Drew’s Mind Is Made Up — Dee, Devens And Taylor Do The Jury Math Anyway

11:18 AM — Drew and Dee (Bathroom)

Dee makes her pitch.

Dee: “You’re still betting on yourself to beat me and Taylor. And that’s a higher probability.”
Drew: “Yeah, no, I do believe you would take me, though. 100% I’d take you.”
Dee: “But before we get there, it still needs to happen. So would you rather someone take you or you make the choice? Kind of like right now.”
Drew: “Have someone take me or me make the choice? In the final three comps.”
Dee: “Oh, yeah. With me, you have a chance of winning.”
Drew: “But Devens, he could take you. I could still beat Devens as well, but yeah.”
Dee: “You are not going to beat Devens.”
Drew: “Not in a vote, but in, like, the… Oh, I see. Okay, I see what you’re saying. It’s a toss-up.”

Drew: “Because I don’t think you can beat Taylor. I think she has too many friends. And too many people don’t like you.”
Dee: “I don’t care. Which is perfect. Take me. I don’t care if people don’t like me. I really don’t. I just want to have the experience. I am okay no matter what happens.”
Drew: “I wonder who Taylor would take out of the two of us. I think she’d take you.”
Dee: “I don’t know. If you’re telling me that I’d f—ing lose, what the hell? I don’t know. I really don’t.”
Drew: “No, I just think Taylor has too many friends.”
Dee: “Like, Lala would vote for her. She does have friends. Yash would vote for her.”
Drew: “Barrett wouldn’t vote for you. No, 100%. He wouldn’t.”
Dee: “But I’m okay with that.”

Drew: “Melody would probably want to vote for you.”
Dee: “I’m not okay with you sitting next to her.”
Drew: “I’m not okay with you sitting next to her either… I don’t know who I’m picking yet, but I would take either one of you over her.”
Dee: “Yeah, of course. Well, she’s a great speaker, too.”
Drew: “When it’s time to lock in, she… You’ve won a jury before.”
Dee: “Yeah, I have.”
Drew: “You’re also a great speaker. But so is Devens. It’s Devens’ job to speak on the news.”

Dee: “I have way more enemies here than I did on 45. But, yeah, I mean, listen, I’m not going to start bulls—ting you or talking s— about Devens, because I obviously love him.”
Dee: “But as a player and a friend… Mostly a player. I hope you make the decision that you’re betting on yourself more so than doing what’s easy.”
Dee: “And as a friend, I’m telling you, you will lose if you’re next to Devens.”
Drew: “Anybody will. We all lose next to Devens.”

Dee: “There really is nothing else to promise other than the final two if I were to win. But even then, that’s a little bit low, to be honest, if it’s with puzzles and stuff. But I’m okay with it.”
Dee: “I was crying because it was just the dramatics of it… And you have to make the choice. That’s what I was crying about. But if I even go home tomorrow, it’s not a big deal.”
Drew: “I don’t think either of you guys should be mad at me.”
Dee: “You guys have played games before, and you guys know how this goes, and I do think you guys genuinely love me… Unfortunately, fortunately, the little weasel has made his way into my heart.”
Dee: “I never understood how I can feel like a big sister, for real, and it’s pretty cool. Definitely having three kids now.”
Drew: “You are?”

Drew: “Damn, I’m sorry. You should name one of them Andres.”
Dee: “I do like that name. Andres. And my parents can say it… Andresito. Andresito. Maybe I would.”
Dee: “Because all I’ve known is being the little sister, you know? F—, my brother has had so much fun with me.”
Drew: “You’ve had fun with me too, bro. I know, it’s been fun. Two months of me having an older sister. It’s been fun.”

Drew: “I do think either one of you would take me. I don’t think that’s the thing I’m worried about.”
Dee: “What are you worried about then?”
Drew: “The only way I think I could get to the end, like, the final two, is, like, I have to just win.”
Dee: “Well, you have to win or one of us has to win. So you got two… Two paths, which, honestly, is f—ing phenomenal.”
Dee: “Just because we’re right there doesn’t mean the game is over… Somebody not only goes, but we have to still compete.”
Dee: “But you have more paths with me. You get what I’m saying? Versus Devens. Cool, I’ll take you to the end. You’re going to lose.”

Dee: “And listen, there is still a world that Taylor can win. That would be the worst possible outcome for any of us. She could still win. Because I don’t want to lose next to Taylor.”
Dee: “I almost would hope that she takes you, so that you can get it. Because I wouldn’t be okay with myself if she takes me, personally. That’s embarrassing.”
Dee: “If she takes me, I would hope all of you guys would still vote for me, because there’d be four of us in there. But I don’t know if Angela would. I don’t know where the jury’s heads at.”
Dee: “You have to keep in mind how hurt everyone is as well, and who they are and how they process their feelings. Because maybe one of us can hurt somebody, but then they go to the jury and they’re not as hurt. But other people will take it with them for the rest of their lives.”

Dee: “I trust, like, for whatever reason, and you don’t have to tell me, it does feel like you make the right decision for your game. Not what someone else wants you to do.”
Dee: “I mean, I want you to do that also. We both want you to keep us.”
Drew: “Yeah, exactly.”
Dee: “Obviously you, him and Barrett have been super, super close. You were in alliance, so it just makes sense.”
Drew: “We were also in alliance.”
Dee: “Yeah, but you guys had a thing too. It makes sense why you’d take him, but that would be a very emotional move. But like I said, dude, even if you don’t… Whatever you decide, you’re always going to be in my life. Whether you like it or not.”
Drew: “I’m not worried about losing you guys… I don’t think whatever I do tomorrow is going to change how you guys feel about me on a personal level.”

Dee: “It hurts my heart that you’re in this position. Because you’re still going to hurt one of us… I don’t envy you, because if I was in your position, it would be so hard to cut him. But I would have done it, because I can’t win next to him… I would bet on myself.”
Drew: “No. I honestly, my mind has been made up even before I won the veto.”
Dee: “Listen, whatever you do, it’s going to be hard. Because right now, it’s still a day. It hasn’t set in. Sunk in, I guess… And I would never speak bad about him.”
Drew: “There’s nothing to speak bad about either of you guys. You haven’t done anything wrong. But yeah, I’ve heard pretty much all three of you guys, and I’m like, nothing’s really changed my mind.”
Drew: “I do know what I’m going to do. And, like, even before the veto, I knew what I was going to do.”
Dee: “Yeah, it’s a moment to separate emotion and game, for sure. Like, to lock in more as a player versus a person.”

Drew: “But I wanted it so bad.”
Dee: “Phenomenal spot.”
Drew: “I didn’t want the HOH. I wanted it. I was obviously gunning for it. I wanted to win it.”
Drew: “Because the first round, I did the puzzle, but, like, I f—ed up the second one. But this is, like, more important.”
Drew: “Like, this is such a Taylor HOH to win, where it’s like, cool, now I don’t have to make another decision. I just immediately go.”
Dee: “I was telling Devens this morning, I’m like, I’m so happy you’re the one doing that. Like, you’re the one making the decision between us… Like, if it would have been Taylor again, would have hurt me.”

A few minutes later, the alliance.

Dee: “You know what, though? At one point for season 45 of Survivor, they hated the alliance I was in, too… Because we stuck together.”
Drew: “Yeah, but the thing about ours is, like, we kind of did.”
Dee: “Even if we did, there were a lot of ups and downs.”
Drew: “There was a lot of weird s— that was going on. Like, there wasn’t a lot of trust, but there was, but there wasn’t.”
Drew: “Everybody would get in their own head. It’s like, you know, what do we expect when you’re in alliance with Angela? Like, she’s going, the paranoia will be contagious.”
Drew: “And then when it was my HOH and we put Devens up, she was like, I don’t know if this is a good idea. I’m like, we’re f—ed. Dude, relax.”
Drew: “And then she was actually right. She was actually right, which is the funniest thing. She was right. Well, I was like, damn, Angela, you’re actually right. F—ing Barrett, man. He was just always waiting. That pisses me off.”

Dee: “I get what you guys were saying, that he should stand by it, because even if it did get him out, he did try to make a move.”
Drew: “Yeah. It’s like, you can’t fault somebody for trying to do something… It didn’t pan out the way he wanted it.”
Dee: “But personally, I told him what was going to happen. And he thought I was bulls—ting him, dude.”
Drew: “I think he was just hoping I would win the HOH and be like, we have to keep going. And we have to take them all out. But it’s like, I don’t think I would have done that. I would have let his ship sink.”
Dee: “As sad as I feel for him because he’s out, I could live with myself because I mentioned what would happen.”

Drew: “I always felt like you all three were closer to Barrett than you were closer to me. I never felt like… I always felt like if it came down to final five, I would be fifth.”
Dee: “No, that’s crazy. Because… No, there’s no way. Barrett was a lot sweeter, and I loved his Uggs, but he’s not, like, a strategist. He’s not someone that you can really play with.”
Drew: “But that’s such a good reason to keep him over me.”
Dee: “Oh, I never even thought that.”
Drew: “The person who would have benefited the most if it was the top five, us, was Devens.”
Drew: “He was in the best spot. And I would tell him that, and he’s like, I don’t know what you think. I don’t know why you think that. And I’m like, Devens, I know you have the Diamond Power of Veto. Where’s that $10,000?”

Dee: “That’s so funny. So you didn’t take the 10K?”
Drew: “No. Okay. Did you?”
Dee: “No, I didn’t even press the damn button.”
Drew: “It’s got to be Devens or Taylor.”
Dee: “I don’t think Taylor pressed it. She seemed very, like… I can see her not pressing it.”
Drew: “All I knew, I was like, someone’s pressing this button, and it doesn’t matter who’s pressing it, people are going to think it was me.”

Later, the age gap.

Drew: “That’s seven years. That’s a long time. That’s a third of my life.”
Dee: “I remember being 22 and thinking, that’s old as f—.”
Drew: “Yeah, but I also think, like, 30 to, like, 40 is, like, peak life.”
Dee: “20s are fun because you can make… you should be making those mistakes… 30s, I’m sure, will be really fun. You have your friendships, things are a little bit more stable, you’ve got a little more change in your pocket.”
Drew: “It is funny that you were the first person in this game that, like, I was like, listen, like, I’m ready to rock this.”
Dee: “I was immediately down. When you said that Chuk comment, I was like, oh, wow, he views people the same way I do.”
Drew: “You could have been like, f— this kid, put him on the block immediately.”

Drew: “I would love to see what people thought of you and me, dude, because it’s so damn dysfunctional.”
Dee: “It’s going to be funny because no matter what, the love is there for both of us.”
Drew: “It’s a lot of love and a lot of hate.”
Dee: “No, not hate. I wouldn’t use that.”
Drew: “Frustration. Frustration is probably a better word.”
Dee: “I’ve been through a whole rollercoaster of emotions in this damn house.”

1:22 PM — Dee and Taylor (HOH)

Dee has music on in the HOH.

Dee: “I talked to Drew this morning again. Obviously, I don’t know what he’s going to do.”
Taylor: “I just know that Devens said he doesn’t want to overwhelm him.”
Dee: “The one thing he did tell me was, even before he won the veto, he already knew what he was going to do. Which is fair, but that also tells me there’s nothing I could say. If his mind’s made up.”
Taylor: “It’s late in the game. You’ve got to know what you’re going to do. It ain’t too many people to choose from or to consider or options. It’s cut and dry right now. He knows. I know he’s not dumb. He said it. He knows what the winning decision is.”
Dee: “Can he separate that emotion… But he kind of has to if he wants to win. That’s a lot of money to be emotional about.”

Taylor: “I just feel like Devens is going to get rid of his ass any chance he got. He just hadn’t had the chance.”
Taylor: “If Drew was ever sitting on that block, unless it was early in the game, Drew was going to go home. And Devens was going to be a vote for it. So he needs to understand that for sure.”
Dee: “I think even deeper than that is just, like, you are going to lose.”
Taylor: “You’re going to lose. You’re signing up for second place.”
Dee: “There is no path, you know what I mean?”
Taylor: “He signed up for second place, which is fine if that’s what you want. But if he… Unless he don’t take you and he drops Devens before the thing.”

Dee: “Dropping somebody in the final three is not a move.”
Taylor: “Take me to final two and then drop Devens, but now you done pissed off Devens.”
Dee: “He will be pissed off.”
Taylor: “And Devens do react to stuff like that. He pops off. And he won’t have time to reconsider it.”
Dee: “There’s less time in the jury to decompress.”
Taylor: “Exactly. He don’t have time to decompress.”

Dee: “Does he go straight to roundtable?”
Taylor: “He don’t go to roundtable.”
Dee: “Oh, he doesn’t even do roundtable.”
Taylor: “If he takes that, if he drops you, and say he wins HOH, and he say, you know what, I do win. And he drops Devens, Devens walks straight out and votes… Devens is still mad.”
Dee: “Yeah, he will be. Because he’s thinking about his family and everything. I mean, I get it, dude. So you got to do it now so he can forgive you.”
Taylor: “A week. To let it go and get his vote back.”

Taylor: “Devens just said, you usually vote for people who play like you. So if you drop him now, these are the points for you. If you drop him now. Because I don’t want to be the one to push you.”
Dee: “Yeah, because, I mean, he’s going to think you’re telling him what to do for your own benefit.”
Taylor: “So I’m telling you what you can say.”
Taylor: “But if he drops him now, he’s going to be able to respect it… instead of you dropping him later.”
Taylor: “He’s going to be emotional going on that stage. And you see how he get when he’s upset, emotional. He just start doing s—.”
Taylor: “You’re going to give somebody 20 minutes who’s just about to win the game?… Your final vote? The final vote that you would need?”
Taylor: “No, you got to let him go now, because he will be able to process it and understand it, because he plays very similar.”

Dee: “Yeah, I’ll definitely talk to him, like, tonight. Just wait till tonight… Because I did talk to him this morning.”
Taylor: “Literally, all I can tell him is, what else can I tell him? None. You ain’t telling him the s— I’m telling you.”

1:35 PM — Devens and Dee (Gym)

Dee comes looking for Devens.

Dee: “I looked for you all over… I have an idea.”
Dee: “If I do go home, I’m not hugging you. I will figure out what to say. And I’ll hug Drew and Taylor so that they think I’m pissed off at you. But just so you know, okay? So you’re not, like, caught by surprise. That’s it. That’s my idea.”
Devens: “Could you explain this to me?”
Dee: “So that they f—ing take you over each other. If that’s the case.”
Devens: “Got you.”
Dee: “It’s not a very brilliant idea, but I don’t want you to be blindsided by it.”
Devens: “I would. I’d be like, what the f—?”
Devens: “So I should take out the nice things about you in my speech?”

Dee: “I haven’t come up with a speech either, but… And I was planning on saying nice things, but now that you mentioned that, it’s probably better. Well, I’m going to say something nice. I have to. Right?”
Devens: “Yeah, I guess before the decision, it makes sense to say something. So if I’m out, you don’t want a hug?”
Dee: “Well, I’m going to be pissed. You can do whatever the hell you want, but I don’t want you to be blindsided by it.”
Devens: “Dee, don’t worry. I got you no matter what.”
Devens: “I really don’t know where he’s going.”
Dee: “He could go either way. I talked to him this morning, and he said that even before he won the veto, he already knew what he was going to do. So whatever I say, whatever you say, he has his mind made up.”

Devens has been downstairs with Taylor.

Devens: “I was just talking with Tay downstairs, and she was… We were talking about this HOH, and I was like… She was like, it’s the best HOH to win because I don’t make anyone mad. And I’m like, that’s true. I was like, but also it’s kind of a bummer because you don’t get any credit for who goes home.”
Devens: “I was like, if you get to the final two, who would you say you’ve been responsible for? And she just, like, racked her brain, racked her brain. And then she’s like, Lyric, which is funny because that’s not true at all.”
Dee: “I mean, she thinks it’s true in her mind.”
Devens: “And then she was like, and then the, you know, the Dee vote.”
Dee: “Like the Dee vote?”
Devens: “Like to keep you.”
Dee: “Bruh, that is…”
Devens: “Interesting.”

Dee: “Listen, I mean, this is the best position for Drew to be in because he’s taking out one of us. Although it’s still a move, but is it really a f—ing game-changing move?”
Devens: “And I don’t know that it sways anybody… Like, people at this point… I know, from jury… I think are in their different camps.”
Dee: “I do think the people in the jury are looking at us to win… And I know you said Drew would have, like, Barrett, but, okay, yeah, cool, one or two votes.”
Devens: “Barrett and Melody.”
Dee: “But would a jury really vote, not vote for one of us?”
Devens: “Yeah, and I mean, that’s what he tells us.”

Devens: “I can’t get here soon enough… I’m like, they haven’t given us our suitcases. I’m like, I want my suitcase.”
Dee: “Oh, that’s right. That’s like something to do.”
Devens: “It’s like I can at least pack, take a shower, do this. Because again, what’s talking to Drew going to do?”
Devens: “I mean, you feel like you should be playing the game right now… Because it’s like my life’s on the line. I should be playing the game, and there’s nothing to do.”
Dee: “Thank God it’s only two days. Thank God… Can you imagine freaking Thursday night, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday? Hell no.”

Devens: “It’s going to be really interesting if Tay gets to the final two, to hear what she has to say for her game. It’s like, I never made any of you all mad. It’s like, that’s not even true.”
Dee: “I think had she been around more, she could have had a case… When it was Lala, when it was Yash, she was there. But, like, where the hell have you been when everything else has happened?”
Devens: “And even, like, the one move you’re trying to claim is Lyric, and that really just shows how out of the loop you were.”
Dee: “I mean, I guess if you make it to the end, you still have to try to claim something… But then again, you’re claiming it to people that played with you.”
Devens: “And especially since you and I are in the jury, we’ll make it very clear what happened on that Lyric before the end… So that when she brings that up, everyone will be like, oh, that’s not how it went.”

On a Drew–Taylor final two.

Devens: “I would think all the Crossover people would go for him, and that’s all it needs.”
Devens: “I can even see Yash going for him… Yash is kind of a wild card, because you do want to go with your closest person, but… I don’t think that’s a game he respects either.”
Dee: “Damn, but I kind of get it, because if, like, let’s say you hadn’t played a good game, and you’re a final two, I would vote for you. Just because you’re my person.”
Dee: “At least with Drew and Taylor, Drew knew what was happening. He was always in the in, staying up till 5:30 a.m., working.”
Devens: “Hustling. Hustling every day. Always hustling. Like they could not be more different.”
Dee: “And then he still had really great relationships. He still got himself out of s—. He was going to go home a lot. He freaking won when he needed to win. He has a résumé.”
Devens: “He was on the block five times and saved himself every time. She was on the block five times and no one ever cared enough to vote her out.”

Then Melody.

Devens: “She’s like, I was on the block and I didn’t go home. I’m a good social player. My eye is twitching just hearing that. No, Melody. You were not a good social player.”
Dee: “You spent the same time with three people.”
Devens: “And we could never peel you away from Mallory. Never. And then she left and we couldn’t peel you away from Drew.”
Devens: “It’s crazy that we both made it… this deep into the game.”
Dee: “What an accomplishment, dude. What an accomplishment… Genuinely, any Survivor after us is so f—ed. Pre-jury.”
Devens: “We were lucky that most of them didn’t watch Survivor. But most of these people watch Big Brother. And so they’ll know. Like, we can’t let Survivor people through. They’re crazy.”
Dee: “There’s no way, bro. We are freaking insane, and we will hustle our way in. We will figure the f— out.”

Devens: “And Drew’s played a great game.”
Dee: “He has. That little freaking weasel, he has. And he’s also poured his heart into the game.”
Devens: “He was never, like, just mopey and angry about circumstances.”
Dee: “We’ve seen him cry. We’ve seen him laugh. He always joins in on fights, and then he loves the drama. He loves this game. And that weighs heavy.”

And Taylor again.

Devens: “Zingbot came in and told you you’re spending too much time in your pod. Adjust. Still stayed. Your comic came in and told you you’re spending too much time in your pod. Adjust. And she’s still up three hours later than any of us this morning.”
Dee: “Not this morning. Since then. Every morning.”
Dee: “Like, if Zingbot told me that, I’d wake the f— up.”
Devens: “Million percent. If I could stop being a wrinkly leathery bag, I would have.”
Dee: “Exactly. Why the f— haven’t you done that yet?”
Devens: “I tried. They gave me skin stuff in my HOH… I’ve been putting it on, but I just got it last week.”
Dee: “No, you need time. You need like three months.”

Dee: “I know when Zingbot hit me with a downgrade from Rachel Reilly, I haven’t seen her season, but I got in my head still. I’m like, am I annoying? Am I boring? Like, what the f— is it?”
Devens: “Hers was really the only thing that could be adjusted. Hers and maybe Lala’s. Lala’s is a lot harder to adjust. Angela can’t stop being a moron. Just kidding, Angela.”
Devens: “I can’t stop being a wrinkly old bag. Drew could adjust with the Melody thing.”
Dee: “I took Zingbot stuff as true, because why wouldn’t you?… And then I was talking to Angela, and I guess I didn’t think about how my delivery is. And I’m like, no, it absolutely has to be true what Zingbot’s saying. And she’s like, no, Dee, I’m not a moron. And I was like, oh.”
Devens: “That’s hilarious.”
Dee: “I didn’t mean that you were a moron, but I did take his s— as true… And then I was like, I had to retract. But then I’m like, Angela, sometimes you can be, you know what I mean?”
Devens: “Barrett definitely wore his shirt more after that.”
Dee: “He was rarely shirtless. Yeah, people adjusted.”

Devens: “What was Melody’s?”
Dee: “Hers was like a song. Oh, not winning a f—ing thing. Something like that.”
Dee: “But when we were at the dining table, she’s like, I can’t believe I got put in this cast. If it was any other cast…”
Devens: “Any other cast, you would have dominated. She’s another one who talks about going on The Challenge, and you’re just like… Interesting. Interesting.”
Dee: “When people say stuff like that, I just smile.”
Devens: “I don’t say anything.”
Dee: “Shut up.”
Devens: “I guess sometimes I do say anything.”

Like this morning, with Taylor.

Devens: “I was asking her what she thought the timeline would be for the rest of the week… We got to the end of the week, and then I was like, oh, yeah. And then, you know, a week after that is the premiere of Eternally Yours… on CBS and… Paramount.”
Devens: “She’s like, what’s that? I was like, the vampire show. You won the challenge. She was like, oh, yeah. Do you think they’ll put me in it? Do you think they’ll let me be a vampire in the vampire show? And I was like, no.”
Dee: “Dude, you’re an ass. You’re an ass. People should dream, Devens. Let people dream.”
Devens: “She’s just going to be disappointed.”
Dee: “No, but it’s not your job.”
Devens: “It is. I have to temper her expectations.”

Dee: “If someone told me no, I’d make it my life mission to show you that I will be an eternal or whatever.”
Devens: “Send me a clip of you just as an extra in the background.”
Dee: “I won’t talk to you forever, but I will send you a clip.”
Devens: “Well, Dee, I don’t think you’re going to be in Eternally Yours. I’m sorry… You don’t have canines.”
Devens: “I think that I will be in the Eternally Yours because of my very sexy vampire accent that I can bring to this show.”

Dee: “Oh, my God, bro. Who put me on Big Brother with this man?”
Devens: “What do you mean? You are so lucky. You are eternally lucky to be on the Big Brother show with this man.”
Dee: “You don’t sound like a vampire… You sound like Borat.”
Devens: “I think that if I lower the register, I can be more of a vampire than I can be a Borat.”
Dee: “A little better. But still f—ing Borat.”
Devens: “God, you’re the absolute worst.”
Dee: “You’re actually the worst.”

Devens: “Oh, I can’t wait to shove my face into my dog’s belly. Either of them… Take the longest walk in the world.”
Dee: “Sniff the whole world. I don’t care. I’m not in no rush.”
Devens: “Check all your DMs, dogs.”
Dee: “Oh, your friend was here? Cool. Pee on there, too.”
Devens: “Let’s drink a lot of water before we go.”
Dee: “Pee on everything.”

Then his wife and kids — Dee admits she forgot about them — and the airport.

Devens: “At the Atlanta airport, like, there’s cameras. So, like, when you’re about to get where the people are, they can see you on the screen coming up the escalator, and I can see them on the screen waiting.”

He doesn’t usually cry when he’s happy, he says. When his wife visited him on Survivor, they were the only ones who didn’t.

Devens: “We were like, hey, this is great, this is awesome, like, talking to Jeff, like, smiling, and then literally every other person just bawling… looking at each other like, should we have cried? Were we supposed to cry?”
Dee: “No, that’s actually really funny and on brand.”
Devens: “That’s like yesterday when you were crying, I was like, that’s how I feel. Like, I’m looking at Dee and that’s how I feel… And I’m not someone who, like, doesn’t cry. Like, I cry, but I swear in this house, I’ve been so blocked off from everything. I’m going to melt down at some point. It’s going to be ugly. I hope I’m out of this house first.”
Devens: “I’ll be walking the dogs alone in the woods, and I’ll just be like, fall to my knees.”
Dee: “No, you need to let it out. It’s going to be crazy. You need to let it out. That’s how I kind of felt when Angela left. I was like, damn, I guess I’ve been suppressing emotions in here.”

Devens: “Oh, I saw you. I was like, oh, my God. What’s wrong with Dee? I think Dee’s broken.”
Dee: “That and yesterday were my hardest days for sure, emotionally. I just can’t control it. I will cry.”
Devens: “Dude, you had me worried when Angela left. I was like, I don’t know how to deal. This is not the Dee I’ve been playing with.”
Devens: “And then we’re in storage. And it was after… No, after Yash had saved you, I think. And you’re like, do we cut Yash?”
Devens: “Thank you for bringing Dee back to me. I was so worried I was going to have to do this alone.”
Dee: “No, I would never let you do that alone. Are you kidding me? I was like, she’s back. You know I’m partner in crime forever.”
Devens: “I was like, this is the absolute lunatic I’ve been working with the whole game.”

Dee heads out. Devens, alone, sings “Feelings,” then talks Little Rascals.

Devens: “I used to ride my red wagon. Down a hill, like, our street was a hill, I’d ride it down the street using the part you pull. I’d pull back so I’d sit in it so it was like a little soapbox car. Felt like I was in Little Rascals, the movie. I’d even poke up my hair like Alfalfa. Buckwheat was the man, though.”

Then, to the camera, a message home.

Devens: “I’m definitely coming back stronger. My gift to you that you won’t care about. But I don’t think I’m coming back any lighter. There’s too much food here. Different than Survivor.”
Devens: “I’m weighing the same. But… Survivor would be weaker and weighing less. But the effort was there, man.”
