Kamu is gone. Angela won the BB Blockbuster, Haley survived another trip to the block, and Dee came out of the endurance comp with her second HOH of the season. Eleven remain. By late Friday morning Dee was considering paying Yash $5,000 to keep him in the game, Drew and Barrett were privately promising to protect each other, and Taylor was working on the crack between them and Melody.

Where the week stands: Dee is Head of Household for the second time. Kamu is gone, eleven houseguests remain, nominations have not happened yet, and the final Time Capsule result is still hanging over the house.

Yash went from target to investment in one conversation: Angela checked the plan with Dee early in the HOH talk: “Main target is Yash, right? And then it’s Taylor.” Dee agreed. By the end of the same conversation she was saying it might be smarter to keep Yash, work with him and use him as a shield.

The BB Bribe finally has a job: Dee wants to offer Yash her still-unused $5,000 in exchange for one condition — the next time he wins HOH, he cannot nominate Dee, Angela or Devens. The pitch would tell Yash they actually want him in the game while buying the three of them protection from one of the house’s strongest competitors.

The offer is also a test: If Yash accepts, they get their safety. If he turns down $5,000 rather than agree not to nominate them, Dee has her answer about where he stands. “And if he says no, I’ll f—ing backdoor you. I’ll figure it out.”

Mallory is Plan B for the money and the block: Before settling on Yash, Dee, Angela and Devens discussed making the same $5,000 safety deal with Mallory. Angela also wants Mallory available as a replacement nominee if veto changes the board, and Devens was blunt: “We have to get rid of Mallory.”

The Barrett-Mallory calculation got personal: Devens told Dee and Angela that Mallory has “a guy back home,” said Barrett clearly has a crush on her, and said he does not think it is reciprocated romantically. Their game read is that Barrett may be easier to pull closer once Mallory is gone.

Drew is becoming the fault line: Angela called him shady, Devens said he “cannot wait until Drew’s out of this f—ing game,” and Dee mocked the nickname Drew has apparently given himself: “HOH Shadow.” Dee plans to get information about Drew from Yash before deciding how far she is willing to go.

Drew and Barrett still see themselves as a pair: Twenty-seven minutes after the HOH conversation, Barrett told Drew, “You know I’m keeping you.” Drew answered the bigger question himself: “You and me have been in every single alliance together.” The two said they do not even feel the need to constantly check in with each other, and Drew called them “the two biggest fans in here.”

They are also scared of the man Dee wants to buy: Drew and Barrett think Yash could be the final Time Capsule winner and talked through an HOH takeover or Coup d’Etat-type power. Their worst-case version had Yash turning the week toward Angela, Devens and potentially one of their own numbers.

Taylor is now working directly on the Drew-Barrett crack: At 11:44 she asked Melody whether she still trusted the two of them. Melody’s answer was no longer automatic: “They’re my friends, but like, beyond that, like, I don’t know.” Taylor’s answer: “Friends and game are two different things.”

The Kamu vote is the evidence Taylor is using: Taylor told Melody that Drew and Barrett were prepared to let both Melody and Mallory go when they were in danger, and said Drew was going to let Mallory leave if she had not won the Blockbuster. Melody admitted she had not known that and said she genuinely believed Mallory was safe.

Drew blaming the vote on Melody and Mallory did not help: Taylor told Melody that Drew had told Yash the vote flipped because of her and Mallory. Melody already knew Yash had been told and was pissed: “That’s just hilarious to me.” Taylor’s read on Drew and Barrett was harsher: “You can’t serve two masters and that’s what they’re doing.”

But FAP is damaged, not dead: Melody is questioning Drew and Barrett and agreed the Icons would eventually flip on them, but when Taylor said, “I would never want to put Drew and Barrett up,” Melody answered, “No, same.” The trust is slipping faster than the loyalty.

The next HOH is already being treated like the breaking point: Taylor warned that Drew and Barrett could win power and protect people who will eventually turn on them instead of the people who still do not want to target them. Melody’s answer was simple: “Next HOH is just absolutely crucial.” A moment later: “I’m f—ing winning that.”

Where the split is: Dee started the morning preparing to nominate Yash and ended her HOH meeting preparing to offer him $5,000 to become a shield. Drew and Barrett are privately reassuring each other while the HOH room talks about separating them from Mallory and Melody. And Taylor is now telling Melody that the two men are playing in her face. Nobody has formally broken from anybody yet — but three different conversations Friday morning were all pulling at the same relationships.

10:11 AM — Dee, Angela and Devens (HOH Room)

Dee, Angela and Devens are in the HOH room going over targets, who they trust, and what Dee can do with her HOH and still-unused $5,000 BB Bribe.

Devens: “Before the Mosh Pit, she was like, the biggest threat to me is Kamu. The one person I’d want to get out is Kamu. And then it’s like, you still can’t count on her to get out Kamu?”
Dee: “No, because literally, she wins a choice who she’s putting up. She’s not going to put up Taylor and Yash. They’re working together.”
Devens: “And she probably won’t put up Lala.”
Angela: “No, she won’t put up Lala. It’ll be us.”

Angela: “Let me have my crap with Lala. I want to deal with her on my own about her wanting me out over Kamu. That was some bulls—. But that’s not your business. That’s mine to deal with.”
Angela: “She still can’t even bring herself to talk to me.”

Angela: “So what is your reasoning for putting up Lala? What are you going to tell her?”
Dee: “Lala and Taylor, they were conspiring against me.”
Angela: “Yes, they were. But they told me you were the biggest threat in the house, basically.”

Dee wants to use her one-on-ones to get information from everyone, including Melody and Mallory.

Dee: “Even with f—ing Melody and Mallory, I want to know everything because I want to break that up too.”
Angela: “Oh, me too. I love that.”
Dee: “Because next week they’ll win and we’re up, so why not start breaking things up from now?”

Dee says she saw Haley whispering to Yash immediately after the HOH competition while Haley is also telling people she has nobody.

Dee: “Haley lies and gets caught in lies anyway.”
Angela: “She says she doesn’t, but I don’t believe her for a second.”

The final Time Capsule result is still hanging over the week.

Dee: “Also, guys, we need to be very careful with the power today.”
Angela: “Yeah, Drew was just called to DR downstairs, so that makes me a little nervous.”
Angela: “I would love for it to be Barrett.”
Dee: “Yeah, I know.”
Dee: “Barrett would be the closest thing.”

Angela says Barrett is the person outside the three of them she currently sees as the most loyal.

Angela: “Out of everyone we’re kind of working with, I feel like Barrett is probably the most loyal, the most kind and genuine.”
Devens: “But we have to get rid of Mallory.”
Angela: “Yes, yeah.”
Angela: “We need to get rid of Mallory.”

Angela: “And I think he’d be okay with that because I think he knows more about her and just doesn’t let us know because it’s not affecting us right now.”

Devens brings up Mallory’s relationship outside the house and Barrett’s feelings for her.

Devens: “And she’s got a guy back home, by the way.”
Devens: “So that kind of gets in the way of, I think, Barrett’s love for her. Because he clearly has a crush.”
Angela: “Oh, I know.”
Devens: “But I don’t think it’s reciprocated romantically.”
Devens: “Which is crazy. She should be all over Barrett, by the way. But that’s just my opinion.”

Dee thinks Barrett threw the HOH competition.

Dee: “I really think Barrett threw the challenge because he was doing really f—ing good.”
Devens: “He could have just sprinted at the end.”

Dee: “So then after the comp, guys, obviously between us, I go up to him and it was just him and I in bed and I go, did you throw the challenge?”
Dee: “And this man cannot lie.”
Dee: “He looks and he goes — and I go, it’s okay, I won’t tell anyone, and I hugged him.”

Angela: “Yeah, because he already knew he’d be safe with you.”
Dee: “Of course, of course.”
Angela: “I knew I’d be safe with you.”
Dee: “But still. I went for it.”

“That’s a real f—ing player right there.”

— Dee on Barrett

They are much less comfortable with Drew.

Angela: “Man, Drew is so shady.”
Angela: “There was so much s— going on with my potential to stay here.”

Devens tells Angela how far he and Dee were prepared to go if the vote flipped against her.

Devens: “I told him and Barrett to their face, I said, listen, if the vote doesn’t go the way we think it is, I’m going nuclear.”

“I’m giving up every secret I have, including your secrets and my secret.”

— Devens

Devens: “Barrett was just like, I understand. I get it.”
Devens: “Drew was like, what do you mean, my secrets?”
Devens: “And I said, Drew, if they turn, I consider it you turning, and I’m giving up all your secrets.”
Dee: “And I told him, there better be no 6-4 vote.”

Devens: “And we told them together. We said, we’re doing it on live TV.”
Dee: “Yeah, we’re doing it on live TV if you leave the house.”
Devens: “And very politely giving up everything we know.”
Dee: “Because what do we have to lose?”

Angela: “But it was definitely, it was back and forth for sure.”
Angela: “I hope I never have to return this favor.”

Dee has already told Haley three names she is considering.

Dee: “I did tell Haley because she asked me who I was thinking.”
Dee: “And I did tell her Yash, Taylor and Lala.”
Dee: “So if the three hear anything, they probably already feel it. It came from her.”

Angela turns to Taylor’s game.

Angela: “I honestly want to just air out Taylor. This is a social game.”
Angela: “You can’t claim the fame that you’ve been in your pod 90% of the time.”
Angela: “And then when you’re not in your pod, you’re side-eyeing with your sunglasses looking at your nails.”

Devens: “I do not want the rep of our season to be someone who’s in her bed 90% of the time.”
Dee: “Hell no.”
Angela: “How can she think she’s going to win by doing that?”

Dee: “I will give the vote to the person who’s next to her.”
Angela: “I feel no guilt at all.”
Devens: “I would vote for Lala over her in a heartbeat.”
Dee: “Yeah, same, same. Absolutely same.”

“So I think main target is Yash, right? And then it’s Taylor.”

— Angela

Angela: “So I think main target is Yash, right? And then it’s Taylor.”
Dee: “Yeah.”

They want Haley to feel comfortable this week.

Devens: “Just FYI, Haley and I are in great shape. Because I didn’t lie to her about that vote. I stood up for her with Lala.”
Devens: “I just do less is more with Haley. I touch base with her here and there.”

Angela: “I think I’m going to try and talk so less game with her.”
Angela: “And if she tries to bring up game anymore, I’m just like, we have a good week. Let’s enjoy it. Let’s just have fun. It’s summertime.”

Angela asks what happens if Yash wins veto.

Angela: “Let’s say Yash does get the veto. You got to renom somebody else.”
Dee: “That’s why I, before veto and for these noms, I need to hear what people are saying about what they said about me this past week because that’s a perfect excuse.”

Angela: “And I’d love to f—ing renom Mallory. Put somebody from the other side and break them up.”
Dee: “I don’t give a f—. I’ll do it because they will do it to us next week.”

Devens wants to keep the Mosh Pit useful for now, but knows Mallory or Melody eventually has to go.

Devens: “I want to keep the Mosh Pit together as long as possible, but also we need one person to help get out a Mallory or a Melody at some point.”

Dee: “As a renom, definitely maybe Mallory.”
Dee: “I don’t give a f—.”
Devens: “Yeah, but if she’s up there, I almost want to send her out.”
Dee: “Yeah, I would love that too.”

Devens: “But not before a Taylor or a Lala.”
Devens: “And certainly not if Yash was there at the end of the week. You have to. Yash has to go.”
Devens: “And I love that guy. I’m going to miss it. He’s awesome.”
Angela: “But he’s a winner.”
Dee: “He’s a winner. He is a winner. 100%.”

They move to Taylor and the Have-Not volunteers.

Angela: “They already volunteered for Have-Nots. It’s ridiculous. You think I care if you’re a Have-Not?”
Dee: “I don’t care about that.”
Dee: “Actually, you’re about to have a worse week now.”

Devens: “She said, taking one for the team, taking one for the team. It’s like, okay. You’re not taking one for any of us.”
Devens: “I’d rather her not be a Have-Not because I don’t want to hear about it all week, honestly.”

Angela wants to know whether Taylor was also pushing for her to leave against Haley.

Angela: “I’d kind of like to know if she was also rallying for me to go home against Haley.”
Angela: “Because if she was rallying against me to go home, period, that’s huge for me to know.”

Angela: “I’m thinking the girls might give you that information.”
Dee: “Mallory and Melody feel really bad when they lie.”
Dee: “So that is a good one, now that we feel safe.”
Angela: “For sure. Get as much.”
Devens: “But Melody’s a lot more comfortable lying than Mallory.”
Dee: “Yes, for sure.”

Devens gives Dee another piece of information from the Have-Not assignment.

Devens: “Another fun little tidbit just to have in your back pocket is yesterday night, last night after the Have-Not thing, Drew and I on the couch when Taylor was like angry pacing.”
Devens: “She came by and Drew said something like, hey, it was cool of you to volunteer as a Have-Not, da-da-da.”
Devens: “And she said, well, I’d have been a real bitch not to volunteer, da-da-da.”

Devens: “And she left, and I said, was that at Melody? Was that at Yash? Like, are they the bitches because they didn’t volunteer?”

Angela: “Yash, he’s just sitting there like this on the couch.”
Angela: “It’s his freaking turn and he’s letting the girls do it. You know, they’re looking across him like they were waiting, like, come on.”
Angela: “We said we would, thinking he’d step up and say, no girls, I’ll do it, and he didn’t.”

“Drew and I said that in front of Yash and Melody this morning. Like, we’re trying to cause as much of a thing.”

— Devens

Devens: “So Drew and I said that in front of Yash and Melody this morning. Like, we’re trying to cause as much of a thing.”
Dee: “That’s amazing.”

Dee asks them to watch who goes into the Time Capsule while she is having conversations.

Dee: “Can you guys, like, be aware while I’m having convos who goes in?”
Dee: “Because hopefully someone comes out with a penalty, but maybe not.”
Dee: “And that would really suck because if it’s an HOH takeover, we’re f—ed.”

Dee: “We’re going up, all of us.”
Dee: “Well, maybe not me because I’m safe, right?”
Dee: “But you two will absolutely go up.”
Dee: “If it’s like a Yash-Taylor-Lala.”
Dee: “So we got to stay mentally ready for that.”

Devens: “Hopefully it’s a crappy power.”
Devens: “Hopefully it’s the Lady of the Latrine version of a power where it’s just, like, not that bad at all.”

They circle back to Drew.

Dee: “Drew was kind of like upstairs and he was like, oh, I’m going to try to get info from Melody and Mallory.”
Devens: “You’re going to try to get info.”
Dee: “Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.”

Devens: “I cannot wait until Drew’s out of this f—ing game.”
Dee: “We need to get Mallory out so we can pull in Barrett and Melody.”

Angela suggests Dee use the HOH to make Drew define where he stands.

Angela: “You have been all over the place, which we’ve given you full rights to do, but now it’s time to lock in. Are you ready to lock in?”
Angela: “Stop working with the other side. Now you have to stop working with them.”

They start working through Dee’s $5,000 BB Bribe and how it could buy them safety on a future HOH.

Dee: “Maybe with the 5K, we can solidify a world where we stay safe for the next HOH.”

Mallory is one possibility.

Dee: “Maybe, like, keep us safe.”
Angela: “Oh, you’re going to tell her, I’ll give this to you, but if you get HOH?”
Dee: “Like, the next HOH, we need to stay safe.”
Devens: “Why wouldn’t you do it? We’re giving you 5K to do something you’re going to do anyway.”

Angela: “Use it now when she’s vulnerable.”
Angela: “And see where her loyalty would lie.”
Dee: “She has to do it if she accepts it.”
Devens: “And if she doesn’t accept it, it’s like, wait, but that’s something you’re going to do anyway. Now you get a free 5K. Why wouldn’t you do it?”

As they talk it through, Dee starts leaning toward Yash instead.

Dee: “Yash, on the other hand, even if I’m putting him up, it could be like, hey, I’m betting on you, and I hope this shows you that you’re not my target, and you can win veto and Blockbuster.”
Dee: “We have the numbers to save you. I want to work with you.”

Dee: “Everyone’s looking at you. Look what happened to Kamu and he’s out of the game.”
Dee: “I think I’m leaning more towards Yash.”

Devens: “And it is like, if I’m Yash, I’m like, wait, if I can’t go after them, then they want me here.”
Dee: “That’s a good thing.”

Dee starts putting the deal together: $5,000 in exchange for Yash not nominating the three of them the next time he wins HOH.

Dee: “So you’re saying maybe offer him the 5K.”
Dee: “Again, here’s the 5K. You cannot put any of us up for the next HOH that he wins.”
Dee: “And he’s going to try to win because look what happened to Kamu. Everybody’s looking at him.”
Dee: “And also, we need him as a shield. We need him.”

Devens: “If we could get through one Yash HOH, whenever, whether it’s next week, the week after, like that would be huge.”

“And if he says no, I’ll f—ing backdoor you. I’ll figure it out.”

— Dee on offering Yash the $5,000 BB Bribe

Devens: “Plus, it would make him burn.”
Devens: “It would make him burn that group of four.”
Dee: “He would have to pick everybody else except us.”
Dee: “I love this. This is even better.”

If Yash refuses the deal, they believe they still have the votes to remove him.

Dee: “If he says no, we still have the numbers to take him out.”
Angela: “I know they said they want to keep him, but they’d take him out.”
Devens: “Oh, no, they’d take him out.”

The conversation returns to Drew and his confidence in competitions.

Devens: “Drew, you haven’t won a damn thing.”
Devens: “Like, Drew, you way overestimate your abilities.”
Dee: “Yeah, yeah, because he thinks that he’s running the show because he’s — oh my gosh. He calls himself HOH Shadow.”
Dee: “HOH Shadow.”

Dee: “Which, it was true with Kamu, because he was up here.”
Dee: “So I’m going to get a lot of info that I can from Yash about Drew.”
Devens: “Yeah.”
Angela: “I can’t wait.”

Dee: “Depending on the info I get, I’m open.”

By the end of the conversation, Dee is leaning toward making the first Bribe offer to Yash.

Dee: “I’m feeling more Yash.”
Dee: “Like it would be smarter for us to keep Yash and work with him.”
Dee: “If he says no again, where do we move from there? Do I still do the same with Mallory?”
Angela: “Yes.”
Devens: “I think so.”

Dee decides to bring Yash upstairs and try the conversation now.

Dee: “Okay, so I’ll try Yash first.”
Dee: “Should I bring him up right now with us?”
Dee: “Play good cop, bad cop?”
Devens: “Do you want me to go get him?”
Dee: “F— yeah, why not?”
Angela: “Why not? Everybody knows we’re together.”

Devens heads downstairs to get Yash.

10:38 AM — Barrett and Drew (Backyard)

Barrett and Drew talk through who still needs to leave, where Haley sits with them, and what could happen if the final Time Capsule produces a game-changing power.

Drew: “It’s gonna be weird, but we don’t have to worry about it, like, right now, I think.”
Drew: “I think we have to legitimately get, like, Taylor, like, those three out.”
Barrett: “Mm-hmm.”

Drew: “And, like, Haley seems to really like you and me.”
Drew: “Isn’t that weird? Which is kind of cool.”

Barrett is still trying to figure out how genuine Haley was in the conversation the night before.

Barrett: “Like, last night when y’all were just like, Haley.”
Drew: “Yeah.”
Barrett: “I couldn’t tell if she was, like, playing dumb or if she was actually enjoying just getting that information finally.”
Barrett: “I can’t figure it out.”

After a break in the transcript, they are discussing someone’s understanding of the game.

Drew: “He, like, has a general idea of how the show works, but when it comes to strategy, like, just lacking.”
Barrett: “Yeah.”

Barrett talks about having to explain why putting up people from a majority group made no sense to him.

Barrett: “When I had to explain to her, like, hey, we had this thing that we made that was a majority. You don’t just start putting up people.”
Barrett: “And so at first I was like, okay, it was because she didn’t see it as a real thing.”
Barrett: “But now it’s like, oh, I think she just didn’t think she needed to do that.”

Drew: “Oh, yeah, definitely.”
Barrett: “It’s crazy.”
Drew: “She just didn’t want to piss people off.”

The Time Capsule is the bigger concern. Barrett says he would sleep much easier if one of them got it — even if the result was a punishment.

Barrett: “If we can, I will f—ing sleep so soundly tonight if one of us got that.”
Barrett: “I don’t even care if it’s a punishment.”
Drew: “Me too. Or if somebody walks out on a punishment.”
Barrett: “Yeah, or if somebody else walks out on a punishment.”

Drew: “I would legitimately, like, I would be okay paying a punishment.”
Barrett: “Oh, yeah, I’ll take it a million percent.”

Drew thinks Yash could be the one who gets it, and they start imagining the worst-case scenario if the remaining power can interfere with Dee’s HOH.

Drew: “But I feel like it’s Yash.”
Drew: “The powers that I feel like are probably left — HOH takeover.”
Barrett: “Yeah.”

Barrett: “I think he would be a good guess, just because if he got a f—ing coup d’etat…”
Drew: “But, like, coup d’etat means he put two people on the block at the end of the day?”
Barrett: “I don’t know.”

They start guessing who Yash might nominate if he had that kind of power.

Drew: “Who would those people be? What do you think?”
Drew: “Maybe Angela?”
Barrett: “Angela, then Devens, maybe.”
Drew: “And then, like, one of us?”
Barrett: “Yeah.”

Drew: “But he could also be, like, Drew or Mallory. But, like, I don’t think he would do that.”
Barrett: “That’s, like, the worst, worst, worst, worst, worst-case scenario.”

The conversation turns to where Barrett and Drew stand with each other if they ever end up vulnerable together.

Barrett: “You know I’m keeping you.”
Barrett: “I hope you know it’s safe for you.”
Drew: “Even if it’s Mallory?”

Drew points out how consistently the two of them have ended up together throughout the game.

“You and me have been in every single alliance together.”

— Drew to Barrett

Drew: “Like, you and me have been in every single alliance together.”
Barrett: “I know.”
Drew: “And it’s like, I don’t even feel like I need to talk to you all the time.”
Barrett: “That’s kind of how I feel.”

Drew: “But the thing that sucks is I actually do like you a lot.”
Barrett: “No, I think especially for our story, it would be so funny.”

“Dude, I think we are the two biggest fans in here.”

— Drew

Drew: “Dude, I think we are the two biggest fans in here.”
Drew: “And I feel like when we talk about the game, like, it freaks people out.”
Drew: “They’re like, whoa, how did they do that?”

Drew notices that Barrett’s compass tattoo appeared in the competition.

Drew: “That is actually so cool that your tattoo was, like, in the comp because it’s the compass.”

11:44 AM — Taylor and Melody (Backyard)

Taylor and Melody are in the backyard talking about the vote, Drew and Barrett, and whether Melody can still trust them.

Taylor: “That’s why I don’t understand why we let that happen yesterday.”
Melody: “No, I had — I’m sorry, I had a really hard day yesterday. I’m sorry.”
Melody: “I heard a lot of things and I don’t know. I’m confused as f—.”

Taylor: “Do you still trust them two?”
Melody: “I don’t know. I mean, like, yes.”
Melody: “Like, they’re my friends, but like, beyond that, like, I don’t know.”

“Friends and game are two different things.”

— Taylor

Taylor: “Friends and game are two different things.”
Taylor: “And that’s what Devens — every time Devens gives us a speech before he do some f— s—, he always say, ‘I love you guys, but it’s time to play a game.'”
Taylor: “And those — they’re superfans. They’re gaming.”
Melody: “Yeah.”

Taylor asks whether Melody knows what Drew told Yash about the vote.

Taylor: “Did Yash tell you what they told him?”
Melody: “No.”
Taylor: “Did Mal tell you?”
Melody: “About what?”
Taylor: “Drew told Yash that the reason the vote flipped was because of you and Mal.”
Melody: “Oh yeah, Yash told me that. Bro.”

Melody: “That’s just hilarious to me.”
Taylor: “So they blaming it on y’all?”
Melody: “Yeah.”
Melody: “Which, like, okay. Like, fine.”
Melody: “That just, like, really pisses me off.”

Melody says the situation was especially hard because of where Mallory was emotionally the day before.

Melody: “Especially because Mallory yesterday was, like… I don’t know. She was just, like, not okay.”
Melody: “Like, it was just, like, a shitty situation.”

Taylor points out that when Melody and Mallory were in danger, Drew and Barrett were prepared to let it happen.

Taylor: “My thing is, both times y’all were on the block and was possibly going home, they were gonna let y’all.”
Melody: “Wait, what?”
Taylor: “I said both times y’all were about to go home, they were gonna let y’all.”

Taylor: “Like, the whole thing when it was you and Lyric, I feel like if I didn’t open my mouth and be like, hey, what — wake up, what we doing? You know? They was gonna let it happen.”
Taylor: “Same thing with Mallory. Luckily Mallory won the Blockbuster, but I was at least honest and said I can’t — I can’t do that for Lala.”

Taylor: “But yeah, I felt like I was really kept in the dark. Drew was gonna let you — was gonna let Mallory go home.”
Melody: “I know, and that’s what worries me too, because I didn’t know about that.”
Melody: “Like, I thought Mallory was gonna be fine. Like literally, like if Mallory didn’t win the Blockbuster, I was gonna be like, oh, she’s fine. Like I genuinely thought that.”

Taylor: “No, until after the fact, and then I was like, oh no, they were gonna let it happen too.”
Taylor: “They playing in y’all face.”
Melody: “Yeah.”

Melody says she sees Devens controlling more of what is happening around Drew.

Melody: “Which is just so funny to me because, like, I’m like, bro, like, Devens is literally, like…”
Taylor: “Puppeteering him.”
Melody: “Exactly.”

Taylor says she understands Drew and Barrett are playing their own game, but she is more worried about players trying to stay in the middle.

“You can’t serve two masters and that’s what they’re doing.”

— Taylor on Drew and Barrett

Taylor: “I know they’re playing their game. Don’t get me wrong with them two.”
Taylor: “I know, like, them two, they’re playing their game, but I like to say all the time, you can’t serve two masters and that’s what they’re doing.”

Taylor: “I’d rather know me and you don’t f— with each other. I have so much more respect than knowing me and you don’t f— with each other.”
Taylor: “You going after me and I’m going after you, but I’m more scared of people in the middle.”
Melody: “Same.”

Melody: “And that bothers me.”
Taylor: “Yeah, because you don’t know what they’re going to do, how they’re going to do it, and you can’t count on them.”
Taylor: “At least I know I can’t count on you. You don’t know if you can count on them.”
Taylor: “You can’t count on them. That scares me. I don’t like that.”

They return to the eviction. Melody says she could tell something was wrong just before the vote, especially after Angela won the Blockbuster.

Melody: “Right before the vote. I knew it.”
Melody: “That’s why I said something to you too, and you were like, what? And then Mallory was like…”
Melody: “I knew it. That’s how I felt it.”

Melody: “And it literally sucked too because, like, when Angela won too, it was like, that was, like, the worst-case scenario.”
Melody: “And I kept telling her. I was like, we don’t even have to worry about it.”
Melody: “And then, of course, it happens, and we both looked at each other, and we were like, f—, dude.”

Taylor puts much of the blame on Drew for not sticking to the plan.

“If anybody had to stick to the plan, I felt like Drew should have been the one to stick to the plan. But he was playing us.”

— Taylor

Taylor: “And all Drew had to do — if anybody had to stick to the plan, I felt like Drew should have been the one to stick to the plan.”
Taylor: “But he was playing us.”

Taylor: “And all I said in the room was, if we’re not going to do it, just tell me now.”
Taylor: “We don’t have to act like we’re going to do it. We don’t have to act like it.”
Taylor: “We cannot do it, and that’s fine. You know?”
Melody: “Yeah, I agree.”

After some non-game conversation, Taylor comes back to Drew and Barrett and what happens if they continue protecting the Icons.

Taylor: “And another thing to me is almost like, also, I feel like these — like, I don’t know. I feel like the Icons would flip on them.”
Melody: “Yeah, they would.”
Taylor: “That’s gonna happen.”

Taylor: “And I would hate for, like, Barrett and Drew to, if they was to get HOH and keep safe people I think would flip on them.”
Taylor: “Compared to people who don’t want to flip on them, but they’re doing things to make us question them.”

Taylor: “I would never want to put Drew and Barrett up.”
Melody: “No, same.”

For Melody, the next HOH is now critical.

Melody: “Next HOH is just absolutely crucial.”
Taylor: “Oh, hell yeah.”
Melody: “Like, balls to the wall, like… I’m f—ing winning that.”

12:15 pm Drew, Barrett, Melody, Mallory, Angela and Dee. HOH

The conversations have begun

BB28 Alliances

Updated Thursday overnight, after Kamu’s eviction. Eleven houseguests left. Dee is Head of Household and nominations have not happened yet.

Active

Dee’s HOH

Dee · Devens · Angela · Haley

The power, and it was aimed before Dee had finished reading her letter. She asked Devens what he wanted to do and he answered for her: “Yash, Taylor. That makes sense to me, to keep Haley close.” Dee’s own contribution was the objection — Yash on the block can’t be backdoored, “and that’s scary” — and that she is not confident in a puzzle veto. Nominations have not happened.

Fracturing

FAP

Drew · Barrett · Melody · Mallory

The alliance that held the vote together has split down the middle in one night. Mallory told Taylor she can’t trust Drew any more, that Melody trusts him a lot less too, and put it plainly about both men: “We trust them, but… I think they have lied to me, honestly.” The trigger was Drew telling the house Mallory wanted to keep Kamu. Drew and Barrett are on the other side of that now — Mallory on the eviction: “I think Drew and Barrett talked about it together.”

Hollow

Mosh Pit

Drew · Barrett · Melody · Mallory · Dee · Devens · Angela

Two of its members have said out loud that it was never real. Mallory: “I was never planning on being loyal to Mosh Pit.” Melody: “If I was HOH, f— Mosh Pit.” It is now doing the one job nobody intended — boxing in its own side’s HOH. Devens, on Dee’s options: “You can’t really put up anyone from the Mosh Pit without blowing it up quick.”

Active

The Crossovers

Drew · Barrett · Dee · Devens · Angela

Still unspoken to anyone outside it. When Mallory pointed out that Lala, Yash and Taylor would assume they were working with the Icons, Drew answered flatly: “We are.” Lala has now reached the same conclusion from the outside — “now they’re hanging with them and they’re on their side. But they’re the first ones they’ll put up.”

Forming

Lala, Taylor, Yash — and now Mallory and Melody

Lala · Taylor · Yash · Mallory · Melody

Not named, but Lala counted it out loud at four in the morning with Mallory sitting there: “I’m trusting you and Mal — I mean you and Melody. I’m trusting you guys. Because, I mean, we don’t have anybody. I can’t trust Barrett and I can’t trust Drew now.” Taylor spent the same night coaching Mallory on how to sell herself to the new HOH. Whether Mallory and Melody are actually here or just angry at Drew is the question the week turns on.

Burned

Drew

The connector ran out of road. He told Kamu he was rocking with him, told FAP to snipe him, spent the day with Dee, and is now blamed by everyone outside the Crossovers for the vote that sent Kamu home. Lala: “Drew’s gonna get his, I’m telling you right now. Because he’s f—ed around back and forth too much.” Also hers, and it is the whole card: “He was in Yash’s room every day. But then he was in Devens’ room every day. He was in Haley’s room every day.”

Active

The Icons

Dee · Devens · Angela

The best week they have had. Angela won the Blockbuster and took herself off the board, Kamu went home in her place, and Dee came out of the endurance comp with her second HOH. Devens’ Diamond Power of Veto is spent and Dee’s BB Bribe is still in her hands. Dee, alone in her room afterwards: “Two HOHs, baby. Just why not keep making myself a bigger target?”

Open

The leak

Somebody who was in the HOH room the day the group agreed to target the Icons told Dee about it. Yash ruled out Taylor, Lala and Mallory and was left with Drew or Barrett. Melody had already landed on Barrett. Lala got there independently on Thursday night, working backwards from the vote maths: “So who flipped it? Drew?” Nobody has confirmed it and Dee has not said.

Ended

Yash and Kamu

The most under-reported relationship of the season and it stayed that way to the end. Yash: “And they will never know the extent of our relationship.” He campaigned hard in the last week — “I’ve kicked it into overdrive now to keep your ass” — and told Haley to throw the Blockbuster so Kamu could eat. Angela won it instead and Kamu was evicted.

Ended

Bermuda Triangle

Yash · Kamu · Devens

Named by Devens, then hollowed out by him when he used the Diamond Power of Veto to pull Dee down and put Kamu up, cutting Yash out of his own ceremony. Kamu is gone. Historical.

Ended

Wolf Pack

Yash · Kamu · Devens · Dee

Historical, but it explains the grudges. Yash still reached for it when justifying why he did not join the anti-Icons push earlier: “not so much, because we have the Wolf Pack.”

Broken

The Bad Boys

Yash · Drew · Kamu · Devens · Barrett

Did not survive. Devens used his power against one of the five, Drew and Barrett went to the Icons, and Kamu was evicted.

Survived

Haley

Third week on the block, still here, and the house cannot work out what she is doing. Mallory: “I feel like everybody knows that Haley doesn’t like Dee.” Taylor: “Haley could be playing a game that I’m upset at the whole vote thing.” Devens has told Dee to keep her close. Lala thinks that means she is safe: “Angela and Dee have been hanging, and Haley’s been on their hips like you would not believe.”

BB28 Time Capsule Status

The BB Time Capsule is a multi-week America’s Vote twist running Weeks 2 through 7. Each week America votes one houseguest into the capsule, that houseguest plays alone, and they come out with either a power or a punishment. One trip each — once you’ve been in, you’re out of the pool.

Week 2

Angela. Lost. Spent the week in the Hard-Boiled Detective costume.

Week 3

Devens. Won the Diamond Power of Veto — pull a nominee off the block and name the replacement yourself, with the HOH cut out of the decision. Good for six weeks. Used in Week 6 to save Dee and nominate Kamu, who was evicted the following Thursday. Spent.

Week 4

Dee. Won the BB Bribe. $5,000 offered to one houseguest in exchange for an action that helps her game. Valid to the end of the season, and the target can turn it down. She has tried to spend it once: before the Week 6 nominations she asked Yash to keep her and Angela safe for the week for the $5,000. He said no. She dropped Angela and asked again for just herself. He said no again. The money is still in her hands.

Week 5

Mallory. Lost. Received the Adam and Eve punishment and picked Melody to serve it alongside her — Melody was never in the capsule herself. The two were tethered together in fig-leaf costumes for 48 hours.

Week 6

Melody. Lost. Received Lady of the Latrine, making her the house bathroom attendant. She has to unlock the bathroom, take each houseguest’s request, announce their trip to the porcelain throne, and lock up again afterward. Nobody is allowed to assist her.

Week 7 — still to come

To be voted. The last trip of the twist. Angela, Devens, Dee, Mallory and Melody have each had their one turn and are out of the pool.

Where it stands: Five of the six trips are done, with one vote left. Devens’ Diamond Power of Veto is spent, and the houseguest it put on the block has been evicted. Dee’s BB Bribe is still unspent and no longer a secret — she told Kamu and Yash about it herself, and Mallory and Melody have both been told since. Kamu believed, before his eviction, that Dee had paid Devens the $5,000 to use the Diamond Power of Veto on her; Mallory has independently floated the same theory and named it as a guess. There is nothing behind it but the timing, and both of them said so. that but the timing, and Kamu says as much himself.

Over Dee. Want the survivors not to survive. Barrett is slippery slimy, why is he even here. Drew had done too much, too often, to many, by week two. I want Yash to win, but he will probably be gone..long time watcher here- maybe it’s time to shutter BB.

Gan ainm

None of these people can strategize beyond a week except for production.

Robert

Drew is “Dead Man Walking” and it is his own Damn fault for what he didn’t say in the conversation involving Dee and Yash

un autre nom

Drew says he got the have not pass.
If that is true… are we ready to call the time capsule what it is?

A bunch of weirdo's

The icon entitlement is real!!!!!
Hey Taylor, I don’t mind you sleeping in the pod 90% of the time, because you clean the whole f****** house all of the time. The nasty houseguest never jump in to help you; and I’ve never seen it, and I have never heard her say that as well.
And Angela you can’t have it both ways; is Taylor always conspiring all over the place like Chelsea from your season, or is she always in the pod?
And Drew said she was not gaming; and always sleeping. But then compared her to Reyes and Chelsea. Which one is it?
Dee said the other side only wanted to keep Kamu because he was a shield, and then today said she wants to keep Yash as their shield? Same game plan she did on Survivor.
I have a headache. These are icons. Nope.. Rachel, Dr. Will, and Janelle should have given them a crash course before entering the BB house; and Angela you’ve been in the house before. Smh
They are getting this far because these people are just that bad.

Opinion Overload

Drew apparently won the Never Have Not. Dee & Devins celebrate. Noms look to be Drew LaLa Taylor. Bribe was/will be made by Dee to have Yash not to nominate the Icons if he wins another HOH. Dee underestimating the kids more than Devins. Noms at 5?

un autre nom

The bribe:
Yash cannot nominate the 3 stunts if he wins HOH.
The Lie:
The stunts don’t have to honor their agreement not to nom him because the bribe is for 5k not for his safety. loophole.

Dee made a fake final 2 with Barrett (fake on her part. unless he Rousso’s her, i expect it is quite real to the gerbil). Anyone offended i’m calling him gerbil should realized it’s sanitized from calling him buttplug.

Drew spilled he got the never not pass.
Dee was all i don’t give a fuq about america, they aren’t here. Yeah, her ego is off the charts. Reality: she has been out for Drew since the paranoia day (the big alliance in the empty gym meeting they watched the gym door on the screen for over an hour waiting to see who was in this big alliance meeting). Even that is a cover. Drew was Devens boy not Dee’s boy. So she had to poison Devens to Drew and get rid of Drew to make sure she is the stunt with the most toys.

FAP has realized Dee’s goal is to break up FAP.
Barrett the gerbil is acting like this is brand new information.
Mallory and Melody refuse to vote out Drew but want him nom’d so that he stops riding for the Stunts and targets them.

Drew thinks he is better off when his alliance isn’t in power.
HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE WARNED THE SCHMUCK???? EV-ER-Y-ONE. Every. Single. NON xover. bulimic rat gonna dope da dom thinking he’s slick?

Devens, who usually cares more about America’s perception wants Yash around longer… because Devens is a bro remember? He said his favorite people are Yash and Kamu last week. Devens says they are the villains of the season. but hey… at least they are production protected villains.

Because this is still Grod gonna protect her investment season…
Of course Drew got the have not pass. I mean. Just because I wanted a coin flip doesn’t mean it was going to happen. Fake adversity being what it is… putting Dee on the block when Devens had the DPOV was fine. Having someone get a power that could take out a stunt is not going to play on Grod’s watch. And now we have an open lane to next week’s surprise twist that will 100% protect 2 of the stuntcasts.

Who goes?
DON”T CARE. NONE OF THE NOPES ARE ON THE BLOCK. The only week I care is when a nope can be evicted… eviscerated… exterminated… whatev.

Mooning

Seems like everyone is overthinking their situation and plans forward.

Opinion Overload

Haley is the world’s greatest and most professional victim. She corrects Dee about the length of her suffering as her dead-horse-beating complex continues to win the brain-cell battle. Zero self-awareness. The sympathy she expects turns to eye-rolling in seconds.

Joey

She’s the break out newbie star of the season, with all the potential to be the franchise’s new go to foil if CBS wanted to mold her that way…you’re the one losing the brain cell battle if you cant see it….probably a Mallory fan,,,anyone who would root for someone who’s very profession willfully propagates the Satanic lie that space is real, by default, voids their own input….u know I’m right, u just dont have the nads to accept it

Opinion Overload

Nothing says I’ve got a solid argument quite like resorting to schoolyard insults to fellow posters because someone has a different opinion. You seem very secure in yours though. And it’s definitely Devens or anyone over 40 or one who remembers how to make decisions and stand up for themselves, even if they are wrong, instead of the Gen-Hive mentality that pretends to be unique and independent while needing the groups consensus to tell them they are scared of their own shadows. I’d park you in the mid-30’s group, top.
