Eviction night ends with Jason gone, Mallory off the block and safe after winning the BB Blockbuster, and Lala surviving the vote she spent all week bracing for. The feeds come back on the side of the house that just took the hit. Lala unpacks the suitcase she thought she’d be leaving with, Mallory gets chased to the Diary Room, Taylor explains the vote she told her own side she had to cast, and Lyric rehearses the nomination speech she wants to give Kamu. They declare a clean slate, count six votes, sort out which middlemen they can actually trust, and start plotting to bring Yash in — not knowing he joined Kamu, Dee and Devens in The Wolf Pack early Wednesday morning. They also credit Devens’ Week 2 HOH as the blueprint for how you take a real shot, then land on his name when they start guessing who’s holding the secret power.

They’re right. Devens has a Diamond Power of Veto, and the only person he’s told is Dee — who spends the back half of the night sitting with him on the couch, agreeing that Angela doesn’t get told the Wolf Pack exists, and replaying the conversation where she threw out “probably Devens” to Drew and Barrett as a guess.

By 8pm the house has flipped to comp mode. Drew and Mallory sit outside the HOH room running through how close the vote actually got, how many people it would have taken to flip it, and what Mallory would do with the room if she wins it. At 8:08pm the feeds cut to the pound cams. The Head of Household competition is underway.

Deven won a Diamond Power of Veto

8pm Outside the HOH Room – Drew and Mallory
Drew to Mallory – you are so amped right now. Mallory – I know. I just want to start. Drew – Barrett was so stressed for you. Mallory – Yeah, I know. Drew – Barrett loves you. Mallory – And I
love Barrett too. Drew – Don’t we all, though? Mallory – Barrett made me think I was going to go home. Drew – Why? Mallory – Because he was so stressed. Drew – I think. Like, bro, Remember Me last week? I was so stressed out for Melody. Mallory – Yeah, but Melody was going to be fine. Drew – I know. But still, I don’t know if like, I was going to get double blindsided. Mallory – yeah. I was really, I was really stressed. I just thought people were going to flip. It would have only taken a couple of people. Drew – Oh I know, Taylor there. Mallory – With Taylor there, Taylor, Haley and Chuk.. it would have taken three more people. Drew – to tie it and then it would have been bad news. Bad news bears! Mallory – Dee, Devens, Angela. Drew – I think Melody was worried about me. Mallory – I was worried about everyone. I was like everyone was going to flip on me. Drew – and for good reason. Drew – you always have that like in the back of your head going like is everything ok? Like they’re all going to flip. Do they all hate me? Mallory – I think he thinks he had the numbers to get me out. Drew – in case? Mallory – yeah. Drew – Whatever. Mallory – I think they’re going to come for me next. Drew – HOH time! Mallory – I know. Drew – You get the bed. Lock that room. Lock that biatch! Kid Cudi. Mallory – Kid Cudi the whole week! I don’t even need to have conversations. I don’t need to. They got to talk over the music. Drew – can you imagine if you just locked the door and never spoke to anybody. Mallory – y’all can figure it out. Drew – and then you only show up for the noms and the competition. She’s back, she’s back.. its the queen! Mallory – might as well. Drew – that would be lit! You should do that! That would be kind of a sicka$$ play. Mallory – well I would let my friends come in the room with me. Drew – that’s cool but it would also be really funny if you didn’t.
Drew – I am so tired. Mallory – You got to stay up. You have to win this too. Drew – lets win it together. Mallory – yeah, lets all win it. I just really don’t want the other side to win it. Drew – that would be awful.

8:08pm The live feeds switch to the pound cams. The Head Of Household competition is starting now..

Feeds return after the eviction. Jason has been evicted. Mallory won the BB Blockbuster and saved herself, and Lala survived the vote. Lala is unpacking.

Lala: “I don’t want to do that again. I really do not want to do that again. That was crazy.”
Taylor: “Mallory, you’re not going to pack no more, okay, friend?”
Mallory: “I need a break at least.”
Lala: “Yeah, you definitely need a freaking breather.”
Mallory: “I don’t want you packing all week.”
Lala: “One of us has to win HOH this week.”
Taylor: “One of us will win HOH this week.”
Lala: “That is what the freaking goal is, period, point blank, the end.”

Taylor brings up Drew.

Taylor: “When it comes to Drew, since he is kind of playing both sides, who would he put up?”
Mallory: “I dunno. I don’t think he wants to win.”
Lala: “Because he’s still in a position where he doesn’t have to.”
Lala: “Because he’s protected from both sides.”
Lyric: “But he says he wants to, but… Everybody says they want to, but do you really want to?”

On feeling like themselves again:

Taylor: “But I feel like a whole, I feel like myself. I actually feel like myself now.”
Lala: “I don’t, but it’s all right. I’m going to be all right.”

Lyric runs the speech she would give if she wins HOH.

Lyric: “Mal, if I can pick somebody to win, I will. I hope I win because, I mean, I want any of us to win. But I know exactly what I would do, exactly what I would say.”
Lyric: “You put me on the block and you ruined my tea party.”

Production starts calling Mallory to the Diary Room.

Lala: “Girl, they after her like crazy right now.”
Taylor: “That’s all we got to win because we got to keep her.”
Taylor: “We already lost Jason.”
Lala: “Jason was too messy, though.”
Lala: “And even to the point where he was like, don’t touch me. I was like, don’t do that because you never know. Even though at my detriment, I’m like, don’t do that.”
Lyric: “I ain’t going to lie. If I get mad enough, I’m worse than Jason.”
Lyric: “I told you you were going to be okay. It worked out.”

Taylor explains her vote.

Mallory: “And I told you that no matter what you do, everybody’s going to love you. No matter what.”
Taylor: “I just had to let my team know that I just had to give my girl my vote no matter what.”
Taylor: “I appreciate that so much.”
Lala: “Because I told Mal, I said, all your friends love you because they all said they ain’t vote for me. They was like, nope, you ain’t getting my vote.”
Lyric: “They had me on your vote.”
Taylor: “Mal, it don’t make sense to have them two stay, but… I can’t do it.”
Mallory: “That’s who you are. You are loyal.”
Lyric: “I can’t stand this whole thing of us going up on the block.”
Taylor: “We have to win. We have no choice. It’s breaking me. We’re losing numbers at this point.”
Mallory: “Like, we’re down.”
Lyric: “It’s pinning people against each other within us, and it’s not good.”
Taylor: “We can’t lose nobody else. Because what is next week? The vote will be 11. Six votes. We have those six votes right now, as long as none of us are on the block. We have to win. There’s no question at this point. Because if we lose anybody else, we lost.”
Lala: “As far as I’m concerned, we start from zero. Last week does not exist.”
Lyric: “New slate.”
Lala: “As a whole. As a unit.”
Mallory: “As a unit.”

Lyric brings up the week.

Lyric: “I’m so sorry if you felt in any way, like, isolated.”
Lala: “No, I mean, I knew what the deal was. I know she’s your girl, and I get that. I totally get that.”
Lyric: “I don’t know if she would have stayed. That’s why I was, like, trying to be there for her. Because I think she knew that there was a chance that she wouldn’t stay.”
Lala: “Yeah, because it came down to Kamu.”
Taylor: “We gotta remember who the enemy is right now. We gotta remember not to go against each other.”
Taylor: “Like you said, we gotta clear the slate and stick together and understand that that’s also a part of the plan, is to put us against each other.”

On being nominated:

Lyric: “Because I like to look at the actions. Look who’s been up on the block. Have any of them been considered?”
Taylor: “No. They walk around here like they do-do-do.”
Lyric: “Why am I up on the block as a pawn? And then if your people are up as a pawn?”
Lyric: “If you put me on the block, you want me gone.”
Lyric: “There is no ifs, ands, or buts. If you put me on the block, you have to be okay.”

Taylor imitates the pitch.

Taylor: “It’s okay if I go home. You’re gonna be okay.”
Lala: “Oh, so you wanna put me in jeopardy? I wanna hear none of that.”
Lala: “They basically told you, it’s okay if Lala…”
Taylor: “I love you, Lala, but it’s okay if Lala goes home.”
Lala: “No, it’s not okay. So don’t fall for that.”
Lyric: “We have to trust each other in this game.”
Mallory: “An ally will not put you on the block.”
Lyric: “They will not risk you being on the block.”
Lala: “It’s plain and simple. Because a pawn goes home. Because I told him, I said, well, if I’m sitting up on a block, then I got a possibility of going home. So you basically want me to go home.”
Lyric: “Thank you. Thank you for letting me know where you stand. I know where you stand. I’ll keep that in mind.”

On Kamu’s nominations:

Lala: “The only people that you could have chosen that really would have made a difference in your game. You wasted your time.”

Mallory heads to the Diary Room.

Lyric: “I think it’s scary when you’re HOH because you don’t want to take a big shot. But it reveals a lot about your game when you’re HOH.”
Taylor: “It reveals everything about your game.”
Lala: “And I will tell you right now. I give Devens credit because he did that shit. It was raw. It was ugly. It was raw.”
Taylor: “He opened that b—- up.”
Lala: “And didn’t flinch.”
Taylor: “He opened that shit up and stepped out.”
Lala: “Didn’t flinch.”
Lyric: “And I’m telling you guys from my heart. If I get HOH, you will be safe for the week. I will not touch any of you.”
Taylor: “I think we know.”
Taylor: “Laser vision.”
Lyric: “I just think it’s crazy we’ve been here for three weeks.”
Lyric: “All three of us have. Repeated. Me twice, Mallory twice.”
Lala: “What does that say? Yeah, it says that they’re playing their game. It says they’re playing their game tight, and they’re playing their game with their people.”
Lyric: “We lost Jason. He was going to fight for us.”
Taylor: “Totally, completely.”
Lala: “We would have lost one of us, bottom line.”
Lala: “I just don’t want to have that happen again. I really don’t. Because that hurts.”
Lyric: “It’ll be interesting to see if one of us does get HOH, to see how the power shifts.”
Taylor: “Everybody is going to be so nice.”
Lala: “Oh, no, I can’t wait. I cannot wait.”

On next week:

Taylor: “I can’t wait. It’s eight of us, bro. There’s no reason why one of us can’t win this week.”
Lyric: “Just imagine if Mallory wins.”
Taylor: “I want Mallory.”
Lala: “Child.”
Taylor: “I want Mallory.”
Lala: “If I could pick one person, it would be Mallory. The floodgates open.”
Lyric: “She’d be like, y’all ready for this? The floodgates open. No Mercy Mallory is here.”
Lala: “I was like, yo, that’s a beast right there.”
Lala: “So we can have our power walls up in the HOH room and we can have our shit together.”
Lyric: “We can use that shower whenever.”

They sort through the middle of the house.

Taylor: “When I think of us, I think of y’all three. And I feel like I can trust Barrett at this point on our side.”
Lala: “Barrett keeps telling me he just doesn’t know. He said he’s flowing. That’s what he told me. So I don’t know.”
Taylor: “He’s really close with Mallory, though.”
Taylor: “Yeah, it’s like Barrett, Drew, and even Yash. I feel like those are the only people that if they win, you really have to see where they lie.”
Lala: “Because Yash told me, it’s funny, because Yash was like, now I’m hoping for Mallory. I was like, thank you for the honesty.”
Taylor: “I think Yash is fine, though. Yash knows what the f— going on. I trust Yash.”
Taylor: “Drew’s close with Melody, so he knows. He’s playing the both sides, but I think he would keep us close.”
Taylor: “I think those middlemen are the ones that I’m kind of afraid of a little bit.”
Lyric: “I just can’t do another week of being on the block.”
Lala: “You won’t be on the block.”
Lyric: “None of us will.”
Lala: “I don’t want them to use me as a weekly Blockbuster. I’m gonna cut it out.”
Lyric: “Literally, a break, please.”

Lala steps out to get her suitcase and unpack, stopping back in along the way. On dinner:

Lala: “Actually, they told me I can’t cook today. Angela and all the girls were like, you’re not cooking today. Everybody’s just going to do their own thing.”
Lyric: “But if y’all want anything, just let me know.”

Lyric and Taylor on Jason:

Lyric: “And it sucks because he would have fought like hell for—”
Taylor: “I know he would’ve. He would’ve won competitions.”
Lyric: “I think where the power shifts is where they go.”
Taylor: “They just go where the wind blows them. Just to stay in the middle.”
Lyric: “And I don’t blame them. If I was in a position like that, that’d be lovely.”
Taylor: “Until people catch on.”
Lyric: “I wish I could be more like Mallory. But then again, it comes with its price, too, right? Then you have people gunning for you.”
Taylor: “They already gunning for her. So it don’t make no difference.”
Taylor: “The only thing is we just have to make sure we win next week, too, so we can have her back. Because she can’t play in the HOH.”
Taylor: “I want that fire to stay in her right now. She got that pump.”
Lyric: “Because when I wanted that veto, I was like, damn.”
Lyric: “I told Mallory, I said, hey, you are not leaving it up for a vote. You better go win that. I also told Jason the same thing too.”

Production: “Taylor, please do not obstruct your microphone.”

Taylor: “Hopefully Yash, Drew, and Barrett kind of throw it, too, because they’re in a position to. If they win, they know they’ll have to show their cards.”
Taylor: “And so it does leave it to us five and them five, well, six, damn it.”
Lyric: “Y’all three, me and Lala.”
Taylor: “I feel like Yash would do us right. Cause he know what the f— going on. He told me. He don’t trust none of them. On that side over there.”

Lyric says Jason was a strong competitor who would have kept fighting to save them.

Lyric: “You’re just going to miss his presence.”
Taylor: “Oh, my God. Am I? Am I?”
Lyric: “It’s crazy how, like, something big happens and people disperse. And, like, the house gets quiet.”
Taylor: “So quiet.”
Taylor: “Because they know we got a different type of fire in us right now.”
Taylor: “Because another week of this… America! America, help us! Do you see what’s happening? Help us! Help us!”
Lyric: “SOS! SOS! The fire! The fire is burning! We need the power!”

On the power:

Lyric: “That’s another thing, too. I’m scared about the power coming out this week.”
Lyric: “The one that was from last week, like, I wonder who has it. Devens.”
Lyric: “He has a fan base.”
Lyric: “I know, but, like, what is that power going to do? Is it going to hijack the next HOH? We don’t know.”
Lyric: “Because if so, we in for it again.”
Taylor: “Well, shit. You got powers out, so I don’t even.”
Taylor: “If it hijacks, then f—.”
Lyric: “Girl, I know. I freaking know.”
Lyric: “I wish that was the case, but if it didn’t come out this week, it’s probably still stored in someone’s back pocket.”
Taylor: “So if America was going to give it to Jason this week, though, he would have used it.”
Taylor: “Tomorrow, do they just give it to the runner-up? I don’t know.”
Taylor: “Because I feel that if I was America, I would give it to either you, Jason, or Mallory.”
Lyric: “Well, I don’t got nothing. I haven’t gotten anything yet. I’ll tell you guys if I do.”
Taylor: “No, you don’t tell nobody if you do.”
Lyric: “I would tell people I trust.”
Taylor: “Don’t tell nobody. Nobody. Do you hear me?”
Lyric: “Yes, I hear you.”
Taylor: “I’m telling you, don’t tell nobody.”
Lyric: “I won’t.”
Lyric: “Tay, I pray this next HOH is not, like, fully physical.”
Lyric: “We need new people on the block. It’s not okay. It’s honestly not okay.”

They talk about bringing Yash in. Yash joined The Wolf Pack with Kamu, Dee and Devens early Wednesday morning.

Taylor: “Let’s do it. I feel like nobody would suspect it. It kind of brings him closer on our side.”
Taylor: “I don’t know if he has any alliances right now, but if he doesn’t, I feel like it would be a good one with us three.”
Lyric: “No one would expect it, too.”
Taylor: “We lost a vote, so we need a guaranteed vote.”

On the vote and Rome’s lone vote:

Taylor: “How are you feeling? Because I know Jason was like, Tay.”
Lyric: “I know. I know. But what are you supposed to do? Give one vote in comparison to the 11? I wasn’t going to do nothing. There was nothing we could do.”
Taylor: “It was a Rome.”
Lyric: “It was a Rome. I voted against Rome. I don’t know who the one vote for Rome was.”
Taylor: “I will never know who the one vote for Rome was. I really feel like it probably was just a sympathy vote.”
Lyric: “Not me. But it made me look good. Made Rome think that it was me.”

Lala is back in the room.

Lala: “But I really feel like it was probably just somebody just showing him love.”
Lyric: “I wish I could have done that, but that would have put a target straight on my back.”
Lala: “I think even if you did, nobody would have cared. I think people expected you to, because it’s like, you couldn’t save him. Y’all know your one and one wasn’t going to save him. It was just a kiss.”
Lyric: “But still, like, I didn’t even want to chance it, you know what I mean?”
Lala: “I think you’re fine.”
Lyric: “I miss the boy, for sure.”

They agree Jason deserved to leave with at least one vote.

Lyric: “Shit, maybe I’ll start giving out sympathy votes. Girl, if I’m sitting on that block and I got no one against me, I hope I get sympathy votes. Let me get you one kiss. Kiss of love.”
Lyric: “I’m proud of Mallory. I’m so proud of her. It’s a tough position to be in.”

On Haley:

Lala: “I want Haley to go home.”
Lyric: “Trust. I know. I want her to go home. She’s a good competitor.”
Taylor: “No, she’s not.”
Taylor: “It’s all a show.”
Lala: “She might win something that requires strength and endurance. But anything else?”

On the block:

Lyric: “The thing is, like, don’t you feel like being on the block kind of…”
Lala: “It makes you never want to be on there again.”
Taylor: “It’s such a horrible feeling.”
Lyric: “It’s terrible. And everyone’s looking at you and being so nice to you.”
Taylor: “And they’re lying right in your face, too.”
Taylor: “Because Haley think I forgot that she was campaigning for me to leave.”
Lyric: “I didn’t hear anything, but I don’t think she would say anything to me, you know? Because I know if she wins HOH, guess who’s going up? This girl right here.”
Taylor: “I’m going to let her think I forgot, though. I’m going to let her think I don’t know.”
Lyric: “You got to. That’s the game, right?”
Lyric: “I think the hardest part is knowing people are gunning for you and having to smile and laugh, you know what I mean?”
Taylor: “That was Jason’s downfall. It was a prime example of when you don’t keep your cool. You got to keep your cool.”
Lala: “Y’all think Jason bad. Jason is nothing.”
Lyric: “Jason and Rome are gone. Like, they’re not coming back.”
Lala: “Not a good day.”
Lala: “But we can’t let it bring us down. We gotta use it as our ammo.”
Lyric: “Use it as freaking motivation.”

Dee joins deven on the couch . She compares unpacking here to Survivor, where she had about five pieces of clothing and a pair of shorts, and the conversation drifts to eyeliner stencils as the clip ends.

Devens and Dee are alone. The Wolf Pack — Kamu, Yash, Dee and Devens — formed early Wednesday morning. Angela plays with both of them in the Red Corner, but she is not in the Wolf Pack.

Dee: “Bro, one way down.”
Devens: “So far so good.”
Devens: “Do you want to tell Angela about the Wolf Pack?”
Devens: “Do you want to tell Angela?”
Dee: “I’m good either way.”
Devens: “I’m good either way either.”
Devens: “Yeah, I don’t know.”
Dee: “You tell me.”
Devens: “I’m fine.”
Devens: “Maybe so.”
Dee: “Okay.”
Devens: “If I’m not telling her.”
Dee: “No, of course not.”
Devens: “Listen, I’m with her, but she also freaks out about stuff.”
Dee: “Yes.”
Devens: “Maybe not.”
Dee: “Maybe not.”
Devens: “What do you think?”

Devens brings up the way Angela greeted him that morning.

Dee: “Yeah, it was like a joke, but yeah.”
Dee: “Eh, maybe not. I say no.”
Devens: “Okay.”
Dee: “Not for any bad intentions. Just one thing that we’re in for. One thing.”
Devens: “I want to know. Because she’ll just be like—”
Dee: “She’ll read into things too much. She will.”

Dee tells him about her conversation with Drew and Barrett. Devens has told only Dee that he holds the Diamond Power of Veto.

Dee: “I was talking about them with Drew and Barrett, and then Drew was like, I thought he was going to do something crazy. And I’m like, yeah, me too.”
Dee: “Obviously, that’s what they were alluding to.”
Dee: “And then Barrett goes, hmm, I wonder who has it. And so then Drew goes, oh, definitely Kamu. Trying to act stupid.”
Dee: “And I go, probably Devens, unless he’s not telling us.”
Dee: “And then I’m like, you know what? Good for him for not telling us.”
Dee: “Because they’re trying to act stupid.”
Devens: “Mm-hmm.”
Dee: “You motherf—ers.”
Dee: “So quick.”
Devens: “I was like, I can’t wait to show you up.”
Devens: “Huh? Try me.”
Dee: “Yeah, try me.”
Dee: “Or you try me, your bestie’s going home.”
Devens: “Like, if someone who isn’t on our crew is up there in power this week, I don’t know.”
Dee: “I’m kidding.”

Dee: “Were you actually walking away?”

They are interrupted and the conversation ends there
