“I have bases loaded. And I’m up to bat.” – Haley

Haley won HOH last night and has not really slept. From just before nine in the morning until noon she runs one-on-ones back to back, and by the end of them almost everyone in the house has been told something slightly different.

Lala gets told Taylor was campaigning hard for Jason, which lands exactly the way Haley wants. Devens gets the full debrief and calls it driving wedges in truth. Kamu gets told Mallory is safe from nominations but might still get backdoored, and that anything he tells Dee comes straight back to Haley. Barrett gets his name cleared on the flip-vote rumour, then gets floated as the pawn, and says no. Drew comes up worried he looks like he’s on the other side, guesses Melody and Taylor as the noms, and leaves believing he is safe.

Underneath all of it, a second plan is running. Kamu tells Haley that Drew should not be the pawn at all, but the target, replaced in the Tool Shed by Lyric. He says Haley is the only person he has told. Ninety minutes later he tells Dee, along with the reason Haley wanted him to go to Devens first. And in the middle of that conversation Barrett walks into the storage room to report on his own meeting, with no idea what he has just interrupted.

Nominations are today at 5pm . As of noon, three different plans are live at once:

Haley’s plan (what she’s actually said out loud): Melody and Taylor are the two locks — “I know a solid two people I want to put up.” Taylor is her target. The third is a pawn, and she wants a guy who can win the veto so her noms stay the same. Lala is off the table (“waste of a nominee”), Mallory is off the table for initial noms but explicitly not off the table for a backdoor, and she’s promised Lyric safety.

The Drew pawn plan (Haley + Devens + Kamu + Chuk): Drew goes up third as the pawn, sold on the “I have to shoot at a guy / the showmance is getting talked about” line. Kamu asked to be kept out of that meeting so Drew keeps trusting him. Haley wants Devens to advocate for it in the room.

Kamu’s plan (Haley knows, Dee knows, Devens next): Drew isn’t the pawn — he’s the target. Cut him, bring Lyric in as the eighth Tool Shed member. Haley’s response was “maybe a little more time, maybe a little more action,” so she hasn’t bought it yet.

Complications: Barrett has already refused to be the pawn to Haley’s face and thinks he’s the one being considered. Dee also told Haley she isn’t comfortable being a pawn. And from the 1:15am plan Devens got, the original shape was Taylor, Melody and Drew with a Lala backdoor — the backdoor piece has since drifted to Mallory in Kamu’s thinking.

Short version: Melody and Taylor up, third seat still open, and whether it’s Drew as pawn or Drew as target is the whole story of the ceremony.

8:57 am Haley and LALA

Haley is recounting her confrontation with Melody.

Haley: “And I think the main thing is, I don’t really care about the detail of what people say. It’s kind of like, you’re just general senses.”
Haley: “I don’t even game play anymore. You know what that is? I think that’s, like, mean girl, no?”
Haley: “And she just looks at me, and she goes, yeah. And I was like, no, it came from your mouth.”
Haley: “And I said, so what was the problem before this? And I said, what have I ever done?”
Haley: “She goes, I just was a have-not. And I said, girl, I was a have-not that first week.”
Haley: “And I said, so what’s your next excuse? I said, so what’s next?”
Haley: “And I said, I’m not playing bulls— and I’m not playing to be mean.”
Haley: “And she goes, yeah, I did say that. And I was like, give me a reason why.”
Haley: “And I was like, so again, because that’s not gameplay. So still, is that mean girl or is this just who you are?”
Haley: “And I said, I’m not going to play this game as somebody out of emotion, because if I was, I would have already blown up and you would have known.”
Haley: “And she goes, well, Lala. And I said, I don’t care about Lala. Lala what?”
Haley: “She just goes, well, she was. And I said, what’d she say?”
Haley: “She couldn’t say anything.”

Haley: “So I asked her, I said, so if you had to put people up — and I wasn’t mean, but I said everything I just said, and I was smiling too.”
Haley: “She goes, well, you were going to flip the votes with Mallory. And I said, no, I told Mallory, if we got the chance to use the veto, I would use the veto.”
Haley: “It could have been, I would use the veto however Kamu wanted it. It’s about how you use your words.”
Haley: “The only person I told I would 1,000% give my vote to before all the nominations is Lala.”
Haley: “I said, but you don’t see the fact that I invite Mallory a lot to other places around the house. And yeah, you might not be there, but to sit here and say I’m mean — I promise you it doesn’t come from her mouth. I’ve never once been mean to anybody.”
Haley: “And I told her, these mirrors — I said, you better watch your back, because those mirrors are coming after you before anybody else in this house.”
Haley: “And she owned up to everything.”
Haley: “And I said, you know what’s funny is, if I didn’t win, you would have continued to talk about me and say all these mean things with no backbone behind it.”
Haley: “So I told her, I said, I don’t know what I’m going to do. But again, I’m not playing out of emotion.”
Haley: “I’m going to do what’s best for my game and for me and then the people, obviously, I work with.”
Haley: “So she left pretty upset.”

On the Mallory conversation:

Haley: “But I did tell Mallory, I said, listen, I’m squashing the first week shit. I’m cool with that, whatever.”
Haley: “I said, however, I’m okay with people saying Haley, Chuk and Kamu. I felt like that is a guilty by association.”
Haley: “And I was like, but there’s other stuff that’s going around.”
Haley: “She goes, I never said that. And I said, but you’re guilty by association. This whole house is by perception.”
Haley: “And I said, keep your friends close, but your enemies closer.”
Haley: “And I said, your so-called friends want to jump ship from you that first week once you wanted to go cry and go off on your own.”
Haley: “And I was like, they didn’t want to be tied to a dead horse.”
Haley: “And she goes, you’re not the first person that’s told me that.”

On the competition. Mallory went out early.

Lala: “Honey, she was the great white hope yesterday.”
Haley: “Yep, and she got out second round.”
Lala: “The great white hope. First round.”
Lala: “Me and Angela — no, first round. She was out with us.”
Haley: “And you know who they all threw under the bus?”
Lala: “Who?”
Haley: “Taylor.”
Haley: “But Taylor has — I mean, everyone has said their own shit, and I get that, but I am more worried about that shit that was talked yesterday.”

Lala defends Taylor.

Lala: “Okay, and it’s not because Taylor is my girl, but I will tell you this right now, and I have no reason to lie, none.”
Lala: “Them b—-es is lying straight up.”
Haley: “But it wasn’t just them that said it.”
Lala: “Who? Who?”
Haley: “It wasn’t just their girls that said Taylor’s name yesterday.”
Lala: “Well, I’m not going to say anything else.”
Haley: “And she is pissed because she’s guilty by association. And you know who she blames?”
Lala: “Me.”
Haley: “Yep.”
Lala: “Everybody’s blaming me for everything.”
Haley: “Apparently you said, oh, we squashed it, we’re good. And now she is pissed off.”

Lala: “That’s why her and Chuk were sitting down there in the hot tub room. Because I passed, and they were saying something.”
Lala: “They said something about, oh, you said something about your snacks. And she’s like, well, you won’t be getting any Snickers bars.”
Lala: “And I was like, what are you talking about? So she said, whatever, if we had beef or whatever.”
Lala: “I said, me and Haley are cool. We talked about our shit. We squashed our shit. We’re good.”
Lala: “And this was before you had head of household. So it wasn’t like I had an ulterior motive at all.”
Lala: “That was very surprising to me.”

Haley tells her about Taylor and Jason.

Haley: “Well, I do know that when the campaigning was going, she was only heavily for Jason.”
Haley: “She is on her own island. She’s trying to get in with the boys.”
Lala: “Wait, hold on a second.”
Haley: “She tried to heavily campaign for you. She never came to me. Never came to me.”
Haley: “But I can count on one hand the people that she knew, if it came down to it, wanted to keep Jason.”
Lala: “Me and Jason.”
Haley: “Mm-hmm.”
Lala: “Get the f— out of here.”
Haley: “So that’s why I’m like, I don’t trust you.”
Lala: “Wow. Wow. Wow. Well, listen.”
Haley: “And I’m not trying to cause more shit.”

Lala: “I’m going to tell you this. Two weeks ago, something happened.”
Lala: “And I literally said, I can’t trust nobody in this f—ing game.”
Lala: “And I remember the first week I was campaigning hard for her because she was on the block and she was on slop.”
Lala: “And I was like, she’s kind of checked out. And I was like, I got to stand in the gap. I got to make sure she’s getting these votes.”
Lala: “And something happened the following week. And I was like, I can’t trust anybody in this house.”
Lala: “Like something was said. And I was like, I have nobody to trust. I was like, that f—ing sucks.”

Haley: “Yeah, well, apparently I never heard anything bad. It was just your gameplay. And she’s like, it’s guilty by association.”
Haley: “So she’s never once said anything bad. It’s just the fact that she’s trying to find her place with other people, and she’s kind of saying certain things.”
Haley: “And the person I heard it from was obviously my closest person, without saying names.”
Haley: “I didn’t know any of that beforehand. But I’m just like, you know what, I’m not going to do some stinks and whatever, and I am going to talk to her today. But the whole time yesterday she was cold about it.”
Haley: “And I’m good with jokes. I’m cool with jokes. But when it comes down to just being mean about little things, this is more than just a game.”
Haley: “So just be straight up. People have feelings. I’m a tough person, but I still have feelings.”
Haley: “And that’s what I told Melody. I was like, would you like it if people were saying this stuff about you with no rhyme or reason?”

On Angela:

Haley: “But you obviously, like with Angela — she’s a straight shooter and I hope that you can see that.”
Lala: “I love Angela. I love Angela.”
Lala: “And at my detriment, I say certain things sometimes, because obviously I’m not the game player.”
Lala: “Obviously I’m not the game player, because I be saying shit and people are like, why’d you say that shit? I’m like, oops.”
Lala: “But she was talking about her grandbabies, and I said, if it came down to a head of household, I would throw it to you so you could see your babies.”
Lala: “And she said, don’t say that, don’t say that. I was like, no, I’m really serious.”
Lala: “I would throw you the head of household. I want to see my kids and everything, but I can feel that she’s missing her grandbabies.”
Haley: “I told her, and I said, if I ever got it and it came down to it, I would give it to you.”
Haley: “And I also know Barrett’s struggling. I think it was final three and I told Barrett, I said, if you want it, go for it.”
Haley: “But you have no idea at that point how many more rounds you have.”
Haley: “I just want to play a straight-up game. Whoever’s rocking with me, great. Whoever isn’t—”

Lala brings up the alliance.

Lala: “Well, you know, I think Angela came to you and told you that we wanted to do something.”
Lala: “Me, Angela, Dee, Taylor, and you.”
Haley: “Well, I think the talk was, yeah, let’s bring her in, but let’s be — obviously, word your shit right or whatever.”
Haley: “And I heard that in passing from somebody else telling it. It did not come from Angela or Dee.”
Haley: “I’m telling you, these walls are thin.”
Lala: “But they said what, though?”
Haley: “More the fact of, like, yeah, that’s fine, but don’t tell her everything, or something. Along those lines.”
Haley: “Which, again, I don’t care about what happens.”
Lala: “I’m thinking who would have said that.”

On Jason:

Haley: “Jason wasn’t a good ally for you either. Jason was not your ally.”
Lala: “Oh, no. Jason was so messy.”
Haley: “And that’s why I don’t count any credit for him. He was doing so many messy things.”
Lala: “He was doing messy shit, and I know that.”
Haley: “He tried to say anything under the sun. He goes, I know about this, da-da-da-da. I want to do this. And I’m like, cool.”
Haley: “And I said, listen, we don’t even have to talk about game. You, as a person, you have such a great light. Go find it.”
Haley: “And I wanted that for him, you know, truly.”
Haley: “And so when he dragged me under the bus again during that tea party thing, calling out my name—”
Haley: “I literally extended my olive branch, and you accepted it. And then you still call me out.”
Haley: “And I think it’s just comfort, easy. I know your back’s against the wall.”

Lala and Haley square things up.

Lala: “Listen, I’m gonna tell you this. Bottom line, we went through what we went through, whatever, in the beginning.”
Lala: “And first thing I did is I came to you and I said, Haley, remember we had that conversation?”
Haley: “That was day three.”
Lala: “I said, girl, you’re working so hard. You were just working this whole house. I was like, just calm down just a little bit.”
Lala: “And that was the conversation we had.”
Lala: “From there, I don’t know what it was, but you felt something from me, I felt something from you, and we just never came together to talk about what we were feeling about.”
Haley: “I agree.”
Lala: “And that, I think, was the problem.”
Lala: “Instead of letting it stir — and when it stirs, then everybody around you sees something stirring, and then they try to stir it and make it more than something that it was.”
Haley: “Yeah, I could see that.”
Lala: “So people came to me saying things. People came to you saying things. Bottom line is, we should have just said, you know what, let’s come together and have a talk.”
Haley: “Well, I think how we did it was, like, a perfect one.”
Haley: “Again, I was just more hurt because I’m just like — if someone’s talking about it, at least let it be of substance.”
Haley: “And so when it was the little chirpy thing, I’m like, that stuff doesn’t bother me. I’m cool.”
Lala: “I don’t have time to be talking about people like that. That’s not who I am.”
Lala: “So I don’t know who was telling you what. But again, as I said, when they see something, they run with it.”
Haley: “And again, you have nothing else to do in here.”
Haley: “But the bottom line is, I don’t think Melody is going to be saying anything to anybody else anytime soon.”
Haley: “I am going to probably talk to Taylor, but I just—”

Lala: “It was just very interesting how it literally spun on a dime.”
Lala: “I’ll let you go. You got a lot of people coming through, but you know, we cool, baby.”
Haley: “And obviously just appreciated if things stay between us.”
Lala: “Look, just like I told Kamu, Kamu told you, I’m a straight shooter. Honest.”
Haley: “Thank you. I appreciate it.”

9:11 am — Haley and Devens, HOH room

Lala has just left. Haley recaps her night.

Haley: “Not like I really wanted her to be in here for that long.”
Devens: “Sit wherever you want.”
Haley: “Welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome.”
Haley: “Yo, I think you’re gonna be pretty impressed.”

On Lyric:

Haley: “Okay, so Lyric came in. And it was crybaby, like, I wanna work with you. I’ve always wanted to work with you. You know, coming in, you were the first person.”
Haley: “I was like, well, you didn’t. I said, you kind of chose the other end.”
Haley: “And I was like, to be very honest, you say a lot of things.”
Haley: “And I was like, what looks bad to me, and why I didn’t want to work with you at the beginning, is your tactic is men.”
Haley: “And I was like, that’s messy.”
Haley: “But I was like, I would love to. I think you’re fun.”
Haley: “And I was like, but out of your group, you’re the only person that’s ever tried to get to know me. And I appreciate more of just the sincerity than I do the fakeness.”
Haley: “I was like, but obviously watch what you say.”
Haley: “And she’s like, well, I’ll tell you straight up — Lala and Taylor talk the most shit about you. Melody is gunning after, da da da da.”
Haley: “And I’m like, okay. She goes, well, so whatever you want to know, I’ll tell you, I’ll tell you.”
Haley: “I was in this three love triangle thing with this person, this person, this person. I was in the Four Seasons.”
Haley: “She goes, I want to jump ship. She goes, this is f—ing sinking.”
Devens: “That’s what I got last night.”
Devens: “Yeah, how did she react when you were like, your strategy is men?”
Haley: “Well, I was like, it kind of seems like you just kind of go from strong man to strong man. And I was like, that’s not my gameplay.”
Haley: “So I don’t know if us working together at the beginning would have been good.”
Devens: “Was she like, yeah, or was she like—”
Haley: “Nothing. Just took it. Like, oh, okay, great.”

Haley backs up to the night before.

Haley: “So let’s back up. Kamu got dragged in here with Lala and Angela, apparently, when not everyone was in here yet.”
Haley: “Melody ran her f—ing mouth and was like, f— Haley. I f—ing hate her. We got nothing in common. Just was going off.”
Devens: “After you won HOH?”
Haley: “Mm-hmm. And Lyric was there.”
Haley: “But it was all in the mirrors. And I guess Lala heard it all.”
Haley: “And this was Lala’s saving grace.”
Haley: “So she came in and I was like, it doesn’t bother me when people say shit.”
Haley: “And I was like, my entire life — it doesn’t matter what I look like, what sport I do, how tall I am, if I have tattoos, it doesn’t matter.”
Haley: “Again, if it has nothing to do with the game, then you’re playing an emotional game that I don’t care to play.”
Haley: “Because if I was playing an emotional game, my vote last week would have been the odd one out.”
Haley: “And I was like, so we’re good. We squashed it, whatever.”
Devens: “Stir the pot.”
Haley: “And I think it’s all going to be good beneficial.”

On Mallory:

Haley: “And I was like, yeah, we already had the conversation. Apparently you’ve been saying the three people.”
Haley: “She was like, hey, Kamu had told me that I had said da-da-da. She goes, I promise I never have.”
Haley: “And I said, regardless, that first week, water under the bridge. I was like, that was, again, guilty by association. A lot of people said it. I don’t really care.”
Haley: “And I said, but for you, the couple things that I’ve done with you — and again, we don’t talk a lot of game. We only talk about really nutrition and fitness.”
Haley: “But I was like, how many times have I come up to you and said, hey, you need to talk to other people? She goes, a couple.”
Haley: “And I said, and how inviting am I to you? A lot. Like, hey, come join.”
Haley: “I was like, even yesterday, I was like, hey, come play checkers. And you politely said no.”
Haley: “And I was like, but keep your friends close, your enemies closer, because your so-called friends wanted to jump ship from you that first week and didn’t want to be tied to a dead horse.”
Devens: “Did you tell her that she actually said that?”
Haley: “I didn’t say who.”
Devens: “You just implied.”
Haley: “And she goes, yeah, you’re not the first person that said that.”
Haley: “And I was like, so, again, I’ve been indirectly telling you, go talk to more people. Get to know people. I know you’re shy. I know you’re young.”
Haley: “And she goes, well, everyone now just thinks I’m a good game player. And I said, let’s not talk about the game.”
Haley: “You’re beautiful. You’re intelligent. You’re charismatic. You’re witty.”
Haley: “And I was like, you’re all this outside of the game. Throw you into this game, people are going to be drawn to that and know that you’re a competitor. You’ve already shown it.”
Haley: “And I said, so you know what? Embrace it.”
Haley: “But I was like, I’m not putting you up for noms. And I was like, breathe.”
Haley: “I’ve always been one-to-one to work with you. But it would come at its own time.”
Haley: “And I was like, but I would definitely just watch your back. Because again, keep your friends close, your enemies closer.”
Haley: “And I care for you as a person, outside of the game.”
Devens: “Love it. Strike number two. Love it. Just drive those wedges in.”
Devens: “In truth. All truth.”
Haley: “Yeah, so I have bases loaded at this point. I have bases loaded. And I’m up to bat.”

On Melody:

Haley: “Melody is b—-ing. She comes in.”
Haley: “Hey girl, so what are you feeling, like, I know it’s been like a rough call.”
Haley: “I said, yeah, like, I’m a b—-, f—ing people hate me, I’m a terrible person. I just started ranting some shit.”
Haley: “She goes, what? And I was like, yeah, it came from you.”
Haley: “I said, so when I came in and you were crying — go ahead and tell me that part. Let’s just skip to it.”
Haley: “And she looks at me. And I was like, okay, so I’ll keep going.”
Haley: “You know what? This is more than a game. This is more than just saying whatever.”
Haley: “And I was like, there’s one thing to be like, she’s a good game player, she looks intimidating.”
Haley: “But we get down to the nitty gritty and we’re just running our mouth.”
Haley: “I’m just really tired with being a have-not. I said, no, no, no, I was already a have-not.”
Haley: “This is mean girl behavior.”

On Taylor:

Haley: “She didn’t want Jason to go home. And she goes— and I was like, why are you surprised? They’re best friends.”
Haley: “And she goes, I just, you know, whatever, she’s my girl.”
Haley: “And I was like, yeah, well, what was the comment last night?”
Haley: “And then we brought up the whole Chuk stuff, and how she went to Chuk crying and all this shit.”
Haley: “And so I just kind of told her, and I was like, you know what? Keep your friends close, your enemies closer.”
Haley: “And I was like, because everyone keeps saying they’re guilty by association of you, and you can take that however you want.”
Haley: “And I was like, but people were gunning for Jason.”
Haley: “And she goes, you know what? Thank you. I said, you’re welcome.”
Haley: “Because Taylor’s not going to have anyone to go f—ing cry to.”
Haley: “So that’s my home run story.”
Haley: “Because nothing I said was wrong. It’s just straight up. No BS.”
Haley: “And I said it at the beginning. I’m not playing the f—ing bulls—.”
Devens: “It’s been a busy six hours.”

Haley: “I don’t know what I’m going to tell Drew. I still have to talk to Taylor.”
Haley: “I’m just going to tell her, listen, yeah, you stuck up for me, but your mouth kept running.”
Haley: “Again, I told you I got you that first day, and you still didn’t believe it.”
Haley: “Whatever, you’re still here, but that was a one-for-one, and I don’t have to play that keep-you-to-the-end-of-the-game just because we were have-nots at the beginning.”
Haley: “And I’ll tell her that there were multiple people that told me stuff even just yesterday that you were saying about me winning.”
Haley: “And again, if anyone hears most of the shit in the house, it’s gonna be me, because it’s always about me. And they come back to me and tell me.”
Haley: “And I was like, so this is a game of who’s telling you what. But, you know, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice. I’ve gotta believe something.”
Devens: “So are you having fun?”
Haley: “No, no. Actually, once everyone left, I cried, just because I was so emotionless with it.”
Devens: “Just, like, cathartic?”
Haley: “Yeah, I’ve just been so emotionless. And then I was like, well, f—.”
Haley: “Because you kind of get there. You see a lot of people that don’t even ever win HOH.”
Haley: “They go through the whole game and they get out. And so it was pretty cool.”
Haley: “And the fact that they put Kristen’s photo. She is the sweetest woman.”

On the HOH photos:

Haley: “I wish I would have seen my mom, but the letter was pretty nice.”
Haley: “And that was all pre-tattoo Haley with my stepdad, so I think that photo they took is funny.”
Haley: “And then that picture of Loki — he has overalls on. That’s what he wore during my intro.”
Devens: “I love it. It’s like you just said walk and treat.”
Haley: “No, I say pokey, and he goes—”
Haley: “So those were actually from the photo shoot day, so that was fun.”

The nominations

Haley: “But I’m still floating. I want to talk to everyone, at least try to talk together just five minutes and just say, hey, this is what I’m—”
Haley: “But I think it’s more so of, like, hey, I’ve got to throw a guy in. I want to use you as a pawn.”
Haley: “But everyone that came in here said, go for the next showmance.”
Haley: “And looking at little things, it makes the most sense. I know you don’t love it, but—”
Devens: “It’s like, you’re going to be safe because you’re good on both sides.”
Haley: “And I don’t care which three go home. I think as long as we play our cards right with Drew.”
Haley: “Obviously, I don’t care for Taylor or Melody. But obviously, you had your shit with Melody. Taylor’s going to skate by.”
Haley: “And with Drew, if we really use that to our advantage, then what Dee stood up and said at the tea party — it wasn’t an eight. It was because we wanted to get Rome out.”
Haley: “And so I think that makes great sense.”
Haley: “And I don’t think there’s any blood on anyone’s hands for next week when it’s just normal.”
Haley: “And if we win the veto, I wanna keep noms the same.”
Haley: “Because I feel like this is the easiest to skate by, and we just gotta word it correctly with Drew.”
Devens: “All right, well, whatever you need from me, game-wise or otherwise.”

On Yash:

Haley: “Do you have any other suggestions other than another person?”
Haley: “I did the same thing with Yash. It was like, you were the final two, and we kind of were just like, you’re good.”
Haley: “And I don’t want to rock that boat yet, especially if you get free haircuts.”
Devens: “He’s a good person. I know. Keep my barber safe.”
Devens: “No, I think you got to keep him kind of—”
Haley: “Yeah, we’ve never talked game. We’ve never talked game, but I do think—”
Devens: “I think that makes sense. And it’s like Drew is insulated on both sides.”
Haley: “I think he knew, too, that if he plays both sides, someone’s got to do it.”
Devens: “Cheers. It’s going to be a long f—ing morning. Need another coffee or anything?”
Haley: “No, I still got mine. It’ll be fine.”
Devens: “Good luck. Heavy is the head that wears the crown.”
Haley: “Yeah, this crown’s a little heavy, I’m not going to lie. Especially not sleeping, but it’ll be fine.”
Devens: “Today’s the roughest day. You’ll get more sleep after this. Do you want me to send someone in?”
Haley: “Yeah. Just next, whoever’s next.”

9:45 am – Haley and Kamu, HOH room

Kamu: “Yo, so how you feeling? What’s the word? What do you need? I trust you. Do you need anything from me?”
Haley: “No, I think I already planted all the seeds that I wanted.”

On Lyric:

Haley: “So long story short, Lyric came in here and was like, I wanted to work with you from day one.”
Haley: “And I said, I love that, but we don’t have the same gameplay. I was like, you kind of bounce from man to man. And I said, I don’t need to hide behind a guy.”
Kamu: “You said that to her?”
Haley: “In a nice way.”
Kamu: “That’s actually the one thing that I did want to talk to you about was Lyric. Our conversation last night was probably longer than every one of our conversations combined over the last three weeks.”
Haley: “I was like, your gameplay is to latch on to a guy. And it’s not a bad thing, I think that’s smart for girls, but I’m definitely not somebody that wants that.”
Haley: “And so she was like, I want to jump ship. I don’t want to work with them anymore. It’s a sinking ship.”
Haley: “And I told her, I commended you for your fire after the Rome thing, in the heat of it when he was still here, because you thought of it as a woman and as a game player. And then you reverted.”
Haley: “So I was like, I didn’t love that. But again, water under the bridge.”
Haley: “And out of all your alliance, you’re the only one that’s been like, how are you doing? How are you feeling? Let me get to know you on a personal level.”
Haley: “But I did call her out on the guy thing. I was like, I love that you want to work with me, but you want to work with me now, and your gameplay is a lot different than mine. And it’s very noticeable.”
Haley: “Don’t go to everyone saying you’ll save them and not put them up, because you will have to. There’s only one winner.”
Haley: “And I was like, but if you’re going to attach to another person, make sure that you’re not doing it to multiple.”

On Mallory:

Haley: “Round two, Mallory comes in. And she was like, how are you feeling?”
Haley: “And I was like, the last couple weeks, how many times did I come up to you like, hey, kind of spread yourself out?”
Haley: “And remember that day I told you, you were like, stop, why are you helping the enemy?”
Haley: “And I said, keep your friends close, your enemies closer. As a friend, and somebody that hasn’t talked game with you, I have been saying, hey, separate yourself a little bit.”
Haley: “I don’t need to talk shit. I don’t need to drag anyone’s name in. I came to you as a person that sees your value as a person, not just a player.”
Haley: “And she goes, I really respect that. She goes, I now see the full circle.”
Haley: “She goes, and if I did say your name — she goes, I didn’t mean it in a way.”
Haley: “And I was like, if people said me, Haley, or Haley, Chuk and Kamu, I don’t give two shits about that, because I will be flat honest, we don’t have anything.”
Haley: “And I was like, guilty by association. Kamu and I have tattoos, and Chuk and I have knots together, and we’re just friends.”
Kamu: “Which is perfect, because I totally downplayed our relationship, too. So at least there’s some consistency there.”
Kamu: “Well, it’s the same as the three girls. If you talk to the three girls, they swear.”
Kamu: “In the beginning, I didn’t really believe them, but now I actually kind of do. Because Mallory, Melody and Lyric, when you talk to them, as close as they are—”
Haley: “They all have different things.”
Kamu: “Yeah, and from what I’ve heard, they don’t ever really talk game.”
Kamu: “Lyric was the first person to tell me that, and then I talked to Melody last week, and Melody was like, yeah, we don’t really talk a whole lot of game.”
Haley: “So I told her that, and I didn’t say any names, and I was like, but I’m gonna let you breathe.”
Kamu: “You’re not putting her up?”
Haley: “Not the first time. If I have to backdoor, fine, but she’s not.”
Kamu: “Oh, she’s probably so happy.”
Haley: “Yeah, and I said breathe, and I was like, but actions speak louder than words. Go and be your own person.”
Haley: “Do whatever, because if Lyric backs off, she’s gonna have to do something.”
Haley: “Bases loaded at this point.”

On Melody:

Haley: “Melody comes in here.”
Haley: “And I said, so what’s your next excuse? And I’m still smiling.”
Haley: “And she goes, well, like the whole group thing. And I said, the group thing again.”
Haley: “And she goes, and everyone talks about you in the house. And I was like, and says what?”
Kamu: “Yeah, who’s everyone?”
Haley: “And I said, Lala. And I said, yeah, there’s a lot of tension. But you know who wasn’t running her mouth? Me.”
Haley: “And I was like, I don’t need to do that, because you know what? That’s mean girl behavior.”
Haley: “And so she’s just sitting there not knowing what to say. And I said, so who would you put up?”
Haley: “She goes, well, I, yeah, you and, like, whatever.”
Kamu: “She should have lied.”
Haley: “Yeah, she did say me.”
Kamu: “If there was a time to lie, she should have lied.”
Haley: “She had no reason to lie, though, at that point.”
Kamu: “But admitting, in Big Brother, admitting, yeah, if I were in your shoes, I’d put you up.”
Kamu: “Dude, she’s shooting herself in the foot. She should have lied and been like, oh, I probably would have.”
Haley: “She said Lala. And then she says another person.”

On Taylor:

Haley: “That’s one I’m avoiding for a hot second.”
Kamu: “She’s coming in next. She was supposed to come in before me, but got called to the DR.”
Haley: “Coach might have to sit me down for a second, because that one’s going to be a hot one.”
Kamu: “What are you going to tell Taylor?”
Haley: “Well, let me get to my home run.”
Haley: “She literally — I walk out, go get my shit. She’s bawling.”
Kamu: “Of course, she knows.”
Haley: “So she is one. Taylor is one. And then Lala comes back in this morning.”
Kamu: “What was Lala trying to do this morning?”
Haley: “Just trying to reiterate her saving grace. And she goes, well, you know that me, Lala — or me, Taylor, Angela and Dee wanted to bring you in.”
Haley: “And I was like, you wanted to bring me in, but you wanted to bring me in at arm’s distance.”
Haley: “And I said, so that was never an alliance and none of us ever spoke.”
Haley: “And she goes, well, who said that? And I was like, Jason, Jason. Angela told me.”
Haley: “And she goes, that wasn’t Jason. I was like, regardless, whatever, it’s not a thing.”
Haley: “So I said, you know what, Lala — coming down to it, I think your next biggest ally was voting to keep Jason in.”
Haley: “And I was like, and that didn’t come from just outside speculation. That came from multiple people.”
Haley: “And I said, so again, keep your friends close, your enemies closer, and because people don’t like your gameplay, they’re jumping ship.”
Haley: “She goes, Taylor. And I said, is what it is.”
Kamu: “Oh, shoot.”
Haley: “She goes, that explains why — because someone made a comment about, oh, you’re not getting her snacks up there.”
Haley: “And she goes, no, no, no, Haley and I are good. Like, she got pissed, then starts crying to Chuk.”
Haley: “So I planted that little seed right there.”
Kamu: “Yeah, yeah. Nicely done.”
Haley: “And so she just buddies up to Angela and Dee.”
Haley: “And so apparently she was talking about me to Lyric yesterday, or talking about me in front of Lyric.”
Haley: “And Lyric’s the one that told me that, which I somewhat believe, because I’m like, why else would you say her name specifically?”
Haley: “So that was a grand slam for me, with telling Lala, hey, Taylor was advocating for Jason.”
Haley: “You know, and that’s coming from a lot of people. And it’s not just from me.”
Haley: “And I was like, I’ll be honest, she never came and said that to me. But I just watch your back.”
Kamu: “Hey, it sounds like you’re having a good HOH so far, and you’re planting good seeds.”
Kamu: “What I was going to say about Lala, though, is she loves Jason so much.”
Kamu: “But it’s like, if she picked Jason to play in the veto — according to Jason, he was gonna use the veto however I wanted him to use it, and I wouldn’t have had him use it on Lala. So then what?”
Haley: “She said that she made a comment last week that she can’t trust nobody.”
Kamu: “Yeah, she says that. But you know she loves Taylor, and she loved Jason as well.”
Kamu: “Lala, though, she doesn’t know how to separate game from personal.”
Kamu: “And that’s what, when I was HOH, that’s what I was talking to her about. I’m like, Lala, you have to separate the two, because she was really hurt.”
Haley: “But the thing is, Rome never said anything bad. He just didn’t advocate for it.”
Haley: “And I said, Taylor never said anything bad about you. It was just she wants Jason, because Jason’s a strong player.”
Kamu: “So hopefully she’s starting to learn a little bit. Like, okay, wait, I can be friends with people who want me out of the house.”

On her speech to the house:

Haley: “Oh, I talked to Devens. Devens was the first person I said, hey, how should I read my letter?”
Kamu: “Hey, as soon as you did that, I was standing in the back, and as soon as you started talking about your name being dragged in the mud, I went like this. I just took a half step back.”
Kamu: “I just watched with a big old grin on my face.”
Kamu: “But you did it perfectly. Perfectly.”
Kamu: “I just sat back there with a big old smile. Just enjoying the show.”
Haley: “Because again, I believe everyone at some point had said my name. Everyone.”
Haley: “It’s more of the fact of, like, if you’re going to have a reason to be so mean — I will give you the reason now.”
Haley: “I’m going to speak my mind. And I’ve been truthful this time.”

On the competition:

Haley: “That was the hardest f—ing competition, dude.”
Kamu: “Because you don’t know what to look for. There are six different rooms.”
Haley: “There were eight different huge things. And it was the cane, the hat, the keys, the chess pieces. The flowers, the apples.”
Haley: “And then you had random shit. You had a f—ing lantern, this random-ass candle.”
Kamu: “Lyric did a good job. Barrett did a good job. Taylor was in for a long time. You guys were crushing it.”
Haley: “The only person I was worried about was Taylor, because she kept giving me weird looks during the competition. And I’m just like, for what?”
Kamu: “Mallory was the person I was most worried about, just because I just put her up and everything. And again, the tea party.”
Kamu: “I was like, Mallory, you can pick me. Because Dee — I told Dee she could pick me.”
Kamu: “And then Devens was like, oh dude, Dee’s going to have to fight Mallory to pick you. And I was like, that’s a good point.”
Kamu: “So I just told Dee, hey, don’t pick me. And I told Mallory, Mallory, you can pick me.”
Kamu: “Mallory went home round one, and I was like, okay, cool.”
Kamu: “And then Lala, I think, was right afterwards. And then it was just Lyric and Taylor.”
Kamu: “And then two Tool Shed members. And then Yash, who’s basically a Tool Shed member.”
Kamu: “So once it was you and Yash, I was like, dude, we’re good.”

On Drew and the pawn plan:

Haley: “Drew was going off the list. He threw out Devens’ name, not in a malicious way, but like, no one would suspect that.”
Haley: “He said it’d be silly to throw out Chuk. He was like, because that’s your go-to.”
Haley: “But I told him, we gotta be smart, because we gotta stack that veto.”
Haley: “And I think me telling Mallory — I think she would do whatever I wanted, because then again, if she won it, I could still backdoor her.”
Haley: “If she tried to use it, I’d backdoor her. And then that alliance is gone.”
Kamu: “You wouldn’t be able to backdoor if she won it.”
Haley: “Or if somebody from her side won it and she did the whole weird bulls— thing, like if she used it on Melody, I would be like, all right, f— that, you’re out.”
Haley: “So then Drew was running through the list, and he didn’t say your name, but he was like, yeah, I just don’t know what you would do.”
Haley: “And I was like, I really want a strong veto comp with good players. And that’s something that I trust.”
Haley: “But I think our entire alliance is going to have to reassure that person, because I’m going to do a pawn this week, 1000%.”
Haley: “So, but I never told him names.”
Kamu: “You didn’t tell him you’re going to put him up?”
Haley: “But I think when we all kind of talk, I feel like a couple people would be like, well, Drew, you play both sides. This would be perfect.”
Haley: “But I think I’ll only do it with you, Devens, and Dee, and maybe Angela. I don’t want it to be everyone.”
Haley: “I need two people to be like, dude, that makes the most sense, because you have both sides.”

Kamu asks to be left out.

Kamu: “Leave me out of that meeting. Because he thinks that we’re working super closely together.”
Kamu: “And so I don’t want him to think that I’m cool with him going up on the block, because then he’s not going to trust me as much.”
Kamu: “So if you leave me out of the meeting and he goes up, all I’ll say to him was, dude, when we talked, she said that she was gonna put up a pawn, like a dude, but she told me that I was okay, and she didn’t tell me who she was gonna put up.”
Haley: “Yeah, and I told him, I’m keeping my cards to my chest.”
Kamu: “And it makes the most sense, because bro’s playing harder than everybody in the house.”
Kamu: “And also, if you leave me out and if you leave Chuk out, now it doesn’t look like we’re as tight as everybody thinks we are.”
Haley: “Chuk and I look closer than you and I.”
Kamu: “I want that to be the case. Here’s what I tell everybody. For me and you, I told you, dude, I’d be willing to take you to the end. And I mean that 100%.”
Kamu: “When I was HOH, I’m like, people keep talking about Haley, Chuk and me. And I’m like, to be honest with you, I feel like I’m at the bottom of that.”
Kamu: “I said, we became friends on week one. We just gravitated towards each other week one.”
Kamu: “And I think I’d be the first one out between the three of us — which is what I want them to think.”
Kamu: “So if I’m not in here, in fact, if you bring Chuk in and I’m out, that lines up with what I’ve been saying. And it takes heat off of us.”
Haley: “I’m just going to play dumb, and if he asks, like, did Kamu know this — you can even say, I know you guys are close, I didn’t tell him. I’m not telling anybody yet.”
Kamu: “Because I want him to still come to me with information.”
Kamu: “He plays all the different sides. I bet you there’s so many things that I’ve told him that he’s told other people.”
Kamu: “So just so that our stories are straight, I’m just going to say, hey, she told me that she was putting up a pawn and she wanted it to be a dude because she didn’t want to put three women up. But she didn’t tell me who that pawn was going to be.”
Haley: “Well, I also told him I want to talk to everyone first.”
Kamu: “That’s the right move, instead of blindsiding him.”
Haley: “Yeah, I’m going to tell him, like, hey, you and I have been at it at the very beginning. If you need to put me up next week as a pawn, I totally get it.”
Haley: “But everyone’s got your back. You’re the fun person in the house. But I have to put up a guy.”
Kamu: “Yeah, no, that’s perfect. And then I won’t be here for the meeting, and I’m just going to play dumb.”
Haley: “Yeah, I think I just need Devens to advocate a little bit more.”
Haley: “So if you could go maybe talk to Devens, because I’ve already talked to Devens today.”
Kamu: “I’ll talk to Devens, because I actually wanted to talk to Devens about Lyric as well.”
Kamu: “If I were you, I would bring Chuk. Let people think that you and Chuk are tight, and let them think that I’m not tight with you.”
Haley: “The only problem with Chuk is he just sits there. He’s dead weight.”
Kamu: “Well, you and I, we can talk game. And we can keep Chuk around and use him as a number.”
Kamu: “He’s going to vote with us. But at some point in time—”
Haley: “He has no gameplay, though.”
Kamu: “Because then we can kind of pull the strings.”

Kamu’s pitch

Kamu: “Let me run this by you real quick with Lyric, okay?”
Kamu: “So Lyric, last night, she goes, can I pull you aside? And she finally just opened up.”
Kamu: “Sometimes it feels like I’m pulling teeth to get Lyric to talk.”
Kamu: “I was like, hey, what’s your favorite ice cream? She’s like, what’s yours?”
Haley: “She always does that. She always does that.”
Kamu: “And I’m like, I want to know about you. I want to get to know you as a person. But she doesn’t like talking about herself.”
Kamu: “She told me, she goes, I love Melody. I don’t want to work with them.”
Haley: “She told me the same thing.”
Kamu: “I said, Lyric, you have to tell Haley everything you’re telling me right now.”
Kamu: “She goes, look at that wall. She’s like, two out of the three of the Love Triangle alliance members. And she’s like, I don’t want to be the next person.”
Kamu: “And she goes, I love Melody, I love Mallory, but they are on a sinking ship.”
Kamu: “She goes, outside of the house, I hope that we’re really good friends. But she goes, I cannot keep associating with them, because I’m going to be picked off.”
Haley: “But this was her same speech when Rome was up.”
Haley: “I said, yes, I’m so glad you want to work with me, but our gameplay is different. In the nicest way possible, you run to guy to guy to guy, and you say the same thing.”
Haley: “You want to work with us now because of the fact that your entire game just sunk.”
Haley: “If you would have came to me week two and she stood on business and left the Rome shit, I’d be like, okay, actions speak louder than words.”
Haley: “The moment he left, she immediately ran to Chuk, said her little flirty shit — I wanna work with you, you’re the first guy I had attraction to in the house — and then she said the same script to you.”
Haley: “Like, you’re using your sexuality.”

Kamu makes the counter.

Kamu: “I guess my counter to that would be, somebody who’s desperate is very useful. Because right now, if she doesn’t work with us, she’s gonna end up talking to another member of the Tool Shed.”
Kamu: “And she’s gonna try to get in with them, because she’s desperate. So for me, I’m like, we could use that.”
Kamu: “I put her up on the block, and she came up to me after I nominated her. She knocks on the door and she’s like, I just want to let you know I trust you. I understand this decision. I’m not upset with you.”
Kamu: “And she gave me a hug and she left. I thought that was so gracious of her.”
Kamu: “She goes out there, she wins the veto. Not only did she win the veto, she got the two highest scores.”
Haley: “She f—ing killed it.”
Kamu: “She’s the only person that rolled a 70.”
Kamu: “She’s proven that she’s good under pressure, that she can compete.”
Kamu: “And Mallory, for us last week, was our champion to go beat Jason. And she smoked Mallory.”
Haley: “I think she’d be a good competitor. I just don’t like the social aspect, because I just see the tension.”
Kamu: “But I can put all of that aside. I don’t care if she’s flirting. Flirt, flirt, all you want, flirt. Are you gonna be loyal to us?”
Kamu: “First of all, she’s a better competitor. We’ve underestimated her. She’s smarter than we’ve given her credit for.”
Kamu: “She told me, I love Melody and Mallory, but I would absolutely put them up before I would attack any of your people or this side of the house.”
Kamu: “She goes, I want to work with the winning side of the house.”
Haley: “Let me give you the counter for that. She’s only saying that because they’re losing.”
Kamu: “But why isn’t Mallory having those conversations?”

Kamu names the real target.

Kamu: “So here’s the rest of my pitch. There are two people right now in the Tool Shed on our side that we question.”
Kamu: “It was Devens, Dee, Yash, and Drew. So it was the five of us, and we were talking about the vote.”
Kamu: “And we knew that we wanted to vote out Mallory if it came down to Mallory and Lala.”
Kamu: “But Drew has been pushing to keep Mallory, even though the biggest reason why Mallory was on the block was because Drew told me that she had said my name multiple times.”
Kamu: “And I told that to Drew. I’m like, Drew, Mallory’s on the block because you told me she was gunning after me, and now you’re trying to keep her.”
Kamu: “I’m like, bro, if we’re working together and we’re part of the Tool Shed, why would you want me to keep somebody who’s coming after me?”
Kamu: “Drew was the second person to leave, and Yash told me later on that as soon as he left, he went right outside and starts whispering to Melody.”
Kamu: “Bro, how are you gonna be up here talking game with us, members of the Tool Shed, and then go right out there and start talking game to them?”
Kamu: “Here’s my thought, this is my pitch. Maybe Drew’s not just a pawn this week.”
Kamu: “I love Drew on a personal level. I don’t know how much I trust him.”
Haley: “Honestly, out of those three, I don’t care who goes home.”
Kamu: “So maybe he’s not just a pawn. By the way, you were the only person I’m saying this to. I’m going to talk to Devens too, but this is the first time I’m saying this out loud.”
Kamu: “Maybe it’s his time, and we replace him with Lyric, who is absolutely willing to take shots against the other side of the house.”
Kamu: “Because she told me, I’m sick of being on the wrong side of the votes. I’m sick of being on the block.”
Kamu: “She’s like, I want to do anything that I can to find a group of people that I can protect who will protect me. She’s like, that’s why I’m here.”
Kamu: “I’m telling you, if she doesn’t go home very soon, she’s going to win an HOH. It’s going to happen.”

Haley warns him about Dee.

Haley: “I think the only people I would talk to about it is just Devens.”
Kamu: “I think Dee would be as well.”
Haley: “Yeah, but you’ve got to be careful. Anything you tell Dee comes back to me.”
Haley: “And then Angela will always know.”
Kamu: “Do you tell Angela, or does Dee tell Angela? Well, that’s good to know.”
Haley: “But if you and I were to have a conversation — you specifically didn’t tell me until I was like, I already know about this f—ing shit.”
Haley: “But you told her, don’t tell anybody, and what happened?”
Kamu: “But the reason why I said that, just so that you know, was because I wanted everyone’s genuine reaction. I didn’t want anyone to sit there knowing what I was about to say.”
Haley: “I think you can trust her 1,000%. But again, it comes down to it. You’re never going to have a secret.”
Haley: “Whereas with mine, I will tell you, and I could keep stuff if I had to from them.”

On Drew and Barrett:

Kamu: “The only thing is, I know that almost everybody — I think with the exception of Drew and Barrett — everybody feels the same way.”
Kamu: “Even last night, Drew and Barrett were in the hot tub, inside the couch, the whole time. With Mallory and Melody.”
Kamu: “Those are the only two that I question. Haley, they legitimately were trying to flip the votes to keep Mallory. They were working against us to do that.”
Kamu: “The only reason why they didn’t vote against us was because they didn’t have the numbers. If they would have, they would have easily voted against us like that.”
Haley: “I told Mallory, I said, I think it would have been 50-50. And Kamu would have had to break it.”
Haley: “And so I gave her that reassurance. So if she goes back and tells Barrett — because Barrett and I never talked about the votes.”
Kamu: “I question Drew and Barrett’s alliances. They tried to flip the votes.”
Kamu: “Out of everybody in our Tool Shed alliance, the only two people that I’m sus of are Drew and Barrett.”
Kamu: “And nobody else would have. Everybody else in our alliance is so solid.”
Kamu: “And she is so desperate that if we were to take her in, she’d be more solid than Drew and Barrett.”

Haley: “I see what you’re saying. I just don’t think other people will buy it. So maybe a little bit more time, maybe a little bit more action.”
Kamu: “And she assured me last night, she goes, hey, just so that you know, if I win HOH tonight, I’m not putting you up.”
Kamu: “She’s like, the writing is on the wall on the other side of the house. And I want nothing to do with that.”
Haley: “I think from the other side’s perspective, keep a little distance from her. And then you guys can still work.”
Haley: “But she really does follow people around like a lost puppy. And it really does look bad.”
Haley: “And then I think this plan could work in the next week or so.”
Kamu: “I’m not going to go out on my shield for that. I just want to throw that out there, because I think that we could use her.”
Kamu: “I don’t think this is a pitch you would say to Dee or Angela or Chuk. I’m going to start with Devens and see what his thoughts are.”
Kamu: “We don’t need an additional number, but we may need to trim some fat and bring on a number that’s actually with us.”
Kamu: “You told me last week, you’re like, Drew said that he is going to throw HOHs.”
Haley: “I want somebody who’s going to win HOH.”
Kamu: “Lyric is going to try. She told me, I’m going to try to win HOH.”
Haley: “But I don’t see her putting up her friends at all, regardless.”
Kamu: “I think she would. Because what’s her other option?”

They wrap up.

Kamu: “Perfect. And then so I’m going to keep telling people I’m at the bottom of you, Chuk, me. I’m at the bottom, because I want to separate myself from you.”
Kamu: “And then when you have that meeting, keep me out of it.”
Kamu: “And then I’m going to tell people, specifically Drew, that I had no idea who you were going to throw up.”
Haley: “Well, it’s good, because I told them I wasn’t telling anybody.”
Kamu: “I’m just going to say, dude, she did tell me that she wanted to put up a guy, but that he’d probably be a pawn. But she told me that I was good. That’s all I’m going to say.”
Kamu: “Hey, this is exciting. So far, you’re killing it, by the way.”
Haley: “I’m not a f—ing weenie. I hate people that come in here and be like the weird shit.”
Haley: “You can be the mean girl, you can be the flirt. But I’m just straight up. I’m not going to talk about you. This is what this is.”

Barrett: “Did you get any sleep last night or no?”
Haley: “No, I think I went to bed at like 5 o’clock, which sucks. I also couldn’t fall asleep for like 45 minutes.”
Haley: “I kind of hit my — I read that again and I was like, f—, that really was a lot.”
Barrett: “I’m good, I’m tired. It was a long day yesterday. But happy to be in the Big Brother house always, even if I’m tired as f—.”
Haley: “I know there was a lot of drama yesterday, just again with me winning it. Apparently there was a lot of talking, and I’m like, well, I guess it comes with it.”
Haley: “Did you hear anything of conversations that I’ve had?”
Barrett: “No, not really.”
Barrett: “I heard from Dee earlier that you maybe wanted to get, like, grouped together.”
Haley: “I do want to talk to people.”
Haley: “Well, that’s good, because everything I’ve said — if you repeat it, you look like a f—ing idiot.”
Haley: “There’s a way to play Big Brother, but there’s also a way to be a mean girl.”
Haley: “And I never, ever will be on a side with somebody that’s just flat f—ing mean.”
Haley: “So yesterday, I won’t say names, but yesterday it was like, f— her. I f—ing hate her. She’s so annoying. And in front of multiple people.”
Haley: “It’s one thing to hear it from one person. But to hear it from three people—”
Barrett: “Wait, you had this conversation with somebody?”
Haley: “Uh-huh. The person that said it all.”
Barrett: “Oh, shit.”
Haley: “I said, you know, there’s a way to play the game, but to just be a flat mean girl is terrible. To have that persona is f—ing mean.”

Haley clears Barrett’s name.

Haley: “Obviously your name got out last week. There is a lot of talk. And I’m just coming to you person to person. I love you.”
Haley: “That you were trying to flip the sides, obviously. But again, if it’s your homie, it’s your homie. So you’re playing the game.”
Haley: “And I think also keeping your word is so honorable. And I commend you for that. And I don’t think some people see it that way.”
Haley: “But if you make a promise, you make a promise. And that goes a long way for me.”
Haley: “There’s everyone trying to bring the drama in from last week about, like, are people really with us or not. And so I’ve really battled — like, Barrett’s your homie, but again, you can’t fault anyone for wanting to keep their best friend.”
Haley: “And I said, I don’t think one vote would have been a big thing. But I just wanted you to know.”
Haley: “Or how that happened with Mal, I don’t know. I don’t know if she’s the one that told people or not, but I’m just trying to clear your name.”
Barrett: “I certainly think that Mallory is one of my best friends in this house, and I wouldn’t have thought that maybe there was even a chance to keep her if there weren’t, you know, seven other people saying that they would keep her.”
Barrett: “So to say that I was trying to flip the vote, I don’t think that that is exactly accurate.”
Barrett: “For the record, I would have voted Mallory out yesterday.”
Haley: “I hope that wasn’t ever in question.”
Haley: “I’m just telling you, I got you. I’m not gonna let people f—ing do that shit to you.”
Haley: “Like, that shit just pissed me off, because that was the same seat I was in at the beginning, and you heard me out. You saw every angle and you gave your feedback, too.”
Haley: “So I’m not gonna ever let anyone drag you.”
Barrett: “Well, thank you.”

On nominations:

Haley: “As far as nominations, I think you kind of know my game plan. I’m not here to just play it safe.”
Haley: “I think it would be really silly for me to go after easy targets, because it doesn’t help anyone in the house.”
Haley: “I think the people that I am considering are people that — again, just the bulls—. It’s multiple people saying the same thing. It’s how you present yourself in the house.”
Haley: “I don’t care if you call me a b—-. Do not care. Because Lala would be on that block immediately.”
Haley: “But I think it’s how you carry yourself, how comfortable you make people around you feel. And then also I’m going to do what’s best for my gameplay.”
Haley: “If you were in this position, who do you feel like you would put up?”
Barrett: “I don’t feel like I talk a lot of game with, like, Taylor.”
Barrett: “I feel like Taylor is somebody that has been kind of mysterious in this game so far to me. And we do have good talks sometimes, but it’s like—”
Haley: “Not of substance.”
Barrett: “Never of substance. Or I can go three days without even really talking to her at all.”
Barrett: “And the same thing I would say with Lala, to a degree.”
Barrett: “But to be honest, if we were in that room together in the HOH being like, do you want this? Do you want this? I would have been riding with just whatever the eight really wanted to do.”
Barrett: “Because I think having a majority right now in this game is so good and so powerful, and we could f—ing ride that shit if we want to. And I think that would be so insane.”
Barrett: “So it’s also a combination of what other people would want. That’s my priority in this game.”
Barrett: “I think a lot of it is, this game is truly about who you can trust.”

Haley explains the pawn.

Haley: “If I just go and throw up all the three girls that we think aren’t threats or they’re easy targets, I feel like from our standpoint there’s no integrity.”
Haley: “Dee stood up at that tea party and was like, there’s eight people in that room. They’re all coming for you guys.”
Haley: “I think we can shift the focus off of everyone in that and really protect every side of that Tool Shed alliance, because as long as we stay true to it and we know the one person we’re going after, we can use a pawn. And eventually we’re going to have to use a pawn.”
Haley: “So if somebody needs to take a pawn up now and be like, hey, this is what this is — but we give that reassurance. Hey, we got you. You’re good.”
Haley: “I think it would be beneficial. But my game plan, I’m never just going to go and shoot the low end of the other side just to have an easy week.”
Haley: “I think putting Lala up would be stupid. I think it would be a waste of a pawn.”
Haley: “I think it would be silly, because when it comes down to that veto, she’s not going to win it.”
Haley: “And I want that person as my pawn to be up there, somebody that’s strong that can win it.”
Haley: “So my angle in this is to throw up the two people where I’m just kind of like, hey, is what it is. I have my specific reasons for it.”
Haley: “I think once I say it, people will be like, makes sense to me. It’s not going to hurt anybody else’s gameplay.”
Haley: “But the pawn standpoint — I need a strong player, or at least somebody that is still good and has no blood right now.”
Haley: “Because I would want my nominations to stay the same. And if they stay the same, then it’s still that reassurance of, we still got you.”
Barrett: “So you want your pawn to be sitting there as one of the two nominees?”
Haley: “If they win the veto, then I want my nominations to stay the same.”
Barrett: “But if they win the veto, they would take themselves off?”
Haley: “I would ask them not to use it.”
Barrett: “So you’d ask a pawn to go up and then—”
Haley: “No, I’m sorry. If it came down to it and they had the chance to win it, I want that confidence of the fact that I could keep it.”
Haley: “I need somebody — because that’s how your words get twisted.”
Haley: “I would need that person to know the people that are else in the game, to have that same vision as our main people.”
Haley: “Again, I think anyone in this position, if you just shoot for the other side, it’s the same thing that Jason said at the very end.”
Haley: “I think if we’re going to do something, we’ve got to do it smart, but in a way that’s not going to hurt other people for weeks coming in.”

Barrett pushes back.

Barrett: “What is the benefit of having a majority alliance and then putting someone up when you have the majority already?”
Haley: “No one really knows at this point if it was real or fake, or if there are certain things within the groups.”
Haley: “Because people are like, oh, it’s the girls now. Taylor and Lala and Haley and Angela and Dee. Or it’s just Chuk and Kamu and Drew and Devens.”
Haley: “Everyone’s very skeptical about who is actually working with who. Like, I’ve heard you and Mallory and Melody and Drew.”
Haley: “But if you look at the board, eventually there’s going to be no girls left, and I’m still a girl.”
Barrett: “I mean, it’s been two guy evictions in a row.”
Haley: “And if we keep shooting after the girls, the only three girls in that alliance is just me, Dee and Angela.”
Haley: “And it’s going to come down to where people are going to be like, okay, let’s go Lala, let’s go Taylor.”
Haley: “And then where else are we going to shoot from another side if all the guys after this start winning it?”
Barrett: “I guess I just thought when we were in here and had a name and everything, that that was the thing.”
Barrett: “I thought we formed something then. And that was the understanding I’ve had with everybody else I’ve talked to.”
Barrett: “So — are you wanting to put somebody up as a pawn within the eight that we have?”
Haley: “I’m just saying it’s going to have to happen eventually. It’s going to have to happen.”
Haley: “But I’m not just going to shoot for just the girls just because.”
Haley: “And eventually it’s gonna come down to it, but I think I have to do what’s best for myself after this too, because you can’t trust people.”
Haley: “Like, to sit here and be like, I trust those seven with my life. No f—ing way. No f—ing way.”
Haley: “Everyone I’ve talked to has spilled all their f—ing shit about this person, that person. And I’m like, damn, I thought you guys were best friends.”
Haley: “How can you sit there and do that to somebody, and you’re supposed to be in that alliance? People are shit-talking about people in this alliance already, and I’m like, what the hell.”
Haley: “I feel like I know a solid two people I want to put up. I’m just thinking about the third person of what I want to do.”
Haley: “But I just don’t know. What are your thoughts? That was a lot I threw at you. Sorry.”

Barrett says no.

Barrett: “So that third person you would love to be a pawn, someone that can compete — I guess I’ll just say I’m not comfortable being a pawn.”
Barrett: “I’ve done pretty shitty in both vetoes that I’ve competed in. In fact, I think I’ve gotten pretty much dead last in both vetoes that I’ve competed in.”
Barrett: “So if you want to throw up a pawn that is going to compete in the veto and potentially win it, I don’t know if I’m the guy for you.”
Barrett: “But I also just — I guess I had a different idea of what we formed in here as the Tool Shed.”
Barrett: “If I was HOH, my priority would have been to keep us eight together.”
Haley: “I’m not saying our side. Sorry, I’m not saying our side.”
Haley: “But there has been chitter chatter where my name’s been thrown out again with people that are in our Tool Shed.”
Barrett: “Oh, shit.”
Haley: “And I don’t love it. But again, I have to do what’s best for a majority and then myself too.”
Haley: “I mean, there’s plenty of other people still on the other side that aren’t just girls.”
Barrett: “But you want it to be a guy. Is that what you’re saying?”
Haley: “It doesn’t have to be, but it needs to be somebody that’s in the neutral position.”
Haley: “I already told Mallory, I was like, I’m not going to put you up for noms. So if that’s what you’re worried about, I’m not putting her up.”
Haley: “I feel like I’m in like a fuzzy spot. But it’s just everyone’s just spilling out all their shit.”
Haley: “And I know it’s true too, to an extent, because we see it. You just confirmed it.”
Haley: “And I think that’s what is shitty, because people want to trust their people. And I’m like, you just lied so you could save face.”
Haley: “I hate lying. I hate that people lie, and it pisses me off, because you can be a good player and a straight-up player and also play the game.”
Haley: “You don’t have to be deceitful to an extent. Or a mean deceitful. Mean deceitful especially.”
Haley: “It hurts my feelings.”
Haley: “So if I twisted any of my words, let me know how I said things, because I want to clear it before you get out of here.”
Barrett: “I think you’ve been pretty clear.”
Haley: “Who do you feel like I should name the third person?”
Barrett: “I don’t feel comfortable saying that, really. But I would love to at least get other people in our group together.”
Haley: “Well, I’m going to talk to people as a group, but I wanted to talk to people individually to kind of give them a stance.”
Haley: “But I hope that within that we can kind of squash this leaky little faucet that’s spreading some shit.”
Barrett: “I think we have too good of a thing going. And the people within that group have held power every single week.”
Barrett: “And it can just keep going, because we’re just going to get more and more of the majority every single time.”

The Mallory accusation:

Haley: “I just wanted to hear individual, and I wanted you to just know — at the beginning of this, people were talking about the flip vote, if you were to have flipped.”
Barrett: “Well, I wouldn’t have.”
Haley: “But if it came down to when it was half and half, know that I would have respected it, because of just the word.”
Haley: “But I respect word more than anything. Instead of just trying to be cool. Because at the end of this, you’re still a human. You’re still a person.”
Barrett: “No, exactly. And that’s another point. If Jason had won the Blockbuster yesterday, I was going to vote her out.”
Barrett: “And even if it was a flip-floppy vote, even if there was going to be a few people saying — I was rocking with whatever. I was going to vote her out.”
Haley: “So that was a lie you didn’t go and tell her?”
Barrett: “Tell her what?”
Haley: “There was multiple things that were said. Like, you said, you’re not going home. You don’t have the votes. These are the people that are flipping.”
Haley: “Because that’s what a lot of people are saying — is that Barrett went and told her these are the people that aren’t going to vote for you.”
Barrett: “No, that is not true in the slightest.”
Barrett: “I was telling her all day yesterday that she was good, but lying to her face about it.”
Barrett: “So if I need to clear that up, I totally can too.”
Haley: “Okay, I would probably kind of clear that.”
Haley: “But I mean, I still stuck up for you, because I’m, again, a person of my word.”
Haley: “And I bring it back to the Taylor thing too. It’s like, I did promise. And if I came into this house and I wanted to do one thing, it was to keep my promise.”
Haley: “God, now I have something in my eye. F—. This is the worst day ever.”
Haley: “I hate this job.”
Barrett: “Yeah, I don’t envy your position at all.”
Haley: “And I’m running on three hours of sleep.”
Barrett: “I’ll get out of your hair.”
Haley: “Well, let me know if there’s anything you need from me to clear up, if I can say anything to anybody else. I’ll do it for you.”
Barrett: “Anything like that, yeah, that works. That was good info anyway. Thank you.”

Haley: “Oh, that was a weird convo.”

11:11 am – Kamu and Dee, storage room

Dee: “I’ve been dying to ask you. Okay, I feel really close to Haley. Are we gonna not tell her about the Wolf Pack?”
Kamu: “I don’t think we should.”
Dee: “You don’t think we should?”
Kamu: “I don’t think we should right now.”
Dee: “I wanted to ask you, and I haven’t told her, because I’m like—”
Kamu: “The only reason why is because I think we keep that on the low.”
Kamu: “Because down the road, depending on how things shake up, we may get to a point where we need to pick between the two that’s gonna better suit us. In the future. That’s way down the road.”
Dee: “But if we tell her, she’s gonna know about it. She may doubt us.”
Kamu: “And she may tell Chuk. So I think that we just keep that between us.”
Kamu: “This has nothing to do with us not being able to trust. It has to do with us having options in the future.”
Kamu: “Maybe we get to a point where it’s like, Haley and Chuk, they do some things that we don’t trust. And then we have to have another option with Yash. Or vice versa — maybe Yash starts acting super sus.”
Kamu: “And then we gotta go, okay, we gotta cut him, and we gotta stick with the Red Corner.”
Kamu: “But the thing is, at least you, me and Devens, us three, are so solid that we can go here. We can go here.”
Kamu: “So hopefully we’re setting ourselves up for a final three.”

Kamu: “I wanted to run something by you. But please, don’t tell Angela.”
Dee: “Okay, you and I talk. It does not even go to Yash. It does not go to Devens.”
Dee: “Nobody, not even Angela. Even if you see us together — that’s why I feel good with her. Like, that’s my girl in real life.”
Kamu: “I had a conversation with Lyric last night. It was by far the longest conversation. We may have talked more last night than we’ve talked the last three weeks combined.”
Kamu: “She asked me, can I talk to you privately? I was like, yeah. So we went upstairs.”
Dee: “She pulled me too. I don’t think it was as long as yours.”
Dee: “She said, hey, I’m done with the other side. I’m ready to switch.”
Dee: “And I go, okay, well, how do you feel? Like, I’m trying to f—ing get stuff out of her.”
Kamu: “It’s so hard. It’s like pulling teeth sometimes.”
Dee: “I think it’s her personality.”
Dee: “She said she would go with you. And I was like, great, that’s a great thing. You should leave the other side.”
Kamu: “She told me, she goes, Kamu, I’m sick of being on the wrong side of the vote. I’m sick of being on the block.”
Kamu: “She goes, I love Melody and I love Mallory, and we’ll be friends after the house. But they’re not making any changes.”
Kamu: “They’re waiting to get picked off.”
Kamu: “She’s like, I had an alliance with Jason and Rome called the Love Triangle. And she’s like, their pictures are black and white. She goes, I don’t want to be next.”
Kamu: “She goes, I want to work with who wanna work with me.”
Kamu: “She goes, if I win power, I’m down to take shots. She’s like, I would put up Melody and Mallory.”
Kamu: “She goes, it would suck. She’s like, I feel really bad about it. But she goes, I wanna win. I wanna stay in the game. I don’t wanna go home.”

The pitch

Kamu: “So here’s my idea. And if you don’t like it, shoot it down. I’m not willing to die on this hill. So if you don’t like it, tell me.”
Kamu: “Maybe Drew is not the pawn this week.”
Dee: “Okay.”
Kamu: “Maybe he becomes the target. We get rid of him and we bring in Lyric as our number eight. In the Tool Shed.”
Dee: “Phenomenal.”
Kamu: “Here’s what I’m thinking. I’m thinking that Lyric is desperate right now. And she will do whatever we ask.”
Kamu: “And so the way that I see it is, she’s gonna be loyal.”
Kamu: “I’m telling you, we’ve underestimated her. And she’s smarter than we give her credit for.”
Kamu: “When we were talking last night, she was like, how do you feel about Drew? She asked me that.”
Kamu: “And I gave her just a little bit. I was like, honestly, I don’t know. I feel like he kind of plays in the middle.”
Kamu: “And she goes, he does. And so does Barrett. She said that.”
Kamu: “God, we can only imagine the shit they’re saying about us to the other side.”
Kamu: “She told me Barrett was trying to make it seem like they possibly had the votes to keep Mallory. And Lyric says to me, but they didn’t.”
Kamu: “Look at what happened with Rome. As soon as Rome got evicted, she was like, guys, that wasn’t my vote. I voted with the house.”
Kamu: “She was terrified.”
Kamu: “She’s like, I’ve been on the block the last two weeks. And she goes, now Rome’s gone, now Jason’s gone. And she goes, I feel like I can start over.”
Kamu: “She goes, I love Melody and Mallory. But she’s like, the writing is on the wall. They’re going home next. And she goes, I don’t want that to be me.”

On Drew and Barrett:

Kamu: “There are two people in our Tool Shed alliance that are playing both sides. And if they would have had the votes to flip on us, they would have. And that’s Barrett and Drew.”
Kamu: “Barrett and Drew tried to flip on us last week.”
Kamu: “The only reason they voted with us was because we had the numbers and they knew it.”
Dee: “They were just like, let’s not.”
Kamu: “But they would have turned on us. I’m telling you, if they had the numbers, they would have.”
Kamu: “Drew and Barrett would have voted to keep Mallory, even if the Tool Shed didn’t want to.”
Dee: “But what else did Lyric say? Because you really think that they didn’t have the numbers?”
Dee: “Because I feel like Lyric would have also voted to keep Mallory, even though she’s saying that.”
Kamu: “Yeah, but when I went through the numbers, I did it several — when I was in the HOH room, I put on the TV and went through them. Several times.”
Kamu: “In no world would Mallory have stayed, because even if it would have been a tie, I would have broken the tie.”
Kamu: “So they never had the numbers. They never did. They tried, though. They tried hard. They tried to flip on us.”
Dee: “I think that’s f—ing genius.”
Kamu: “Lyric is desperate. She’s got nobody. So she will be loyal to us.”
Kamu: “If we don’t pick her up, she’s gotta go to somebody else in the Tool Shed and they’re gonna pick her up. So I feel like we got first dibs on another number.”
Kamu: “Lyric is a much better competitor than we’ve given her credit for. It’s just a matter of time before she wins an HOH.”
Kamu: “Like, if we don’t get rid of her this week or next week, it’s just a matter of time.”
Kamu: “I think that we need to take her before she ends up trying to make a deal with Yash or somebody else.”
Dee: “Should I work on her more, then?”
Kamu: “I would talk to her.”
Kamu: “But the way that I see it is, Drew and Barrett have kind of showed that they’re willing to work against us.”
Kamu: “Ultimately, they voted with us, but it was just because they didn’t have the numbers. They knew that they would have shown their cards. And they would have lost.”
Dee: “This is why you don’t play the middle.”
Kamu: “And here’s the thing. I trust Lyric because I put her up as a pawn. And she did everything that I asked her to do. Everything.”
Kamu: “So for me, I feel like she proved herself last week.”
Dee: “Okay, I’m down for it. I’m super down for it.”
Kamu: “I think that maybe this week we take out Drew and we pick up—”
Dee: “That’s a great week.”
Kamu: “That’s what I’m thinking. Because Lyric will be, I think, more loyal to us ultimately than Drew.”
Dee: “Drew is playing every side of the house.”
Dee: “I also think, though, Barrett could be loyal, so you should probably work on Barrett too.”
Dee: “Because in the future, Barrett could also get shady. We got to see how Barrett reacts now.”

Barrett joins them. He has just come from his one-on-one with Haley.

Barrett: “She asked me if I had a name in mind for who to put up, and I asked her, is it going to be just one of the eight that she’s going to put? And she said it doesn’t have to be. But she didn’t say no. And she didn’t rule anybody out.”
Barrett: “It was a lot of, I don’t want to put Lala because that’s too easy.”
Barrett: “She says she has two in mind already. She wants the pawn to be someone that can win the veto. That was pretty much it.”
Kamu: “Do you feel better, worse, the same after the convo?”
Barrett: “I feel about the same.”
Barrett: “I would assume I am definitely an option for that pawn.”
Barrett: “I told her I was not comfortable being a pawn. And I told her—”
Dee: “You voiced it.”
Barrett: “Yeah, and I told her, we have a majority. Like, I really don’t understand this.”
Kamu: “We’re trying to weigh out the options as well, because she basically told both of us the same thing. Everything is like, no names, and she doesn’t want to put up all girls.”
Kamu: “I’m very curious what’s going to happen at the nomination ceremony.”
Kamu: “Yeah, it’s a crazy game.”
Kamu: “Do you think it would be you and Mallory?”
Barrett: “She said she doesn’t want to put Mallory up. She was like, if that makes you feel better.”
Barrett: “And I was kind of like, I said yes, but in my mind I’m like, yeah, but I feel like you’re telling me — it’s like, I don’t feel better about me.”
Barrett: “Cool stuff.”
Dee: “I’m gonna go up in a little bit, too.”
Kamu: “You haven’t had a one-on-one?”
Dee: “In the morning, but very quick.”

Barrett leaves.

Dee: “That was awkward.”
Kamu: “It was so awkward.”

Kamu tells Dee what Haley said about her.

Kamu: “Anyways, so where were we? So let’s go back to it. So what she told me was, she was like, okay, this is again — Dee, this is like a you and me conversation.”
Dee: “I trust. I trust.”
Kamu: “Because if this gets back to Haley—”
Dee: “It will never. I will not. And thank you for trusting me.”
Kamu: “She feels like sometimes she’s worried about me telling you in a vote, because she thinks you might accidentally tell Angela.”
Dee: “No. And her and Angela are closer than me, and they’re always together.”
Kamu: “So she was like, hey, maybe talk to Devens first, and then we can talk to Dee, just in case Dee accidentally tells Angela.”
Kamu: “So I told her I would talk to Devens. I did not tell her I was going to talk to you.”
Kamu: “So don’t bring it up to her.”
Dee: “No, no, no, no.”
Kamu: “I told her I’d talk to Devens. But then you and I were here, so I was like, we’re going to run this by you.”
Kamu: “But you don’t need to not trust Haley. I don’t want you to. I just don’t need you to know this information.”

On Haley and Lyric:

Kamu: “Haley was like, I don’t know if I trust Lyric. Lyric bounces from guy to guy and she tells everybody the same thing.”
Kamu: “I’m like, look, I said, Haley, I don’t care about the flirting. She can flirt with me, she can flirt with Chuk. I don’t care.”
Kamu: “I care about loyalty and I care about the ability to win comps, because winning comps equals power for us and our side.”
Kamu: “And I’m like, if she’s going to be loyal and she’s desperate and she’s going to win, I don’t care if she flirts. Let her flirt, whatever.”
Kamu: “But sometimes Haley gets a little bit like—”
Dee: “Jealous?”
Kamu: “No. But not jealous, but like — sometimes she holds little personal grudges against people. Like last week, she wanted Lala to go home.”
Kamu: “It’s like Haley emotional.”
Kamu: “I told her, Haley, there is no showmance. There’s no showmance there. I think she’s just a little jealous.”
Dee: “Both of you, it’s okay. You go do your thing. In fact, it should be like that.”
Dee: “It is what it is. Just keep reassuring her that you’re good.”
Kamu: “I think she’s just jealous that maybe you two could be in a showmance.”
Dee: “Personal, not even gameplay.”
Kamu: “Because I have a hard time talking to her, because she doesn’t give me a lot.”

Kamu: “But game-wise, I think that maybe this week we take our shot at Drew, because he’s playing so hard.”
Dee: “I love Drew. And we have the numbers.”
Dee: “Everybody can see shady. We have the numbers easy.”
Kamu: “I think right now we have the ability to take out whoever we need to take out. And it’s a great place to be in.”
Dee: “So it’s either Drew, Melody — they’re f—ing amazing. Amazing lineup.”
Kamu: “And then hopefully she doesn’t have to put up a fourth. Because if she does, I think that she would put up Lyric.”
Kamu: “Or she might backdoor Mallory, actually. Because she told Lyric that Lyric was safe.”
Dee: “Yeah, but she told her she was safe for nominations, not for renom, right?”
Kamu: “I believe so. And I believe she said the same thing to Mallory.”
Kamu: “Which is good. Because then she has options, right? She can put up Lyric or Mallory.”
Kamu: “And if we get in her ear about Lyric, then maybe she’ll keep Lyric and put up Mallory.”

Back to the Wolf Pack:

Dee: “Whatever you told me is not going to go back to her. Promise.”
Dee: “I understand it’s your game, too.”
Dee: “I just wanted to ask you about the Wolf Pack, because I’m like, f—, is he going to tell her?”
Dee: “Because then also, if you don’t tell her and I don’t tell her — Yash won’t tell her. Yash will not tell her. Then that looks bad, too.”
Kamu: “Yeah. When Yash and I talked initially, we said, dude, we cannot tell anybody outside the alliance. And I think you said the same thing. And I think even Devens said the same thing.”
Dee: “It was just very easy. Just one person, and literally Drew was the f—ing rat. Drew was a rat.”
Dee: “And it took a little while for me to see that.”
Kamu: “Before I talked to Yash, like really game, I was asking him a bunch of questions. I was like, hey bro, how do you feel about Drew?”
Kamu: “And he’s like, bro, Drew’s a little bit shifty. He’s kind of all over the place. He’s with this group. He’s with that group.”
Kamu: “Do you remember when we were in the HOH room? And it was on Wednesday. It was like you, me, Devens, Yash and Drew.”
Kamu: “Yash left first.”

11:23 am – Haley and Drew, HOH room

Drew: “So I’m assuming you’re gonna put Melody. I talked to Melody. I guess you guys had, like, some argument yesterday?”
Haley: “No, I just told her, and I said there’s a way to play the game. But there’s also a way to just be mean.”
Haley: “I told her, nobody wants to be around a mean girl where you’re just constantly badgering everybody and saying mean shit for no reason.”
Drew: “No, exactly.”
Haley: “What else did she say?”
Drew: “Oh, she just said she just accepted the fact that she’s probably going up.”

On Barrett:

Drew: “What did Barrett say, though?”
Haley: “You know how he kind of talks, and you say one thing and he kind of says something and you’re kind of like, wait, that’s not how he said it?”
Drew: “Like, he’s remembering it wrong, or what?”
Haley: “No, maybe not. I just kind of felt like — wait, did I not say it right?”
Haley: “Kind of how we were all sitting there that night and we just kept getting confused. And I was like, at this point I don’t know how else I’m saying it.”
Haley: “But I had no hard feelings for anything. Again, this is a game.”
Haley: “I do want to talk to, like, multiple — our alliance together. So it’s not just this one-on-one-on-one thing.”
Haley: “Where it’s like, I don’t want anything to be missing.”

Drew guesses the nominations.

Drew: “Can I guess what you’re going to do, though?”
Haley: “Sure, I don’t think I’d tell you, but—”
Drew: “No, I think you’re putting Melody up, for sure. Which is fine. Because she’s down in the Tool Shed.”
Drew: “And you’ve promised some people safety. And I think — you’re gonna put Taylor up too.”
Haley: “Why do you say that?”
Drew: “Because she’s not close with you. And you already promised Lala safety.”
Haley: “I didn’t promise. I’ve been kind. I’ve been kind.”
Drew: “I thought you didn’t want to put her up.”
Haley: “I told you, and I quote, she would be a waste of a nominee.”
Drew: “Why would she be a waste?”
Haley: “At this point, because I want somebody strong in the veto. I do.”
Drew: “You want someone strong, like on the other side who’s strong?”
Drew: “But I thought you also wanted to put one of the Tool Shed people up.”
Haley: “I never said that.”
Drew: “No, you said it would be smart to put up a pawn.”
Haley: “I didn’t say I was going to. I said it would be smart to put up a pawn.”
Drew: “But I thought you wanted to make sure it’s not all girls.”
Haley: “Right. Because that’s screwed up, we just keep putting girls up every f—ing time.”
Haley: “I just want everyone to kind of talk together, because I’m running on three hours of sleep. And I don’t want to run off emotion, because everyone’s just airing out all their dirty laundry.”
Haley: “I’m not somebody that’s gonna play off emotion, where it’s like, I don’t care if you’re mad at this person because of this. That’s stupid.”
Haley: “But I think we just kind of have to do it for the overall majority, and see where we’re at.”
Haley: “But I want there to be multiple of us in here, because of one-on-one conversations — like how you just said, you said this, and I was like, no, that’s not how I worded it. And that’s how things just get twisted and turned.”

Drew asks where he stands.

Drew: “But we’re still on the same side, right?”
Drew: “Part of me was sitting there going, is she going to think I’m with the other side? And I was like, I don’t think so.”
Haley: “I will say that there has been a lot of talk with your name in it.”
Haley: “I’m kind of just sitting here in general of, like, we don’t know where he stands. Because you are in with Melody, but you also tell us one thing.”
Haley: “I feel confident, I’ve told you that from day one. But people have said—”
Haley: “I think my general question is, who do you feel like is really working right now? And it’s your name that is the biggest name.”
Haley: “Like, you go from person to person to person to person.”
Haley: “And people made a lot of comments about how you wouldn’t leave Kamu’s side last week.”
Haley: “But again, people said the same thing about Dee and I. So I take that with a grain of salt.”
Haley: “But I do want multiple people to kind of talk together. So again, it’s not a one, two, three thing.”
Drew: “Don’t tell me who it is.”
Haley: “I’m not.”
Drew: “I’m not going to say anything.”
Haley: “But from your perspective, if this is your standpoint — like, you feed us everything, and you need to be cool with other people.”
Drew: “Just like how — that’s how the whole thing, the first week with Ashley, worked.”
Haley: “Right, and like, so just saying—”
Drew: “But you were able to flip and not — let’s do, like, a random one.”
Haley: “Like, Lyric’s on the other end of the house, and so it’s common. But they are, like, buddy-buddy.”
Haley: “Chuk and Lyric. It’s all about perception.”
Haley: “And I’m like, if anyone knows f—ing perception, it’s Haley. Because I got the most shit talked on me.”

Wrapping up:

Drew: “When should we get, like, people up here?”
Haley: “I’m gonna do my last little — I think Yash is waiting.”
Drew: “I just wanted to let you know. We’re on the same side.”
Haley: “We’ve been on the same side day one.”
Drew: “That’s what I thought, too. And I was just sitting there, and I think I just got—”
Haley: “In your head.”
Drew: “In my head.”
Haley: “I would probably just let it go a little bit, how you’re kind of going from person to person.”
Haley: “But again, it’s hard when you’re best friends with people. And it’s the same shit I went through.”
Haley: “But I just don’t want your name to be dragged.”
Drew: “Yeah, I’ll hang out with less people.”
Drew: “But yeah, I want you to know. We’re good. If it was Melody or you on the block, you’re in the Tool Shed and I’m not.”
Haley: “I appreciate that.”
Drew: “And I think everyone’s worried that me and Bear are, like, trying to flip sides.”
Haley: “I did hear that, and I did tell Barrett, and I said that was a big conversation between a lot of people yesterday.”
Haley: “And I wasn’t trying to hurt his feelings, but I’m being straight up with people about, like, hey, you think you’re good with this, but you’re really not.”
Haley: “But I’m not saying anything mean or derogatory or anything.”
Drew: “You’re good.”
Haley: “I appreciate you.”
