9:20pm Upper Level Backyard – Yash, Kamu, Drew and Devens.
Yash and Kamu gave Drew and Devens a detailed account of the explosive confrontation between Angela, Chuk and Haley over the recent Lyric eviction vote, with Yash describing the incident as one of the wildest moments he’s witnessed in the house. Yash said Chuk’s demeanor completely changed during the confrontation: “like the inner goblin came out” According to Yash, Chuk immediately began confronting Angela about her decision to flip her vote. “so now Angela sits and Chuk is like so we know you lied”
Yash said the confrontation continued to escalate, with Chuk accusing Angela of betraying their trust. “you betrayed our trust.” “you were like a mother figured us and you lied.”

HOH room – Taylor, Lala and Kamu
kamu joins them. Taylor – I’m proud of you. Lala – that was so f**king perfect. Kamu – we’re keeping the noms the same right? Lala – yup, keeping the noms the same. Kamu – keeping it easy. Easy, no worries. Like don’t have to pull anybody else down or anything. Kamu – perfect, we’re good! Taylor – because before she (Haley) was like lets keep noms the same, lets keep noms the same and now she is probably going to want you to use it on her. Kamu – so what I am guessing will probably happen is earlier when we were talking she had mentioned something like if you get picked to play and you win then you could use it on one of us because her whole thing was like look we will keep noms the same because she said if she wins she wouldn’t want to use it because she didn’t want me to get backdoored. But she said if you win, hopefully you can use it on one of use and then the other person can win the blockbuster and then we’ll all be here next week. I think everyone is going to want me to keep noms the same. Lala – everyone in the whole house. Kamu – no I am not going to use it. I just want to make sure our stories are the same.

Big Brother 28 spoilers: veto day, and the house is running two versions of the morning. Downstairs, Haley finally has the truth – Angela confessed to flipping the vote – and the Red Corner’s plan rests on nobody using the veto, because Kamu might go up as the renom. Upstairs, that exact idea gets revealed as bait: Taylor says Kamu pitched it himself, then scripts her week – walk around mopey, fake a feud with Dee – while Lala says she couldn’t have written this better. Angela recounts her confession tour, Dee corners Kamu in the gym, and Drew gets one instruction: be quiet, and this goes through.

Big Brother 28 spoilers: all afternoon the plan was Drew, Barrett and Kamu on the block as pawns, with Haley the renom once the veto cleared. Then at 4:50 pm, alone in the HOH room, Lala practiced her nomination speech out loud – and the names in it are Chuk, Haley and Barrett. Two of the men who got the pawn speech aren’t in it, and the target is up front instead of behind a backdoor. Before that: Taylor scripts the renege on Kamu’s veto promise, Barrett and Drew compare pawn speeches that don’t match, and Melody and Mallory plot to get inside Kamu’s head.

Big Brother 28 spoilers: LaTrice “Lala” Verrett’s first morning as Head of Household, with nominations this afternoon. Downstairs, Chuk Anyanwu and Rick Devens tear at the vote that blindsided them, and Devens tells Barrett Pfeiffer flat out that it’s Angela Murray or Dee Valladares lying – then shrugs, because they’re not in power. Upstairs the queue forms: Taylor Brown coaches Lala and pitches Barrett and Drew Campbell as nominees, “the arms to Devens’ head.” Yash Patel hands her the vote count as a weapon. Then Lala asks Barrett to go up as a pawn – “I need to cut off the head of the snake” – and won’t say whose head.

Big Brother 28 spoilers: LaTrice “Lala” Verrett wins The Wall and the house reorganises around her overnight. Yash Patel and Mallory Aurichio reach her first, Rick Devens asks Taylor Brown for permission to name-drop her as an ally, and Lala reads a letter from home before getting down to business. Alone with Taylor in the HOH room she builds a nomination plan – Drew Campbell, Barrett Pfeiffer and Kamuela “Kamu” Kirk on the block, with Haley Thogmartin the one she actually wants gone – and decides to tell all three of them they’re safe. Downstairs, Haley, Kamu and Chuk Anyanwu are still hunting whoever flipped the vote.

Barrett “I don’t think she likes Devens at all. Maybe we can find out if Devens has a power!”

Mallory – Do you think we’re good. Barrett – I have no f**king clue. Mallory – I think. Barrett – At least it wasn’t him (kamu). That would have been a f**king disaster, but at least feel more awful. Mallory – I’d be surprised if she didn’t put up Kamu because he put her up. Barrett – and Devens, I don’t think she likes Devens at all. Maybe we can find out if Devens has a power! Yash joins them. Mallory – the power has shifted!! Barrett – I have no idea what the f**k she will do but at least it wasn’t him!! Yash – f**K yeah! Barret – do you have any idea what she is going to do? Yash – I don’t even care because I don’t think she is putting us up! Mallory – right! Yash – also she is actually a legend for that. Barrett – That was f**king insane! What she did was special. 8pm Storage Room – Mallory, Melody and Kamu
Kamu joins them. Kamu – Hey just to let you guys know if I win HOH, I will not be putting either of you guys up on the block. Melody – heard that. Mallary – I heard that. Melody – no thank you. I just want to say that right out of the gates, there are liars on the other side of the house. Melody and Mallory – yeah. Kamu – there are people that I can’t trust.. Melody – we feel the same way. Kamu – I am going to be trying to figure that out. There are obviously 3 people that voted to evict you (Melody). And I trust Yash. Mallory – so do I. He came up to us too. I thought I was on the right side of the vote. Kamu – yeah. I obviously know 100% who I voted to evict. I promise you it was nothing personal at all. Melody – I totally get it. Kamu – I believe Yash, which means that either Chuk, Angela or Dee. Well two of the three are. One of them is telling the truth but two of those three are lying and those were people that I was working with. Melody – its just interesting for us too. Mallory – we never thought it was going to be a split. Melody – I knew certain people were going to keep Lyric, but I guess not though. Kamu – that’s because that’s where I was told the house was going. At one point in time, I thought everyone was keeping you.

Big Brother 28 spoilers: minutes after Lyric is evicted 8-3, Haley Thogmartin corners Kamuela “Kamu” Kirk in the Have Not room and demands to know who lied about the vote. Kamu swears on everything that he voted out Melody Morris – which is true. Haley clears Angela Murray and Dee Valladares outright – which is not. Rick Devens joins, admits he voted Lyric, and explains he was told at the last second the house had already moved and that Haley’s whole group was in on it. Devens gets the math exactly right and still can’t name the names. Haley leaves saying she trusts Kamu 100%, then names him anyway.
