’s just a matter of how we’re doing it.”
Somebody else comes to the door.
Dee: “Bonjour. Yash is in the bathroom, and I think he just — like, I think he just bombed it.”
Devens: “Okay. Is someone in the one downstairs? You can wait, though.”
Dee: “Just wait, and then hopefully it doesn’t smell that bad.”

2:08 PM — Mallory, Melody and Barrett (Pod Room)
Mallory is not holding up well.
Mallory: “I’m scared if Drew wins I’m going home.”
Melody: “Why?”
Mallory: “I don’t know.”
Barrett: “I don’t see any concern for that.”
Melody walks her through who would have to flip for it to happen — Devens, Angela, Haley and Yash. Mallory says they would not even need Yash. Melody does not believe Lala would make a deal with Devens to save Taylor.
Melody: “Devens does not want her in jury, and I don’t think Dee does either. If this was two weeks ago, maybe, but right now everyone is focused on jury. And like — you’re on your period, you’re a have-not, you’re on the f—ing block. Don’t psych yourself out.”
Mallory is crying.
Mallory: “I’m scared that if they know I would stay over Drew, they’re gonna realize they don’t have as much power as they think they do, and they will want to break us up. But I’m scared if we do that, people are gonna think Drew has the numbers to stay. They’re gonna want to get me out over Taylor because they think we’re a threat.”
Barrett: “Well, I don’t think they’re worried about that. I think they still feel very comfortable with their power up there in the big house, in the big room.”
Mallory: “Okay. They just have to think they can control it.”
Barrett: “Because they think they have not only themselves, but even by putting you up, they still have Haley and they have me and they have Drew. They seem to have, like, adopted Haley. Or Dee has. It’s really weird.”
Melody: “It’s annoying.”
Mallory: “I don’t feel good. I feel like I’m on a rollercoaster.”
Barrett: “Be cool. Be cool as a cucumber, which you get to have later.”
Barrett: “I’ll come back. I can report whatever the f— I hear today.”
Mallory: “And maybe I’m just scared to sit next to Drew.”
Barrett: “It might be close, but you don’t have to be scared about it.”
Mallory: “I feel like I’m gonna throw up.”
Melody: “Don’t psych yourself out. Like, at the end of the day, they might see us as a threat, but they would rather have us in the jury.”
Mallory: “Okay.”
Barrett’s reason for not believing any of it is that he thinks the Icons would have to tell him first.
Barrett: “And I was also telling her — if there was that scenario where they tried to get you out over Taylor, they’re not just gonna not tell me the truth. I mean, maybe. But this late in the game, I don’t think that s— flies anymore. They can’t just burn us like that. Like, they need everybody that they can keep as allies, and them just lying about their own — dumb as f—.”
“This late in the game, I don’t think that s— flies anymore. They can’t just burn us like that.”
— Barrett
He reports back on Lala.
Barrett: “Unrelated, but I did just talk to Lala briefly.”
Melody: “What did you say?”
Barrett: “I said that I was going to keep you over Drew. And I said that I was going to keep you over Taylor. And she was like, I probably can’t vote out Taylor in any scenario. And I was like, expected.”
Barrett: “But she said, Drew — he’s irritated the f— out of me. And also, when I told her I couldn’t vote out you over Taylor, she also fully understood that too.”
Mallory: “Yeah, okay, that’s good. Ugh.”
Barrett: “And then I told her for, like, you and the Blockbuster. I was like, I don’t see a case where Drew doesn’t stay. And she already knew that too. So that wasn’t really news to her.”
Mallory: “I’m like, no, I’m going to be okay if I go home this week. I don’t think I can watch this season.”
“I’m going to be okay if I go home this week. I don’t think I can watch this season.”
— Mallory
Barrett: “What reassurance do you want me to try to get right now?”
Mallory: “I guess we just gotta wait for Dee to be done talking to Yash.”
Barrett: “Okay.”
Melody: “Or move Yash to talk to us first.”
Mallory: “I mean, either one. Either one, it doesn’t matter. I think he’ll tell me the truth.”
She decides to go back out.
Mallory: “Maybe I should go out there and act normal. Okay, I’m gonna go out there.”
Barrett: “Turn on your normal.”
Mallory: “And act normal. I, like, can’t see. Like, I feel like a psychopath.”

2:19 PM — Barrett and Melody (Pod Room)
Mallory leaves. Barrett watches her go.
Barrett: “Please act normal. Oh, Jesus Christ.”
Barrett: “If Taylor does win tomorrow, this s—’s about to be rocking. Because I do think that they think I would vote out Mallory, or that I can be swayed too.”
Melody: “Yeah, that’s crazy. Nobody’s talked to me about it. Like, I’m really curious on what they think I’m gonna do.”
Barrett: “I don’t think they think that you would go to Mallory.”
Melody: “Okay.”
He says out loud what he intends to do about it.
Barrett: “But I do think that, like — which again, I am fully willing to do this. If it’s the Drew versus Mallory and I vote out Drew, I think the Icons are gonna be like, what the f—, with me. Which is fine. And it could be fun, actually.”
“If it’s Drew versus Mallory and I vote out Drew, I think the Icons are gonna be like, what the f—. Which is fine. And it could be fun, actually.”
— Barrett
Then he counts the next HOH.
Barrett: “It’s basically them. Like a 6v4 to win at the HOH. Or like a 6v3, because D can’t play.”
Melody: “Yeah, it’d be like — Haley.”
Barrett: “Yeah, they would have Haley, Angela and Devens. That’s why I really want to talk to Yash. Because I guess in their eyes, we’d technically be like the swing votes or whatever for that Drew and Mallory.”
Melody: “Drew knows that he’s going home if he’s next to Mallory.”
Barrett: “Really? Okay.”

3:47 PM — Angela and Dee (Have-Not Room)
The group conversation has happened. Dee is recapping it, and what she is recapping is the cost of it.
Dee: “It’s a good thing that you were there. But Barrett — I knew that they were mad. But that was the first time he told me that he was mad in front of everyone. And that’s when I was like, I took all the heat. I took all the heat for the Red Corner.”
Angela: “You did. You did.”
Dee: “So right now, putting four people up, and he’s like, oh, did you already know you were going to put up Mallory? I was like, f—, no. But I could have ridden with the Red Corner, f—ing put you guys, boop.”
Dee: “So I would definitely need help from you and Devens.”
Angela: “You got it.”
Dee: “For the Red Corner BS, because I took all the heat for that.”
Angela: “You got it.”
Dee: “And Barrett is mad, like really mad at me, because he feels burned that I put Drew and Mallory up. Which I understand. F— it. I don’t care. I’m here. Like, my team — you and Devens — I need to make sure you guys are good. And obviously I’m taking the heat for making that.”
Angela: “Okay, so that’s what you meant by that.”
Dee: “So I’m basically taking the heat for everything. And they are pissed.”
Angela: “How can I support you more? I get that we had something, but I’m kind of reassuring them, like, Dee had to make a decision.”
Dee: “Yes, I will keep reassuring.”
Dee complains about Taylor listening to her music, then gets to what Taylor said to her.
Dee: “She said, is there anything I need to know? So I literally told her, do not f—ing ask me for anything, basically. I’m not voting this week unless it’s a tiebreaker. So I’m like, you need to make your rounds. And she goes, oh, I’m sorry. I’m like, no, I’m sorry. I put you on the block. But don’t f—ing come looking at me. I’m done. I’m done, all you f—ers figure it out, and when I have to break a tie I don’t give a f—. I’m so annoyed. So annoyed.”
“I’m done, all you f—ers figure it out, and when I have to break a tie I don’t give a f—.”
— Dee
She has not had the HOH room to herself all week.
Dee: “I haven’t been there by myself.”

3:53 PM — Yash and Barrett (Storage Room)
Yash still has not managed to get Dee on her own.
Yash: “I feel like this one is the craziest one. I was just talking to Mal about that. I want to talk to them because I want to know where their heads are at, because I think they’re going to tell me the truth — because they kind of have to. Because in their heads, they need my vote.”
Barrett: “I feel like I know where their head is at.”
Yash: “What have they told you in terms of, like —”
Barrett: “I think they want to save Drew. And then they’re going to vote out Mallory over Taylor.”
Yash: “Okay. But if it’s Taylor and Drew…”
Barrett: “They’re keeping Drew. Is that not what they’re telling you?”
Yash: “I haven’t talked to them yet. Every time I try to, there’s other people in the room. Every time I’m up there, Dee and Devens are there together. So I’m just assuming I’m talking to them both.”
Barrett: “You are.”
Yash: “At all times.”
Barrett: “You just are at this point.”
Yash: “It’s clear as day — whatever decision one makes, the other. Devens has been in her ear this whole time, and I’m aware of that.”
Barrett: “It seems that they got Drew under them this week.”
Yash has already had it out with Drew.
Yash: “Which is so interesting. I talked to Drew. The day we were all out there with the phone, I was like, Drew, you want to talk? Because I was like, we need to talk about these past few days. Because also, too, I don’t like having something between us. I was like, dude, what’s been going on? Like, you got caught bad, clearly being with them. And I was like, Drew, I want to rock with you, but — you’re making it hard to trust you.”
Yash: “And he was understanding of it, which was good, because I’m like, bro, just chill the f— out. You don’t have to be playing both sides. And he understood it well. But it does make me wary. Like, why are they trying to save him if that’s the case?”
Yash: “Do you think there’s any element of them not telling you the truth because you’re close with them?”
Barrett: “I think what they’re telling me is fairly true, in my mind.”
“I think what they’re telling me is fairly true, in my mind.”
— Barrett
Barrett: “But Drew — it seems like they didn’t like that he was playing with the middle, and then that nom ceremony kind of killed that for them in their eyes. So they’re like, okay, Drew’s cool. But with Mallory, they see her as more like someone that can win a comp, and also I think pairs me and her and Drew and Melody together. I mean, I told them I’m not going to vote out Mallory over Taylor. I haven’t had a good relationship with Taylor. I really love Taylor, but we haven’t had a good game relationship. But when it comes to Drew and Mallory, I think they think I’ll keep Drew. I don’t think that’s where my head is at. But I feel like we’re both the swing votes for that scenario, if that is how it plays out.”
Yash counts the same scenario and gets a number.
Yash: “I think if it’s the way I’ve been thinking — like, Mallory, I’m gonna keep Mallory. So I think she has the votes to stay no matter what. And my thing is though, I need to hear what they say, because whatever they say dictates Devens and Angela, which are two important numbers at this point too. I think if it’s Mallory and Drew, Mallory stays no matter what. Me, you, Taylor, Lala, Melody. I’m guessing Melody would.”
Barrett: “Yeah.”
Yash: “Mallory said Melody would. But that’s probably the least probability, because Taylor would have to win. And she probably has the least probability of winning against them two.”
Yash: “To me, if that happens, that’s best case. Because then, like, Taylor stays, Mallory stays, wishy-washy Drew goes home.”
Barrett: “Right.”
Yash: “And again, if they want to keep Drew, that susses me out of Drew. You know what I mean?”
“Taylor stays, Mallory stays, wishy-washy Drew goes home.”
— Yash
The feeds flip to the have-nots.

6:06 PM — Yash and Barrett (Prototype Room)
Barrett lays out what Dee has told him, as an order of preference.
Barrett: “When it comes to Drew and Mallory, she wants to keep Drew. When it comes to Mallory and Taylor, she wants to keep Taylor. Mallory and Drew and Taylor — also keep Drew. So it’s like the priority is Drew, Taylor, Mallory.”
Yash: “Yeah, in terms of keep.”
Barrett: “Yeah. So not f—ing ideal.”
Yash: “Which is not great. Because if the priority to keep was Taylor, Drew, Mallory, we would be able to keep Taylor and Mallory.”
Yash has had the same conversation with Devens, and he heard through it.
Yash: “I said, yo, what’s up. He said the same thing. He does the classic — he’s like, I’m hearing people want to keep. By people, he means him. He wants to keep Drew, and Mallory to go.”
Yash: “Trying to pull Barrett a certain way, because people don’t want to make Barrett upset. And I’m like, oh, okay, I got you. I was like, how do you feel about it?”
Yash: “He was like — and obviously, I know you’re not going to repeat it — but he was like, it can go one of two ways. Because Barrett can either get mad that we vote out Mallory, or because he’s so close with Mallory, that’s more reason for me to get rid of her. Because he might get closer to us. Not us — he said me.”
“Because he’s so close with Mallory, that’s more reason for me to get rid of her.”
— Devens, as relayed by Yash, to Barrett
Yash: “But I’m like, bro, because he doesn’t know, I don’t want Mallory to go. Because nobody knows that except us. Which is good, because finally they are in the dark. Finally.”
“Nobody knows that except us. Which is good, because finally they are in the dark. Finally.”
— Yash
Neither of them can work out why the Icons want Drew.
Yash: “Why do they want to keep Drew is what makes no sense to me.”
Barrett: “I mean, it only makes sense if they’re like this with them.”
Yash: “They must be, bro. Which Drew is a weirdo for. They put you up, bro — what are you doing?”
Barrett: “That’s what I’m saying. Them putting him up, and him making a show at the nomination ceremony, got them good with them. Because he’s just, like, fully against you and Lala. At least that’s the vibe I get.”
Yash: “Dude, the way I viewed it — which is clearly probably not correct — I viewed it as, like, wow, he’s desperate because he got caught in a lie. But they must have thought, oh, it’s an opportunity. Because in their eyes, if they put him up and he’s not mad, that’s less blood, which is what they would want. Why are you being buddy-buddy with the people that put you up and will put you up? But it sounds like it’s the same thing, because Dee told you while Devens told me. It’s the same. Keep Drew, then keep Taylor, get out Mallory.”
So they count it.
Yash: “Best case for me is Mallory and Drew up there, and we keep Mallory and we leave them in the dark. But lowest probability. But then if it’s Mallory and Taylor, do we have the numbers to keep Mallory?”
Barrett: “I don’t think so, because apparently Haley’s going to vote out Mallory. Which is crazy to me.”
Yash: “And then it would be them three and Lala, because Lala would not vote out Taylor. And then at that point, we might as well go with the house, right?”
Barrett: “Yeah, unless we want Dee to get more blood on her hands and break a tie.”
Yash: “I’d be cool with that. But is that better?”
Barrett: “I mean, I already told her I’m not voting out Mallory if it’s Mallory versus Taylor. I don’t see a point in me doing that. It wouldn’t make sense for me, because then it’d be like, why did you vote out Taylor?”
Yash: “Yeah, exactly. So if Drew wins, that’s not good. And then if it’s Drew and Taylor, what would it be? Would you keep Taylor over Drew?”
Barrett: “I’d be down if the numbers were there, but I think that’s the least likely that we can get the numbers.”
Yash: “Would Haley keep Drew?”
Barrett: “Haley would keep Drew. So you’d have to do four. Unless Melody is so done with Drew.”
Barrett: “We would have Lala, me, you, Melody.”
Yash: “Bro, the key person here — I’m not going to talk Melody into voting out Drew. That’s not my place.”
Barrett: “Ohh f—.”
Yash: “Bro, this can finally be a moment where we show them that they aren’t the ringleaders.”
Then Barrett produces the thing that changes the conversation.
Barrett: “Drew was telling me if he wins Blockbuster he’ll vote out Mallory too, to stick with the Icons.”
Yash: “What the f—. What the f—. It would be me, you, Mallory, Melody, Lala. We keep Taylor and we blindside the Icons.”
Barrett: “We get rid of one of their numbers, we go into next week with the Icons and Haley versus the six of us. And Dee can’t play.”
“It would be me, you, Mallory, Melody, Lala. We keep Taylor and we blindside the Icons.”
— Yash
Production asks Yash to reattach his microphone.
Yash: “How do you think we should go about bringing up that idea to Melody? I don’t think it’s my place to do it.”
Barrett: “I can try.”
Yash: “But if you need me for leverage, you can say I’m on board and all that s—. Because if me, you and Mallory are all on board, and you tell that to Melody, maybe she’ll consider it. And I think Drew would pick them over her.”
Barrett comes back to the line Devens used on him, which has landed exactly the way Devens did not intend.
Barrett: “Devens was right about them making me mad. He literally was like, and if they’re that close, that’s all the more reason for me to want her out.”
Yash: “Like, bro. That’s crazy. He is such a game player, bro.”
Barrett: “If it’s Mallory and Taylor you would have to evict — you would want to get rid of Taylor over Mallory?”
Yash: “I think I would have to vote Mallory out. I wouldn’t want to get Dee’s hands bloody with a tie. Like, if Drew wins, I think Mallory goes. Which is f—ing ass. Drew cannot win.”
Barrett: “That’s basically it. Unless for some reason I could flip Haley, but it sounds like she’s a little rock solid.”
Yash: “Yeah, I think Haley’s gonna do whatever Dee says.”
Yash: “Try talking to Haley, because maybe, if you say maybe the house is leaning that way. Because Haley told me, remember, I said she wants to go with the house. So if you kind of say, hey, people are saying, maybe. Because if Drew goes out, or Drew wins Blockbuster, I don’t want to see Mallory go. I don’t want to see Mallory go. And then if Mallory wins, we need to try to put Melody on Drew. But then that creates two scenarios where as long as Mallory or Taylor win, we’re good.”
Barrett: “Yeah, basically.”
Yash: “I trust you to go about that with Melody and Mallory, however you want.”
Barrett: “Because you’re definitely closer. And we’ve basically formed a side, if all that works out.”
Yash: “And, like, as it should be. As it should be. And yeah, you can fully say that I’m on board. Like, we’ve talked about it.”
Barrett: “And f— that. And f— that. Love you, bro.”
Yash: “Love you too.”
Barrett: “This is fun.”

6:20 PM — Mallory, Melody and Barrett (Bathroom)
Fourteen minutes later Barrett is in the bathroom with the two of them, saying he has been working scenarios with Dee and trying to get something out of her.
Melody: “It’s not fun, it’s stressful as f—, but…”
Mallory: “It’s still Taylor.”
Barrett nods, and then tells her what Drew said.
Barrett: “So it sounds like Yash is all for it, to keep you over Taylor. Drew called me into the storage room earlier — please keep this here. He’s willing to vote you out over Taylor, to appease the Icons basically. I’m not voting you out no matter what.”
Barrett: “Haley told me yesterday she wants to vote out Taylor over you, but she’s telling Dee she would vote out you over Taylor. So I need to talk to her. And if we can get Haley, and then if we tell Drew that we have four votes, I think he would probably swing back to keep you. If he doesn’t — like, what the f— have we been doing?”
Melody asks whether Haley would really keep Mallory over Taylor.
Barrett: “I would hope so. She told me that yesterday. I don’t know why she would want to keep Taylor. Is there anything I can tell her?”
Melody: “Tell her to be like — Mallory always talks about how they’re super cool with you and they would never put you up.”
Mallory tells him to say she would never put Haley up as a nomination or a replacement. Then Barrett changes the subject.
Barrett: “Now, another thing. When it comes to Drew versus Taylor, I’m going to be honest, Drew’s sussing me the f— out with his attachment to them. How do y’all feel about that?”
Melody: “I don’t know. Drew’s my close-ass friend. Because he is sussing me out too.”
Mallory: “I feel like he’s just another number for the Icons.”
Melody: “I asked Drew to be my close ally the first week, and I feel like he’s literally been lying to me this whole f—ing time.”
Barrett answers that with the thing he and Drew agreed they could never say out loud.
Barrett: “We both have, to be honest with you. Me and Drew have been working with the Icons since pretty much the beginning of this game. And y’all can put that together.”
Mallory: “I figured you guys were.”
Barrett: “And he seems way more attached at this point, especially when it comes to affecting you. And I’m f—ing over it. I’m f—ing over it. If it comes down to it.”
“Me and Drew have been working with the Icons since pretty much the beginning of this game. And y’all can put that together.”
— Barrett

Melody is not interested in the confession. She is interested in Drew.
Melody: “Like the audacity to f—ing lie to my face after I’ve confronted you about it multiple times and you still don’t have the guts to f—ing tell me. But then you’re going to sit here and act like we’re friends. Literally, f— you.”
Barrett: “Yeah. So when it comes down to Drew versus Taylor, we have the votes to get Drew out too. If we do that.”
Melody: “We have to form the lines with, like, the —”
Barrett: “Everybody else, yeah.”
“The audacity to f—ing lie to my face… and then you’re going to sit here and act like we’re friends. Literally, f— you.”
— Melody, on Drew
The feeds cut.
BB28 Alliances
Updated after the veto ceremony and the run of conversations that followed it on Tuesday afternoon. Eleven houseguests left. Dee is Head of Household. Lala used the Power of Veto on herself and Mallory went up in her place — and by 4:35 PM Dee’s target had quietly changed. The two men she has decided not to tell are one room away, working out that something is running.
- HOH: Dee, her second of the season.
- On the block: Drew, Taylor and Mallory. Lala came off with the veto.
- The target Dee is naming: Taylor. The target she is playing: Mallory. Devens: “I think Mallory has to go. That’s the main thing.”
- Powers live: Drew’s Never Not Pass, and nothing else.
- Powers spent: Devens’ Diamond Power of Veto — used on Dee, put up Kamu, Kamu evicted 9–1. Dee’s BB Bribe — paid to Yash, and he took it.
- What each side does not know: Drew and Barrett spent Friday night agreeing Devens has to go. Dee and Devens have decided to vote Mallory out without telling Drew and Barrett it is coming.
- Except Barrett has half-guessed it: after Devens spent the day sounding him out, “that’s when I started thinking, like, was this just always the plan, to just immediately do this s—?”
Active
Dee’s HOH Dee · Devens · Angela · Haley
Lala and Taylor were settled by noon Friday — “because they were conspiring against me, and that’s easy” — and the third seat moved from Haley to Yash to Drew across the afternoon. Dee, alone with her lunch: “I can go back on my word and put Yash up. But why would I do that when I can just put Drew up?” Devens had already signed off before she asked anybody else.
The Bribe, and it worked. At 10:11 AM she laid out the offer — “again, here’s the 5K, you cannot put any of us up for the next HOH that he wins” — with a threat if he refused: “and if he says no, I’ll f—ing backdoor you.” She keeps him off her block, he keeps the Icons off his. He took it.
Lala won the Power of Veto and used it on herself, and the seat went to Mallory. Drew had spent the previous morning in the bathroom asking for Yash instead — “give me the smoke, I want a Blockbuster.” It did not work. Dee afterwards: “even leaving you, I’m pretty sure people were like, what the f—?”
At 4:10 PM she told Mallory to her face that Taylor was the one going — “that she’s my target, yes” — and hugged her at the door. Ten minutes later, to Devens: “in the best case scenario, Taylor wins, yes, and we send Mallory home.” What she says publicly has not moved. Devens: “I’m going to keep riding with… that Taylor’s way. Until we change our mind about anything.” Dee: “me too.”
Taylor has been told the block is between Mallory and Drew. Dee, explaining it to Mallory: “Taylor thinks it’s between you and Drew. Just so you know… I can’t tell her you’re my target.” She then scouted the Blockbuster with her own real target sitting there, rated Mallory’s odds “one in two, not even one in three,” and said she liked the rope rumour: “Taylor’s not going to get herself out of the rope.”
The Icons Dee · Devens · Angela
The best they have had. Angela won the Blockbuster and took herself off the board, Kamu went home in her place 9–1 — Lala the only vote to evict Haley — and Dee came out of the endurance comp with her second HOH. Dee, alone afterwards: “Two HOHs, baby. Just why not keep making myself a bigger target?”
At 3:30 PM, hours after the ceremony, Yash named it in the HOH room: “and, like, bro — me, you, Angela, Devens. I’m rocking with that s—.” Dee: “No, you have my word.” Yash: “Thank God we’re back, bro.” Dee: “I thought I lost you there for a second.” Her plan from here, out loud: “we gotta figure out ways to get everybody else.”
The two men they count as theirs spent Friday night agreeing Devens has to go, and that a final five with the Icons ends with Drew and Barrett leaving first.
Dee’s instinct was to warn Drew and Barrett — “we cannot blindside them” — and Devens spent fifteen minutes talking her out of it. “If you truly believe that they’re against us no matter what if we don’t win HOH, then why don’t we blindside them?” Then: “I think we blindside them and ask for forgiveness.” By 4:35 PM: “I say we… we just f—ing risk it.”
It runs through Haley and Lala. They think Yash will not vote Taylor out, which means no tie and no HOH tiebreak — Devens: “so your hands will be cleaner than Angela’s and mine.” Haley is the loose one. She pitched Dee that morning on evicting Taylor for jury reasons, and Dee reads her as easily led.
Not the arithmetic. Dee spotted a group standing at the memory wall, decided one of them pointed at her, and got angry — “yeah, your bestie’s not going to be here next week… no, f— it. That just made me mad. That’s blindside, though.” Devens already has the after-the-fact line: “we did it for their own good. We don’t want them to have to keep that secret.”
The Dapper Dans Devens · Drew · Barrett · Yash
A joke about a handshake. Devens, telling Dee: “We were goofing around and we were like, we have to do a four-person dap. And of course Kamu walks in — he walks in everywhere. Five-person dap. We were in the hot tubs. It was public. And then someone else walked in. And then it flew up to 16. But that was us locking in that we were dap for dap.” Dee: “I hated every second of that.” Devens: “That’s our alliance.”
Devens, to Drew and Barrett: “I was also talking about how epic the moment is going to be when it comes down to when we finally decide that like our number one alliance is actually the Dapper Dans and we have to send either Dee or Angela home.” In the same conversation he vouched for the fourth: “Yash is 100% with the Dapper Dans until he dies.”
Barrett: “The Dapper Dans could have saved Devens.” Drew: “The Dapper Dans did save Devens.” Barrett: “The Dapper Dans evicted Kamu.” Yash was HOH and did not nominate Devens; Devens then spent the Diamond on Kamu. Whether the alliance caused that or is being used to explain it afterwards is the open question.
Drew wanted to rebuild it — “there’s only three of us left, excluding Devens… we have to be dude strong.” Hours after the veto ceremony Yash gave Dee his word on a four that does not include Drew or Barrett. Five thousand dollars bought him for the other side.
Drew and Barrett Drew · Barrett — locked
Older than every alliance either of them is in. Barrett: “You’re the only person who has f—ing offered me a final two.” Drew: “Arguably day one or two.” At 12:47 AM Friday they locked it. “Just know I’d never put you up.” — “I’m not putting you up either.” Drew: “The best chance we have at either of us winning is sitting next to each other. I don’t see any other way.” Both concede they lose to Mallory on charisma and to Dee on story.
They agreed a final five with the Crossovers ends with them going first — “probably me, then you” — and that Devens is the name, because he has never been on the block. Drew: “We’re the most blinded people in this game… they’re like, we’re gonna ride these kids as long as we can.” Then further: “We will be the domino to decide whether or not an Icon wins the game, or an FAP, or Yash wins this game.”
Drew spent the evening in the storage room trying to bring him in and got a refusal built to keep both doors open: “I might be a part of it, but I’m not gonna tell them I’m gonna do it. If y’all want to do it, y’all do it on your own.” His objection is the block itself: “D won HOH and put two members of the alliance that we made last week on the block. This is dumb as hell.”
Neither of them has been told the vote has moved. Dee and Devens went back and forth on telling them and landed on not — Devens: “Melody and Mallory are already gonna put us up. That bridge is burnt in my eyes. The only question is, would Drew and Barrett put us up?”
Devens spent the day asking him for his ideal eviction order, then floating Mallory as a threat “after now being on the block.” Barrett took the logic apart — “well, you put her up. She wouldn’t have been mad if you didn’t put her up” — and landed on the answer: “that’s what made me think, okay, this was your thoughts from the start… was this just always the plan, to just immediately do this s—?” He also drew a line: “what kind of player am I to sit here and be like, yeah, let’s evict one of my best friends. Happy to do it.”
Under strain
The Crossovers Drew · Barrett · Dee · Devens · Angela
Four of the five are still in it. The fifth is on the block, put there by it. Barrett spent an hour with Dee on Friday and finished on “I think you should do it,” having already told her “there’s nothing that Drew hasn’t done in the past week that doesn’t deserve for him to go on the block.” Lala got there from outside days earlier: “now they’re hanging with them and they’re on their side. But they’re the first ones they’ll put up.”
Drew and Barrett agreed the group is farming them and picked Devens, because he has never sat on the block, with a double eviction floated as the moment. Drew: “As much as I love Devens, I think he’s so cutthroat. He would just slime this out whenever he needed it to be.” They cannot move without confessing first — “the only way we save ourselves is telling them that we are Crossover” — because Devens holds the FAP name. “That’s probably what he’s waiting to do.”
Devens has already rehearsed the speech he will give Drew and Barrett afterwards, and the Crossovers is the whole of it: “you guys don’t need her for anything, because you’re in the Crossovers. Like, seriously. Why are you guys holding on to these girls? If you’re going to give me a hard time about it, you’re suspect.” The version he plans to open with is softer — “we didn’t want you to feel bad… we thought it’d be better if you were just not in on it, so that you could be honest with Mallory.”
Drew would carry Angela, and cites the Diamond as proof she is third: Devens spent it on Dee, not her. Barrett trusts Dee most and concedes the flaw in the same breath — “I think Dee would always have Devens over both of us.”
Mosh Pit Drew · Barrett · Melody · Mallory · Dee · Devens · Angela
Two members have said out loud it was never real. Mallory: “I was never planning on being loyal to Mosh Pit.” Melody: “If I was HOH, f— Mosh Pit.” Dee settled it herself, alone in the HOH room: “And the Mosh Pit’s not f—ing real, because they would come for me regardless.”
Drew, doing the arithmetic from the inside: “It really is funny that there’s four people that are in the Mosh Pit and I’m one of the people on the block. Every time the alliance wins, I go up.” Mallory joined him there at the veto ceremony.
Devens, relaying what the house is saying about Dee: “their talk is that Dee said no one from the Mosh Pit gets nommed. And no one gets re-nommed. So they are not going to go forward with us. Those two girls.” Mallory had gone up to the HOH room believing the opposite: “I really wanted to move forward with Mosh Pit. So I thought I was good this week.”
Drew On the block
In the HOH meeting he walked the room through the night Yash won HOH and answered his own question: “And I’m sitting there going, like, sure. I want Dee out.” Lala, an hour later: “Drew is a motherf—er. He’s a little f—ing snake.” Barrett told Dee to take the shot. By 1:50 PM Dee had stopped hedging — “again, the reason I’m saying this is because I’m putting him up.”
He had walked back into the storage room minutes earlier with the Never Not Pass and pitched it as a character reference: “they wouldn’t give me one if I was a traitor.” It keeps him off slop. It does not keep him off the block.
It landed anyway. “I’m the biggest liar in this house” — delivered at a table that was “five Crossover people in a row and then FAP on the other side. The definition of a split house.” Barrett: “I saw a complete personality shift with you. That’s what they want to see.” Drew’s plan is to ride it. “This week is just me being their bestie.”
He asked Dee directly for Yash in the empty seat. She put up Mallory.
Mallory On the block — and the target
Mallory came to the HOH room on her own and spent half an hour on it — correcting what Lala had told the room she said in the meeting, denying any deal with Yash (“he just never even considered me”), and offering the majority-alliance argument: “working in a majority alliance I do believe is what is best going forward.” Both of them said the words out loud. Mallory: “but you are not my target.” Dee: “you’re not at all.”
Dee, alone with the camera the moment she left: “her coming up to me doesn’t help the scenarios. Because the plan was that we need reasons to take her out. But she’s actually being very nice.” Devens supplied the reason instead: “Mallory would put us up. She’s a better competitor than Taylor.”
Studying. She is going to Angela, who has played the most Blockbusters of anyone left, and reaching past her for what Angela learned from Tucker. She thinks she can perform: “of course it’s still going to be nerve-wracking, but yeah — I think I can perform okay under pressure.” She does not know she is the one they are hoping loses.
Taylor On the block — named as the target, and not the target
That the week is between Mallory and Drew. Dee has told everybody else the reverse. Her reason, to Mallory: “I can’t tell her you’re my target.” Taylor is the name Dee gave Mallory, Drew and the gym, and the one Devens intends to keep repeating “until we change our mind about anything.”
Dee’s read is that her one comp win was a lie-detection game: “she’s not good at puzzles. She’s not good at physical things.” On the rope rumour: “Taylor’s not going to get herself out of the rope.” Mallory’s read on the vote if it comes to her: “Taylor’s ruffled a lot of feathers… just, she can’t win.”
She only survives the week by winning the Blockbuster herself, which is the outcome Dee is openly hoping for. Dee: “in the best case scenario, Taylor wins, yes, and we send Mallory home.”
Haley Survived — third week on the block
The house cannot work out what she is doing. Devens has told Dee to keep her close. Dee talked herself out of a third straight nomination for the coldest possible reason: “That’s a perfect person for us to sit next to if we ever go up.” At midnight Mallory read Dee’s interest in her as fear: “I think D wants to do that because D is scared that Haley would fire her off.”
Melody, working out what happens if Haley takes the next HOH: “I don’t want to live in no f—ing jury house with Haley. And Haley doesn’t either. Dead ass, I’ll quit. I’m not even joking.” Mallory: “I’d rather live with Taylor than Haley.”
She is the person he is most afraid to sit beside. “The scariest thing for me is sitting next to Haley. This week.” His counter-plan, agreed with Barrett at one in the morning: “We need Haley to get in more fights this week.”
The blindside runs through her. She spent Tuesday morning in the HOH room pushing Dee the other way — “hey, why don’t we take Taylor out? We have to start thinking about jury” — and cited Angela as backing it. Dee’s answer was Mallory is the better competitor, and her private read is less flattering: “Haley is easily manipulated.” Devens’ count: “we need Haley and Lala.” Dee: “the one that’s kind of shifty right now is Haley.”
The leak Unresolved
Somebody in the HOH room the day the group agreed to target the Icons told Dee about it. Yash ruled out Taylor, Lala and Mallory and was left with Drew or Barrett. Melody had already landed on Barrett; Lala got there independently on Thursday night: “So who flipped it? Drew?” Friday narrowed the ground without closing it. Nobody has confirmed it and Dee has not said.
Broken
FAP Drew · Barrett · Melody · Mallory
Dee told Mallory that Drew knew Kamu was putting her on the block and was fine with it, and told Melody that Drew had described her as somebody you could whisper to at the last minute. Melody: “So you genuinely have been playing both sides this entire f—ing time.” Barrett had warned Dee that nominating Drew would cost her both women. Instead it cost Drew both of them.
Drew and Barrett spent Friday night deciding it is still their best play anyway. Drew reads the Time Capsule results as instruction: “It is legitimately Crossovers versus FAP… America’s telling us to go with FAP. Trying to let the middlemen know. Trying to let the jugglers know.” Neither of the two women knows that. One of them is now on the block.
By Monday evening in the storage room he had swung the other way: “Two nights ago I was like, yeah, I think FAP is the way to go. And now I’m like, damn. I think Crossovers might be the way to go.” He is still recruiting Melody and Mallory into something at the same time. Barrett is the one who has not moved.
Lala, Taylor and Yash Lala · Taylor · Yash · Mallory · Melody
Lala counted it out loud at four in the morning with Mallory sitting there: “I’m trusting you and Mal — I mean you and Melody… I can’t trust Barrett and I can’t trust Drew now.” Friday afternoon took it apart. Told she was being considered, Lala named Drew, Mallory and Melody as the people who pushed hers last week, and volunteered that her own target is Devens. Dee, once alone: “Lala, why would you tell me you’re coming after Devens? That’s my f—ing number one.” Melody and Mallory spent the same hour swearing themselves to Dee.
Lala won the veto and took herself off the block. Yash took $5,000 from the Icons.
Historical
Alliances that have already ended The Red Corner · The Toolshed · Yash and Kamu · Bermuda Triangle · Wolf Pack · The Bad Boys
One of the first groups to form, named for the corner the defending champion fights out of. Dee and Devens were attached to it while also running with the Crossovers. Two of the three core members are gone, and it still comes up: Dee, in the have-not room on Wednesday, “I took all the heat for the Red Corner… I could have ridden with the Red Corner, f—ing put you guys, boop.”
The mega-alliance the two groups became when they merged, and the high-water mark for the bloc that is now eating itself. What is left of it is on this board twice over — the Crossovers half under strain, the Red Corner half two-thirds evicted.
Yash: “And they will never know the extent of our relationship.” He campaigned hard in the last week — “I’ve kicked it into overdrive now to keep your ass” — and told Haley to throw the Blockbuster so Kamu could eat. Angela won it instead and Kamu was evicted 9–1.
Named by Devens, then hollowed out by him when he used the Diamond to pull Dee down and put Kamu up, cutting Yash out of his own ceremony.
Historical, but it explains the grudges. Yash still reached for it when justifying why he did not join the anti-Icons push earlier: “not so much, because we have the Wolf Pack.”
Did not survive. Devens used his power against one of the five, Drew and Barrett went to the Icons, and Kamu was evicted.
The BB Time Capsule
All six trips are done. Full detail on the twist, every round and every power in the pool, is on the BB Time Capsule page.
- Week 2 — Angela: punishment. Hard-Boiled Detective costume.
- Week 3 — Devens: Diamond Power of Veto. Spent — saved Dee, nominated Kamu, Kamu evicted 9–1.
- Week 4 — Dee: BB Bribe, $5,000. Spent — paid to Yash for protection from his next HOH.
- Week 5 — Mallory: punishment. Adam and Eve, with Melody picked to serve it alongside her.
- Week 6 — Melody: punishment. Lady of the Latrine.
- Week 7 — Drew: Never Not Pass. Live. The last trip of the twist.
Dee’s BB Bribe Spent — Yash took it
$5,000 offered to one houseguest in exchange for an action that helps her game. Valid to the end of the season, and the target can turn it down.
Before the Week 6 nominations she asked Yash to keep her and Angela safe for the week. He said no. She dropped Angela and asked again for just herself. He said no again. On Friday morning of her own HOH she went bigger — “again, here’s the 5K, you cannot put any of us up for the next HOH that he wins,” meaning herself, Angela and Devens — with a threat if he refused: “and if he says no, I’ll f—ing backdoor you.”
She kept him off the block. He recapped the terms back to her at 3:30 PM: “I told her before noms, we’re even… if she doesn’t put me up, I’ll remember that.” Thirty seconds later he named a four: “me, you, Angela, Devens.”
Drew’s Never Not Pass Live — and worth less than he needs
He cannot be made a have-not for the rest of the season. The last trip of the twist.
Called in on Friday afternoon, hours before the nominations he expected to be part of. He told Barrett and Devens within minutes and had already worked out what else it was worth: “they wouldn’t give me one if I was a traitor.” Barrett’s verdict, hours later: “This is why I wish you had better things than a Never Not Pass.”
Where it stands
Every power the twist produced has now been used. The Diamond went off in Week 6 and the houseguest it put on the block is gone. The Bribe went off this week, and it bought the Icons the one player who had been hunting them — by Tuesday afternoon Dee and Devens were counting Yash’s vote in a blindside he knows nothing about. The only thing left in play is Drew’s Never Not Pass, which keeps him off slop and does nothing else — and Drew is on the block.
Kamu believed, before his eviction, that Dee had paid Devens the $5,000 to use the Diamond on her; Mallory has independently floated the same theory. There is nothing behind it but the timing, and both of them said so. The money went to Yash instead.
The last trip went to Drew, which the house did not see coming — the HOH room spent Friday lunchtime convinced it was Yash, timing his Diary Room visit and watching the spy screen. He has since decided it means something else entirely: that the powers split three to the Icons and three to FAP is America telling the middlemen which side to pick. He said that at 12:47 AM. By the following afternoon Yash had picked the Icons.
I have hope. For me, mallory is joy (not this week, but hormones and stress will do that). I have a bad track record with faves so take the hope and smash it. Dang it.
My friend in BB production says the 1000th episode twist is a fast forward where dee and devins automatically go to the final 2 and all the idiots left have to pick the winner.
I’d go along with that. Anything to get this torture over with.
Good news! Barrett has FINALLY jumped ship told M&M everything that he and Drew have been working with the icons all along and is ready to get rid of the icons! The bad: Melody was right on cue with her cussing about D&D and her usual fake phone and all she was going to do, but Mallory while irked, wasn’t so keen on flipping on the icons.. yeah , you read that right. Things are going change.after 50 some odd days..dare I say hooray. The reframing: Dee and Devens now realize it’s curtains for them and hid with Angela and Haley. Yas of course was in with the other 4.. get your popcorn ready for tomorrow ( yes Mallory will win the BBBB tomorrow)
Dee’s completely blown up her game on her own HOH. It was dumb to bribe Yash, especially while she had power. Not only did she reveal her loyalties to Yash, her noms and renom showed the rest of the house. Could have had any easy week and established trust within the most pit. That was supposed to be the plan but her and Devens started playing to hard, fast, and scared.
They are getting to far ahead of themselves and are about to find the block unless Devens or Yash wins HOH and kind of wonder if Yash can even go back on the bribe and just not get the $5K. Basically even if that works, the bribe gets them 1 week when Yash wins HOH, but now everyone else will be after them, lol. Setting up for one of the worst downfalls I can recall. I was going for them but terrible play all around this week. Should have used it to take the heat off that DPV and show they could be trusted in the new alliance… the whole point was to give them 7 and they had a chance to solidfy that and use it to their advantage, instead they’re likely sending one of those home. Pretty weak play, especially when they’d literally been controlling the house.
The whole can’t nom Kalie thing probably comes back to bite them too. Would have been better to use the bribe on Mallory and just solidfy that alliance and establish more trust or simply save it. Really it seemed like she’d already used it. Actually seems like it puts Angela in the best spot, in terms of the icons… ouch.

The Survivors keep stronghold on D/R tally because of course they do. They cost more to get to appear this season. It’s not even funny anymore. It’s pathetic that d/r needs to make sure the viewers form emotional bonds with two stuntcasts but only 2 of the 3.
Drew and Angela are big jumpers this week. Drew especially. That’s either a good omen for him or a very bad omen because 1/4 of all his season d/r have come from the last 2 episodes.
Melody… i have zero idea why she is getting bronze position. She has zero to do with storyline this week but still vaulted into 3rd most dr so far this season. Voice of the viewer? Voice of… cussers united?
LaTrice got a gooood jump this week but still sits on the bottom of d/r ratings. A former HOH, she got less d/r than 3 other people that week i think. now as veto winner and a nominee… she barely got cumulative d/r exposure that Dee gets in an average episode. Something ain’t mathing… a good jump that only has her thirty d/r below average houseguest d/r per episode this season.
If Barret got Drew voted out over Mallory or Taylor that would be epic.
It’s looking more likely now that Barrett has made it clear to D&D he will NOT be voting Mallory out as well as confessing to M&M that he and Drew have been working with D&D all along . This may be the one time Mallory can actually afford to throw something though I hope she doesn’t. Interestingly enough Mallory doesn’t want Drew targeted so she is , of the 4, reluctant to turn on the icons. Drew’s growing horns over Barrett’s rebellion, Dee is hiding , Angela will turn on Dee if she has too ( typical Angela) . This could be well be epic…fans have endured so much we deserve it.. Barrett the gentle giant, Dee’s ” boy” has lit the fire for a rebellion against D&D .Let it flame!!
