Big Brother 10 Spoilers - Jerry says his father used to beat him terribly and when…. his mom would get involved to protect him, his father would beat her.
9:40pm Big Brother Time: Jerry calls himself “unique” and talks about his record of being the oldest 
person ever on a reality show. Jerry saying that the trip didn’t change the game. Saying that maybe they thought two people would go. Memphis and Dan haven’t budged. Dan is definitely asleep, Memphis still listening to music. Jerry talks about Libra and Michelle seeing a therapist in the house. Saying that Michelle went crazy a few times. Now talk about Ollie thinking the POV competition was fixed. Memphis called to the diary room. Doesn’t look like he heard them. They call him again but he still doesn’t hear. Dan has to wake up and tell him. Jerry asks Keesha if she is ready to settle down and have kids. She says “almost”, and that she is getting there. Jerry talking about how Dan always tells him about what is older than he is. Jerry talks about the phone, TV, computer, and internet. Jerry giving his whole life story to Keesha now. I think he’s at about age 9, then he was distracted by a bug and wanted to feed Debbie.
10:40pm Big Brother Time: Jerry says his father was a really mean guy, he used to beat him terribly and when…. his mom would get involved to protect him, his father would beat her. Jerry also said he didnt blame her for leaving but he did blame her for leaving him there with his dad. Said most nights he had to go to bed with no supper too. Jerry goes into the bathroom. We see Memphis coming out. Keesha called to the diary room. Dan covered himself up now. Memphis is in the kitchen. Jerry called to the diary room. Not 
much else going on. Dan asleep and Memphis is off camera. Keesha says she’s going to sleep now. Keesha goes to tell Dan goodnight but he is out cold and doesn’t open the door. Memphis is in bed as well. Keesha makes a comment about people watching BBAD not seeing anything, then she gets in bed with the light on. Keesha: “Jerry caught another bug and fed it to Debbie.” Memphis: “Yeah, that’s what he told me.” Keesha: “OH MY GOD! What have our lives come to?” Laughs her funny (real) laugh and says that it’s strange that feeding bugs to a spider is the highlight of their day. Lights out for Keesha and Memphis. Keesha says that it’s the earliest they have ever went to bed. Memphis agrees. Memphis says there’s a light he can see in the wall that he’s never seen before. Keesha sees it too. They agree that maybe it’s because the lights are still on in the other room.
11:10pm Big Brother Time: Jerry comes into Keesha and Memphis’s bedroom, teases them about going to bed early and says they’re are giving him something for his neck. Big Brother cuts the feeds for a few seconds. Back to Jerry still standing at door complaining about his room. Keesha says you guys didnt get a very nice room at all. Jerry rings the HOH doorbell and peeks in to see Dan sleeping. He then pokes his head in the hippie room and is surprised that Keesha/Memphis are going to bed also. He says goodnight.

Aw well if thats true what Jerry says then I feel bad. For all we know, Jerry could feel women arent as good as men because hes obviously grown up with his dad and not his mom. And his dad feeling that way. Thats horrible and all these people bash Jerry. Give it up, its annoying. Anyways cant wait to see who leaves.
Well, IF, it is true then that would go a long way in explaining the way he treats women. As a survivor of abuse I always give the benefit of the doubt. However, he could be disclosing this information now as a ploy to get sympathy from the other houseguests. It is not uncommon for people of his age to still be dealing with issues that occurred as a child. Counselling is often seen as for “crazy people”. Unfortunately this misconception means people don’t get the help they need. At least he will be seeing someone when he leaves the house. I wonder how his sons treat women, would be interesting to know.
Although this is an explanation, it is still no excuse for the frequent outbursts. He has been very demeaning of women especially Keesha. Shame on you Jerry
April - given Jerry’s age, it probably is true. It was true for my grandfathers on both sides of my family. It was true for my husband’s grandfather on his mother’s side. It was even true for many people that are only a generation older than I am! I’m in my mid-thirties and it wasn’t uncommon for women my mother’s age (her mid-sixties) to be beaten by their husbands. My mom wasn’t, but she knew many women that were. This doesn’t excuse his behavior in the house, but it should keep some people quite from now on.
No matter what happened to Jerry ( and I do feel sorry for him at times) he has said some disgusting things about Keesha that can never change my mind about him. Everyone has said things but he took it to the lowest level in my eyes.
April, I feel bad for Jerry to, but I felt bad for him along time ago. I hated when the others didn’t have anything to do with him. Jerry was alone and had no one to talk to, now that was sad. I really hope they evict Keesha this week, and Jerry stays. Then, in the final hoh, Jerry turns around and wins it. Jerry might have said some awful stuff, but I don’t thing he’s that bad. Keesha, in my opinion, is holding back until the final hoh. I use to like Dan and Memphis,but now I think they are just two greedy little boys. One of them is going to get evicted, and I can’t wait to see which one. I really hope it’s Dan. ONLY TIME WILL TELL!!!
To Cheryl….. You say the boys are greedy. THis is a cut throat game to win money. The object is to get to the end and win. I do not think they have done anything horrible at all. Look at Evil Dick! He humiliated people by throwing things on them. These two are so tame compared to previous guests. Remember Josh , James, and Chelsia. Oh my God! This house is pretty good to each other.
true dat Anon………Evil Dick was classic. While I don’t agree with his tactics, the guy did liven up the house. As far as I’m concerned that was the best season out of the last three or four. James and Chelsia were pretty jacked up too! LOL
I know it doesnt excuse his behavior all over and that he has said some horrible things but still people always talk horribly about him on here and it gets annoying seeing the same thing over and over.
Didn’t Evel Dick only pour water on Jen and I’m pretty sure all of us would have on that girl. She was so delusional I really thot BB was sneaking her acid in the DR. Dick might have yelled, cursed and humiliated ppl but really it was all a tactic to cover up his soft side. The guy cared so much for his daughter and I think he won cos the jury house saw that. I thot Danielle wasn’t very nice to Dick at all but then again we don’t know the real story of their relationship so who am I to judge. Evel has easily been the been the best BB character in recent time if not ever!

jeritol’s background was sad (unless he made it up as a ploy) but many people had similiar horrid backgrounds and it does NOT excuse poor behavior. i don’t care about his background…that was a lifetime ago,he has a good wife and children now so he has NO excuse for his terrible behavior. i can not forget his trashing of poor keesha (and others)…who is taking the time to be wth him although she can’t stand him just so he won’t be lonely. Jeritol has truely been one of the most disgusting,vile people on any big brother show…..he needs to go. if the renigades pick jeritol over keesha,i won’t even watch the ending of the show. however, i must admit,dan is by far the cleverest player (even if he’s weird) and should win. keesha should be 2nd…she took chances,played well and won some comps. memphis just coasted.
whats annoying is to see someone stick up for Jerrys rude, vial behavior! Both my parents went through bad childhoods- It made them see that that was not what they would become. Get a grip april, he may sit alone in the back yard or in his bedroom but that is not an excuse to get away with what he says, thinks and does. Just because you are a certain age you do not get to receive extra points or are expected to get respect - you earn that through your life by example . I’d bash him and run from him every chance id get if i were in that house. He gets no respect here.

We all know you hate his behavior and habits (I’m not a fan of them, either). We all know you can’t stand the fact that he’s 75 and repeats it over and over again. WE ALL GET IT! Get a grip April….Jerry is in his 70’s he knows how his dad was (which I’m not sure I believe,,,he seems to get his facts confused all the way around) why does that give him any right to trash Keesha AND the others in the house??? If you will think back to the middle of the show he was up Ollie and April’s A** all the time trashing other houesguests. Then he was up Michelle’s,,now it is Keesha’s while he trashes April and Ollie and Michelle…. I am not a Jerry fan at all BUT if Dan and Memphis are stupid enough to take him to the final 3 then I hope he wins the entire game….Dan and Memphis deserve the lose if they take him!!
I love elderly people. I like to sit & listen to them, hear their stories & learn from them. They have lived longer in this world then me & know a lot about life. Did I feel for Jerry when reading his story, yes, BUT, I also heard him say he was going to use anything & everything he could to stay in the game. Since Jerry has none of his so called friends in the house, he continues to try to win by getting people to pity him. When his friends were in the house, he would just yell at people & call them names. If Jerry had a bad childhood, I really am sorry to hear that, but that is no excuse for his rude/mean, self pity personality. Also, there is NO EXCUSE for his treatment of women.
I hate to say this, but I hope the abuse story was not an act on Jerry’s part get sympathy, but I also would not wish abuse on anyone. If it is true, I hope Jerry will seek professional help to finally heal the wounds. I am calling them wounds because of the outbursts he has had. He is obviously harboring a lot of anger and rightfully so (if the story is true), but still needs to figure out how to free himself of the anger.

I too am a physical and sexual abuse SURVIVOR and would never dream of using the abuse I went through as an excuse to lash out at someone else. When someone has those kind of outbursts, I consider them a victim and not a survivor. You are only a victim if you allow yourself to be one!
I chose to learn from someone else’s mistake and not to make those same mistakes myself. I also chose to forgive to become a better person. I was also taught that you earn respect through your life by the examples you set. Jerry has not set a very good example of what a 75 year old man should be in any way, shape or form. When the show first started, I was very excited about Jerry being there with all the younger people and stated, they could learn so much from him about life….little did I know he would turn out to be the person we have seen on BBAD!
This is my opinion on any kind of abuse and thought I would share. Some may not agree with my view point, but that is what makes America so wonderful….we have the right to choose!

O.k. What does feeling bad about Jerry have anything to do about the way he has played this game. This man is 75 years old and he is responsible for his own actions. People always want an excuse for bad behavior. Do you excuse Ollie’s behavior? NO. Do you say the reason he acted so terribly is because his parents were to strict or he had to speak in tongues? No. You just say that he is an idiot. Everyone in life goes through things, but that is not an excuse. Jerry is an old idiot who is trying to play on Keesha’s sympathy. This is the man who said he would not put his thing inside of Keesha. People wake up.
LeahTevez…….I think it was actually iced tea. he also blew smoke in her face on several occasions and I believe he threw food at her once or twice (like chips or grapes or something). he was horrible to her but she was really kind of annoying and a lying backstabber.
anyway Jerry needs to realize that the others aren’t the ones making him an outsider. he does it to himself considering that he treats them all like crap and talks bad about them behind their backs. I love how he asked Dan not to alienate him anymore and then instead of joining the group he goes to his room.
If you have live feed, then you have seen first hand some of the disgusting things Jerry has said about Keesha and every other house guest. I mean, very explicit, vial sexual comments. What does that have to do with game strategy? Nothing. When you are in a house where you are watched 24/7 the real you will come out. This has nothing to do with his age. I am willing to bet that Jerry behaved this way when he was 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and continues today. If he wins, he wins…..but I hope he does not.

I don’t know how anyone can say there was no twist - this was the first time in BB history that a current houseguest was permitted to possibly change a jury house members vote (and maybe other jurors as well). Sounds like a twist to me.
LOL… that’s hardly a twist. Finding out that there are twins in the house that have been replacing one another - that was a twist. This was a luxury competition with a little more to it than normal. That’s all.
