Mallory adds everyone loves Latrice if Latrice went on the block everyone wouldn’t know what to do. “I feel like you have that going for you.. you have Latrice”
Mallory says everyone is saying that Ashley is a floater. “Someone that is good with everybody is good with nobody you know what I mean?”
Taylor asks what the house thinks of her. “Do they just see me with LALA” (LALA is Latrice)
2:45 am Rome and Lyric
Rome is saying he tried to talk to Dee but Angela and Deven were up there. Lyric says she’s been shooting down the whole showmance thing with ehr. Rome adds that he stayed up in the HOH for 2 hours with Angela and Deven “Shooting the shit” waiting for them to leave.
Lyric – I appreciate how nice you are to me.. You make me feel better all the time.
Rome – I’ll make you feel better when I know you are safe.. that will happen
Lyric – that’s ok.. we take it day by day. If I end up on the block I end up on the block. If I don’t have the votes it’s ok.. between you and me it’s Okay if I go home.

I am a person that will never manifest anything bad if the bad things do happen you roll with it but you don’t be ok with it happening if it hasn’t happened yet. You can say you are ok that IT HAPPENED when it ends.. see the word I am using here? It’s past tense vs present tense.. I’m a big WORD GUY when people say I can’t I hate it cause and other word I’m working at it I am struggling at it.. Means you can’t do it you are just not good at it.

They are whispering hard to hear. Sounds like they are talking the renominations. Lyric says she was so happy when Mallory won the Power of Veto she was Shaking she was so happy. Lyric mentions being so close to Rome is putting a target on her back at this point.
Lyric – I’m nervous now.

4:17 am Dee, Barrett and Drew
Barrett goes on about people still figuring out how to play. Barrett says people are still knew to how to play this game. Feeds flip to the bathroom conversation.
When the feeds flip back to this conversation we have Drew talking about what he’s been telling other houseguests about possible renomination plays. “I’ve been saying I don’t know what she will do but If I was here I would… seems like she’s going with the group thing there’s only another group left and it’s like a barrette or an Ashley.
Drew- people already were thinking that so they were coming to me with that.
They ask Dee who she would like to leave out of the three being Yash, Taylor and AShley
Dee – I’m not voting
Drew- you’re going to tell us
Drewgoes on to explain to her how the nominations and evictions go with three people.
They suggest they thought was going to put melody up “I thought you liked AShley”
Dee – I do like her she’s kinda funny
Barrette – I think she will stay
Dee – I agree, Melody has more influence but people are iffy about her
Dee seems worried that AShley is such a non player she might end up at the end.
Drew asks Dee “Is ashley the vibe?”
Dee – she’s easy to put up
Barrett says Mallory and Taylor were in the house just saying they want to put haley and Chuk “Straight Up”
Dee- oh my god you should totally egg them on.
Drew says they should get in good with the trio. They all agree “Mallory is amazing” But they are worried that Mallory might put Dee up “For payback”
They talk about how they like Kamu but they know he’ll be a beast at the game.
Dee – he will go far he is so likable.
Drew says it would be funny if they can get “My upside alliance to win next week”
Dee – we need to win within us

Barrett – I really don’t know I thought it was Yash and Chuk but we know who Chuk is with so…
They identify that Haley and Chuk are playing hard. Dee asks who would that three put up (Kamu is with them) they agree it’s LALA. Barrett mentions that is why it would be great for mallory or taylor to win HOH because they will put that whole alliance up.
The worry is Dee would be in the mix as a option though.
They wonder who would go if the nominations were Taylor and Ashley
Barrett – considering I just say taylor and Mallory together and they were talking about nominating Ashley next week.
Dee – Taylor has more influence for sure. she will work rounds around everybody.
Drew – Ashley will follow us wherever the power is
They start talking about pranks they can do around the house.. They note possible final 3 by saying “They don’t expect us three”
4:18 am Jason and Melody
Jason says he’s heard that Haley has been sneaking around the Head of Household.
Jason – I think Halley is the targeting you and Lyric because for whatever reason she’s jealous you are young and cute. If we can make Haley the target.
Jason – I think that’s the angle.

Jason says Yash and Taylor both feel ok. He talked to Yash and ask him “Who do you think she’ll put up”

Jason – I don’t know who Dee’s putting up I know she’s not putting up Angela that would be perfect.
He recognizes that won’t happened because Dee, Deven and Angela are all working together.

Jason adds that he told “Those three girls” (Melody, Lyric and Mallory) if Dee comes around say Haley is acting weird so if everyone is telling Dee that she can say she’s hearing it from the house. “Then Dee can think maybe we should just get Haley out becuase she’s f***ing annoying anyways”

Alliances, Factions and Showmances
These are totally not 100% solid at this stage.
Alliances
- Dee / Barrett / Drew — the tightest one; floating “Final 3” and “they don’t expect us 3.” Also nicknamed the “upside” alliance in their own talk.
- “Icons ‘n Rome” — Angela, Devens, Dee, Rome (the three returning reality stars plus Rome).
- The trio — Mallory, Melody, Lyric. Not an official alliance by their own admission, but the whole house reads them as one (and it’s what’s painting a target on them).
Factions (looser camps forming)
- Dee’s camp — Dee, Devens, Kamu, Haley, Drew (Barrett floats here too). The emerging power bloc.
- A Haley / Kamu / Yash working group — buddied up with Dee, already developing friction with Rome and Lyric.
- Lyric’s girls’ group — Lyric masterminding a group of the women (overlaps with the trio).
Showmance
- Rome & Lyric — the season’s first, heating up fast and already drawing house (and fan) attention. Also worth flagging: Haley’s been getting flirted with by a few of the guys, but nothing that’s a “mance” yet.
Summary
2:40 AM (Taylor/Mallory): Mallory says between Ashley and Barrett she wants Ashley gone, and pushes the floater angle. Taylor’s fishing for reassurance — asks if the house would keep her over Ashley, and whether people only see her as attached to LaTrice (“LALA”).
2:45 AM (Rome/Lyric): The showmance keeps rolling. Rome recaps sitting in the HOH two hours with Angela and Devens waiting for them to clear out so he could talk to Dee. Then a long pep-talk where he polices Lyric’s “it’s okay if I go home” defeatism (his whole “past tense vs. present tense, I’m a word guy” bit). Game-wise: Lyric’s heard Yash is pushing Dee to put up one of the trio; Rome says he wouldn’t be shocked to see Melody as the renom, tells Lyric he’ll avenge her if anyone comes after her, and they agree LaTrice will vote however they tell her.
3:00–3:30 AM: Kitchen chit-chat, Kamu doing backflips in the yard to flex his athleticism, then the house drifts to bed (Angela and the Pod Room down by 3:30).
4:10 AM (Mallory/Lyric): Whispered renom talk. Lyric admits being tied to Rome is now painting a target on her and she’s nervous.
4:17 AM — the key strategy session (Dee/Barrett/Drew): This is where the title comes from. Drew’s been floating to people that the renom’s coming down to “a Barrett or an Ashley.” Drew asks “Is Ashley the vibe?” and Dee answers “She’s easy to put up” — but she’s genuinely torn, because Ashley’s such a non-player she’s worried she’d float all the way to the end. They agree Ashley stays over Taylor (Dee: “Taylor has more influence… she’ll work circles around everybody”; Drew: “Ashley will follow us wherever the power is”). Bigger picture from that convo: they name-check their own “upside” alliance and the Dee/Barrett/Drew core, flag Kamu as a likable future beast, worry Mallory might put Dee up “for payback,” and clock Haley and Chuk as playing hard.
4:18 AM (Jason/Melody): Jason pitches making Haley the target — claims she’s sneaking around the HOH and is gunning for Melody and Lyric out of jealousy that they’re “young and cute.”
8:30 AM (Jason/LaTrice): Waking up and gaming. Jason says Yash and Taylor both feel safe, and from his talk with Yash he thinks Lyric could be the renom — “that’s my baby girl,” and Rome’s, so Rome will fight for her. He knows Angela’s off the table since Dee/Devens/Angela are working together. So he’s steering the target toward Haley: figures she has a crush on Kamu, says he told Melody to “start something” to get Haley out so Melody can have him, and admits he’s been coaching the trio (Melody, Lyric, Mallory) to tell Dee that Haley’s “acting weird” — so if it’s coming from all sides, Dee can say she’s hearing it from the whole house and cut Haley because she’s “annoying anyways.”
Well we know Haley and Barrett aren’t going to be the renoms. I am surprised we’re now hearing Ashley as a Week 1 boot instead of Melody.
Whatever happens, Dee will have the numbers to get her target out. She’s got Devens, Angela, Barrett, Drew, Kamu, and Haley. There’s also LaLa if they keep Taylor.
Dee really doesn’t have a target. It’s whoever the house decides from her SAFE nominees.
I wouldn’t be mad if Ashley was the replacement. It might make her realize what game she is playing.
Will have to see what Dee’s true target is when we get to Monday since she’s good at playing things “close to her vest”. I absolutely loved how she handles Yash yesterday
As far as Mallory goes, it will be interesting to see Melody makes up for the completely unnecessary distancing talk (People were looking for one of either Melody or Mallory to go because they kept mixing them up; which I still don’t understand how that is possible)
blockbuster always makes it tricky to reveal your true intentions. you can’t really backdoor or put up pawns, but you also don’t want to reveal your actual target either.

They didn’t have in season 25. But you are correct. It’s is been an unfortunate staple now the last three years having three noms with an eviction night comp it appears it is not going to stop. It seems it is almost an attempt to make the non traditional circumstances that kept production plot armoured pet Taylor 4 years ago the new norm having a comp on eviction night to save you even when whole house is going to evict you after you only stayed by an unprecedented twist that gave you the only backdoor safety net of the season. Thus proved she had no control over her fate. Taylor coined herself as the blockbuster. It is obvious attempt this twist now the new norm has her hand prints all over it in attempt to not devalue her win while also coining what she called her strategy as the blockbuster smh. Bb has been trying to push her as the new face of the show when she couldn’t recognize how Hisam devin’d himself during season 25. How big brother has fallen pushing those like that who have no idea what they are talking about.
I agree with you on that. I miss the old days of just having two on the block & then if one wins veto, you can backdoor (successfully).

If you ae doing quickie app checks to see what you are missing you might come across the name Thog. I rabbitholed. Thog appears to be a nickname for Haley. Only guess that makes sense after seeing the post “Thog throw ball HARD. Thog hate girls.” Do i endorse? meh. Do I care? no.
Yesterday i saw Devens Angela and I think it was Barrett saying the group has to get together for a meeting. We’ve already seen little downloads between Angela and Dee. Devens and Drew have been pretty noticeable downloading to each other. Angela has called Barrett her person. I think it is safe to say that the big alliance is the three stunts with Barrett and Drew. How they try to play oneupmanship within the group to establish dominance to form a core…. not my paygrade right now.
Have you ever known two people that individually are tolerable or even pleasant…. but together you don’t like them because they bring out badsides in each other? This is my Kamu Dee issue. As a unit I do not like them together. Individually my reaction to them is different than any time i see them together. I cringe and sneer.
Jason is someone i have not touched on much. Jason gives haaaard Becky vibe. Meaning: Jason is a beta that covets Alpha position… plays nice with Alphas while plotting their destruction to become Alpha. While he says he would take the big shots himself… part of me sees him MORE as trying to manipulate others to take the shot for him, or manipulate others to form the mob. Problem: he seems to want a spoltlight while working from the shadows. That does not work. AsIde: I also consider Jason a stunt… but not a top tier stunt. Aside 2: when Jason accused Rick of stealing material i looked in my notes from my Survivor source friend. I think he has been accused of borrowing other people’s jokes before. Is Devens stealing Jason’s jokes? no idea. don’t care.
I was surprised to see Latrice as a renom suggestion last night. Not gonna lie. not just because of the ‘so who will cook your food’ thing, but because her intro made a big deal about her fitness / body building past. Why the workout squad would want to target her I do not know. I have put it down to more of this Rome / Kamu subtextual beef. Perhaps it is not about HER as much as it is about her association with Rome?
While my gut still says 2 alternates on block and a woman likely leaves this week… i have heard multiple bits about no matter who goes up Yash would be leaving. It is week one.
It is week one in a neonewschool blockbuster season.
Nobody will even know who the final 2 noms ARE until five minutes and a commercial break before voting for eviction. I will do my best not to spoiler the outcome of the blockbuster by analyzing the edit of the first ten minutes of the eviction episode. Oh I’ll still do it in my head. Just won’t be writing it down.
Dee should just put up a pawn and the house needs to vote Taylor out. Easy peasy.
I just have to say, I didn’t care for Melody before she showed what a crap person she is. Now I find her absolutely the worst person and that’s with Angela in the house.
